Examples
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an electronic apparatus 100, and the electronic apparatus 100 provided in the present embodiment can avoid a problem that when the fixing element 110 is directly connected to the camera assembly 130, the camera assembly 130 is easily tilted due to uneven stress on the camera assembly 130 caused by the fact that the fixing element 110 is in local line-surface contact with the camera assembly 130 when being tilted relative to the camera assembly 130.
The electronic device 100 provided by the present embodiment may be a projection device, a video camera, a still camera, or the like having a device that requires the camera 134. The camera assembly 130 of the electronic device 100 may need to be tilted with respect to the chassis 140 during installation according to actual circumstances. Taking a projection device as an example, the light-entering area of the camera 134 on the projection device requires that the light-exiting range of the optical mechanical lens is covered as much as possible, so as to ensure the limitation of the analysis of the projection image. When the camera assembly 130 is installed on the fixing member 110, a certain included angle is formed between the fixing member 110 and the camera assembly 130, and if the fixing member 110 directly contacts with the camera assembly 130, a part of the fixing member 110 abuts against the camera assembly 130, so that the camera assembly 130 is locally stressed.
In this embodiment, the electronic device 100 includes a camera assembly 130, a frame 140, an elastic element 120 and a fixing element 110, the elastic element 120 is connected to the camera assembly 130, the camera assembly 130 is disposed in an inclined manner with respect to the frame 140, the fixing element 110 abuts against the elastic element 120, and the elastic element 120 and the camera assembly 130 are connected to the frame 140 through the fixing element 110.
As will be readily understood, abutting means that two structures abutting each other are in contact with each other and have a force acting therebetween, for example: the fixing element 110 and the elastic element 120 are abutted against each other, which means that the fixing element 110 and the elastic element 120 are in contact with each other and are pressed against each other. Of course, the abutment may be replaced by an abutment here.
In this embodiment, the camera assembly 130 is obliquely arranged relative to the frame 140, when the fixing element 110 fixes the elastic element 120 and the camera assembly 130 on the frame 140, a certain inclination angle is formed with the camera assembly 130, the fixing element 110 and the elastic element 120 are abutted against each other, and after the elastic element 120 is abutted against the fixing element 110, the stress is more uniformly distributed on the camera assembly 130 attached to the elastic element 120 under the action of self-restoring force, so that when the fixing element 110 is directly connected to the camera assembly 130, the problem that the camera assembly 130 is unevenly stressed and easily warps due to the fact that the fixing element 110 is in contact with a local line surface of the camera assembly 130 when obliquely arranged relative to the camera assembly 130 can be avoided.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 120 is provided with a fixing hole 121, the camera assembly 130 is provided with a connecting hole 131, the fixing hole 121 is communicated with the connecting hole 131, and the fixing member 110 passes through the fixing hole 121 and the connecting hole 131 in sequence and then is fixedly connected with the frame 140. Generally, the connection hole 131 is perpendicular to the camera assembly 130, and when the camera assembly 130 is tilted with respect to the frame 140, the fixing member 110 forms an angle with the fixing hole 121 when passing through the fixing hole 121, that is, the fixing member 110 forms an angle with the camera assembly 130.
In this embodiment, the fixing member 110 passes through the fixing hole 121 and the connecting hole 131 in sequence to be fixedly connected to the frame 140, so as to fix the camera assembly 130 on the frame 140. In addition, since the camera assembly 130 is connected with the elastic member 120, the camera assembly 130 does not need to be provided with the connecting hole 131, the fixing member 110 can pass through the fixing hole 121 and then be directly fixedly connected with the frame 140, and the camera assembly 130 can also be obliquely mounted on the frame 140.
In this embodiment, the number of the fixing members 110 may be multiple, and the fixing members 110 fix the elastic members 120 and the camera assembly 130 on the frame 140 from different positions of the elastic members 120 and the camera assembly 130, so as to improve the fixing effect of the camera assembly 130 and the elastic members 120.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment, the fixing member 110 includes a supporting portion 112 and a fixing portion 114 connected to each other, the supporting portion 112 supports against the elastic member 120, and the fixing portion 114 is fixedly connected to the elastic member 120, the camera assembly 130 and the frame 140.
