Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a portable heat-shrinkable tube cutting device is used for cutting a heat-shrinkable tube sleeved on a copper bar and comprises a shell 1, two cutting knives 5 and two locking mechanisms which are oppositely arranged.
The casing is formed with the locating hole 13 that supplies the copper bar to pass, and the locating hole is slightly greater than the cross section of copper bar 2, is provided with tape measure 3 on the casing 1.
The cutting blade 5 is movably provided on the housing 1 with respect to the copper bar and in a cutting direction, the housing 1 is formed with a slit 11 defining the moving direction of the cutting blade 5, the cutting blade 5 is provided with a pressing portion 51 for operation, and the two cutting blades 5 are oppositely disposed on the front and rear sides of the copper bar.
The locking mechanism comprises a rack 41 arranged on the shell 1 and extending along the cutting direction, a latch 42 arranged on the cutting knife 5 and capable of being meshed with the rack 41, and a spring 43 compressed between the cutting knife 5 and the shell 1, wherein the spring 43 drives the cutting knife 5 to be far away from the copper bar 2 and enables the latch 42 to be meshed with the rack 41, a necking chute 12 extending along the cutting direction is formed on the specific shell 1, a sliding block 44 is movably arranged in the chute 12, and the spring 43 is connected between the sliding block 44 and a pressing part 51 of the cutting knife 5.
The specific operation mode is as follows: the copper bar 2 passes through the positioning hole 13, the distance from the shell to the end part of the copper bar 2 is measured through the tape measure 3, then the pressing parts 51 of the two cutting knives 5 are pressed simultaneously, so that the knife edges of the two cutting knives 5 start cutting from the heat shrinkage tube 21 in the thickness direction of the copper bar 2 and move along the width direction of the copper bar 2 until at least the heat shrinkage tube 21 in the width direction of the copper bar 2 is cut off, and the heat shrinkage tube 21 can be conveniently cut.
