Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in a possible implementation manner, the protrusion 211 and the receiving groove 213 may be respectively located at two opposite sides of the inner pot 21, so that when the fry basket 22 is placed in the inner pot 21, the protrusion 211 and the receiving groove 213 can respectively support the fry basket 22 from two opposite sides of the fry basket 22, so that the fry basket 22 can be stably suspended in the inner pot 21, and on one hand, the fry basket can be prevented from being inclined due to uneven stress, thereby affecting the cooking effect of the food materials in the fry basket; on the other hand, can avoid frying the basket and take place deformation because of the atress is uneven to influence the life who fries the basket.

As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the present embodiment provides a fryer assembly which is different from the fryer assembly of the first embodiment in that the protruding portion 211 is detachably mounted on the inner pot 21, thereby facilitating, on the one hand, not only the detachment and replacement of the protruding portion 211 but also the adjustment of the mounting height of the protruding portion 211 to adjust the height of the fry basket 22 in the inner pot 21; on the other hand, when the inner pot is used alone, the bulge part can be detached, so that the bulge part can be prevented from interfering with the use of the inner pot.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in one possible implementation, a through hole penetrating through the side wall of the inner pot 21 and a connecting member 212 installed in the through hole may be provided at the side wall of the inner pot 21, and a portion of the connecting member 212 is formed as a protrusion.
In one implementation, the connection member 212 may include a connection portion 2123 inserted into the through hole, a first blocking portion 2121 located inside the inner pan 21, and a second blocking portion 2122 located outside the inner pan 21, and a maximum outer diameter of each of the first blocking portion 2121 and the second blocking portion 2122 is larger than a diameter of the through hole on the sidewall of the inner pan 21, it is understood that the connection portion 2123 is inserted into the through hole, the first blocking portion 2121 is connected to an end of the connection portion 2123 facing the inside of the inner pan 21, and the second blocking portion 2122 is connected to an end of the connection portion 2123 facing the outside of the inner pan 21, so that the connection member 212 is stably and reliably installed in the through hole on the sidewall of the inner pan 21. Wherein the first stopper 2121 is formed to support the boss 211 of the fry basket. The arrangement mode of the convex part is not only simple and convenient to process, but also convenient and fast in installation process.
In other implementation manners, the connection portion 212 may also be configured to be other structures capable of being installed in the through hole on the sidewall of the inner pan according to actual needs, as long as the requirements of the embodiment can be met, and details are not described herein.
Optionally, the connecting member 212 may be a silicone connecting member, which, in a first aspect, has a relatively low hardness, so as to avoid abrasion or scratching of the fry basket; in the second aspect, the silica gel connecting piece has certain elasticity, so that the silica gel connecting piece can play a role of buffering when the fryer component is collided or impacted, and the fryer component is prevented from being damaged; in the third aspect, the heat-conducting property of the silica gel connecting piece is poor, so that the heat in the inner pot can be prevented from being conducted outwards along the silica gel connecting piece, and the heat loss is caused.
Referring to fig. 7, the first blocking portion 2121 may be tapered, and an end of the first blocking portion 2121 close to the sidewall of the inner pot 21 is larger than an end of the first blocking portion 2121 away from the sidewall of the inner pot 21, so that when the connecting member 212 is inserted into the through hole of the sidewall of the inner pot 21, an end of the first blocking portion 2121 close to the sidewall of the inner pot can be stably abutted against the sidewall of the inner pot 21.
The second blocking portion 2122 may be tapered, and an end of the second blocking portion 2122 close to the sidewall of the inner pot 21 is larger than an end of the second blocking portion 2122 away from the sidewall of the inner pot 21, so that when the connecting member 212 is inserted into the through hole of the sidewall of the inner pot 21, an end of the second blocking portion 2122 close to the sidewall of the inner pot 21 can be stably abutted against the sidewall of the inner pot 21.
Further, it is also possible to provide the second stopper 2122 as a hollow structure, and to provide the maximum outer diameter of the second stopper 2122 smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the first stopper 2121 but larger than the diameter of the through hole in the side wall of the inner pot 21, thereby facilitating the insertion of the second stopper 2122 of the connecting member 212 through the through hole in the side wall of the inner pot 21 and finally the installation of the connecting member 212 in place.
In another possible implementation manner, a clamping part such as a clamping hook can be arranged on the side wall of the inner pot, a matching part such as a clamping groove can be arranged on the protruding part, and then the protruding part can be detachably arranged on the side wall of the inner pot through matching of the clamping part and the matching part, so that the protruding part can support the extending edge of the frying basket.
In other implementation manners, the mounting structure between the protruding portion and the inner pan may also be arranged according to actual needs, as long as the requirements of the present embodiment can be met, and details are not described herein.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of an air fryer according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the present embodiment provides an air fryer, which includes a machine body 10 and a fryer assembly 20, wherein a containing cavity is disposed in the machine body 10, an opening is disposed at a side of the containing cavity, and the fryer assembly 20 is placed in the containing cavity through the opening.
The fryer assembly in this embodiment has the same structure as the fryer assembly provided in any one of the embodiments described above, and can bring about the same or similar technical effects, and therefore, the details are not repeated herein, and specific reference can be made to the description of the embodiments described above.

