Technical Field
The invention relates to an electric connection female terminal, and also relates to an LED lamp applying the electric connection female terminal.
Background
Generally, there are two methods for electrically connecting the LED lamp head rivet to the driving board (or the driving light source integrated board): one is direct welding; the other type is that one end of a copper wire is welded with a driving board (or a driving light source integrated board), and the other end of the copper wire is riveted and pressed on the lamp holder by a lamp holder rivet, so that the lamp holder rivet is conducted with the driving board (or the driving light source integrated board). Both methods have the defects of complex operation, more consumed working hours and inconvenience for automatic production.
Therefore, in the prior art, a connector is designed to electrically connect the cap rivet to the driving board (or the driving light source integrated board). However, the connection terminal 100 in the prior art is similar to that shown in fig. 1 and has a cantilever spring structure, and when the structure is contacted with the cap rivet (male terminal 200), as shown in fig. 1-1, the cap rivet (male terminal 200) is clamped by the cantilever spring end of the connection terminal 100 to realize electrical connection, so that the contact is unreliable, ignition is easy, and the safety is poor.
In view of the above, the present inventors have developed an electrical connection female terminal, so as to make the plug-in electrical connection of male terminals such as a cap rivet more reliable and improve the safety.

The invention also aims to provide the LED lamp applying the electric connection female terminal, so that the connection is more reliable and safer.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 2 to 8, the female electrical terminal 10 of the present invention comprises two end portions 11 and a middle resilient piece 12. Two ends of the middle elastic sheet 12 are respectively connected to the two end parts 11, and the middle part of the middle elastic sheet 12 is bent to form an elastic clamping opening for inserting male terminals 20 such as lamp holder rivets and the like.
The female terminal 10 may be cylindrical (as shown in fig. 4, 6 to 8), semi-cylindrical, square (as shown in fig. 2, 3), polygonal, saddle (as shown in fig. 5) or irregular, the end 11 may be correspondingly cylindrical (as shown in fig. 4, 6 to 8), semi-cylindrical, square (as shown in fig. 2, 3), polygonal, saddle (as shown in fig. 5) or irregular, the spring 12 is one, or the spring 12 is two or more, as shown in fig. 2, there are three springs 12 as shown in fig. 3, as shown in fig. 4 to 8, there are multiple springs 12, all the springs 12 are uniformly distributed on the end 11, the middle of all the springs 12 is bent to form a spring clip to provide a clamping effect for the male terminal 20, because the two ends of the springs 12 are fixed, the male terminal 20 can be ensured to be fully contacted with the spring 12, the contact area is larger, and the contact is more reliable, the ignition is not easy, and the safety is greatly improved.

As shown in fig. 2 and 2-1, which are the first embodiment of the present invention, the female terminal 10 is composed of two end portions 11 and two middle spring pieces 12, the two end portions 11 are in a square shape, two ends of the two middle spring pieces 12 are respectively connected to a first side and a third side (two opposite sides) of the two end portions 11, the middle portions of the two middle spring pieces 12 are bent to form elastic clamping openings, an intermediate plate 13 is connected between the second sides of the two square end portions 11, and the intermediate plate 13 is used for mounting and electrically connecting the whole female terminal 10. The structure is simple, but compared with the cantilever spring plate structure shown in fig. 1, the electric connection effect is obviously improved.
As shown in fig. 3 to 3-2, which is a second embodiment of the present invention, the female terminal 10 is composed of two end portions 11 and three middle resilient tabs 12, the two end portions 11 are square, two ends of the three middle resilient tabs 12 are respectively connected to the first to third edges of the two end portions 11, the middle portions of the three middle resilient tabs 12 are bent to form elastic clamping openings, an intermediate plate 13 is connected between the fourth edges of the two square end portions 11, the second and third edges of the two square end portions 11 are respectively connected to a mounting plate 14 extending in opposite directions, and the mounting plates 14 are used for mounting and electrically connecting the whole female terminal 10.
As shown in fig. 4 to 4-1, in the third embodiment of the present invention, the female terminal 10 is composed of two end portions 11 and a plurality of middle resilient pieces 12, the two end portions 11 are cylindrical with gaps, the middle resilient pieces 12 are uniformly distributed and have two ends respectively connected to the two end portions 11, the middle portions of the middle resilient pieces 12 are bent in opposite directions to form elastic clamping openings, two sides of the gaps of the two end portions 11 are respectively connected to one side plate 15, the two side plates 15 are further bent in opposite directions to form the mounting plate 14, and the mounting plate 14 is used for mounting and electrically connecting the whole female terminal 10. In order to facilitate the installation and positioning and avoid the solder failure of the mounting plate 14 during the plugging and unplugging of the electrical connection, a hook 18 is further formed on the mounting plate 14 for matching with a clipping hole of the driving plate 60 or the driving light source integrated plate 70.
As shown in fig. 5 to 5-1, in a fourth embodiment of the present invention, the female terminal 10 is composed of two end portions 11 and a plurality of middle resilient pieces 12, the two end portions 11 are saddle-shaped, the middle resilient pieces 12 are uniformly distributed, two ends of each middle resilient piece 12 are respectively connected to the two end portions 11, the middle portions of the middle resilient pieces 12 are bent to form elastic clamping openings, two sides of each end portion 11 are respectively connected to one mounting plate 14, the two mounting plates 14 extend in opposite directions, and the mounting plates 14 are used for mounting and electrically connecting the whole female terminal 10. In order to facilitate the installation and positioning and avoid the solder failure of the mounting plate 14 during the plugging and unplugging of the electrical connection, a hook 18 is further formed on the mounting plate 14 for matching with a clipping hole of the driving plate 60 or the driving light source integrated plate 70.
