本实用新型涉及热流道系统，进一步说，尤其涉及一种热流道系统的中心组件拼接流道。
背景技术
流道板是热流道系统的中心组件，塑胶熔体经过流道板中的各个流道而分流至各个喷嘴，再到达模具的型腔内。目前现有的分流板为整体或上下组合结构，对于大型流道板而言，材料成本很大，且需要大型机台才能加工。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决上述问题提供一种通过两块或者多块小板拼接的流道板，为没有大型机台使用情况下提供便利。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
流道板分为两块，具体是流道板A和流道板B，通过连接套将流道板 A、流道板B连接在一起，为防止偏心对接时用定位销进行定位，通过固定螺钉将拼接好的流道板拧紧。
优选地，在流道板A、流道板B的连接位置设置两个定位销进行定位。
优选地，在流道板A、流道板B的连接位置设置两个固定螺钉。
本实用新型相对于现有技术具有如下有益效果：
通过这个方案我们可以将长的流道板分段加工，将复杂不好加工的拆分加工，使加工工艺简单化，加工方法简单化。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
本方案的出发点是由于主流的流道板在点位间距比较大时流道板长度会很长，一到两米都是正常的，然而一般的机床没有这么大的行程，而且板比较长，也不方便加工。
本方案将比较长的流道板分为两块，流道板A2，流道板B3，分别单独加工，加工完成后，通过连接套将流道板A、B连接在一起，为防止偏心对接时用定位销4进行定位，最后，通过固定螺钉6将拼接好的流道板拧紧。
通过这个方案可以将长的流道板分段加工，将复杂不好加工的拆分加工，使加工工艺简单化，加工方法简单化。

1.一种拼接流道，包其特征在于：流道板分为两块，具体是流道板A和流道板B，通过连接套将流道板A、流道板B连接在一起，为防止偏心对接时用定位销进行定位，通过固定螺钉将拼接好的流道板拧紧；在流道板A、流道板B的连接位置设置两个定位销进行定位；在流道板A、流道板B的连接位置设置两个固定螺钉。
