Description

Multifunctional containing system capable of removing wrinkles of laundry by pressing of roller
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a multifunctional accommodating system capable of removing wrinkles of laundry by pressing a roller, and more particularly, to a multifunctional accommodating system capable of removing wrinkles of laundry and generating wrinkles at a portion where wrinkles are required by pressing the laundry with a roller.
Background
In a wardrobe, a cabinet, a laundry manager, or the like, which is a kind of locker (cabinet) that accommodates laundry, a quilt, various living goods, or the like therein, steam is used to remove contaminants such as dust or the like, odor substances, or the like, which are stuck on the corresponding articles during the direct use of the articles by a user, and to improve wrinkles.
Wherein the following principle is used: when the steam is directly sprayed to articles such as clothes and the like in the storage cabinet, water molecules in the steam absorb pollutants or peculiar smell substances and evaporate together, so that the pollutants or the peculiar smell substances are removed, and meanwhile, wrinkles are improved.
Here, "steam (steam)" refers to a substance when water having a high temperature of about 100 degrees celsius is sprayed in a gas form through a high-pressure nozzle or the like, and is visibly displayed like a fog of gray skin when sprayed at normal temperature.
However, there are problems as follows: it is reported that damage of laundry and the like occurs when steam is used. For example, when high-temperature steam or high-temperature/high-pressure steam is directly sprayed to laundry made of a sensitive material, the material may be damaged. As another example, water molecules generated from steam are sprayed at a normal temperature and condensed to form water droplets, and if dehumidification is not effectively achieved, the water droplets directly remain on the laundry, and if this state lasts for a long time, damage to the laundry of sensitive material may still occur.
Further, when steam is directly sprayed to a plastic part or the like included in clothes or the like, there is a possibility that a fatal problem of generating an environmental hormone which is very harmful to a human body may be caused.
On the other hand, with regard to laundry managers, a demand for a technique for not only performing laundry cleaning but also removing wrinkles formed on the appearance of laundry has arisen in recent years. Currently, separate ironing is commonly performed in each home in order to remove wrinkles of laundry, which is a very cumbersome process, and thus a demand for a technology capable of solving such a complication is increasing.

Detailed Description
The multifunctional housing system according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
For the purpose of illustration, terms such as front (X axis), back (-X axis), right side (Y axis), left side (-Y axis), above (Z axis), or below (-Z axis) are used and the coordinate system is shown in the drawings, but this is for illustration only and the present invention is not limited to these directions.
The configuration of the multifunctional housing system according to the present invention is described on the premise of the structure provided on the inner surface of the door, but the present invention is not limited to this, and it is clearly shown in advance that the configuration can be realized by one surface inside the housing chamber or a surface provided separately.
Further, although the following description is based on the removal of wrinkles from clothes, it is clearly shown in advance that the multifunctional accommodating system according to the present invention can also simultaneously generate wrinkles, i.e., knife folds (knifes) at a portion of clothes where a user desires to generate wrinkles.
Description of the construction of the multifunctional containment System
The multifunction housing system according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
The multifunctional housing system according to the present invention includes a housing chamber 100, a machine chamber 200, and a door 600 described later.
The accommodating chamber 100 is a space for accommodating laundry and the like and removing contaminants, odor substances, and the like. For this reason, natural humidified air may be introduced and circulated as circulating air after raising the internal temperature of the accommodating chamber 100 to a high temperature. The specific contents will be described below in conjunction with the description of the laundry management mode.
The machine room 200 is a space that performs the following functions: the air circulation is achieved by introducing air from the receiving chamber 100 and filtering it in the laundry management mode and then discharging natural humidified air as circulating air. The machine room 200 may be located in any direction with reference to the receiving room 100, but is preferably located below the receiving room 100. This is because the condensed water or saturated humid air condensed in the accommodating chamber 100 can be made to flow into the machine room 200 by its own weight, and thus can be discharged to the outside through the condensing tank 280.
The door 600 is rotatably coupled to one side of the receiving chamber 100, and is formed to close the front of the opened receiving chamber 100 and close the receiving chamber 100 by rotating the door 600 in an inner direction. Fig. 1 illustrates a state in which the door 600 is opened, in which a structure for fixing, especially, trousers (under clothes) among the laundry and removing wrinkles of the trousers is provided at an inner surface side of the door 600.
First, a first embodiment that is manually used by a user will be described.
In the first embodiment, a laundry supporting portion 601, a roller 602, a guide portion 630, and a laundry fixing portion are provided on an inner surface side of the door 600.
