Claims (10)

1. A gene sample collector is characterized by comprising:
a swab (10) comprising a cotton head (101) arranged at one end of the swab (10) and a lap part (103) arranged at the other end of the swab (10);
an umbrella-shaped protective part (30) connected to the other end of the swab (10) by a break-off part (102), the bridge part (103) being located between the break-off part (102) and the cotton head (101);
and the holding part (20) is fixedly connected with the umbrella-shaped protection part (30).
2. The gene sample collector according to claim 1, further comprising a storage tube (40), wherein the holding part (20) is detachably connected with an opening of the storage tube (40), and the swab (10) is positioned in the storage tube (40).
3. A gene sample extractor, comprising:
the lower end of the tube body (1) is provided with a liquid outlet (71);
the first clamping portion (2) is arranged in the tube body (1) and located above the liquid outlet (71), the first clamping portion (2) is matched with the tube body (1) above the first clamping portion to form a first cavity (11), and a first clamping hole (21) is formed in the first clamping portion (2) and used for clamping a cotton head portion (101) of the swab (10);
the second clamping part (3) is arranged in the first cavity (11), and a second clamping hole (31) is formed in the second clamping part (3);
a piston (4) arranged at the upper part of the tube body (1) and used for compressing the volume of the first chamber (11);
and the liquid injection pipe (5) is communicated with the first chamber (11), and the communication position of the liquid injection pipe (5) and the first chamber (11) is positioned between the first clamping part (2) and the piston (4).
4. The gene sample extractor as claimed in claim 3, wherein the overlapping portion (103) of the swab (10) is overlapped with the second engaging hole (31).
5. The gene sample extractor as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the second clamping portion (3) is provided with a plurality of air holes.
6. The genetic sample extractor as claimed in claim 3 or 4, further comprising a liquid storage tank (6), wherein the liquid storage tank (6) is communicated with the liquid injection pipe (5).
7. The gene sample extractor according to claim 6, wherein the housing of the reservoir (6) is of a flexible and compressible material.
8. The gene sample extractor as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the lower end of the tube (1) is provided with a conical liquid outlet portion (7) outwards, and the conical top of the conical liquid outlet portion (7) is provided with the liquid outlet (71).
9. The gene sample extractor according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the liquid outlet (71), the first snap-in hole (21) and the second snap-in hole (31) are all located on the axis of the tube body (1).
10. A gene sample acquisition device, characterized by comprising a gene sample collector according to any one of claims 1-2 and/or a gene sample extractor according to any one of claims 3-9.
