Detailed Description
The present invention is specifically described below by way of exemplary embodiments. It should be understood, however, that elements, structures and features of one embodiment may be beneficially incorporated in other embodiments without further recitation.
The air conditioner performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies refrigerant to the air that has been conditioned and heat-exchanged.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger, the indoor unit of the air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve may be provided in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger serve as a condenser or an evaporator. The air conditioner is used as a heater in a heating mode when the indoor heat exchanger is used as a condenser, and as a cooler in a cooling mode when the indoor heat exchanger is used as an evaporator.

Fig. 4 is an exploded view of an air conditioning door body of an air conditioning indoor unit according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
The air conditioning door body 2 comprises a metal door plate 21, a decorative strip 22 and a lining plate 23; the decorative strip 22 is connected to the outer edge of the metal door plate 21, so that the air conditioner door body 2 can be well decorated, and the appearance beautifying degree of an air conditioner product is improved; the lining plate 23 is fixedly connected to the rear side of the metal door plate 21, and can be used for supporting the metal door plate 21 to prevent the metal door plate 21 from deforming, and in addition, various connecting structures are conveniently arranged on the lining plate 23 through injection molding and other modes.
< decorative strip 22>
The shape of the decorative strip 22 is derived from the shape of the metal door panel 21, and the decorative strip 22 may be wrapped around the entire outer edge of the metal door panel 21 or some outer edge of the metal door panel 21.
In the related art, the decoration strip 22 is mostly clamped in the connection structure of the metal door panel 21, and in the connection mode, the decoration strip 22 is easy to loosen and even fall off in the long-term use process, so that the appearance experience and the use experience of a user are influenced; in addition, the clamping form needs to arrange a clamping matching structure on the metal door panel 21 and the decorative strip 22, so that the complexity of the processing process of the metal door panel 21 and the decorative strip 22 and the complexity of the processing technology are increased, and in addition, the decorative strip 22 is generally in a long strip shape, so that the problems of difficult assembly and difficult positioning exist in the assembly process of the metal door panel 21.
Referring to fig. 5-8, the trim strip 22 is generally U-shaped and is wrapped around the edge of the metal door panel 21 and includes a rear sidewall 221, a front sidewall 222, and a bottom wall 223.
The metal door panel 21 includes a door panel body 211 and a flange portion 212 provided at a position on the door panel body 211 where the decorative strip 22 is connected, the flange portion 212 may be formed by bending the door panel body 211 rearward, a rear side wall 221 of the decorative strip 22 is attached to a rear surface of the flange portion 212, and a front side wall 222 is attached to a front surface of the metal door panel 21.
The width of the rear sidewall 221 is greater than the width of the front sidewall 222, facilitating the provision of mating structures on the rear sidewall 221.
The door panel body 211 and the flanged portion 212 enclose a substantially U-shaped cavity, which is inserted into the U-shaped groove of the trim strip 22 in the assembled position. The outside of the junction of the flanging part 212 and the door panel body 211 is provided with a round angle, which can facilitate the insertion of the cavity and the decoration strip 22.
Specifically referring to fig. 7, in order to facilitate the assembly of the decorative strip 22 and the metal door panel 21 and improve the assembly efficiency of the decorative strip 22 and the metal door panel 21, a first limiting structure capable of limiting the position of the decorative strip 22 on the metal door panel 21 is provided on the metal door panel 21 and the decorative strip 22.
The first limiting structure comprises a retaining hook 2121 arranged on the flanging part 212 and a retaining groove 2211 arranged on the rear side wall 221, and the retaining hook 2121 is matched with the retaining groove 2211 to limit the transverse position of the decorative strip 22 relative to the metal door panel 21.
The metal door panel 21 may be a sheet metal part, and the retaining hook 2121 is formed by bending the flanging part 212 to the rear side, so that the processing and manufacturing are easy, and the processing cost of the metal door panel 21 is not excessively increased. It should be understood that the check hooks 2121 can stop the decorative strip 22 from being detached from the metal door panel 21.
