Claims (10)

1. An exercise mat, comprising:
the cushion comprises a cushion body and a host arranged on the cushion body;
a plurality of sensors are arranged in the cushion body and used for sensing real-time training data of a trainer in the training process;
the host includes: the device comprises a shell, a controller, an audio output device and a power supply device;
the controller, the audio output device and the power supply device are all positioned inside the shell;
the power supply device is electrically connected with the controller and the audio output device respectively;
the controller is electrically connected with the sensor and the audio output device respectively; the voice prompt device is used for detecting whether the action of the trainer is standard or not according to the real-time training data sensed by the sensor and controlling the audio output device to output corresponding voice prompt information.
2. The exercise mat of claim 1, wherein the host computer further comprises: a display device;
the display device is positioned on the outer surface of the shell and is respectively and electrically connected with the controller and the power supply device;
the controller is further configured to: and controlling the display device to display the exercise parameters of the trainer.
3. An exercise mat according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the host machine further comprises: a sound receiving device;
the sound receiving device is positioned in the shell and is respectively and electrically connected with the controller and the power supply device;
the controller is also used for controlling the audio output device and/or the working state of the display device according to the voice instruction collected by the sound receiving device.
4. The exercise mat of claim 1, wherein the host computer further comprises: a wireless communication module;
the wireless communication module is positioned in the shell and is respectively and electrically connected with the controller and the power supply device;
the controller is further configured to control the audio output device and/or the display device according to externally transmitted training parameters received by the wireless communication module.
5. An exercise mat according to claim 1, wherein the host machine is removably connected to the mat body.
6. The exercise mat of claim 1, wherein the mat body further comprises: a metal probe;
one end of the metal probe extends out of a probe hole preset on the surface of the pad body, and the other end of the metal probe is electrically connected with each sensor;
the host further comprises: a metal guide plate;
the metal guide sheet is positioned in a guide sheet hole preset on the shell, and one end of the metal guide sheet is electrically connected with the controller;
the metal guide sheet and the metal probe are mutually butted to realize the connection and disconnection of the circuit.
7. The exercise mat of claim 6, wherein the metal guide strips and the metal probes are each made of a magnetic material.
8. The exercise mat of claim 6 or 7, wherein the metal probe comprises: a spring thimble;
the thimble end of the spring thimble extends out of a probe hole preset on the surface of the cushion body, and the other end of the spring thimble is electrically connected with each sensor.
9. Exercise mat according to claim 3,
and sound through holes are formed in the shell corresponding to the audio output device and the sound receiving device.
10. Exercise mat according to claim 1, wherein the host machine is located at an end position of the mat body.