In the embodiment, the fixing portion 114 passes through the fixing hole 121 and the connecting hole 131 and then is fixedly connected to the frame 140, and the abutting portion 112 abuts against a side of the elastic element 120 away from the camera head assembly 130. When the camera assembly 130 is installed, the elastic member 120 and the camera assembly 130 are fixed together, the fixing portion 114 passes through the fixing hole 121 and the connecting hole 131 in sequence and then is fixedly connected with the frame 140, and the abutting portion 112 is disposed on a side of the elastic member 120 away from the frame 140 and abuts against the elastic member 120. When the fixing portion 114 passes through the fixing hole 121 and the connecting hole 131 to be fixed to the frame 140, the abutting portion 112 abuts against the elastic member 120, the elastic member 120 deforms, and the elastic member is uniformly stressed on the camera assembly 130 under the action of the restoring force thereof, so that the problem that the camera assembly 130 is damaged due to uneven stress when the camera assembly 130 is obliquely mounted on the frame 140 is solved.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the frame 140 is provided with a mounting portion 142, and the fixing portion 114 passes through the fixing hole 121 and the connecting hole 131 to be fixedly connected to the mounting portion 142. The mounting portion 142 is provided with a mounting hole 143, and the fixing portion 114 passes through the fixing hole 121 and the connecting hole 131 and is fixedly connected to the mounting hole 143, so as to fix the camera assembly 130 on the frame 140.
In this embodiment, the locking member may be a screw, when the locking member is a screw, the fixing portion 114 is a screw rod, the locking portion is a screw head, the screw rod is provided with a screw thread, the mounting hole 143 is a threaded hole, and when the screw rod is inserted into the mounting hole 143, the screw rod is screwed with the threaded hole by rotating the screw head, so as to fix the camera assembly 130 on the frame 140.
The screw may be provided with a thread entirely, or only one end of the screw that engages with the mounting hole 143 may be provided with a thread.
In this embodiment, the center line of the fixing hole 121 coincides with the center line of the mounting hole 143, and when the fixing portion 114 passes through the fixing hole 121, the connecting hole 131 and the mounting hole 143 to be matched, the abutting portion 112 and the elastic element 120 are abutted from surface to surface, so that the elastic element 120 is stressed more uniformly.
It should be noted that, when the center line of the fixing hole 121 does not coincide with the center line of the mounting hole 143, the fixing portion 114 is disposed to be inclined with the fixing hole 121 when passing through the fixing hole 121, and forms a certain included angle with the fixing hole 121, and after the fixing portion 114 is matched with the mounting hole 143, the abutting portion 112 forms a certain included angle with the elastic member 120, so that a part of the abutting portion 112 abuts against the elastic member 120, and meanwhile, the elastic member 120 transmits the stress to the camera assembly 130 uniformly under the action of its own restoring force, so that the camera assembly 130 is stressed uniformly.
Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the elastic element 120 is provided with a fixing hole 121, the fixing hole 121 includes a first section 1212 and a second section 1214 that are communicated with each other, a diameter of the first section 1212 is smaller than a diameter of the second section 1214, the first section 1212 is disposed near the camera head assembly 130, the abutting portion 112 is disposed in the second section 1214, and the fixing portion 114 is disposed in the first section 1212.
In this embodiment, the abutting portion 112 is disposed inside the second section 1214, so as to prevent the abutting portion 112 from being exposed outside the elastic member 120, which may affect the overall appearance. Meanwhile, the abutting portion 112 is a rigid structure, and the abutting portion 112 is accommodated in the second section 1214, so that the abutting portion 112 can be prevented from damaging other components of the electronic device 100 in the assembling or disassembling process.
It is easy to understand that the fixing hole 121 is a stepped hole, the step formed by the first section 1212 and the second section 1214 is a supporting surface 1216, the supporting portion 112 has a contact surface 116, the fixing portion 114 is disposed on the contact surface 116, the supporting portion 112 is accommodated in the second section 1214, and the contact surface 116 supports against the supporting surface 1216.
In this embodiment, since the center line of the fixing hole 121 coincides with the center line of the mounting hole 143, the abutting surface 1216 is uniformly stressed, the abutting surface 1216 can be configured as a plane, and the contact surface 116 is also a plane. At this time, the abutting surface 1216 is perpendicular to the center line of the mounting hole 143, and when the fixing element 110 fixes the elastic element 120, the camera head assembly 130 and the frame 140, the elastic element 120 and the camera head assembly 130 are stressed in a balanced manner.
In addition, the holding surface 1216 and the contact surface 116 may have other shapes, so that the shape of the holding surface 1216 may be matched with the shape of the contact surface 116. For example: when the retaining surface 1216 is hemispherical, the contact surface 116 is also hemispherical. When the retaining surface 1216 is tapered, the contact surface 116 is also tapered.
Referring to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the camera assembly 130 is provided with a first positioning portion 132, the frame 140 is provided with a second positioning portion 144, and the first positioning portion 132 is matched with the second positioning portion 144.