In some embodiments of the air conditioning indoor unit of the present disclosure, the retaining hook 2121 does not protrude from the rear surface of the decorative strip 22, that is, the distance from the retaining hook 2121 to the front surface of the metal door panel 21 is less than the distance from the decorative strip 22 to the front surface of the metal door panel 21, and the retaining hook 2121 is located in the retaining groove 2211 at the assembling position, so that the retaining hook 2121 does not contact with the lining plate 23 during the sliding process of the air conditioning door 2, and the influence on the subsequent installation of the lining plate 23 can be avoided.
The first limiting structures are arranged at intervals along the length extending direction of the decorative strip 22, so that the position of the decorative strip 22 on the metal door panel 21 can be effectively limited. It will be appreciated that the number of first stops will depend on the length of the trim strip 22 and that the first stops may be equally or unequally spaced.
In some embodiments of the air conditioning indoor unit of the present disclosure, the gap between the retaining hook 2121 and the retaining groove 2211 in the extending direction of the length of the decoration strip 22 is generally set to be larger, because if the gap is smaller, the installation can be better only by ensuring the position precision in the machining process, which increases the machining cost, and in addition, when the decoration strip 22 is assembled, the first limiting structures need to be aligned and matched, which also reduces the assembly efficiency; however, if the gap is large, there will be some moving space in the position of the decorative strip 22 in the direction of the metal door panel 21, so that the position cannot be fixed, and in order to ensure the assembling efficiency without increasing the processing cost, the air conditioning indoor unit may further include a second limiting structure.
The second limiting structure comprises a limiting groove 2122 formed in the flanging part 212 and a limiting block 2212 formed in the rear side wall 221, and the limiting groove 2122 and the limiting block 2212 are matched with each other to limit the position of the decorative strip 22 relative to the metal door panel 21 in the length extending direction.
The flanging parts 212 are discontinuous on the metal door panel 21, a plurality of flanging parts are arranged along the edge extension direction of the metal door panel 21, and a limiting groove 2122 is formed at the interval between every two adjacent flanging parts 212; a portion of the rear sidewall 221 protrudes toward the front sidewall 222 to form a stopper 2212.
Since the first limit structures already allow the approximate position of the decorative strip 22 on the metal door panel 21 to be determined, the number of second limit structures can be set smaller, in some embodiments, one second limit structure is provided for one side edge corresponding to the side edge of the metal door panel 21 on which the decorative strip 22 is mounted, for example, if the decorative strip 22 is mounted only on the right side edge of the metal door panel 21, then one second limit structure is provided; the decorative strips 22 are assembled on the right side and the lower side of the metal door panel 21, and the second limiting structures are respectively arranged on the lower side and the right side.
It should be noted that the number of the first limit structures and the second limit structures is not limited by the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the air conditioning indoor unit of the present disclosure, the decorative strip 22 is fastened to the metal door panel 21 by the first screws 3, a plurality of the first screws 3 are provided at intervals along the longitudinal extension direction of the decorative strip 22, and the first screws 3 restrict the degree of freedom of the decorative strip 22 in the front-rear direction and also perform a fastening function.
It should be noted that the intervals between the first screws 3 may be the same or different, and those skilled in the art can design the positions and intervals of the first screws 3 according to actual situations.
Specifically, the first flanging hole 2123 is further formed in the flanging portion 212, the first screw mounting hole 2213 is formed in the decorative strip 22, and the decorative strip 22 and the metal door panel 21 are fastened and connected through the first screw 3 penetrating through the first screw mounting hole 2213 and the first flanging hole 2123.
In the assembled position, the first screw 3 does not project beyond the rear surface of the trim strip 22, so as to avoid interference with the mounting of the backing strip 23. The first screw 3 may be a countersunk head screw, or the first screw mounting hole 2213 is a countersunk head hole.
The edge flanging design of the metal door plate 21 is adopted in the air-conditioning indoor unit, the transverse freedom degree of the decorative strip 22 is limited through the matching of the retaining hook 2121 and the retaining groove 2211, the longitudinal freedom degree of the decorative strip 22 is limited through the matching of the limiting block 2212 and the limiting groove 2122, the front and back freedom degree is limited and the fastening effect is achieved through the first screw 3, and the air-conditioning indoor unit has the advantage of firm and stable connection.
The limiting groove 2122 and the stopping hook 2121 can be formed by bending and stamping the metal door panel 21, and compared with a clamping connection mode in the related art that a complex matching structure needs to be arranged on the metal door panel 21 and the decorative strip 22, the matching structure is simple in manufacturing process, and the manufacturing cost cannot be increased.
