Background
At present, the traditional manufacturing process of the assembly type steel reinforced concrete composite beam is to put the section steel right, support a template and pour concrete on two sides of a web plate when prefabricating in a factory, but the method easily causes uneven stress on the connection between the concrete on two sides of the composite beam and the section steel, and the superior performance of the composite beam cannot be fully exerted. In addition, the fabricated steel reinforced concrete composite beam needs to be welded with studs at the flange positions during construction, construction is inconvenient, and time cost and economic cost are greatly increased. The profile steel is wholly wrapped in the concrete, the height of the beam is increased, so that the height of the whole structure is increased, and the maintenance and repair costs of the building and the pipeline facility are correspondingly increased.
With the development of industrialization of the building industry, the production of the fabricated concrete structure is promoted, the construction mode of factory prefabrication and field connection is adopted, the fabricated concrete structure has the advantages of high construction speed, template saving and the like, but how to effectively combine the advantages of the fabricated concrete structure on the existing basis, the more efficient utilization of resources is realized, and the fabricated concrete structure more in line with the green building standard still needs to be continuously explored by workers in the building industry.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a prefabricated assembly part wrapped honeycomb steel-concrete composite beam, which combines the concept of 'partial prefabrication and partial first pouring', provides convenience for the construction of the prefabricated part, reduces the dead weight of the structure, saves the templates, reduces the manufacturing cost, has short construction period of the whole structure and is convenient for construction.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a prefabricated assembly partially-encased cellular steel-concrete composite beam comprising:
1, honeycomb section steel;
the prefabricated high-strength concrete 6 is positioned between the upper flange and the lower flange of the honeycomb section steel 1;
the longitudinal ribs I4 are arranged on the upper portion of the lower flange of the honeycomb section steel 1 and are parallel to the length direction of the honeycomb section steel 1;
a plurality of closed stirrups 2 which are arranged between the upper flange and the lower flange of the honeycomb section steel 1 and are vertical to the length direction of the honeycomb section steel 1 at equal intervals;
a tie bar 3 which passes through the hole of the honeycomb steel 1 and is vertical to the web plate of the honeycomb steel 1;
the second longitudinal ribs 5 are arranged on the lower portion of the upper flange of the honeycomb section steel 1 and are parallel to the length direction of the honeycomb section steel 1;
a plurality of pegs 7 which are arranged at the top of the upper flange of the honeycomb section steel 1 and are at equal intervals;
and a cast-in-situ flange plate 9 arranged on the top of the upper flange of the honeycomb steel 1.
The honeycomb-shaped steel 1 is an I-shaped steel with holes on a web plate.

The studs 7 are large-diameter studs with the diameter of 25-30 mm or oversized-diameter studs with the diameter of more than 30 mm.
The concrete strength grade of the cast-in-situ flange plate 9 is lower than that of the prefabricated high-strength concrete 6.
The cast-in-situ flange plate 9 is made of recycled concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete or sound insulation concrete.
The construction method of the prefabricated assembly part externally wrapped with the honeycomb steel-concrete composite beam comprises the following steps:
1) in a factory, firstly, a first longitudinal bar 4 is arranged at the bottom of a closed hoop 2 ring, a second longitudinal bar 5 is arranged at the top of the closed hoop 2 ring and is bound and fixed by binding wires to form a reinforcement cage, the reinforcement cage consisting of the first longitudinal bar 4, the second longitudinal bar 5 and the closed hoop 2 is arranged at a preset position in flanges at two sides of a web plate of the honeycomb steel 1, a tie bar 3 vertically penetrates through a hole of the web plate of the honeycomb steel 1 and is bound and fixed with the closed hoop 2 after the tie bar 3 is fixed with the hole of the honeycomb steel 1 in a spot welding manner, finally, high-strength concrete 6 is poured, and a bolt 7 is welded after the strength of the concrete reaches more than 70%;
2) in the field, connecting two ends of the honeycomb section steel 1 with a combined column or a steel column;
3) erecting a template, laying double-layer bidirectional steel bars 8, and pouring a cast-in-place flange plate 9.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) simple construction and high quality
The novel prefabricated assembly part is externally wrapped with the honeycomb-shaped steel-concrete composite beam, and the construction of the composite beam can be completed by placing longitudinal bars, stirrups and tie bars in preset positions and pouring the externally wrapped concrete once. Compared with the traditional composite beam, the welding stud of the prefabricated part of a factory and the workload of concrete pouring are reduced, the construction process is simplified, and the construction efficiency can be greatly improved; meanwhile, concrete on two sides of the web plate is poured at one time, so that the construction quality is easily guaranteed, and the phenomena of untight connection, mutual separation and the like of the section steel and the concrete are reduced.
2) High integrity and low cost
The novel prefabricated assembly part is wrapped by the honeycomb steel-concrete combined beam, one-time pouring can be achieved when the prefabricated part concrete is poured in a factory, concrete on two sides of the web plate is connected into a whole, meanwhile, the web plate is provided with the hole, the natural shear connector is used for reinforcing the bonding performance of the section steel and the concrete, the section steel and the concrete are enabled to form integral joint work, and the cost for additionally welding the stud is reduced. The precast part and the cast-in-place part can adopt concretes with different strength grades, the precast part adopts high-strength concrete, ultra-high performance concrete and the like, the cracking performance of the beam can be improved, the cast-in-place part adopts recycled concrete, light aggregate concrete, sound insulation concrete and the like, and the manufacturing cost is reduced while various performances of the beam are ensured by using different concretes.
