2. The ring knife of claim 1, wherein the housing includes a top plate and a bottom plate disposed opposite each other, the blade having a movable post disposed thereon, the movable post having an end distal from the blade slidably mounted on the bottom plate;
the reset mechanism comprises a reset spring and a fixed column fixedly arranged on the bottom plate, and the reset spring is fixedly connected to the fixed column and the movable column; when the blade slides towards the opening under the action of the toggle switch, the return spring is stretched.
3. The ring knife according to claim 2, wherein the number of the fixed posts is two, the two fixed posts and the movable post are distributed in a triangular manner, and the two fixed posts are arranged on one side of the movable post close to the opening;
the reset spring is wound on the movable column, two ends of the reset spring are respectively and fixedly installed on the two fixed columns, the reset spring between the movable column and the two fixed columns is bent to form two bending points, and the two bending points are located on one side, far away from the opening, of the movable column.

The ring knife according to claim 3, wherein a sliding groove is formed on a top plate of the shell, the toggle switch comprises an upper push plate and a connecting nail, one end of the connecting nail is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the upper push plate, and the other end of the connecting nail penetrates through the sliding groove and is fixedly arranged on the blade.
5. The ring knife of claim 4, wherein the movable post is provided with a mounting hole, and the connecting nail passes through the blade and extends into the mounting hole of the movable post to be detachably mounted with the movable post.
6. The ring knife of claim 5, wherein the top plate is removably mounted to the bottom plate.
7. The ring knife of claim 3, wherein the housing further comprises a side plate disposed between the top plate and the bottom plate, the side plate having an inner wall with a blade slot therein, the blade being mounted in the blade slot and slidable along the blade slot.
8. The ring knife of claim 4, wherein the upper surface of the push-up plate is provided with a plurality of protruding strips arranged in sequence, and the length extension direction of the protruding strips is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the blade.
9. The ring knife of any one of claims 1-8, wherein the ring is adjustable in size.
10. The ring knife of claim 9, wherein the ring includes a ring band, an adjustment housing, and an adjustment screw, the ring band including a free end and a fixed end, the fixed end being fixedly mounted within the adjustment housing, a portion of the ring band adjacent the free end being provided with a transverse thread, the free end being movable within the adjustment housing by engagement of the screw with the transverse thread.
