The utility model provides a neck massager.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the neck massager 10 includes a support 10a, a massage head assembly 10b, a battery, and a control main board.
In the present embodiment, the support 10a is used to support the massage head assembly 10b, a battery, a control board, and the like. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the massage head unit 10b is located outside the holder 10a and is provided on the holder 10 a. The battery and the control mainboard are arranged in the bracket 10a, the battery is electrically connected with the control mainboard, and the control mainboard is electrically connected with the massage head component 10 b.
In this embodiment, the support 10a is also intended to be worn around the neck. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the shape of the support 10a is adapted to the shape of the neck, and can be sleeved on the neck. When the bracket 10a is sleeved on the neck, the side of the massage head assembly 10b far away from the bracket 10a is jointed with the neck. More specifically, in the present embodiment, the bracket 10a includes a middle bracket 110 and two clamp arms 120. Two holding arms 120 are respectively provided at both ends of the middle bracket 110. The massage head assembly 10b is provided on the intermediate bracket 110. When the support 10a is fitted on the neck, the two holding arms 120 are respectively attached to the left and right sides of the neck and/or supported on the left and right shoulders, and the massage head assembly 10b is attached to the portion between the left and right sides of the neck, so that the neck massager 10 is stably worn on the neck. More specifically, in the present embodiment, the intermediate bracket 110 has elasticity. Therefore, when the neck massager 10 is used, the neck massager 10 can be adapted to necks of different sizes by utilizing the elastic pulling angle and the restoring of the middle bracket 110.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the shape of the support 10a may not be adapted to the shape of the neck, and the support 10a may also be pillow-shaped, in which case the support 10a can be worn on the neck by means of an external abutting member. For example, the abutting member may be a seat back, and the bracket 10a is placed between the back side of the neck and the seat back, and the bracket 10a may be worn on the neck while the side of the massage head assembly 10b away from the bracket 10a is fitted to the neck.
In the present embodiment, the battery is provided in one of the two gripper arms 120, and the control main board is provided in the other of the two gripper arms 120. The battery is used to power the various components of the neck massager 10 that require power, such as the control board and the massage head assembly 10 b. The control main board is electrically connected with the massage head assembly 10b and is used for controlling the massage head assembly 10b to work. The batteries and the control main board are respectively arranged in the two holding arms 120, so that the weight distribution of the whole neck massager 10 can be more balanced. It is understood that in other embodiments, at least one of the battery and the control motherboard may be disposed in the middle bracket 110.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the massage head assembly 10b includes a connection base 200 and a plurality of massage heads 300 (two or more). The massage heads 300 are respectively arranged on the same connecting seat 200. The connecting base 200 is disposed on the bracket 10a (the middle bracket 110), and the connecting base 200 can float relative to the bracket 10a (the middle bracket 110) so that the plurality of massage heads 300 can be attached to the neck portion at the same time.
In traditional neck massage appearance, the figure of the connecting seat of connecting massage head and support is the same with the figure of massage head to the one-to-one setting, also in traditional neck massage appearance, a connecting seat linking bridge and a massage head, every massage head is all mutually independent. When using the neck massager, human neck can not be in the stationary holding state always, the neck can extrude a massage head of corresponding that one side when toward one side wrench movement like this, this massage head then more laminates the neck, but all the other massage heads then cause the contact failure with the neck because with the relative separation of neck, let user "the wing of careful when using," dare the activity neck by a wide margin, keep a stiff state throughout, arouse uncomfortable of neck on the contrary, the massage effect who reaches is very limited.
In the above-mentioned neck massager 10, because the connecting seat 200 can float for the support 10a, thereby the connecting seat 200 can use the connecting point of connecting seat 200 and support 10a as the fulcrum, for support 10a horizontal hunting and/or luffing and/or fore-and-aft hunting, and then when wearing above-mentioned neck massager 10 in the neck, a plurality of massage heads 300 of massage head subassembly 10b can laminate the neck simultaneously, be convenient for very much wear on the not neck of equidimension of different crowds, have certain commonality.
In the process of using the neck massage apparatus 10, since one connecting seat 200 connects the bracket 10a and the plurality of massage heads 300, the plurality of massage heads 300 on the same connecting seat 200 have a linkage effect. When the neck is twisted to one side (for example, the left side), the neck presses the at least one massage head 300 corresponding to the side (the left side), and when the at least one massage head 300 is pressed by the neck to be attached to the neck, the connecting base 200 performs a corresponding direction movement relative to the bracket 10a by using a connecting point of the connecting base 200 and the bracket 10a as a linkage fulcrum, so that the other massage heads 300 on the connecting base 200 are linked, and the other massage heads 300 on the connecting base 200 are also attached to the neck. That is to say when at least one massage head 300 on connecting seat 200 receives the extrusion force of neck and when laminating the neck, other massage heads 300 on connecting seat 200 receive "pole principle" synchronous linkage and laminate the neck, can not with neck relative separation to guarantee that a plurality of massage heads 300 on connecting seat 200 laminate the neck at the moment, make the user when using neck massager 10, the neck can multi-angle free activity, has improved neck massager 10's user experience.
