When the mould rotates (revolves) to a first forming position at the front side (the advancing direction of a paper moving pneumatic suction nozzle) of the paper clamping device, the paper clamping device is matched to feed the paper board below the mould, and the position of the mould corresponding to the bottom plate of the paper box faces the paper clamping device; the first forming station is provided with a paper pushing positioning device and a side folding surface device, which are not described in detail in the prior art.

When the first cam transmission part and the second cam transmission part are positioned on two different cam bodies, the two different cam bodies are coaxially connected to the cam driving shaft, the cam driving shaft drives the cam bodies to synchronously rotate, and the cam bodies are coaxially driven, so that the installation is convenient. Of course, the device can be arranged on different driving shafts, but is troublesome and needs linkage fit.

The pneumatic suction nozzle for sucking materials during edge covering sucks the materials when being in a negative pressure state, and releases the materials in another state. Compared with a binding material pressing component which is arranged above a binding supporting platform and is lifted, the binding material sucking pneumatic air nozzle is more compact in structure, and in addition, the space above the binding supporting platform is not occupied, so that the materials of the paper feeding plate and the facial tissue are grabbed or sucked and displaced. Of course, a binding and pressing part structure can be adopted, but the lifting stroke is increased when the suction and the grabbing are carried out, so that the speed is influenced.
