In recent years, with the increase of the user's demand for photography and the development of technology, mobile terminals (such as smart phones and tablet computers) with multiple cameras have gradually appeared. The cameras may have different layouts, for example, a smartphone with three cameras, where two cameras are arranged in the same row, and the third camera may be arranged in the same row as the two cameras (i.e., the three cameras are distributed along the same straight line), or the third camera may be arranged side by side with the two cameras (i.e., the third camera and the two cameras are located on different straight lines).
In order to install the cameras, the installation positions reserved for the cameras on the circuit board are fixed, and each circuit board can only be used in the design of one camera arrangement mode and is lack of commonality.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The application provides a circuit board and a mobile terminal, which are used for improving the sharing performance of the circuit board.
In a first aspect, a circuit board is provided, the circuit board comprising a substrate; and the substrate includes: the camera module comprises an installation area, a first reserved area and a second reserved area, wherein the installation area is used for installing a first camera group, the first reserved area is located in a first direction of the installation area, the second reserved area is located in a second direction of the installation area, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction; according to the different design schemes of the mobile terminal camera, when the circuit board is assembled into the mobile terminal, the camera can be arranged in the first reserved area, or the camera can be arranged in the second reserved area, so that the different arrangement forms of the camera and the first camera group can be realized. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
For convenience of understanding the circuit board provided in the embodiment of the present application, an application scenario of the circuit board is first described, where the circuit board is applied to a mobile terminal, where the mobile terminal may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, and the like. Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of an application scenario of a circuit board provided in an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1, for example, a mobile terminal includes a middle frame 20, a plurality of cameras, and a circuit board 10 provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the middle frame 20 generally includes a middle plate and a frame 21 disposed around the middle plate, the circuit board 10 is installed in the frame 21, and the plurality of cameras are installed in a partial area (e.g., an area K in fig. 1) of the circuit board 10.
In order to solve the technical problem that the circuit board in the prior art is poor in commonality, the embodiment of the present application provides a circuit board.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a partial structure of a circuit board according to an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 2. The circuit board 10 provided by the embodiment of the present application includes a substrate 100, where the substrate 100 is used to support electronic components; for example, when the circuit board 10 is a PCB (Printed circuit board), the substrate 100 may include a plurality of layers of circuits and a dielectric layer (also called a substrate) for insulating the different layers of circuits, and the structure thereof may be a conventional structure known in the art and will not be described herein.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the substrate 100 includes a mounting region 110, the mounting region 110 illustratively includes a first sub-mounting region 111 and a second sub-mounting region 112 arranged along a first direction F1, through holes penetrating through the substrate 100 are formed in the first sub-mounting region 111 and the second sub-mounting region 112, the through holes in the first sub-mounting region 111 and the through holes in the second sub-mounting region 112 can be communicated through the openings of the substrate 100 to form a larger through hole, but it should be understood that the first sub-mounting region 111 and the second sub-mounting region 112 are independent regions with a certain gap therebetween; or there may be two independent through holes, and each through hole may be square or circular, and is not limited herein.
A first connector 131 fixed on the surface of the substrate 100 is disposed in the first direction F1 of the first sub-mounting region 111, the first connector 131 is electrically connected to a circuit in the circuit Board 10 and is used for electrically connecting to a camera in the first sub-mounting region 111, so as to electrically connect the camera to the circuit in the circuit Board 10, and the first connector 131 may be a Board-to-Board connector (BTB) or other Connectors capable of being connected to the camera; here, the first connector 131 is located in the first direction F1 of the first sub-mounting region 111 only by way of example, and may be located at other positions around the first sub-mounting region 111. Similarly, the second sub-mounting region 112 has a second connector 132 fixed to the surface of the substrate 100 in the first direction F1, and the type and relative arrangement of the second connector 132 can be referred to the first connector 132 and used to electrically connect with the camera in the second sub-mounting region 112 to electrically connect the camera with the circuit in the circuit board 10.