As shown in fig. 6 to 6-2, which are fifth embodiment of the present invention, the female terminal 10 is composed of two end portions 11 and a plurality of middle resilient pieces 12, the two end portions 11 are cylindrical, the middle resilient pieces 12 are uniformly distributed, and both ends of the middle resilient pieces 12 are respectively connected to the two end portions 11, the middle portions of the middle resilient pieces 12 are bent to form elastic clamping openings, the two end portions 11 are respectively connected to one mounting plate 14, the mounting plates 14 are parallel to a central line of the female terminal 10, the two mounting plates 14 extend in opposite directions, and the mounting plates 14 are used for mounting and electrically connecting the whole female terminal 10. For convenience of installation, the female terminal 10 is further provided with a rubber core holder 30, a containing cavity 31 is formed on the rubber core holder 30, the two end portions 11 and the middle spring plate 12 are placed in the containing cavity 31, the mounting plate 14 extends out of the containing cavity 31, a buckle 16 matched and clamped with the cavity wall of the containing cavity 31 is further formed on the end portion 11 so as to prevent the female terminal 10 from falling off the rubber core holder 30, and a mounting column 32 is further formed on the rubber core holder 30, and the mounting column 32 is used for being matched with the driving plate 60 or the driving light source integrated plate 70 so as to prevent deviation during installation.
As shown in fig. 7 to 7-3, which are six embodiments of the present invention, the female terminal 10 is composed of two end portions 11 and a plurality of middle spring pieces 12, the two end portions 11 are cylindrical, the middle spring pieces 12 are uniformly distributed, and two ends of the middle spring pieces are respectively connected to the two end portions 11, the middle portions of the middle spring pieces 12 are bent to form elastic clamping openings, one end portion 11 is connected to a pin 17, the pin 17 is perpendicular to a center line of the female terminal 10, and the pin 17 is used for mounting and electrically connecting the whole female terminal 10. For convenience of installation, the female terminal 10 is further provided with a rubber core holder 30, one or more accommodating cavities 31 are formed in the rubber core holder 30, the two end portions 11 and the middle spring plate 12 are placed in the accommodating cavities 31, the pins 17 extend out of the accommodating cavities 31, the end portions 11 are further provided with buckles 16 which are matched and clamped with the cavity walls of the accommodating cavities 31 so as to prevent the female terminal 10 from falling out of the rubber core holder 30, and the rubber core holder 30 is further provided with mounting columns 32, wherein the mounting columns 32 are used for matching with a driving plate 60 or a driving light source integrated plate 70 to prevent deviation during installation. Two accommodating cavities 31 are formed in the plastic core holder 30 shown in fig. 7-3, that is, two female terminals 10 are mounted on the plastic core holder 30.
As shown in fig. 8 to 8-2, which are the seventh embodiment of the present invention, the female terminal 10 is composed of two end portions 11 and a plurality of middle resilient pieces 12, the two end portions 11 are cylindrical, the middle resilient pieces 12 are uniformly distributed, and both ends of the middle resilient pieces 12 are respectively connected to the two end portions 11, the middle portions of the middle resilient pieces 12 are bent in opposite directions to form an elastic nip, one end portion 11 is connected to two mounting plates 14, the mounting plates 14 are perpendicular to the center line of the female terminal 10, the two mounting plates 14 extend in opposite directions and then are bent, and the mounting plates 14 are used for mounting and electrically connecting the whole female terminal 10. For convenience of installation, the female terminal 10 is further provided with a rubber core holder 30, a containing cavity 31 is formed on the rubber core holder 30, the two end portions 11 and the middle spring plate 12 are placed in the containing cavity 31, and the two mounting plates 14 extend out of the containing cavity 31.
As shown in fig. 9, the present invention also discloses an LED lamp, which is composed of a lamp head 40, a lamp body 50, a driving board 60 and a light source board 80. The driving board 60 and the light source board 80 are installed in the lamp body 50. A male terminal 20 (a cap rivet) is attached to the cap 40, the electrical connection female terminal 10 is attached to the driving board 60, and the cap rivet is inserted into an elastic clip of the electrical connection female terminal 10 via the cap rivet, thereby electrically connecting the cap rivet and the driving board 60. As shown in fig. 10, the present invention also discloses an LED lamp, which is composed of a lamp cap 40, a lamp body 50 and a driving light source integrated board 70. The driving light source integrated board 70 is installed in the lamp body 50. The male terminal 20 (cap rivet) is attached to the cap 40, the electrical connection female terminal 10 is attached to the driving light source integrated board 70, and the cap rivet is inserted into the elastic clip opening of the electrical connection female terminal 10 to electrically connect the cap rivet and the driving light source integrated board 70. The invention adopts the electric connection female terminal 10, ensures that the contact area of the male terminal 20 and the elastic sheet 12 is larger, the contact is more reliable, the ignition is not easy, and the safety is greatly improved.
Claims (4)
1.