When the decoration strip 22 is assembled on the metal door panel 21, the opening end of the U-shaped groove of the decoration strip 22 is inserted towards the edge of the metal door panel 21, meanwhile, the limiting block 2212 is aligned with the limiting groove 2122 on the metal door panel 21, after the assembly is in place, the stopping hook 2121 is automatically positioned in the stopping groove 2211, and finally, the first screw 3 is screwed for fastening. The assembly operation of the decorative strip 22 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is very simple, and the assembly efficiency of the decorative strip 22 is greatly improved.
< Lining plate 23>
Fig. 9 is an exploded view of a metal door panel and a liner panel of an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; FIG. 10 is an enlarged view of B of FIG. 9; fig. 11 is an enlarged view of C in fig. 9.
After the trim strip 22 is assembled to the metal door panel 21, the liner 23 can be installed. The lining plate 23 abuts against the rear side face of the flanged portion 212, and has a pressing effect on the trim strip 22, so that the connection firmness and reliability of the trim strip 22 are further improved.
In order to improve the assembly efficiency of the lining plate 23 and the metal door plate 21, a first positioning structure is arranged on the lining plate 23 and the metal door plate 21, and the first positioning structure can play a role in guiding and positioning in the assembly process of the lining plate 23 and the metal door plate 21.
Specifically, referring to fig. 10, the first positioning structure includes a first positioning slot 2214 disposed on the metal door panel 21, and a first positioning block 231 disposed on the lining panel 23, wherein the first positioning slot 2214 and the first positioning block 231 cooperate to ensure the position of the lining panel 23 relative to the metal door panel 21.
The first positioning slot 2214 may be disposed on the flanging portion 212 of the metal door panel 21, and is formed on the flanging portion 212 by punching, the first positioning block 231 is formed by injection molding and protrudes outward from the lining plate 23, and in the assembling position, the first positioning block 231 is located in the first positioning slot 2214, and the first positioning slot 2214 is substantially in a shape of "square", so as to prevent the lining plate 23 and the metal door panel 21 from being separated from each other. The first positioning structure is simple in manufacturing process and technology, and processing cost cannot be increased.
A plurality of first positioning grooves 2214 are provided at intervals in the burring part 212 along the longitudinal direction of the metal door panel 21, and a plurality of first positioning blocks 231 are provided in the backing plate 23. In order to ensure the matching of each pair of positioning structures during assembly, if the matching clearance between the first positioning groove 2214 and the first positioning block 231 in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction is small, the quick alignment of the two is difficult to realize, and moreover, the problem of high precision processing cost is brought; however, if the fitting clearance is large, a certain moving space is formed between the liner plate 23 and the metal door panel 21, and the positioning cannot be completely accurately performed.
In order to improve the assembly efficiency of the lining plate 23 and the metal door plate 21 and ensure the accurate positioning of the lining plate 23 and the metal door plate 21, the first positioning structure is set to limit the degrees of freedom of the lining plate 23 and the metal door plate 21 in the transverse direction, and the second positioning structure is also arranged between the metal door plate 21 and the lining plate 23 in the air-conditioning indoor unit of the disclosure and is used for limiting the degrees of freedom of the lining plate 23 and the metal door plate 23 in the longitudinal direction.
Referring to fig. 11 in particular, the second positioning structure includes a second positioning slot 2215 disposed on the flanging portion 212, and a second positioning block 232 disposed on the liner plate 23, wherein the second positioning slot 2215 is substantially U-shaped, and an open end of the second positioning slot 2215 faces to a lateral side, and in an installation process of the liner plate 23, the second positioning block 232 and the second positioning slot 2215 cooperate to perform a guiding and positioning function.
Since the first positioning structure already allows the approximate position of the decorative strip 22 on the metal door panel 21 to be determined, the number of second positioning structures can be set to be small, and in some embodiments, one second positioning structure can be provided corresponding to the burring portion 212 in the longitudinal direction of the metal door panel 21.
It should be noted that the present disclosure does not limit the number of the first positioning structures and the second positioning structures.
