Multifunctional storage system capable of removing wrinkles of clothes by using shape memory alloy material
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a multifunctional storage system capable of removing wrinkles of clothes using a shape memory alloy material, and more particularly, to a multifunctional storage system including: the multifunctional storage system removes wrinkles of the laundry and generates wrinkles at a portion where wrinkles are required by pressurizing the laundry when the temperature inside the storage chamber rises by using the characteristic properties of a shape memory alloy material, which is a special material.
Background
In a wardrobe, a cabinet, a laundry manager, or the like, which is a kind of locker (cabinet) that accommodates laundry, a quilt, various articles for daily use, or the like, inside, steam is used in order to remove contaminants such as dust or malodor substances, etc. stuck to the articles and improve wrinkles while the user directly uses the corresponding articles.
The following principle is used: when the steam is directly sprayed to articles such as clothes in the storage cabinet, water molecules in the steam contain pollutants or malodorous substances and are evaporated together, so that the pollutants or malodorous substances are removed and wrinkles are improved.
Here, "steam (steam)" refers to a substance when water having a high temperature of about 100 degrees celsius is sprayed in a gas form through a high-pressure nozzle or the like, and is visibly displayed like a fog of gray skin when sprayed at normal temperature.
However, there is a problem in that clothes and the like are damaged when steam is used. For example, when high-temperature steam or high-temperature/high-pressure steam is directly sprayed to laundry made of a sensitive material, the material may be damaged. As another example, water molecules generated from steam are sprayed at a normal temperature and condensed to form water droplets, and if a dehumidifying effect is not effectively achieved, the water droplets directly remain on the laundry, and if this state lasts for a long time, damage to the laundry of sensitive materials may still occur.
Further, when steam is directly sprayed to a plastic part or the like included in clothes or the like, there is a possibility that a fatal problem of generating an environmental hormone which is very harmful to a human body may be caused.
In addition, in recent years, necessity has arisen regarding a technology in which the laundry manager not only performs laundry cleaning but also removes wrinkles formed on the appearance of laundry. Currently, separate ironing is commonly performed in each home in order to remove wrinkles of laundry, which is a very cumbersome process, and the necessity for a technology capable of solving such a complication is increasing.

Detailed Description
Next, a multifunctional storage system according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
For the purpose of explanation, terms such as front (X axis), back (-X axis), right side (Y axis), left side (-Y axis), above (Z axis), or below (-Z axis) are used, and although a coordinate system is shown in the drawings, this is for explanation only, and the present invention is not limited to this direction. In addition, the structure of the multifunctional storage system according to the present invention is described on the premise of the structure provided on the inner surface of the door, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and it is also possible to clearly indicate in advance that the structure can be realized by one surface inside the storage chamber or a surface provided separately.
Description of the Structure of the multifunctional storage System
The multifunctional storage system according to the present invention is explained with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
The multifunctional storage system according to the present invention includes a storage room 100, a machine room 200, and a door 600 described later.
The storage chamber 100 is a space in which contaminants, malodorous substances, and the like need to be removed for storing clothes and the like. For this reason, after the interior of the housing chamber 100 rises to a high temperature, natural humidified air flows in as circulating air and can be circulated. The details will be described later in association with the operation mode.
The machine room 200 is a space that performs the following functions: in the laundry management mode, air flows from the storage chamber 100, is filtered, and then natural humidified air flows out as circulating air to circulate the air.
The machine room 200 may be located in any direction with respect to the storage room 100, but is preferably located at a lower portion of the storage room 100. This is because the condensed water or the saturated humid air condensed in the receiving chamber 100 may flow into the machine room 200 by its own weight and be discharged to the outside through the condensing tank 280.
The door 600 is rotatably coupled to one side of the receiving chamber 100, and is formed to close the receiving chamber 100 by closing the front of the opened receiving chamber 100 by the rotation of the door 600. Fig. 1 illustrates a state where the door 600 is opened, and a structure for fixing laundry, particularly trousers (lower garment), and removing wrinkles of the trousers is provided on an inner surface side of the door 600.