In fig. 1 and 2, the clothing fixing portion is a concept including a hanger fixing pin 607 and a hanger 608, but is not limited thereto, and the present invention can be applied to any clothing fixing portion as long as one side or a part of clothing can be fixed.
The multifunctional accommodating system according to the first embodiment of the present invention is formed to remove wrinkles of the laundry by the user manually moving the roller 602 and pressing the laundry placed between the laundry supporting part 601 and the roller 602.
The roller 602 is rotatable in both the clockwise direction and the counterclockwise direction, and may be formed to rotate in the clockwise direction when moving downward from the upper side and to rotate in the counterclockwise direction when moving upward from the lower side. Of course, the direction opposite to this may be set. Further, the user manually moves the roller 602 in a rolling motion in the first embodiment. A handle (not shown) for a user to move the roller 602 may be separately formed at one side of the roller 602.
The laundry support 601 supports one side of the laundry (preferably, the back side of the laundry). In this case, the laundry support portion 601 may be the inner surface of the door 600 itself, or may be a separate structure, that is, may be a structure separated from the inner surface of the door 600 or a structure integrated with the inner surface of the door 600, as long as it has a structure capable of supporting one surface of the laundry or a part thereof, and it is apparent that the present invention is not limited to the structure shown in fig. 1 to 6.
More specifically, the clothing support 601 may have a predetermined width and height, and may have a plurality of slits formed to extend in the height direction, through which natural humidified air or dry air can be discharged. Further, the slits are arranged such that: a separate filter unit is disposed between and in fluid communication with a fan unit 230, which will be described later, so that fine dust and the like remaining on the laundry are sucked by suction through the fan unit 230.
The guide 603 extends vertically, and the roller 602 extends horizontally by a predetermined length. At this time, in order to completely cover, especially, the trousers among the clothes in the width direction, the roller 602 may be extended to a sufficient length, thereby enabling to generate the knife-shaped wrinkles at both side end portions of the trousers where the wrinkles need to be generated and simultaneously remove the wrinkles at a portion between both side end portions of the trousers where the wrinkles need to be removed.
In an initial state, a process is required in which a user fixes laundry (particularly, trousers) on the laundry support part 601, and the laundry fixing part is provided at an upper side or an uppermost end side of the laundry support part 601 so that the laundry can be unfolded in a gravity direction by using its own weight.
One end of the roller 602 can be connected to the guide portion 603 by a connecting portion 604 (the right end in fig. 1 and 2), and any type of connecting member may be used as long as the roller 602 can perform rolling motion. Preferably, the connection portion 604 is formed as a turbine capable of both rotational motion and linear motion.
Further, the guide portion 603 may be formed in a rail structure, and the connection portion 604 as a gear member is mounted on a rail of the guide portion 603 so as to be movable in an up-down direction.
Fig. 3 (a) schematically illustrates a cross section in the state of fig. 2 (a), and fig. 3 (b) schematically illustrates a cross section in the state of fig. 2 (b).
Referring to (a) and (b) of fig. 3, the laundry is closely attached to the laundry supporting part 601 to face each other, and the laundry may be pressed by the roller 602 on the laundry supporting part 601 during the rolling motion of the roller 602. In order to repeatedly alternate the states shown in fig. 3 (a) and (b), the user may manually perform the repeated alternation, and the more the number of repeated alternation, the more wrinkles can be removed. Further, the rolling movement of the roller 602 in the up-down direction may be repeatedly performed in a concentrated or partial manner only at a portion where the user determines that wrinkles are not completely removed when visually observing.
Further, in order to fix the lower end of the laundry when the roller 602 is in the initial state during the movement of the roller 602 by the user, a pair of guides 606 may be provided at both side ends of the lower side of the laundry supporting part 601. More specifically, the pair of guides 606 are arranged apart in the horizontal direction, and are open toward each other and closed away from each other, i.e., provide a space into which a portion of the laundry can be inserted in the direction facing each other. Thereby, the pair of guides 606 is formed such that the pair of guides 606 are inserted and fixed between the pair of guides 606 in both width directions for setting the movable range of the laundry with respect to the horizontal direction, and the laundry fixed by the laundry fixing part is further fixed, thereby performing a function of increasing the fixing force. Further, the pair of guides 606 may be formed such that a user can adjust the spaced distance of the pair of guides 606 in a horizontal direction, and for this, a guide rail (not shown) for adjusting the spaced distance of the guides 606 may be inserted into the door 600.
