The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.

The indoor unit of the air conditioner can be in a vertically placed cabinet type, such as a cylindrical cabinet type machine, a similar cylindrical cabinet type machine or a rectangular cabinet type machine; embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto. In order to ensure the sealing effect of the sealing strip 3 blocking the gap, the sealing strip 3 can be made of rubber, flexible deformation is easy to generate, the sealing strip 3 can be ensured to be in close contact with the shell 1 under the driving of the movable door plate 2, and air leakage is avoided.
The indoor unit of the air conditioner can comprise a mounting plate 4, wherein the mounting plate 4 is in a long strip shape which is the same as the length extending direction of a sealing strip 3, in the air conditioner, the mounting plate 4 presses the sealing strip 3 on a movable door panel 2, namely, the sealing strip 3 is clamped by the mounting plate 4 and the movable door panel 2, the mounting plate 4 and the movable door panel 2 are detachably connected, when the sealing strip 3 is required to be disassembled and assembled, the mounting plate 4 and the movable door panel 2 are only required to be separated, the sealing strip 3 can be taken down or installed, and the disassembly and the assembly.