More specifically, a laundry support 601, a pressing plate 602, a connecting portion 603, and a guide 606 are provided on the inner surface side of the door 600.
First, the laundry supporting part 601 supports one side of the laundry (preferably, the back side of the laundry).
In this case, the laundry support portion 601 may be the inner surface of the door 600 itself, may be an additional structure, or may be any one of a structure separated from the inner surface of the door 600 and a structure integrated with the inner surface of the door 600, as long as it is a mechanism capable of supporting one surface of the laundry or a part thereof, and it is clearly noted that the structure is not limited to the structure shown in fig. 1 to 6.
The laundry supporting part 601 has a predetermined width and height, and may be formed with a plurality of slits formed to extend in the height direction. The description of the natural humidified air discharge from the slit will be described later.
The pressing plate 602 is formed to press a portion of the laundry located on the laundry supporting part 601, and by pressing a portion of the laundry, wrinkles can be formed in a portion folded by the pressing, and existing wrinkles can be removed in an unfolded portion, which exerts the same effect as the case of ironing the laundry with an additional iron. In this case, the position where the wrinkle is generated is a wrinkle intended by the user, and the wrinkle generation position may be different depending on the position selection of the user.
The connection portion 603 includes a shape memory alloy member 604, and fixes one side of the pressing plate 602 on the laundry support portion 601. The connecting portions 603 are spaced apart by a predetermined distance in the width direction of the laundry, so that a pair of connecting portions 603 is formed.
More specifically, each connecting portion 603 includes a rotating shaft 605 and a shape memory alloy member 604. At this time, the rotation shaft 605 extends in the vertical direction and is coupled to both side portions of the laundry support 601, respectively. At this time, one side of the shape memory alloy member 604 is coupled to the rotation shaft 605, and the other side is coupled to the pressing plate 602, so that the pressing plate 602 can press the laundry by rotating toward the center of the laundry when the shape memory alloy member 604 is thermally deformed. The shape memory alloy member 604 may be made of a nickel-titanium alloy, and may be thermally deformed when the temperature inside the housing chamber 100 rises to 50 degrees or more, but is not limited thereto. In this case, the interior of the storage chamber 100 may be increased to a specific temperature or higher by the operation of the heating unit 260, which will be described later, and even in the laundry management mode, the interior of the storage chamber 100 may be divided into a detailed mode so that the set temperature may be different according to the type and nature of the laundry.
The fixing portion 607 is provided at an upper portion of an inner surface side of the door 600, and is formed to fix a hanger for hanging laundry. The fixing portion 607 may be formed of a clip, and a hanger for fixing trousers is hung on the fixing portion 607 formed of the clip. Before starting the laundry management mode, the user needs to hang the trousers to the fixing part 607 in a state of being fixed to the hanger.
A pair of guide members 606 are spaced apart in the width direction of the door 600 on both side ends of the lower portion in the inner surface of the door 600. More specifically, the pair of guides 606 are arranged to be spaced apart in the horizontal direction, and the directions opposite to each other are opened and the directions facing away from each other are closed, and the pair of guides 606 provide a space into which a part of the laundry can be inserted in the directions opposite to each other. Accordingly, it is formed to insert and fix the laundry placed on the laundry supporting part 601 between the pair of guides 606 in both lateral width directions and set a movable range of the laundry in a horizontal direction, and perform a function of increasing a fixing force by fixing the laundry fixed by the fixing part 607 again.
Fig. 2 (a) illustrates a first embodiment in which the shape memory alloy member extends in the vertical direction, and fig. 2 (b) illustrates a second embodiment in which the shape memory alloy member extends in the horizontal direction.
Referring to fig. 2 (a) and (b), the first embodiment is a configuration in which the shape memory alloy member 604 extends in the extending direction of the rotating shaft 605, and the second embodiment is a configuration in which the shape memory alloy member 604 extends in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the rotating shaft 605.
