Claims (12)

1. An exercise mat, comprising:
the cushion comprises a cushion body and a host arranged on the cushion body;
a body position line formed by a light-emitting unit is arranged on the pad body, and the light-emitting unit can emit light according to a light parameter of a standard action corresponding to a training action of a trainer;
the host includes: the device comprises a shell, a controller and a power supply device;
the controller and the power supply device are both positioned inside the shell;
the power supply device is electrically connected with the controller and the light-emitting unit respectively;
and the controller is electrically connected with the light-emitting unit and used for controlling the light-emitting unit to emit light according to the corresponding light parameters according to the standard action.
2. The exercise mat of claim 1, comprising: the surface of the cushion body is provided with a wire groove;
the light-emitting unit is embedded in the wire groove.
3. The exercise mat of claim 2, wherein the light emitting unit comprises: an LED strip.
4. The exercise mat of claim 3, wherein the light emitting unit further comprises: a light guide wire;
the light guide wire is arranged above the LED lamp strip.
5. The exercise mat of claim 4, wherein the surface of the light guide wire is flush with the mat body surface.
6. An exercise mat according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the host machine further comprises: an audio output device;
the audio output device is positioned inside the shell and is respectively and electrically connected with the controller and the power supply device;
the controller is further configured to: and controlling the audio output device to output corresponding voice prompt information according to the training action of the trainer and the light parameters.
7. The exercise mat of claim 6, wherein the host computer further comprises: a display device;
the display device is positioned on the outer surface of the shell and is respectively and electrically connected with the controller and the power supply device;
the controller is further configured to: and controlling the display device to display the exercise parameters of the trainer.
8. The exercise mat of claim 7, wherein the host computer further comprises: a sound receiving device;
the sound receiving device is positioned in the shell and is respectively and electrically connected with the controller and the power supply device;
the controller is also used for determining the light parameters of the light-emitting unit according to the voice instructions collected by the sound receiving device.
9. The exercise mat of claim 8, wherein the host computer further comprises: a wireless communication module;
the wireless communication module is positioned in the shell and is respectively and electrically connected with the controller and the power supply device;
the controller is also used for determining the light parameters of the light-emitting unit according to the externally transmitted training parameters received by the wireless communication module.
10. An exercise mat according to claim 1, wherein the host machine is removably connected to the mat body.
11. The exercise mat of claim 10, wherein the mat body further comprises: a metal probe;
one end of the metal probe extends out of a probe hole preset on the surface of the pad body, and the other end of the metal probe is electrically connected with each sensor;
the host further comprises: a metal guide plate;
the metal guide sheet is positioned in a guide sheet hole preset on the shell, and one end of the metal guide sheet is electrically connected with the controller;
the metal guide sheet and the metal probe are mutually butted to realize the connection and disconnection of the circuit.
