Detailed Description
The present invention is specifically described below by way of exemplary embodiments. It should be understood, however, that elements, structures and features of one embodiment may be beneficially incorporated in other embodiments without further recitation.
The air conditioner performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies refrigerant to the air that has been conditioned and heat-exchanged.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger, the indoor unit of the air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve may be provided in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger serve as a condenser or an evaporator. The air conditioner is used as a heater in a heating mode when the indoor heat exchanger is used as a condenser, and as a cooler in a cooling mode when the indoor heat exchanger is used as an evaporator.
Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 and 2 are perspective views of an air conditioning indoor unit according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include a case 1, an indoor heat exchanger, and an indoor fan (not shown in the drawings).
For example, the air-conditioning indoor unit can be in a cabinet type or a vertical hanging type, and the shape of the air-conditioning indoor unit can be a cylinder-like shape or a long column shape. In the present embodiment, a cabinet type similar to a cylindrical shape is exemplified.
A plurality of components constituting a refrigeration cycle are installed in the casing 1. The casing 1 defines the overall appearance of the air conditioning indoor unit, including side surfaces defining a side configuration, a bottom surface defining a bottom configuration, and a top surface defining a top appearance.
The casing 1 is provided with an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12, and under the action of an indoor unit fan, indoor air is introduced into the air-conditioning indoor unit through the air inlet 11, exchanges heat with the indoor heat exchanger and then is discharged into an indoor room through the air outlet 12.
A panel base 3 is arranged in the shell 1, and an air outlet 12 is formed by opening at least one part of the front side of the panel base 3; the air inlet 11 may be formed by opening at least a portion of the rear side or the left and right sides of the case 1, and the air inlet 11 may be provided with an air inlet grill to prevent introduction of foreign substances.
Here, when the air conditioner is installed and used, the side facing the user is "front", and the side opposite thereto is "rear".
The air-conditioning indoor unit according to the embodiment of the disclosure may include an air-conditioning door body 2, and the air-conditioning door body 2 is disposed corresponding to the air outlet 12 and is slidable relative to the panel base 3 to open or close the air outlet 12. When the air-conditioning indoor unit is in a starting state, the air outlet 12 is opened by the air-conditioning door body 2, and when the air-conditioning indoor unit is in a standby state or a shutdown state, the air outlet 12 is closed by the air-conditioning door body 2.
Fig. 3 is an exploded view of an air conditioning door body of an air conditioning indoor unit according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
The air conditioning door body 2 comprises a metal door plate 21 and a lining plate 22, wherein the lining plate 22 is fixedly connected to the inner side of the metal door plate 21 and can be used for supporting the metal door plate 21 to prevent the metal door plate 21 from deforming, and in addition, various connecting structures are conveniently arranged on the lining plate 22 through injection molding and other modes.
The panel seat 3 is connected with a movement mechanism, the movement mechanism comprises a fixed part 4 and a sliding part 5, the fixed part 4 is fixedly connected with the panel seat 3 through a screw, and the sliding part 5 is slidably connected on the fixed part 4.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the fixed member 4 is provided with a pair of slide grooves 41 facing up and down, the sliding member 5 is provided with a slide rail 51, and the slide rail 51 is inserted into the slide groove 41 and can slide transversely relative to the slide groove 41.
The sliding part 5 is further provided with a suspension groove 52 with an upward opening, correspondingly, the lining plate 22 of the air conditioning door body 2 is provided with a suspension tooth 221 extending downwards, and the suspension tooth 221 is inserted into the suspension groove 52. When the air outlet 12 is opened and closed by sliding the air conditioning door 2, the sliding member 5 slides relative to the fixing member 4.
The hanging teeth 221 on the lining plate 22 can be inserted into the hanging grooves 52 of the sliding parts 5 from top to bottom, or the air-conditioning door body 2 can be detached from bottom to top, so that the hanging installation and detachment between the air-conditioning door body 2 and the panel seat 3 are greatly facilitated.
However, the air conditioning door 2 may generate a large displacement in the longitudinal direction during transportation, which may cause adverse effects such as deformation of the metal door panel 21, and may cause a problem of mistakenly detaching the air conditioning door 2 during subsequent use by a user.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the panel holder 3 is provided with a laterally extending stopper groove 31, and accordingly, the lining panel 22 of the air conditioning door body 2 is provided with a stopper base 222 projecting in the direction of the panel holder 3. The limiting table 222 can slide transversely in the limiting groove 31, and when the limiting table 222 is located in the limiting groove 31, the movement of the air conditioner door body 2 relative to the panel seat 3 in the vertical direction can be limited.
