In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, the massage device will be described more fully below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the massage device are shown in the drawings. However, the massaging device may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and the like as used herein are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent the only embodiments.

The terminology used in the description of the massage device herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
In one embodiment, a massage device comprises a bracket assembly, a bracket fastener, a power supply assembly and an electrode plate assembly. The bracket component is provided with an installation inner side surface facing a user, and the installation inner side surface is provided with an installation hole; the bracket fastener is fixed in the bracket component and corresponds to the mounting hole; the power supply assembly is electrically connected with the support clamping and buckling piece; the electrode plate assembly is arranged at the mounting hole, an electrode plate clamping piece detachably connected with the support clamping piece is arranged on the electrode plate assembly, the electrode plate clamping piece is electrically connected with the electrode plate assembly, and the electrode plate clamping piece is electrically connected with the support clamping piece.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the massage device 10 of an embodiment includes a frame assembly 100, an electrode sheet assembly 200, a power assembly (not shown), and a frame fastener 140. The bracket assembly 100 has a mounting inner side 101 facing the user, the mounting inner side 101 being provided with a mounting hole 102. The bracket fastener 140 is fixed in the bracket assembly 100 and corresponds to the mounting hole 102. The power supply assembly is electrically connected to the electrode tab fastening member 210. The electrode sheet assembly 200 is arranged at the mounting hole 102, an electrode sheet fastener 210 detachably connected with the support fastener 140 is arranged on the electrode sheet assembly 200, the electrode sheet fastener 210 is electrically connected with the electrode sheet assembly 200, and the electrode sheet fastener 210 is electrically connected with the support fastener 140. In one embodiment, the electrode plate fastener 210 is detachably fastened to the bracket fastener 140, and the bracket fastener 140 is electrically connected to the electrode plate fastener 210 in a contacting manner.
In the above massage device 10, the electrode sheet assembly 200 is used for contacting the skin of the user to massage the neck of the user, since the electrode sheet assembly 200 and the support assembly 100 are well connected and disconnected by the cooperation of the electrode sheet fastener 210 and the support fastener 140, the electrode sheet assembly 200 is conveniently mounted and dismounted on the support assembly 100, so that the electrode sheet assembly 200 can be replaced when the electrode sheet 221 is discolored or damaged due to aging, and the electrode sheet fastener 210 is electrically connected with the support fastener 140, so that the electrode sheet assembly 200 is electrically connected with the power supply assembly.
In order to adapt the massage device 10 to different people, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in one embodiment, the bracket assembly 100 includes a mounting bracket 110 and an elastic bracket 120, the mounting bracket 110 has the inner mounting surface 101, and a surface of the mounting bracket 110 facing away from the inner mounting surface 101 is connected to an inner surface of the elastic bracket 120, in this embodiment, the massage device 10 is a neck massage device, and since the elastic bracket 120 has a deformation capability, the massage device 10 can be deformed to adapt to people with necks of different thicknesses. In order to facilitate the operation of the mounting bracket and the electrode plate assembly 200 while the massage device 10 is fitted on the neck of the user, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the bracket assembly 100 further includes two clamping arms 130, one clamping arm 130 is connected to one end of the elastic bracket 120 and one end of the mounting bracket 110, the other clamping arm 130 is connected to the other end of the elastic bracket 120 and the other end of the mounting bracket 110, and the clamping arms 130 are disposed to facilitate the operation of the mounting bracket 110 and the electrode plate assembly 200 while the massage device 10 is fitted on the neck of the user. In one embodiment, the clamping arms 130 are provided with insertion openings, one end of the elastic support 120 is inserted into the insertion opening of one of the clamping arms 130, and the other end of the elastic support is inserted into the insertion opening of the other clamping arm 130, so that the massage device 10 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted through the insertion and matching relationship. In one embodiment, the mounting bracket 110 is a silicone bracket. In one embodiment, the bracket clasp 140 is riveted to the mounting bracket 110.
In order to facilitate the detachable clamping of the electrode plate fastener 210 and the bracket fastener 140, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, in one embodiment, a fastening post 211 is protruded from one of the electrode plate fastener 210 and the bracket fastener 140, and a fastening groove 141 is formed in the other one of the electrode plate fastener 210 and the bracket fastener 140, and the fastening post 211 is adapted to be inserted into the fastening groove 141, so that the electrode plate fastener 210 and the bracket fastener 140 are detachably clamped through the matching of the fastening post 211 and the fastening groove 141. In order to facilitate the detachable clamping of the electrode plate fastener 210 and the bracket fastener 140, in one embodiment, the electrode plate fastener 210 is convexly provided with the fastening post 211, and a part of one surface of the bracket fastener 140 is inwards recessed to form the fastening groove 141, so that the electrode plate fastener 210 and the bracket fastener 140 are detachably clamped through the matching of the fastening post 211 and the fastening groove 141. In other embodiments, the fastening post 211 is protruded from the holder fastener 140, and a surface of the electrode tab fastener 210 is recessed inward to form the fastening groove 141.