In some embodiments, the massage head 300 includes an electrode pad 310 for fitting with the neck. When the electrode plates 310 of at least two massage heads 300 are simultaneously attached to the neck and form a conduction loop with the neck, the massage heads 300 can massage the neck.
At this moment, when using traditional neck massage appearance, because human neck can not be in the motionless holding state always, the neck can extrude a massage head of corresponding that side when toward one side wrench movement like this, and this massage head then more laminates the neck, but all the other massage heads then cause the contact failure with the neck because with the relative separation of neck to arouse the tingling sensation, very influence user's use experience. And in this embodiment, on a plurality of massage heads 300 were located same connecting seat 200 respectively, linkage effect had between a plurality of massage heads 300 on same connecting seat 200 to guarantee that a plurality of massage heads 300 on the connecting seat 200 laminate the neck constantly, avoid the production of stinging sense, make the user when using neck massage appearance 10, the neck can multi-angle free activity, has improved neck massage appearance 10's user experience.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the neck massager 10 is a low-frequency micro-current massager, the electrode plate 310 is electrically connected to the control main board, the control main board can control the electrode plate 310 to generate a low-frequency micro-current, and the low-frequency micro-current acts on the neck to generate a massage effect on the neck. It can be understood that the low-frequency micro-current massager can also have other functions such as a vibration function, and at the moment, other functional elements such as a vibration element can be arranged in the low-frequency micro-current massager.
In some embodiments, the massage head 300 includes a heating sheet for engaging the neck. If the heating sheets of the plurality of massage heads 300 on the connecting seat 200 can be attached to the neck at any time, the heating effect can be better.
It is understood that, when the massage head 300 includes the electrode sheet 310 for fitting to the neck, and the massage head 300 further includes a heating element, the heating element may heat the electrode sheet 310, so that the neck massage apparatus 10 may have both the low frequency micro-current function and the heating function.
In the present embodiment, the middle bracket 110 includes a bracket outer shell 112 and a bracket inner shell 114. The stent inner shell 114 is disposed on the stent outer shell 112 with the stent inner shell 114 being closer to the neck than the stent outer shell 112. Two clamp arms 120 are provided at both ends of the holder housing 112, respectively.
The connecting base 200 is disposed on the bracket inner case 114. At least one of the holder inner housing 114 and the connection holder 200 has elasticity so that the connection holder 200 can float with respect to the holder outer housing 112.
In some embodiments, the bracket inner housing 114 and/or the connector holder 200 itself is resilient. In some embodiments, the bracket inner housing 114 and/or the connection base 200 are resilient by including resilient elements.
In the present embodiment, the bracket inner housing 114 and the connecting seat 200 are both elastic. So, can make massage head 300 have better floating effect to a plurality of massage head 300's linkage effect is better, even very light dynamics also can play the linkage effect, guarantees the laminating effect of massage head 300 and neck skin.
In this embodiment, the elastic coefficient of the holder inner case 114 is smaller than that of the coupling holder 200. Thus, the holder inner case 114 is more easily deformed with respect to the connection holder 200, and at this time, it can be considered that the elasticity of the holder inner case 114 is greater than that of the connection holder 200. Wherein, the support inner shell 114 is easier to be deformed relative to the connecting seat 200, which can play a better linkage effect and ensure the fitting of the massage head 300 and the neck. It can be understood that, when the elastic coefficient of the bracket inner housing 114 is greater than the elastic coefficient of the connecting seat 200, the bracket inner housing 114 is less prone to deform relative to the connecting seat 200, that is, when the strength of the bracket inner housing 114 is greater than the strength of the connecting seat 200, the connecting seat 200 mainly depends on the elasticity of the connecting seat 200 to achieve the effect of linking the massage head 300, and it is difficult to achieve the effect of relatively poor linking by means of the elasticity of the bracket inner housing 114, and the floating effect of the massage head 300 is poor.
In this embodiment, the material of the inner housing 114 is the same as that of the connecting socket 200. The connecting socket 20 has a hollow structure, and the wall thickness of the connecting socket 200 is greater than that of the inner housing 114 of the bracket. Thus, not only the elastic coefficient of the inner housing 114 of the bracket is less than that of the connecting seat 200, but also the material of the inner housing 114 of the bracket is the same as that of the connecting seat 200, so that the inner housing 114 of the bracket and the connecting seat 200 can be molded integrally by injection, thereby facilitating the assembly of the neck massager 10.
In this embodiment, the connecting seat 200 is made of silicone, and the wall thickness of the connecting seat 200 is 2mm to 5 mm. Thus, the connecting seat 200 can be ensured to have the best elasticity, a better linkage effect is achieved, and the fitting between the massage head 300 and the neck is ensured. It can be understood that the wall thickness of the connecting seat 200 is too small, and the connecting seat 200 is too soft, so that the linkage effect cannot be achieved; the wall thickness of the connecting seat 200 is too large, and the rigidity of the connecting seat 200 is too large, so that the linkage effect of the massage head 300 can be achieved only by the elasticity of the inner shell 114 of the bracket, the linkage effect is relatively poor, and the floating effect of the massage head 300 is relatively poor.