In addition, as a modification of the roller 602 of the multipurpose receiving system according to the present invention, referring to fig. 4, the roller 602 is formed to be connected to the supply tank 270 temporarily storing water to receive the supply of the water stored in the supply tank 270, and is formed with injection holes 602b on an outer surface such that the roller 602 sprays water from the injection holes 602b toward the laundry while moving in the up-down direction. The user can adjust the water injected through the injection holes 602b, and can further enhance wrinkle removing efficiency of the laundry by pressing the laundry with the roller 602 while injecting the water through the injection holes 602 b.
On this basis, with further reference to fig. 5, the roller 602 itself can be connected with a heating member 609. The heating member 609 may be formed of a heating wire, and may be built in the roller 602. In this way, the roller 602 is instantly dried by the heating member 609 while being sprayed with water through the injection hole 602a, so that wrinkle removal efficiency of the laundry can be maximized.
As still another modification, in order to further enhance the humidifying and drying efficiency of the laundry, referring to fig. 6, a spray hole 601a is formed in the laundry supporting part 601, and a hot plate 601b is built in the inside of the laundry supporting part 601 or the inside of the door 600. At this time, the spray holes 601a may be formed at positions facing the laundry, and may be formed to be in fluid communication with the humidifying part 222 provided on the machine room 200 to discharge natural humidified air toward the laundry. Further, a flow passage may be formed inside the door 600 to discharge high-temperature dry air through the heating part 260.
Further, the laundry supporting part 601 may be provided to have a heating plate 601b built therein so that the laundry is dried by direct contact with the heating plate 601 b. In this case, the operation of the humidifying unit 222 and the heating plate 601b may be adjusted according to the user's selection.
Next, a second embodiment in which the roller 602 automatically moves at the time of the laundry management mode will be described, and the description overlapping with the first embodiment will be omitted.
The second embodiment of the multifunctional accommodating system according to the present invention further includes the machine room 200, and further includes a driving part (not shown) for transmitting power to the rolling motion of the roller 602, compared with the first embodiment.
The driving unit includes a power mechanism (not shown), a guide portion 603, and a connecting portion 604. A power mechanism, which transmits power to move the roller 602 in the up-and-down direction, is provided to be connected to a power source or to use power stored in a battery. The guide portion 603 is formed to extend in the up-down direction and to guide the movement of the roller 602, wherein the guide portion 603 is preferably formed in a rail form, and preferably, the connection portion 604 is formed of a gear member and the power mechanism is formed of a stepping motor.
However, in addition to the above-described structure, any mechanism may be applied to the driving unit as long as a system capable of rolling the roller 602 is employed, such as a hydraulic piston or a structure using a plurality of chains.
The laundry management mode itself will be described below, and the movement of the roller 602 in the laundry management mode is first explained.
Before the user performs the laundry management mode, a process of fixing the laundry to the laundry fixing part is required to be performed. As described above, the clothes (particularly, trousers) are fixed on the hanger 608, and the hanger 608 is located on the same plane as the clothes supporting portion 601 and is fixed on the hanger fixing pin 607 provided on the upper side of the clothes supporting portion 601. At this time, in order to make it easy for the user to place the laundry on the laundry support 601, the roller 602 may be formed to be able to be deflected to an outer direction by a predetermined angle, and the user may make the position of the roller 602 not to interfere with the placement of the laundry by deflecting the roller 602.
The user arranges the laundry between the laundry support 601 and the roller 602, and the user can adjust the distance between the laundry support 601 and the roller 602 through the control part 610 since the laundry has different thickness by kind. For example, the thickness of the winter laundry is relatively thicker than that of the summer laundry, and thus the distance between the laundry supporting part 601 and the roller 602 may be set to be large.
At this time, a pressure sensor (not shown) may be further provided on an outer surface of the roller 602, and a distance between the laundry supporting portion 601 and the roller 602 may be automatically adjusted to maintain a predetermined pressure. In this case, it is possible to form a plurality of modes associated with the pressure, so that the laundry can be pressed with a strong pressure or pressed with a weak pressure according to the user selection. This is to prevent the damage of the cloth, because the degree of resistance and sensitivity to the external friction or the external force are different according to the material of the cloth.
The initial position of the roller 602 is preferably the upper side of the clothing support 601, and the roller 602 repeats a rolling motion in the vertical direction by a power mechanism, the rolling motion being composed of a first state in which the roller moves downward at a predetermined speed, a second state in which the roller stops for a predetermined time, and a third state in which the roller moves upward. At this time, the first to third states are repeatedly performed while the laundry management mode is performed, so that wrinkles formed on the laundry can be removed.
