The opening of the clamp of the paper clamping device is correspondingly matched and connected with the paper supporting surface of the paper feeding supporting plate, and the opening of the clamp of the paper clamping device is opened and closed to clamp the paper plate with the facial tissue on the paper supporting surface of the paper feeding supporting plate in a matched mode, so that the matching structure is more compact, the operation is stable, and the speed is higher. When the mould rotates (revolves) to a first forming position at the front side (the advancing direction of a paper moving pneumatic suction nozzle) of the paper clamping device, the paper clamping device is matched to feed the paper board below the mould, and the position of the mould corresponding to the bottom plate of the paper box faces the paper clamping device; the first forming station is provided with a paper pushing positioning device and a side folding surface device, which are not described in detail in the prior art.

The lifting seat for wrapping is arranged on the frame in a lifting mode, and the lifting seat for wrapping is used for lifting on the frame. The hemming transmission device 53 includes a hemming lifting transmission device and a hemming front-rear sliding transmission device. The binding lifting transmission device 53 is in transmission connection with the binding lifting seat 55 and drives the binding lifting seat 55 to lift on the machine frame; the binding front-back sliding transmission device is in transmission connection with the binding plate 54, and drives the binding plate 54 to move back and forth on the binding lifting seat 55. On the basis of the matching of the cam transmission parts, the hemming lifting transmission device in the embodiment further comprises a first swing arm 63 and a first connecting rod 64, the first cam transmission part 61 is in transmission connection with the first swing arm 63, the first swing arm is in transmission connection with the first connecting rod, and the first connecting rod 64 is in transmission connection with the hemming lifting seat 55; during operation, the first cam transmission part drives the first swing arm to swing in a matching manner, and the first swing arm 63 drives the first connecting rod 64 to drive the hemming lifting seat 55 to lift in a matching manner. The cam transmission part can adopt a curved surface or a curved groove. When the first cam transmission part and the second cam transmission part are positioned on two different cam bodies, the two different cam bodies are coaxially connected to the cam driving shaft, the cam driving shaft drives the cam bodies to synchronously rotate, and the cam bodies are coaxially driven, so that the installation is convenient. Of course, the device can be arranged on different driving shafts, but is troublesome and needs linkage fit.
The hemming support platform 51 is provided with a hemming suction pneumatic suction nozzle 69, and the paperboard and the facial tissue placed on the hemming support platform are sucked from the lower side by the hemming suction pneumatic suction nozzle 69, so that the positions of the paperboard and the facial tissue on the hemming support platform are stable, and the hemming plate can be smoothly hemmed. For example, when the edge-covering supporting platform adopts an edge-covering supporting plate, the correspondingly configured edge-covering material-sucking pneumatic suction nozzle adopts a corresponding suction nozzle, or when the air-sucking conveying belt is adopted, the correspondingly configured edge-covering material-sucking pneumatic suction nozzle directly adopts a suction hole on the conveying belt. The pneumatic suction nozzle for sucking materials during edge covering sucks the materials when being in a negative pressure state, and releases the materials in another state. Compared with a binding material pressing component which is arranged above a binding supporting platform and is lifted, the binding material sucking pneumatic air nozzle is more compact in structure, and in addition, the space above the binding supporting platform is not occupied, so that the materials of the paper feeding plate and the facial tissue are grabbed or sucked and displaced. Of course, a binding and pressing part structure can be adopted, but the lifting stroke is increased when the suction and the grabbing are carried out, so that the speed is influenced.
In the figure, the binding plate 54 is in oblique press fit with the binding support platform 55, namely, the binding plate descends towards the binding support platform to form oblique descending when advancing, so that the oblique pressing of the surface paper for binding is achieved, the binding effect is better, and the binding and pressing effects are achieved. The pressing surface is synchronously lifted along with the edge covering pressing frame.