Referring to fig. 2 (a) and 3 together, the shape memory alloy member 604 extends in a longitudinal direction and is coupled to the heating plate 602 in the longitudinal direction in the first embodiment. Fig. 3 (a) shows a state before the temperature inside the housing chamber rises, and fig. 3 (b) shows a state in which the temperature inside the housing chamber rises and the pressing plate rotates. That is, fig. 3 (a) is an initial state before the laundry management mode is executed, and fig. 3 (b) is a state in which the pressing plate 602 coupled to the shape memory alloy member 604 is rotated due to thermal deformation of the shape memory alloy member 604 when the laundry management mode is executed to raise the temperature inside the housing chamber 100 to 50 degrees or more (which may be 80 degrees or more when the temperature is high). At this time, the laundry is pressed by the pressing plate 602 while being positioned between the laundry supporting portion 601 (not shown in fig. 3) and the pressing plate 602, and if the temperature inside the storage chamber 100 drops after the execution of the laundry management mode is finished, the laundry is restored again as in the configuration shown in fig. 3 (a).
In addition, the laundry management mode may be forcibly ended according to a user selection, and for this, may be formed to flow cooling water in the rotating shaft 605. When the user forcibly ends the laundry management mode, the cooling water is circulated in real time to lower the temperature of the shape memory alloy member 604, so that the user can take out the laundry again from the storage chamber 100 to the outside.
A repetitive description will be omitted in the following description of the second embodiment.
Referring to fig. 4 and (b) of fig. 2, in the second embodiment, the shape memory alloy member 604 is formed to extend in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the rotation shaft 605, and one or more shape memory alloy members 604 are coupled to the surface side of the heating plate 602 facing the clothing support 601. Fig. 2 (b) and 4 only show a state where the shape memory alloy member 604 is coupled to the side opposite to the clothes support 601, but unlike this, the shape memory alloy member 604 may be coupled to the side opposite to the clothes support 601, and not only the shape memory alloy member 604 may be changed according to the selection of the designer, but also the pressing plate 602 may be formed to be separable from the shape memory alloy member 604 and may be used interchangeably according to the selection of the designer. Further, the shape memory alloy members 604 may be preferably coupled to the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the pressing plate 602, respectively, but not limited thereto, and the pressing force of the pressing plate 602 may be increased by increasing the number of the shape memory alloy members 604.
Fig. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a modification of the multifunctional storage system according to the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, a laundry supporting portion 601 is provided on an inner surface of a door 600, and the laundry supporting portion 601 is formed at a central portion thereof with a supporting wall 601c protruded at a predetermined height with reference to a width direction of trousers (laundry), thereby seating the trousers on the supporting wall 601 c. At this time, the respective protrusion walls 601d are formed at both side ends of the support wall 601c, respectively, so that the user can be visually guided to the position where the trousers are installed. The distance between the pair of protruding walls 601d may be changed according to the designer's choice.
Fig. 6 illustrates a schematic cross section of yet another modification of the multifunctional storage system according to the present invention. The modification shown in fig. 6 is a structure combined with a clothes management mode of the multifunctional storage system according to the present invention, and illustrates a specific structure of a clothes support 601.
Referring to fig. 6, the laundry supporting part 601 is formed with injection holes 601a, and a hot plate 601b is built in the inside of the laundry supporting part 601 or the inside of the door 600. At this time, the spray hole 601a may be formed at a position opposite to the laundry, and may be formed to be in fluid communication with a humidifying part provided in the machine chamber 200 to discharge natural humidified air toward the laundry. The flow passage inside the door 600 may be formed to discharge the high-temperature dry air through the heating unit 260.
The heating plate 601b is built in the inside of the laundry support portion 601, and the laundry may be dried by directly contacting the heating plate 601.
In this case, the operation of the humidifying unit and the heating plate 601 may be appropriately changed according to the selection of the designer, so that the humidifying unit is first operated to supply moisture to the hung laundry in the laundry management mode, and then the drying is performed again by the heating plate 601 b.
