The urine collecting device for recording the quantitative amount of 24-hour urine protein as claimed in claim 9, wherein fixing buttons are oppositely arranged on both sides of the top end of the outer side wall of the urine collecting barrel, respectively, one of the fixing buttons is opposite to the lower handle; handle that can tie and post on two fixed knots is set up in the top activity of collection urine bucket.