3) Excellent performance and flexible design
The novel prefabricated assembly part is wrapped with the honeycomb steel-concrete combined beam, the mechanical property of concrete is enhanced through three-dimensional constraint on the concrete, the tie bars are arranged at the positions of the openings of the web plates, the concrete is poured on the belly, lateral constraint is provided for the section steel beams, and the lateral rigidity and the stability of the section steel beams are improved. The material has the advantages of high bearing capacity, good anti-seismic performance, steel saving and the like, and has wide market prospect.
Generally, the novel prefabricated assembly part is wrapped by the honeycomb-shaped steel-concrete composite beam, so that the advantages of a composite structure can be exerted, the requirements of building aesthetics and functions are met, meanwhile, the construction steps are simplified, the construction progress is accelerated, and the novel prefabricated assembly part can be widely applied to various building structures.

Detailed Description
The invention relates to a prefabricated assembly part wrapped honeycomb steel-concrete combined beam, which adopts the idea of casting a part of the prefabricated assembly part in situ, consists of two parts of prefabrication and casting in situ, and comprises the following parts as shown in figures 1 to 6:
1, honeycomb section steel;
the prefabricated high-strength concrete 6 is arranged between the upper flange and the lower flange of the honeycomb section steel 1;
the longitudinal ribs I4 are arranged on the upper portion of the lower flange of the honeycomb section steel 1 and are parallel to the length direction of the lower flange of the honeycomb section steel 1;
the closed stirrups 2 are arranged between the upper flange and the lower flange of the honeycomb section steel 1 at equal intervals and are vertical to the length direction of the honeycomb section steel 1;
the plurality of tie bars 3 penetrate through the holes of the honeycomb section steel 1, are perpendicular to the web plate of the honeycomb section steel 1 and are arranged at equal intervals;
the longitudinal ribs II 5 are arranged on the lower portion of the upper flange of the honeycomb section steel 1 and are parallel to the length direction of the upper flange of the honeycomb section steel 1;
the plurality of studs 7 are arranged at the top of the upper flange of the honeycomb section steel 1 at equal intervals;
and the cast-in-situ flange plate 9 is arranged on the top of the upper flange of the honeycomb steel 1.
In the more preferable structure of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, the honeycomb section steel 1 is an i-steel with holes on the web, and the prefabricated high strength concrete 6 is integrally formed on both sides of the web of the honeycomb section steel 1 by one-time pouring. As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, the honeycomb steel 1, the prefabricated high-strength concrete 6, the first longitudinal bar 4, the closed stirrup 2, the tie bar 3 and the second longitudinal bar 5 are all prefabricated parts. Cast-in-place concrete flange plate 9 belongs to cast-in-place part, and cast-in-place back stud 7 is located cast-in-place portion.
Wherein:
1) the prefabricated part is made of high-strength concrete, so that the crack resistance of the prefabricated part is improved, and the cast-in-place concrete flange plate 9 is made of concrete with low strength grade, such as recycled concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete, sound insulation concrete and the like.
2) The prefabricated high-strength concrete 6 does not exceed the honeycomb structural steel 1 in the length direction, namely a small section of structural steel is still exposed after the prefabricated part of concrete is poured, and the prefabricated high-strength concrete aims to be convenient for being connected with a structural steel column or a steel beam reserved connecting piece, so that the construction mode is more convenient.
3) The hole-opening form of the honeycomb-shaped steel 1 can be circular, elliptical or rectangular, and the hole-opening form and the hole-opening position are reasonably designed and properly arranged according to the bearing capacity requirement and the actual engineering condition.
4) The lacing wire 3 passes 1 hole position of honeycomb shaped steel, and the lacing wire 3 can adopt the reinforcing bar with closed stirrup 2 same diameter, also can adopt the reinforcing bar that the diameter is greater than closed stirrup 2. If cast-in-place flange plate uses high-strength concrete, can adopt major diameter peg, super large diameter peg, flange plate uses ordinary concrete, uses ordinary peg. The specific selection should be reasonably optimized according to the calculation requirements.
The specific construction method comprises the following steps:
the lower web part of the composite beam is prefabricated in a factory, then the composite beam is transported to a construction site for installation, and finally the upper flange part of the composite beam is integrally cast with a concrete floor. In the prefabricated part of the composite beam, most of the honeycomb steel web plates and the longitudinal bars, all the stirrups and all the tie bars are wrapped by the prefabricated part of the concrete. If the upper flange plate does not adopt a concrete cast-in-place mode, the modes of profiled steel sheet composite plates, laminated plates and the like can be adopted, and special measures need to be taken for connecting the lower web plate and the upper flange plate when the modes are adopted so as to ensure reliable connection performance and good common working performance. The combination of the lower web plate and the upper wing plate in different forms can be optimally combined into a combination beam in various forms so as to adapt to the requirements of different engineering constructions.
The invention adopts the honeycomb steel form on the basis of the traditional assembled steel reinforced concrete composite beam, uses the lacing wire to tie the closed hooping at two sides, can better ensure the common working performance of concrete and section steel, increases the restraint on the section steel web plate, and prevents the influence on the final use effect caused by the premature local buckling. According to the design method provided by the invention, the position, size and form (circular, oval and rectangular) of the web plate opening hole, the strength grade and form (recycled concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete and sound insulation concrete) of cast-in-place concrete and the form (profiled steel sheet composite board and laminated slab) of wing plate can be further optimized to meet the actual requirements of different projects.