Claims (10)

1. Fryer assembly, characterised in that said fryer assembly (20) comprises an inner pot (21) and a fry basket (22), said inner pot (21) and said fry basket (22) being provided with mutually cooperating fry basket support structures;
the fry basket supporting structure comprises an extending edge (221) arranged at the open end of the fry basket and a bulge (211) arranged at the upper part of the inner pot (21), wherein the extending edge (221) is lapped on the bulge (211).
2. Fryer assembly according to claim 1, characterised in that the lateral wall of said inner pot (21) projects inwards forming said raised portion (211); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the protruding part (211) is detachably arranged on the inner pot (21).

Fryer assembly according to claim 2, characterised in that when said protruding portion (211) is removably mounted on said inner pot (21), the side wall of said inner pot (21) is provided with a through hole passing through the side wall of said inner pot (21) and with a connecting element (212) mounted in said through hole, part of said connecting element (212) being formed as said protruding portion (211).
4. Fryer assembly according to claim 3, characterised in that said connecting element (212) comprises a connecting portion (2123) passing through said through hole, a first stop portion (2121) located inside said inner pot and a second stop portion (2122) located outside said inner pot, the maximum external diameter of said first stop portion (2121) and the maximum external diameter of said second stop portion (2122) being greater than the diameter of said through hole;
the first stopper portion (2121) is formed as the convex portion (211).
5. Fryer assembly according to claim 3, characterised in that said connector (212) is a silicone connector.
6. Fryer assembly according to claim 4, characterised in that said first stop (2121) is conical and that the end of said first stop (2121) that is closer to the side wall of said inner pot (21) is greater than the end of said first stop (2121) that is farther from the side wall of said inner pot (21); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the second blocking part (2122) is conical, and one end, close to the side wall of the inner pot (21), of the second blocking part (2122) is larger than one end, far away from the side wall of the inner pot (21), of the second blocking part (2122); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the maximum outer diameter of the first stopper (2121) is greater than the maximum outer diameter of the second stopper (2122); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the second blocking part (2122) is of a hollow structure.
7. Fryer assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that said extended edge (221) is a flange formed by the outward bending of the side wall of said basket (22); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the bulge (211) is arranged next to the pot edge of the inner pot (21).
8. The fryer assembly of any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein the basket support structure further includes a handle attachment portion (222) mounted on an upper portion of the fry basket (22), and a receptacle (213) disposed on an outer sidewall of the inner pot (21), the handle attachment portion (222) being received in the receptacle (213).
9. Fryer assembly according to claim 8, characterised in that said raised portion (211) and said housing groove (213) are respectively located on opposite sides of said inner pot (21); or the like, or, alternatively,
the number of the protruding parts (211) is at least two, and the at least two protruding parts (211) and the accommodating groove (213) are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the inner pot (21).
10. An air fryer comprising a body (10) and a fryer assembly (20) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein a receiving cavity is provided in the body (10), the receiving cavity having an opening at a side thereof, the fryer assembly (20) being received in the receiving cavity through the opening.