In the substrate 100, there is also one first reserved region 121 in the first direction F1 of the second sub-mounting region 112 and one second reserved region 122 in the second direction F2 of the second sub-mounting region 112, wherein the meaning of "reserved region" means: when the circuit board 10 is not assembled in a mobile terminal, the surface of the substrate 100 is not provided with electronic components and may be used in a region where a camera is mounted, but a wiring may be provided in the region. Wherein the first direction F1 is perpendicular to the second direction F2.
Furthermore, a common connector 133 is provided in the second direction F2 of the first reserved area 121, the type and relative arrangement of the common connector 133 being referred to the first connector 131, the common connector 133 being located in the first direction F1 of the second reserved area 122. When the circuit board 10 is used for assembly, the common connector 133 can select whether to provide a camera in the first reserved area 121 or the second reserved area 122 as needed, and the camera can be electrically connected to the common connector 133 regardless of whether the camera is installed in the first reserved area 121 or the second reserved area 122. Therefore, the shared connector 133 can be "shared" by the first reserved area 121 and the second reserved area 122. The shared connector 133 may have only one interface, and the cameras are connected to the interface of the shared connector 133 when being installed in the first reserved area 121 and the second reserved area 122; the common connector 133 may also have two interfaces, wherein one interface faces the first reserved area 121, and the other interface faces the second reserved area 122, so that when the camera is installed in the first reserved area 121, the flexible circuit board is connected to the interface of the common connector 133 facing the first reserved area 121 through the flexible circuit board, and the flexible circuit board is not easily twisted; similarly, when the camera is mounted in the second reserved area 122, the camera can also be electrically connected to the interface of the common connector 133 facing the second reserved area 122 through another flexible circuit board. The shared connector 133 can simultaneously take into account that a camera is mounted in any one of the first reserved area 121 and the second reserved area 122, and does not need to be a separate mating connector for the first reserved area 121 and the second reserved area 122, so that the number of connectors to be arranged is reduced, the cost is saved, and the space on the surface of the substrate 100 is saved.
Two bent strip-shaped first hollow structures 121s are arranged along the edge of the first reserved area 121, wherein the two first hollow structures 121s are oppositely arranged at two sides of the first reserved area 121, so that the part of the substrate 100 located in the first reserved area 121 is connected with the remaining part of the substrate 100 only by the reserved part, and the first hollow structures 121s around the first reserved area form a first prefabricated hole, but the form of the first hollow structures is not limited to the form in fig. 2, as long as it is ensured that only the part of the edge of the reserved part around the first reserved area is connected with the remaining part of the substrate 100, for example, the first hollow structures can also be round holes penetrating through the substrate 100, and a plurality of the round holes are arranged at intervals along the edge of the first reserved area, and can also be made into first prefabricated holes. When a camera needs to be installed in the first reserved area 121, the structure of the substrate 100 located in the first reserved area 121 may be pressed to break the structure of the substrate 100 located in the first reserved area 121 and the rest of the substrate 100, the first preformed hole forms a through hole, and the camera is placed in the first reserved area 121 of the through hole to penetrate through the substrate 100.
Similarly, two second hollow structures 122s are also exemplarily disposed along the edge of the second reserved area 122 to form a second preformed hole.