Description of laundry management mode in multifunctional storage system operation mode
The "laundry management mode" will be described with reference to fig. 7 and 8.
The laundry management mode is a mode for removing contaminants or malodor substances from laundry or the like located inside the receiving chamber 100. The natural humidified air is circulated as the circulating air, so that the inside of the storage chamber 100 is in a humid environment, and contaminants and malodorous substances in clothes and the like are removed together with the humid air, and the contaminants and malodorous substances flow into the machine room 200 and are discharged as condensed water. In this process, the heating part 260 dehumidifies the circulating air flowing in the housing chamber 100. Alternatively, the interior of the housing chamber 100 may be heated by heat generated in the heating unit 260.
In case that the user selects the laundry management mode, the exhaust valve 650 of the door 600 is closed, and the suction port 210 is also closed. That is, in the laundry management mode, air in the storage chamber 100 is not substantially discharged to the outside.
The heating unit 260 dehumidifies the circulating air flowing through the storage chamber 100. Alternatively, the heat generated in the process may heat the inside of the receiving chamber 100, and the temperature may be 50 to 70 degrees celsius, but is not limited thereto. As described above, when the housing chamber 100 is heated, the shape memory alloy member 604 may be thermally deformed.
The first flow path switching member 241 and the second flow path switching member 242 of the machine chamber 200 operate to communicate the second flow path 240 with the storage chamber 100 and the first flow path 220 and to block the exhaust port 250. The water in the supply tank 270 is supplied into the humidification filter so that the humidification filter provided to the circulation filter unit 229 can contain moisture. In this process, the humidifying filter or the water supplied to the humidifying filter may be heated by heat generated in the heating part 260 or an additional heating mechanism (not shown). At this time, the humidifying part is a structure including the circulation filter unit 229, is a concept including all structures for supplying moisture from the supply tank 270 to the circulation filter unit 229, and may include a circulation pump, a pipe member, and the like.
In addition, the fan unit 230 operates while dehumidifying, or after dehumidifying. By the operation of the fan unit 230, the air inside the housing chamber 100 flows into the second flow passage 240 through the circulating air outflow port 142, flows into the first flow passage 220 again, and then flows toward the fan unit 230. In this process, the air passes through the humidifying filter of the circulation filter unit 229 and becomes natural humidified air. The natural humidification air passes through the second flow passage 240 again and is supplied into the receiving chamber 100 via the circulation air inflow port 141.
This process is repeatedly performed while continuously circulating the circulating air between the housing chamber 100 and the machine chamber 200. The circulating air contains the pollutant or malodor substances in the receiving chamber 100, which are not discharged to the outside, thereby providing a comfortable environment to the user. Meanwhile, if the circulation air containing the contaminants or the malodor substances once flows into the machine room 200, the circulation air is filtered by the circulation filter unit 229 and condensed into condensed water to be respectively collected in the condensing tanks 280, and thus a re-contamination phenomenon in which the contaminants or the malodor substances are supplied again to the storage chamber 100 does not occur, which is preferable.
In the clothes management mode, warm air may be generated by the fan unit 230, the heater 260, or an additional heating mechanism (not shown) and discharged into the storage chamber 100, and thus the natural humidified air may be discharged into the storage chamber 100 first, and after the discharge of the natural humidified air is interrupted, the warm air may be discharged into the storage chamber 100.
The recirculation module 300 facilitates circulation of the circulating air. Since the recirculation module 300 performs recirculation of the circulating air at the upper side of the receiving chamber 100, a convection phenomenon is more smoothly achieved in the entire receiving chamber 100.
While the embodiments shown in the drawings have been described above in the present specification so that those skilled in the art can easily understand and reproduce the present invention, the description is merely an example, and those skilled in the art can understand that various modifications can be made to the embodiments of the present invention and other equivalent embodiments can be implemented. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be determined by the claims.