In the embodiment of the air conditioning indoor unit of the present disclosure, the liner 23 is fastened to the metal door panel 21 by the second screws 4, the plurality of second screws 4 are provided at intervals on the burring portion 212, and the second screws 4 restrict the degree of freedom of the liner 23 in the front-rear direction and also perform a fastening function.
It should be noted that the intervals between the second screws 4 may be the same or different, and those skilled in the art can design the positions and intervals of the second screws 4 according to actual situations.
Specifically, the flanging part 212 is further provided with a second flanging hole 2216, the lining plate 23 is provided with a second screw mounting hole 233, and the lining plate 23 and the metal door panel 21 are fastened and connected through the second screw 4 penetrating through the second screw mounting hole 233 and the second flanging hole 2216.
The air conditioning indoor unit of the present disclosure limits the lateral degree of freedom of the installation of the lining board 23 through the cooperation of the first positioning groove 2214 and the first positioning block 231, limits the longitudinal degree of freedom of the installation of the lining board 23 through the second positioning groove 2215 and the second positioning block 232, plays a role in limiting the front and rear degree of freedom and fastening through the second screw 4, and has the advantage of firm and stable connection.
The first positioning slot 2214 and the second positioning slot 2215 can be formed by punching the flanging part 212, and the first positioning block 231 and the second positioning block 232 are integrally formed on the lining plate 23 by injection molding, so that the manufacturing process is simple, and the manufacturing cost cannot be increased.
When the lining plate 23 is assembled to the metal door panel 21, the first positioning block 231 and the second positioning block 232 of the lining plate 23 are respectively aligned with the first positioning groove 2214 and the second positioning groove 2215 of the upper flange part 212, and finally, the second screw 4 is screwed for fastening. The assembly operation of the liner plate 23 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is very simple, and the assembly efficiency of the liner plate 23 is greatly improved.
The air conditioning door body 2 may be of a single door type or a double door type, which is exemplified in the drawings.
Fig. 12 is a perspective view of an air conditioning door body of an air conditioning indoor unit according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view taken along line D-D of FIG. 12; fig. 14 is an enlarged view of E in fig. 13.
The air conditioning door 2 includes a first door 201 and a second door 202, the first door 201 and the second door 202 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the air outlet 12, and the first door 201 and the second door 202 can slide in a direction away from each other to open the air outlet 12, and can also slide in a direction close to each other to close the air outlet 12.
The appearance of the first door body 201 and the second door body 202 at the butt seam may be affected by deformation, manufacturing tolerance or assembly tolerance of the two bodies.
In order to reduce the influence of the butt seam on the appearance of the air conditioner indoor unit, the lining plate 23 is provided with a shielding structure.
Specifically, the liner plate 23 includes a first liner plate 2011 installed on the first door body 201, and a second liner plate 2021 installed on the second door body 202, wherein a shielding portion 20111 extends from one side of the first liner plate 2011 close to the butt seam to the direction of the second liner plate 2021, and an avoiding portion 20211 for avoiding the shielding portion 20111 is arranged on one side of the second liner plate 2021 close to the butt seam. When the first door body 201 and the second door body 202 are in the closed state, the shielding portion 20111 is located at the rear side of the butt seam, so that a shielding effect on the butt seam is formed.
The avoiding portion 20211 is specifically in the form of a guide groove, and when the first door body 201 and the second door body 202 are in a closed state, a certain gap is formed between the shielding portion 20111 and the groove bottom of the avoiding portion 20211, so that abnormal sound caused by collision between the first door body 201 and the second door body 202 can be avoided.
This air conditioning indoor set of disclosure leaves certain clearance to seam department when making air conditioning door body 2 be in the closed condition through shielding part 20111 and dodge portion 20211's cooperation, reduces the finished piece and warp the influence that produces to the outward appearance, makes the outward appearance effect of butt seam more even.
The decorative strip 22 is at least positioned on the butt joint side edge of the first door body 201 and the second door body 202, so that direct collision when the first door body 201 and the second door body 202 are closed can be avoided; in addition, the decorative strip 22 can reduce the gap between the first door 201 and the second door 202, and prevent dust in the air from being intensively attached to the gap when the air conditioner is in a shutdown state or a standby state, and even enter the air outlet 12 and an air duct of the indoor unit of the air conditioner from the gap.