In this embodiment, when the camera assembly 130 is installed, the elastic member 120 and the camera assembly 130 are connected to form an integral, and then the integral formed by the two is installed on the frame 140, before the installation, the first positioning portion 132 and the second positioning portion 144 are engaged to position the camera assembly 130, and then the fixing member 110 is used to fix the camera assembly 130 on the frame 140.
In this embodiment, the first positioning portion 132 is a positioning hole disposed on the camera assembly 130, and the second positioning portion 144 is a positioning post protruding from the housing, and when the positioning post extends into the positioning hole, it indicates that the positions of the camera assembly 130 and the elastic member 120 are correct, and the fixing member 110 can be used to fix the camera assembly 130 on the frame 140.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the first positioning portion 132 may be a positioning column protruding from the camera assembly 130, and the second positioning portion 144 may be a positioning hole disposed on the frame 140, and similarly, after the positioning column extends into the positioning hole, it indicates that the positions of the camera assembly 130 and the elastic member 120 are correct, and the camera assembly 130 may be fixed on the frame 140 by the fixing member 110.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a third positioning portion 122 may be further disposed on the elastic member 120, the third positioning portion 122 is disposed corresponding to the first positioning portion 132, and the second positioning portion 144 is engaged with the first positioning portion 132 and the third positioning portion 122.
It is easy to understand that the third positioning portion 122 is a positioning hole disposed on the elastic member 120, and the positioning column disposed on the frame 140 extends into the positioning hole disposed on the camera head assembly 130 and the positioning hole disposed on the elastic member 120 to position the camera head assembly 130 and the elastic member 120.
Since the elastic member 120 is fixedly connected to the camera head assembly 130, the position of the elastic member 120 can be confirmed by ensuring the correct position of the camera head assembly 130, and therefore, the third positioning portion 122 does not need to be provided on the elastic member 120.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the camera assembly 130 includes a mounting plate 133 and a camera 134, the camera 134 is mounted on the mounting plate 133, the elastic member 120 has a receiving groove 123, the camera 134 is disposed in the receiving groove 123, and the mounting plate 133 is matched with an opening of the receiving groove 123.
In this embodiment, the connection hole 131 and the first positioning portion 132 are disposed on the mounting plate 133, the mounting plate 133 is disposed obliquely relative to the frame 140, the mounting plate 133 is matched with the opening of the accommodating groove 123, so that the accommodating groove 123 forms a closed cavity, and the camera 134 is mounted inside the accommodating groove 123, which can protect the camera 134, and prevent impurities such as dust from entering the accommodating groove 123 and affecting the service life of the camera 134.
That is to say, in this embodiment, the elastic element 120 can have a protection function, so as to protect the camera 134 while dispersing the stress of the fixing element 110, and the manufacturing cost of the whole electronic device 100 can be reduced by implementing two functions with the same structure.
In the embodiment, the accommodating groove 123 has a holding hole 124 therein, and the camera 134 is disposed at the holding hole 124 and is in interference fit with the holding hole 124. Because the elastic member 120 has a certain elasticity, the size of the holding hole 124 is slightly smaller than the external size of the camera 134, when the camera 134 is installed, the camera 134 gradually extends into the holding hole 124, and the holding hole 124 holds the camera 134 tightly from the periphery of the camera 134 under the action of the restoring force of the elastic member 120, so as to fix the camera 134.
The camera 134 and the elastic element 120 are fixed in an interference fit mode without other parts, so that the process of punching the camera 134 or adding other fixing elements is reduced, and the manufacturing process of the camera 134 is reduced.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 120 has an attaching surface 125, the mounting plate 133 has a mounting surface 135, the camera 134 is mounted on the mounting surface 135, and the attaching surface 125 and the mounting surface 135 abut against each other.
In this embodiment, the accommodating groove 123 has a first groove section 1231 and a second groove section 1232 that are communicated with each other, the size of the first groove section 1231 is smaller than the size of the second groove section 1232, the retaining hole 124 is disposed in the first groove section 1231, the mounting plate 133 is disposed in the second groove section 1232, the attachment surface 125 is disposed at a step formed by the first groove section 1231 and the second groove section 1232, and the attachment surface 125 and the mounting surface 135 are abutted against each other.
When the fixing portion 114 passes through the fixing hole 121 and the connecting hole 131 to be fixedly connected with the mounting portion 142, the abutting portion 112 abuts against the elastic member 120, the abutting surface 125 abuts against the mounting surface 135, and the elastic member 120 transmits the stress to the mounting plate 133 in a surface-to-surface contact manner between the abutting surface 125 and the mounting surface 135, so as to prevent the mounting plate 133 from being damaged due to local stress on the mounting plate 133.
