Abstract

插入式调温器,其感温管中插入细长金属杆,两 零件在一端固定,感温管另一端固定连动簧片,金属 杆的伸出端与连动簧片固定,感温管受热通过金属杆 牵动连动簧片弯曲触动储能簧片,使电触点分离切断 发热元件的电源,实现控温。其感温管可装在贴近发 热元件部分,而开关机构的弹性元件较远,改善了弹 性元件的工作环境,既可保证温控精度,又可提高弹 性元件的寿命。

Description

本实用新型涉及电热器具的控温元件,特别是一种适于家用电热饮具的插入式调温器。
现各种电热炊具往往采用双金属片恒温器,若将其装在发热元件附近,可直接感应发热元件的温度,则温度控制精度较高,但对其开关机构的弹性元件的耐热性能要求颇高,否则长期在高温环境下工作,弹性元件会产生热疲劳而导致控制温度漂移,甚至缩短恒温器的寿命;若将恒温器安装在远离发热元件之处,其不能直接反映发热元件的温度,受环境温度影响较大,温度控制的通断动作范围大,而控制精度差。
本实用新型之目的是给出一种可直接感应发热元件温度而又不需将开关机构的弹性元件长期处于高温环境的插入式调温器。
所述的调温器,有一个不锈钢的感温管,管中插入一细长金属杆,其端部与感温管的一端固定,感温管另一端管壁上固定连动簧片,金属杆自感温管的该端伸出,且与连动簧片的中部固定,连动簧片的另一端有一绝缘顶子紧靠固定在支架上的储能簧片,储能簧片上有一触点,该簧片的摆动可使其触点与另一个电触点接触或分离而导通或切断电源。
所述的调温器,其感温管感受高温时,会沿轴向伸长,金属杆受热亦沿轴向伸长,由于感温管与连动簧片固为一体,金属杆的两端分别与连动簧片和感温管端固定,则相当于金属杆的两端与感温管两端固定。感温管的受热伸长量大于金属杆,感温管上固定的连动簧片刚性最小,金属杆受拉伸,其将拉动连动簧片弯曲变形,连动簧片上的顶子将推动储能簧片向背离电触点的方向移动,使两个触点分离而切断电源,反之感温管感受的温度下降,连动簧片由弯曲变直,储能簧片向电触点方向移动而接通电源。所述的调温器,其感温管可装在贴近发热元件的部位,而其开关机构的弹性元件距热源较远,改善了弹性元件的工作环境,即可保证温度控制精度,又可提高弹性元件的寿命。

感温管10中插入一细长金属杆9,两个零件在端部固定,感温管10另一端固定连动簧片8,金属杆9自感温管10该端伸出固定在连动簧片8的中部,连动簧片8的另一端有绝缘顶子7,支架12固定在感温管10后端管壁上,支架12的另一端装有储能簧片6和定触片3,其间有绝缘子1和2隔离,储能簧片6上有触点5,定触片3上有电触点4。感温管10感受温度的升降,通过金属杆9牵动连动簧片8的弯曲或变直,可使触点4和5分离或接触而切断或导通电源,支架12上有螺孔,螺旋芯棒11在螺孔中可旋入或旋出,芯棒11顶住储能簧片6,其可调节储能簧片6的储能量,以调节储能簧片6对连动簧片8的抵抗力而实现温度控制的无级调节。

Claims (2)

1、插入式调温器,其特征在于:有一个金属感温管10,管中插入细长金属杆9,其端部与感温管10的一端固定,感温管10的另一端管壁上固定连动簧片8,金属杆9自感温管10的该端伸出且与连动簧片8的中部固定,连动簧片8的另一端有绝缘顶子7紧靠固定在支架12上的储能簧片6,簧片6的摆动可使其上的触点5与另一电触点4接触或分离。
2、按权利要求1所述的插入式调温器,其特征在于支架12一端固定在感温管10后端管壁上,另一端固定储能簧片6和定触片3,支架12点有螺孔,螺旋芯棒11装在螺孔中且端部顶住储能簧片6。