The second state is that moisture or natural humidified air is discharged through the injection holes 602b formed on the outer surface of the roller 602 in a state where the roller 602 is stopped, or the laundry is pressed by the roller 602 whose temperature is raised to a predetermined temperature by the heating member 609. In this case, the second state is optional, and the user can select so that only the first state and the third state are repeatedly executed.
In the foregoing second embodiment, in performing the laundry management mode, the laundry is pressed by the movement of the roller 602 with the natural humidified air or the dry air flowing, and the roller 602 is moved by the driving part without the manual action of the user, so that the user convenience can be improved.
Multifunctional containerDescription of clothes management mode in nano-system operation mode
The laundry management mode will be described with reference to fig. 7 and 8.
The laundry management mode is a mode for removing contaminants or odor substances from laundry or the like located inside the receiving chamber 100. By circulating the natural humidified air as the circulating air, the inside of the housing chamber 100 is brought into a humid environment, thereby removing contaminants or odor substances in the laundry and the like together with the humid air, and allowing the substances to flow into the machine room 200 and to be discharged as condensed water. In this process, the heating part 260 dehumidifies the circulation air flowing in the receiving chamber 100. Alternatively, the inside of the accommodating chamber 100 may be heated by heat generated in the heating part 260.
In case that the user selects the laundry management mode, the exhaust valve 650 of the door 600 is closed, and the suction port 210 is also closed. That is, in the laundry management mode, air in the accommodating chamber 100 is not substantially discharged to the outside.
The heating part 260 dehumidifies the circulation air flowing in the accommodating chamber 100. Optionally, the heat generated in the process can heat the inside of the receiving chamber 100, and the temperature can be 50 to 70 degrees celsius, but is not limited thereto.
The second flow passage 240 communicates with the accommodation chamber 100 and the first flow passage 220 and is isolated from the exhaust port 250 by operating the first flow passage switching member 241 and the second flow passage switching member 242 of the machine chamber 200. In order to enable the humidifying filter provided on the circulation filter unit 229 to retain moisture, water in the supply tank 270 is supplied to the humidifying filter. In this process, the humidification filter or the water supplied to the humidification filter may be heated by heat generated in the heating part 260 or another heating mechanism (not shown). The humidifying unit 222 is a concept including all the structures for supplying moisture from the supply tank 270 to the circulation filter unit 229 as a structure including the circulation filter unit 229, and may include a circulation pump, a pipe, and the like.
In addition, the fan unit 230 is operated while dehumidifying, or after dehumidifying. By the operation of the fan unit 230, the air inside the receiving chamber 100 flows into the second flow passage 240 via the circulating air outlet 142 and flows into the first flow passage 220 again to the fan unit 230. In this process, the air passes through the humidifying filter of the circulation filter unit 229 and becomes natural humidified air. The natural humidified air passes through the second flow passage 240 and is supplied into the accommodating chamber 100 through the circulating air inflow port 141.
The circulation air is continuously circulated between the accommodating chamber 100 and the machine chamber 200 while the process is repeatedly performed. The circulating air may contain pollutants or bad smelling substances in the receiving chamber 100 without being discharged to the outside, thereby providing a comfortable environment to the user. Meanwhile, if the circulation air containing the contaminants or the bad smell substances once flows into the machinery chamber 200, the circulation air is filtered and condensed into condensed water in the circulation filtering unit 229 to be separately collected into the condensing tank 280, and thus a re-contamination phenomenon in which the contaminants or the bad smell substances are supplied again to the receiving chamber 100 does not occur, and thus it is desirable.
In the clothes management mode, warm air may be generated by the fan unit 230 and the heating unit 260 or another heating means (not shown) and discharged into the storage chamber 100, or natural humidified air may be discharged into the storage chamber 100 first, and warm air may be discharged into the storage chamber 100 after the discharge of the natural humidified air is interrupted.
The recirculation module 300 facilitates circulation of the circulating air. Since the recirculation module 300 performs recirculation of the circulating air at the upper side of the receiving chamber 100, the convection phenomenon is more smoothly achieved in the entire receiving chamber 100.
The embodiments shown in the drawings are described above in the specification so that those skilled in the art can easily understand and reproduce the present invention, but these are merely examples, and those skilled in the art should understand that various modifications can be made to the embodiments of the present invention and other equivalent embodiments can be derived. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be defined by the claims.
