The selection and design can be specifically carried out according to the actual use requirements, and the method is not limited herein. The main unit 100 extends in the vertical direction as a whole, and the main unit 100 and the sub unit 200 may be arranged in the vertical direction with a constant cross section or a variable cross section. The indoor heat exchange module is provided with a heat exchange air duct. The first outlet 212 and the second outlet 213 may be disposed on the same side of the housing 210, or may be disposed on different sides of the housing 210. The second air channel 215 communicates the first air channel 214 with the second air outlet 213, such that the first air channel 214 and the second air channel 215 are disposed in a crossed manner, and a gas communication port 251 is formed at the crossed position. The opening/closing door 220 may be rotatably connected to the housing 210 or slidably connected to the housing 210, and only the gas communication hole 251 needs to be opened or closed. The switch door 220 may be specifically installed in the first air duct 214, or may be installed at the intersection of the first air duct 214 and the second air duct 215, so that only the airflow can be blocked from flowing from the air inlet to the second air outlet 213 through the second air duct 215, or the air inlet 211 and the second air outlet 213 are communicated through the second air duct 215.
The indoor heat exchange module is used for exchanging heat for the air flow passing through the heat exchange air duct so as to realize refrigeration or heating. The indoor heat exchange module can only have a refrigerating function and can also have a refrigerating function and a heating function. It can be understood that the main unit 100 further includes a heat exchange air inlet 211 and a heat exchange air outlet, which are communicated with the heat exchange air duct. Be equipped with heat exchange assembly in the heat transfer wind channel, heat exchange assembly includes heat exchanger and heat transfer fan, and heat transfer fan drives air current and gets into the heat transfer wind channel from heat transfer air intake 211 to blow off from the heat transfer air outlet after the heat exchanger heat transfer, thereby realize indoor refrigeration or heat. The indoor heat exchange module further comprises a refrigerant pipe, a compressor and other structures, and the specific structure of the indoor heat exchange module can refer to the existing technology of the floor type air conditioner indoor unit and is not described herein again.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7 to 9, the first outlet 212 and the second outlet 213 may be disposed on a side wall and/or a top wall of the housing 210, and the air inlet 211 may be disposed on a side wall of the housing 210. In one embodiment, the first outlet 212 is opened on a top wall surface of the housing 210, and the second outlet 213 is opened on a side wall surface of the housing 210. Because the heat exchange air outlet on the main unit 100 is generally higher, the first air outlet 212 of the sub-unit 200 is arranged at the top of the shell 210, so that the sub-unit 200 can perform relay air supply on the air flow blown out from the heat exchange air outlet of the main unit 100 more conveniently, the air flow can be blown farther, and the air supply range is wider. By providing the second outlet 213 on the side wall surface of the housing 210, the space in the side direction of the housing 210 is fully utilized to form the second air duct 215, so that the structure inside the sub-unit 200 is more compact. In other embodiments, the second outlet 213 may be opened on a top wall surface of the housing 210, and the first outlet 212 may be opened on a side wall surface of the housing 210.
The sub-unit 200 is detachably connected to the main unit 100, and the sub-unit 200 can be connected to the inside of the main unit 100, for example, the accommodating cavity 110 is provided in the main unit 100, so that the sub-unit 200 is installed in the accommodating cavity 110, and at this time, the accommodating cavity 110 can be located at the upper part, the middle part or the lower part of the main unit 100. The sub-unit 200 can also be connected to the outside of the main unit 100, such as the bottom, top, peripheral side, etc. of the main unit 100. The connection between the sub-unit 200 and the main unit 100 can be a structural connection, such as a snap connection, a magnetic connection, or an insertion connection. It can be understood that the sub-machine 200 can be detached from the main machine 100 by the user's manual detachment, and the control device can control the sub-machine 200 to be actively detached from the main machine 100 without the user's manual operation. When the sub-unit 200 is separated from the main unit 100, the sub-unit 200 can move in a circulating manner in the room to meet the requirement of the whole indoor air treatment and ensure that the air supply of the whole space is uniform. The user can move the sub-machine 200 to an indoor required position or independently move the sub-machine 200 to a certain position, such as a multi-user concentrated area, through manual movement, so that fixed-point air supply in a certain area can be met, long-distance, fixed-point and directional air supply is realized, and the air treatment effect is improved. Compared with the method for moving the whole floor type air conditioner indoor unit, the sub-unit 200 can be moved more flexibly and conveniently, so that different use requirements of users can be met. And the sub-machine 200 can carry out relay air supply on the airflow blown out from the heat exchange air outlet of the main machine 100, so that the air supply distance is longer and the air supply range is wider.