In order to improve the stability of the clamping of the electrode sheet clamping part 210 and the support clamping part 140, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, in one embodiment, at least one protruding rib 142 is convexly disposed on one of the electrode sheet clamping part 210 and the support clamping part 140, at least one limiting groove 212 is disposed on the other one of the electrode sheet clamping part 210 and the support clamping part 140, each protruding rib 142 is inserted into one limiting groove 212 in an adaptive manner, and the protruding ribs 142 are matched with the limiting grooves 212, so that the electrode sheet clamping part 210 and the support clamping part 140 cannot rotate relatively, and the stability of the clamping of the electrode sheet clamping part 210 and the support clamping part 140 is improved. In order to improve the stability of the clamping connection between the electrode plate clamping piece 210 and the support clamping piece 140, in one embodiment, the electrode plate clamping piece 210 is provided with the limiting groove 212, the support clamping piece 140 is convexly provided with the convex rib 142, and the convex rib 142 is matched with the limiting groove 212, so that the electrode plate clamping piece 210 and the support clamping piece 140 cannot rotate relatively, and the stability of the clamping connection between the electrode plate clamping piece 210 and the support clamping piece 140 is improved. In other embodiments, the support fastening member 140 is provided with the limiting groove 212, and the electrode plate fastening member 210 is provided with the protruding rib 142 in a protruding manner.
In order to electrically connect the electrode plate assembly 200 and the bracket assembly 100 and save the electrical connection circuit, in one embodiment, the electrode plate fastener 210 is electrically connected with the bracket fastener 140 in a contact manner, so that the electrode plate assembly 200 is electrically connected with the bracket assembly 100, and the electrode plate fastener 210 and the bracket fastener 140 are used as electrical connectors, thereby saving the circuit for electrical connection, saving the cost and making the massage device 10 compact. In one embodiment, the electrode plate fastener 210 and the bracket fastener 140 are both metal members, so that the electrode plate fastener 210 and the bracket fastener 140 can be in contact and electrical connection.
In order to make the mounting bracket 110 generate heat and to improve the stability of the connection of the heating film, in one embodiment, the massage device 10 further includes the heating film, the heating film is integrally formed with the mounting bracket 110, the mounting bracket 110 is heated by the heating film, and the heating film is integrally formed with the mounting bracket 110, so that the stability of the connection of the heating film is improved, the number of assembling steps is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. In one embodiment, the heating film is embedded in the mounting bracket 110, so that the contact area between the heating film and the mounting bracket 110 is increased, and the heating efficiency of the heating film is improved.
In order to facilitate the operation of the electrode sheet assembly 200, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, in one embodiment, the electrode sheet assembly 200 includes two electrode sheet groups 220, each of the electrode sheet groups 220 is provided with at least one electrode sheet fastening component 210, one of the electrode sheet groups 220 is connected to the positive electrode of the power supply assembly, the other electrode sheet group 220 is connected to the negative electrode of the power supply assembly, and the two electrode sheet groups 220 are respectively connected to the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the power supply assembly to energize the electrode sheet assembly 200.
In order to facilitate the heating film to generate heat by electrifying, in one embodiment, the electrode plate fastener 210 is electrically connected with the bracket fastener 140 in a contact manner, the heating film is electrically connected with the bracket fastener 140, and the heating film can generate heat by electrifying work through the conduction of the electrode plate fastener and the bracket fastener.
In order to improve the production efficiency of the massage device 10, as shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the electrode sheet set 220 includes a plurality of electrode sheets 221 connected in sequence, the electrode sheets 221 and the mounting bracket need to be connected repeatedly, the steps are complicated, the production efficiency is low, and the electrode sheet set 220 with the electrode sheets 221 integrated can improve the production efficiency.
In order to contact the electrode plate assembly 200 with the neck of the user, in one embodiment, the mounting bracket has an arc-shaped structure, and the electrode plate set 220 formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of electrode plates 221 has an arc-shaped structure, in this embodiment, the massage device is a neck massage device, so that the electrode plate set 220 is conveniently matched with the neck of the user, and the electrode plate set 220 formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of electrode plates 221 is easier to form an arc-shaped structure.