In the present embodiment, the connecting socket 200 includes a main body portion 210 and a plurality of connecting portions 220 (two or more). The main body 210 is disposed on the inner housing 114, and the plurality of connecting portions 220 are disposed on the main body 210. The number of the connecting parts 220 is the same as that of the massage heads 300, and each connecting part 220 is connected with one massage head 300. Specifically, in the present embodiment, two massage heads 300, i.e., two connection portions 220, are simultaneously connected to one connection seat 200.
In the present embodiment, the connecting portions 220 are protruded from the side of the main body portion 210 away from the rack inner casing 114. One end of each connecting portion 220 away from the main body portion 210 is connected with a massage head 300. Because connecting portion 220 is protruding to be located on the one side that main part 210 kept away from support inner shell 114, the one end that main part 210 was kept away from to connecting portion 220 is higher than the one side that support inner shell 114 was kept away from to main part 210 to connecting portion 220 wholly is "support form", makes massage head 300 be more convenient for install, and the linkage effect is better, guarantees that massage head 300 and neck skin have better laminating effect. It is understood that in other embodiments, the connecting portion 220 may be omitted from the connecting seat 200, and in this case, the massage head 300 may be directly provided on the body portion 210, or the omitted connecting portion 220 may be provided on the massage head 300.
In the present embodiment, the body portion 210 is integrally formed with the plurality of connection portions 220. Thus, the connecting socket 200 is convenient to manufacture and assemble.
In the present embodiment, the body portion 210 extends in the width direction of the rack housing 112. The plurality of connection portions 220 are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the body portion 210. The plurality of massage heads 300 are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the main body portion 210. Thus, the plurality of massage heads 300 on the connecting seat 200 can better cover the height direction of the neck. It is understood that in other embodiments, the main body 210 may also extend along the circumference of the support housing 112, so that the plurality of massage heads 300 on the connection seat 200 can better cover the circumference of the neck.
In this embodiment, an insertion groove 302 is formed at an end of the massage head 300 close to the connecting portion 220, and an end of the connecting portion 220 away from the main body 210 is inserted into the insertion groove 302. Thus, the massage head 300 can be easily assembled to the connection part 220.
In the present embodiment, an end of the connecting portion 220 away from the main body portion 210 is an opening end. The bottom of the insertion groove 302 is provided with an insertion column 304. One end of the connecting portion 220 away from the main body portion 210 is inserted into the insertion groove 302, and the insertion column 304 is inserted into one end of the connecting portion 220 away from the main body portion 210. Thus, the massage head 300 can be more firmly connected to the connection part 220.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the main body portion 210 and the plurality of connecting portions 220 are both hollow structures, and the plurality of connecting portions 220 are respectively communicated with the main body portion 210. Thus, the connecting seat 200 can be ensured to have the best elasticity, a better linkage effect is achieved, and the fitting between the massage head 300 and the neck is ensured.
In this embodiment, the neck massager 10 further includes a support member 10c, and the support member 10c connects the bracket inner housing 114 and a side of the connecting base 200 away from the massage head 300. The elastic coefficient of the support member 10c is greater than that of the holder inner case 114 and less than that of the coupling holder 200. That is, the strength of the support member 10c is greater than that of the stand inner case 114 and greater than that of the connection holder 200. In this way, the supporting member 10c can serve as a linkage fulcrum to achieve a better linkage effect. It can be understood that if the rigidity of the linkage fulcrum is too low, when the stress on one of the massage heads 300 is too high, the phenomenon of 'collapse' is easy to occur at the linkage fulcrum, and the linkage force disappears, so that the linkage effect cannot be achieved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the main body 210 is a hollow structure, and a first notch 212 is formed on a side of the main body 210 close to the inner housing 114 of the bracket. The end of the support member 10c remote from the inner housing 114 of the stand extends into the first notch 212 and is connected to the inner wall of the body portion 210 opposite to the first notch 212. The bracket inner shell 114 defines a second notch 1142 corresponding to the first notch 212, and the main body portion 210 and the bracket 10a are communicated with each other through the first notch 212 and the second notch 1142. The intermediate bracket 110 further includes a mounting portion 116, and the mounting portion 116 is disposed on a side of the bracket inner housing 114 adjacent to the bracket outer housing 112 and spans the second gap 1142. The mounting portion 116 is fixedly coupled to the supporting member 10 c. In this way, the main body 210 and the bracket inner shell 114 can be integrally formed, and the mounting portion 116 is fixedly connected to the supporting member 10c, so as to further prevent the supporting member 10c from being displaced when the connecting socket 200 is coupled. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the mounting portion 116 and the supporting member 10c are fixedly connected by screws.