The first air treatment module 230, the second air treatment module 240 may specifically include one or more of a purification module, a fragrance module 234, a humidification module 241, an electrolyzed water module 242, and generally make the first air treatment module 230 different from the second air treatment module 240. This allows the air flow to undergo different air treatments within the first air chute 214 and the second air chute 215. When the switch door 220 is disposed in the second air duct 215, the second air treatment module 240 is disposed in the second air duct 215 on a side of the switch door 220 close to the second air outlet 213. When the sub-machine 200 is in the first air treatment mode, the switch door 220 is closed, so that the airflow enters the first air duct 214 from the air inlet 211, is processed by the first air treatment module 230, and is blown out from the first air outlet 212; when the sub-unit 200 is in the second air treatment mode, the switch door 220 is opened, so that the airflow enters the first air duct 214 from the air inlet 211, enters the second air duct 215 from the air through hole 251 after being treated by the first air treatment module 230, and is blown out from the second air outlet 213 after being treated by the second air treatment module 240. The first air treatment module 230 and the second air treatment mode of the sub-machine 200 can be switched only by opening or closing the switch door 220, and the switching mode is simple and quick and is easy to realize and control.
When the sub-unit 200 is connected to the main unit 100, the heat exchange air duct may be isolated from the first air duct 214 and the second air duct 215, or may be communicated with each other. In practice, when the sub-unit 200 is connected to the main unit 100, the heat exchange air duct is isolated from the first air duct 214 and the second air duct 215. Thus, the heat exchange air channels are independent from the air treatment air channels of the submachine 200 and do not affect each other, so that the heat exchange effect of the indoor heat exchange module cannot be affected when the submachine 200 is connected with and separated from the main unit 100, and the heat exchange stability of the whole floor type air conditioner indoor unit is ensured.
The utility model discloses floor type air conditioner indoor set is through making the detachable connection of submachine 200 in host computer 100, and makes submachine 200 can break away from host computer 100 autonomous working. When the whole indoor quick heat exchange is ensured, the sub machine 200 can be separated from the main machine 100 to realize the whole-house movable air supply and the like, and the air supply requirement of a certain area or the whole area in a room can be flexibly adjusted through the sub machine 200, so that the whole floor type air conditioner indoor machine has high flexibility and can meet different air supply requirements of users. And the sub-machine 200 can carry out relay air supply on the heat exchange airflow blown out by the main machine 100, thereby achieving remote and multi-directional air supply. Meanwhile, the floor type air conditioner indoor unit can supply air in multiple directions, a long distance and a whole room, and meanwhile, the sub-unit 200 is connected to the main unit 100, so that the multi-unit storage integration is realized, the room space is saved, and the space utilization rate is improved. In addition, a first air duct 214 communicating the air inlet 211 and the first air outlet 212 and a second air duct 215 communicating the first air duct 214 and the second air outlet 213 are defined in the housing 210, and the switch door 220 is installed in the first air duct 214 or at the air flow port 251 of the first air duct 214 and the second air duct 215, so that the sub-machine 200 has two different air treatment modes, a user can select different air treatment modes according to needs, and the two different air treatment modes of the sub-machine 200 can be switched only through the switch door 220, and the sub-machine is simple in structure, convenient and fast in switching mode, and easy to implement and control.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 to 13, the sub-machine 200 further includes a volute 250 installed in the housing 210, a wind wheel 260 is installed in the volute 250, a first air duct 214 is defined in the volute 250, a second air duct 215 is defined between an outer wall surface of the volute 250 and the housing 210, a gas flow port 251 communicating the first air duct 214 and the second air duct 215 is opened on the volute 250, and the opening and closing door 220 is used for opening or closing the gas flow port 251.
In the present embodiment, at least a portion of an outer wall surface of the scroll 250 is spaced apart from the housing 210, such that the second air duct 215 is defined between the outer wall surface of the scroll 250 and the housing 210. The first air path 214 is defined in the scroll 250, such that a portion of the first air path 214 is defined in the scroll 250 and another portion of the first air path 214 is defined between the scroll 250 and the housing 210. If the wind wheel 260 is disposed in the volute 250, the wind wheel 260 may be a centrifugal wind wheel 260. Specifically, the second air duct 215 is connected to the air outlet end of the first air duct 214. The airflow is driven by the wind wheel 260 to enter the first wind channel 214 from the wind inlet 211 and be blown out through the first wind outlet 212, and the airflow in the first wind channel 214 can enter the second wind channel 215 from the air through hole 251 and be blown out through the second wind outlet 213. Thus, only one wind wheel 260 is arranged in the volute 250, so that the airflow can be driven to be blown out from the first air outlet 212 or the second air outlet 213, the overall structure is simplified, and the processing efficiency of the first air processing module 230 and the second air processing module 240 is higher.