In order not to interfere with the suspension installation of the air conditioning door body 2, the limit table 222 and the limit groove 31 can only be matched on a part of the stroke in the whole sliding stroke of the air conditioning door body 2, and the suspension air conditioning door body 2 can be installed at the position where the limit table 222 and the limit groove 31 are staggered.
Illustratively, when the movement mechanism slides to the limit position where the air-conditioning door body 2 is opened, the limit table 222 and the limit groove 31 are staggered, so that the air-conditioning door body 2 can be hung on the panel seat 3 from top to bottom; when the air conditioning door body 2 is separated from the opened limit position, the limit table 222 is matched with the limit groove 31, the upper position and the lower position of the air conditioning door body 2 are limited and cannot move up and down, and the problems of deformation of the longitudinal displacement of the air conditioning door body 2 and mistaken disassembly of a user in the transportation process are solved.
It should be noted here that the positions of the limiting table 222 and the limiting groove 31 can be interchanged, that is, the limiting table 222 is disposed on the panel base 3, and the limiting groove 31 is disposed on the lining plate 22 of the air conditioning door 2, which still belongs to the protection scope of the present disclosure; in the example, the mounting position of the air conditioning door 2 is set at the limit position at which the air conditioning door 2 is opened, however, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the mounting position of the air conditioning door 2 may also be set at the limit position at which the air conditioning door 2 is closed, or at any position during the opening process, and the inventive concept of the present disclosure can be implemented by only staggering the matching position of the limiting groove 31 of the limiting table 222 and the hanging mounting position, and all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
In some embodiments of the air conditioning indoor unit of the present disclosure, the limiting table 222 and the limiting groove 31 are located at a substantially central position of the air conditioning door body 2 in the longitudinal direction, so that structural stability and balance can be ensured.
In order to further prevent the problem that the air conditioning door body 2 is detached at the extreme displacement of the longitudinal direction and the user by mistake in the hanging installation position of the air conditioning door body 2, the detachment prevention structure further comprises a limiting piece 223 and a baffle 6, the limiting piece 223 is arranged on the lining plate 22 of the air conditioning door body 2 and extends towards the direction of the panel base 3, the baffle 6 is connected to the upper end of the panel base 3, when the air conditioning door body 2 is in the installation position, in the projection of the longitudinal direction of the indoor air conditioner, the limiting piece 223 and the baffle 6 are overlapped, and the baffle 6 can form the blocking of the limiting piece 223.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, after the air-conditioning door body 2 is mounted on the panel base 3, the baffle 6 is connected to the upper end of the panel base 3 through the screw 7, and the air-conditioning door body 2 cannot be detached from the panel base 3 due to the blocking of the limiting piece 223 by the baffle 6.
Specifically, the stopper 223 is located below the baffle 6, and the vertical distance from the baffle 6 to the stopper 223 is smaller than the depth of the hanging tooth 221 inserted into the hanging groove 52, so that the hanging tooth 221 cannot be separated from the hanging groove 52 due to the stop of the baffle 6 against the stopper 223.
In some embodiments of the air-conditioning indoor unit of the present disclosure, the baffle 6 can overlap at least part of the stop stroke range of the limiting piece 223, the matching stroke of the limiting table 222 and the limiting groove 31 in the whole sliding stroke range of the air-conditioning door body 2, so that the air-conditioning door body 2 cannot be detached at any position in the whole stroke range, and the risk caused by the mistaken detachment of a user is avoided.
When the sliding part 5 in the moving mechanism is located at the opening limit position of the air-conditioning door body 2 relative to the fixed part 4, the hanging teeth 221 of the air-conditioning door body 2 can be inserted into the hanging grooves 52 of the sliding part 5, then the baffle 6 is installed on the panel seat 3, and the baffle 6 and the limiting sheet 223 are matched to enable the air-conditioning door body 2 to be incapable of being detached when in an opening and closing state; when the air conditioner door body 2 is separated from the opening limit position, particularly at the position where the limiting sheet 223 and the baffle 6 are staggered, the limiting table 222 and the limiting groove 31 play a role in preventing disassembly.
In some embodiments of the air conditioning indoor unit of the present disclosure, the limiting piece 223 is integrally formed with the liner plate 22; baffle 6 is metal sheet metal component or plastics material. The limiting piece 223 is approximately arc-shaped corresponding to the motion track of the air conditioning door body 2.
Be provided with location structure between baffle 6 and panel seat 3, can guarantee the position of baffle 6 on panel seat 3, specifically, be provided with locating hole 61 on the baffle 6, be provided with reference column 32 on panel seat 3, wear to establish baffle 6 and panel seat 3 through locating hole 61 and reference column 32 to and screw 7 and realize the fixed of baffle 6 and panel seat 3 position.
