Description

本实用新型涉及一种远红外节能火锅炉的发明。现有火锅炉以使用木炭、液化气、洒精等做为燃料,它们要不是热率不够高,燃烧时间短,就是危险性较大,不够安全,使用不便,而采用一般电炉来加热,则耗能大,不够经济。
本实用新型的任务是提供一种远红外节能火锅炉。
本实用新型结构见附图所示,其特征在于它的壳体内部通过磁环固定了一支承盘,支承盘上设置了一个外表面涂有远红涂料的耐火加热盘,耐火加热盘安放电热丝的沟槽一面向下放置,且耐火加热盘与支承盘之间垫有隔热板;其加热电路的电热丝与一个通电指示灯串联,并与调温热继电器并联。
为了承受电热丝高温影响,本实用新型采用碳化硅烧制成耐火加热盘。

图中,1调温旋钮,2壳体,3指示灯,4耐火加热盘,5隔热板,6支承盘,7磁环。
本实用新型的壳体2采用铁板压制而成,支承盘6也用铁板制成,支承盘6与壳体2通过磁环7固定,耐火加热盘4采用碳化硅为原料烧制而成,耐火加热盘4放置在支承盘6之上,二者之间垫有一块隔热板5起绝缘作用,隔热板采用石棉板等耐热绝缘材料制。耐火加热盘4放置电热丝的沟槽一面向下,另外一面涂有远红外涂料。本实用新型的加热电路中的电热丝应采用耐高温的电热丝两端并联一指示灯4,用于显示加热电路是否接通;另设一调温热继电器与电热丝串联,用于调节加热温度的高低,该调温热继电器采用双金属片继电器即可,它由调温旋钮1控制。
本实用新型结构简单、造价低、热效率高,耐火加热盘中的电热丝不与被加热容器底部接触,故安全性好,特别适宜普通家庭使用。

1、一种远外节能火锅炉,采用电热丝做为发热元件,其技能特征在于它的壳体内部通过磁环固定了一支承盘,支承盘上设置一个外表面涂有远红外涂料的耐火加热盘,耐火加热盘安放电热丝的沟槽一面向下放置,且耐火加热盘与支承之间垫有隔热板;其加热电路的电热丝二端并联了一个通电指示灯,并与调温热继电器串联。
2、如权利要求1,所述的远红外节能火锅炉,其特征在于所述的耐火加热盘由碳化硅烧制而成。