In order to weaken the deformation resistance of the electrode sheet set 220, as shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, a recess 201 is formed between every two adjacent electrode sheets 221 of the electrode sheet set 220 on one surface facing the mounting inner side surface 101, so that a connecting portion 222 with the recess 201 is formed between every two adjacent electrode sheets 221, every two adjacent electrode sheets 221 are connected through one connecting portion 222, and the recess 201 is formed in the connecting portion 222 between two electrode sheets 221, so that the deformation resistance of the electrode sheet set 220 can be weakened, the deformation following capability of the electrode sheet set 220 can be improved, and cracks can be avoided between the electrode sheets 221 and the mounting bracket.
In order to realize that the electrode plates are independent from each other, in one embodiment, a plurality of electrode plates are insulated from each other and are electrically connected with the power supply assembly, in this embodiment, two adjacent electrode plates are insulated from each other, so that each electrode plate is electrically connected with the power supply assembly, and the electrode plates do not interfere with each other, so that the electrode plates can be controlled independently from each other. In one embodiment, the connection between the electrode plates and the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the power supply assembly is changed through a control circuit board, and any two or more electrode plates form a loop to realize the marquee effect. In one embodiment, the power supply assembly comprises a plurality of power supplies, each electrode plate is connected with one power supply, namely the electrode plates are connected with different electric signals, so that the working states of the electrode plates are different, the work of the electrode plates can be sequentially controlled according to the requirement, the walking horse lamp type massage effect is achieved, the massage manipulation is enriched, the massage effect of the electrode plates on the neck is improved, and the physiotherapy is suitable for users with different shoulder and neck damage degrees or different bearable massage force degrees to perform physiotherapy. In one embodiment, the power supply for connection of each electrode plate is different. In one embodiment, the electrode plate group works according to a preset program.
In order to weaken the deformation resistance of the electrode sheet set 220, as shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, a plurality of grooves 202 are formed on one surface of the electrode sheet set 220 facing away from the mounting inner side surface 101, the grooves 202 and the recesses 201 are respectively located on two opposite surfaces of the electrode sheet set 220, each groove 202 is adjacent to one of the recesses 201, each groove 202 is arranged in a staggered manner with respect to one of the recesses 201, and the groove 202 is arranged in a staggered manner on the other surface of the electrode sheet set 220 on the basis of the arrangement of the recesses 201, that is, the groove 202 is adjacent to but staggered with respect to the recess 201, so as to avoid the groove 202 and the recess 201 being located at the right opposite positions, it should be understood that when the groove 202 and the recess 201 are located at the right opposite positions, the portion of the connecting portion 222 located at the recess 201 is made thinner, so that the connecting portion 222 is easily broken, and further, by, further weakening the deformation resistance of the electrode sheet set 220, improving the shape-following deformation capability of the electrode sheet set 220, and better avoiding the generation of cracks between the electrode sheet 221 and the mounting bracket.
In order to improve the connection stability of the electrode plate 221, as shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, the insulating strips 223 are adaptively filled in the groove 202, in this embodiment, the electrode plate group 220 and the insulating strips filled in the groove 202 are integrally formed, so that the filled silica gel can play a role in improving the connection stability of the electrode plate 221, in one embodiment, the insulating strips 223 are silica gel strips, and since the elasticity of the silica gel strips filled between the grooves 202 is strong, the silica gel can deform when the electrode plate group 220 deforms, so as to avoid cracks between the electrode plate 221 and the silica gel. In one embodiment, the silicone strip 223 is fixedly connected with the electrode sheet set 220, and the grooves 202 are filled with silicone and fixedly connected with the electrode sheet set 220, so that the consistency of the inner surface of the mounting bracket can be ensured.
In order to ensure that the electrode sheet set 220 is preferentially contacted with the skin of the user, as shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the electrode sheet set 220 is convexly disposed on the inner mounting side surface 101, that is, the electrode sheet 221 is convexly disposed on the inner mounting side surface 101, so that when the user wears the massage device 10, the convexly disposed electrode sheet set 220 is preferentially contacted with the skin of the user relative to the mounting bracket. In one embodiment, the height of the electrode plate 221 protruding from the inner mounting surface 101 is 0.1mm to 3mm, the protruding distance is too small to be easily contacted, the protruding distance is too large to cause too large resistance and more energy loss, and the height of the electrode plate 221 protruding from the inner mounting surface 101 is more suitable between 0.1mm to 3 mm. In one embodiment, the height of the electrode sheet 221 protruding from the inner mounting surface 101 is 0.5mm to 2 mm. In one embodiment, the height of the electrode plate 221 protruding from the inner mounting surface 101 is 1mm, which is an excellent protruding height, so that the electrode plate 221 can be conveniently contacted with the skin of a user, and the resistance of the electrode plate 221 is small, so that the energy consumption is low.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