The manner in which the circuit board 10 shown in fig. 2 is used is described below.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram of a camera arrangement of the circuit board shown in fig. 2, please refer to fig. 3, in which a first camera 211 is disposed in a through hole of a first sub-mounting region 111, a second camera 221 is disposed in a through hole of a second sub-mounting region 112, the first camera 211 is electrically connected to a first connector 131 through a first flexible circuit board 212, and the second camera 212 is electrically connected to a second connector 132 through a second flexible circuit board 213; the structure of the substrate 100 within the first reserved area 121 is removed to form a through hole, and the third camera 231 is installed in the through hole, that is, the third camera 211 penetrates through the first reserved area 121 and is connected to the interface of the common connector 133 facing the first reserved area 121 through the third flexible circuit board 232. At this time, the first camera 211, the second camera 221, and the third camera 231 are disposed in the same row; the first camera 211 and the second camera 221 form a first camera group, and the third camera 231 forms a second camera group. Also, the structure of the substrate 100 in the second reserved region 122 is not removed, and therefore, other electronic components may also be arranged by using the arrangement area in the second reserved region 122, such as providing a flash lamp 152 in the second reserved region 122, and, as needed, providing one flash lamp 152 in the second direction F2 of the first reserved region 111. It should be noted that the locations of the flash 151 and the flash 152 are merely exemplary, and the flash may also be disposed on a camera and a corresponding connector flexible circuit board, such as the surfaces of the first flexible circuit board 212, the second flexible circuit board 222, and the third flexible circuit board 232, which is beneficial to saving the surface area of the substrate 100 for mounting other electronic components.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing another arrangement of the cameras of the circuit board shown in fig. 2, and referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is different from fig. 3 in that the third camera 231 is disposed in the second reserved area 122, that is, a through hole is formed by removing a structure of the substrate 100 in the second reserved area 122, and the third camera 231 is mounted in the through hole. The structure of the substrate in the first reserved area 121 is reserved, and can be used for disposing other electronic components, such as a flash lamp 152. At this time, the third camera 231 is arranged side by side with the other two cameras (the first camera 211 and the second camera 221).
By describing fig. 4 and fig. 5, it can be known that, when the circuit board 10 shown in fig. 2 is used, the third camera 231 may be installed in the first reserved area 121 or the second reserved area 122 according to design choice, so that the circuit board 10 may conform to the design of different camera arrangement forms, and the commonality of the circuit board 10 is improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic partial structure diagram of another circuit board provided in an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 5, in addition to the first reserved area 121 and the second reserved area 112 being set in the form of the preformed holes shown in fig. 2, corresponding hollow structures may not be eliminated on the peripheries of the two areas, and only the two areas are reserved without other electronic components.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing a camera arrangement of the circuit board shown in fig. 5, and referring to fig. 6, the third camera 231 is mounted in the first reserved area 121 through a mounting bracket (not shown), specifically, the mounting bracket is firstly fixed to the surface of the substrate 100 located in the first reserved area 121, and then the third camera 231 is fixed to the mounting bracket through bonding, welding or screwing; the third camera 231 is electrically connected to the common connector 133 through the third flexible circuit board 232. At this time, the first camera 211, the second camera 221, and the third camera 231 are disposed in the same row.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view showing another arrangement of cameras of the circuit board shown in fig. 5, and referring to fig. 7, a third camera 231 is mounted to the second reserved area 122 by a mounting bracket (not shown); the third camera 231 is electrically connected to the common connector 133 through the third flexible circuit board 232. At this time, the third camera 231 is arranged side by side with the other two cameras (the first camera 211 and the second camera 221).
It should be noted that, in both the circuit board 10 in fig. 2 and the circuit board 10 in fig. 5, the position of the second reserved area 122 is only an example, and may also be located in the second direction F2 of the first sub-mounting area 111, or in the second direction F2 of the gap between the first sub-mounting area 111 and the second sub-mounting area 112. That is, the second reserved area 122 may be located in the second direction F2 of the installation area 110. Further, in the above embodiments of the present application, the specific orientations of the first direction F1 and the second direction F2 are merely exemplary, and the specific orientations are not limited as long as the first direction F1 and the second direction F2 are perpendicular.
Also, the mounting region 110 including only the first and second sub-mounting regions 111 and 112 arranged in the first direction F1 is merely exemplary. The installation area may include only one sub-installation area for installing the camera, or three or more sub-installation areas, as long as the first reserved area is located in the first direction of the installation area and the second reserved area is located in the second direction of the installation area.