In addition to the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 10 to 13, the opening/closing door 220 and the inner wall surface of the scroll 250 are smoothly transited. The switch door 220 and the inner wall surface of the scroll casing 250 are in smooth transition, so that the switch door 220 is substantially a part of the scroll casing 250 when the switch door 220 closes the gas flow port 251, thereby avoiding the problems of wind resistance and noise caused by the mismatch between the switch door 220 and the scroll casing 250.
Specifically, referring to fig. 10 to 13 again, the switch door 220 is rotatably connected to the housing 210 or the scroll 250 and opens the gas communication hole 251 toward the first air duct 214. Specifically, the driving motor may be connected to a rotating shaft of the switching door 220 to drive the switching door 220 to rotate to open or close the gas communication hole 251. The opening/closing door 220 is rotated to open or close the gas communication hole 251, and the required space is small and easy to control compared with the sliding switching manner. By opening the gas flow opening 251 toward the first air duct 214 side by the switch door 220, the wind resistance of the switch door 220 to the second air duct 215 can be avoided, so that the air flow can circulate more smoothly in the second air duct 215. Meanwhile, the switch door 220 can block part or all of the first air duct 214, so that most or all of the air flow flows into the second air duct 215, thereby improving the air treatment efficiency of the second air treatment module 240 in the second air duct 215.
Further, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, a louver 270 is disposed at the first air outlet 212, and the louver 270 is used for opening or closing the first air outlet 212. The louver 270 is rotatably mounted on the housing 210 to open or close the first air outlet 212. The louvers 270 may also provide a swinging air flow, thereby increasing the air supply range and angle of the first outlet 212. By enabling the louver 270 to close and open the first air outlet 212, when the switch door 220 is opened and the indoor air flow needs to flow into the second air duct 215 and be processed by the second air processing module 240, the first air outlet 212 can be closed, so that all the air flow in the first air duct 214 enters the second air duct 215, and the processing efficiency of the second air processing module 240 is further improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the first air outlet 212 may not be closed, and the air flow in the first air duct 214 partially flows into the second air duct 215 and partially blows out from the first air outlet 212.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 9 to 11, an air inlet side of the wind wheel 260 is disposed corresponding to the air inlet 211, and the first air processing module 230 is installed between the air inlet side of the scroll 250 and an inner wall surface of the housing 210.
In the present embodiment, the first air treatment module 230 is installed between the air inlet side of the scroll case 250 and the inner wall surface of the housing 210, that is, in the air inlet passage formed by the air inlet side of the scroll case 250 and the housing 210. Thus, the airflow entering the first air duct 214 is processed by the first air processing module 230, and the processing efficiency of the first air processing module 230 is improved. And the space between the scroll case 250 and the inner wall surface of the housing 210 is fully utilized, so that the overall structure is more compact. Specifically, the first air treatment module 230 includes a purification module installed between the air intake side of the wind wheel 260 and the inner wall surface of the case 210. Thereby can circulate and purify indoor air, promote air quality, and make the submachine 200 multi-functional, can select different functions according to the user's demand. Specifically, the purification module includes one or more of a HEPA net 231, a plasma net 232, a gas pollutant filtering net 233, an electrostatic dust collection module, a negative ion module, and a water washing purification module. The gas pollutant filter 233 may be a formaldehyde removal filter. And corresponding gaseous pollutants, such as TVOC, toluene, etc., can be filtered according to requirements, and the gaseous pollutant filter screen 233 may be a filter screen filled with activated carbon or manganese dioxide, such as a carbon-sandwiched screen, an activated carbon screen, a catalytic oxidation screen, etc. So for the purification module can disinfect, remove dust, filter gaseous pollutant etc. to indoor air, thereby more effectual air-purifying. Optionally, the sub-machine 200 may further comprise a fragrance module 234, and the airflow outlet of the fragrance module 234 is communicated with the first air duct 214. Such that the scent module 234 is located within the volute 250 or between the volute 250 and the housing 210.
