Also, the first feature being "on," "above" and "over" the second feature includes the first feature being directly on and obliquely above the second feature, or merely indicating that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. A first feature being "under," "below," and "beneath" a second feature includes the first feature being directly under and obliquely below the second feature, or simply meaning that the first feature is at a lesser elevation than the second feature.
In the description of the present embodiment, the terms "upper", "lower", "right", etc. are used in an orientation or positional relationship based on that shown in the drawings only for convenience of description and simplicity of operation, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present application. Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used only for descriptive purposes and are not intended to have a special meaning.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an electronic tag based picking system includes:
the goods shelf comprises a goods shelf 1, wherein a plurality of goods positions 2 are arranged on the goods shelf 1;
the electronic tags 3 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the goods spaces 2 and are in communication connection with the controller 5;
the induction devices 4 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the cargo space 2 and are in communication connection with the electronic tags 3 corresponding to the cargo space 2, and an induction end of each induction device 4 faces to an opening of the cargo space 2;
the controller 5 is in communication connection with a terminal 6, and is used for controlling the electronic tag 3 and the sensing device 4 and performing data communication with the terminal 6;
and the terminal 6 is used for inputting data and managing by a user.
The electronic tag 3 is connected to the Controller 5 through a CAN (Controller Area Network) line, so as to supply power to and communicate with the electronic tag 3 and the sensing device 4. The other end of the controller 5 is connected with a terminal 6 by a network cable. The terminal 6 may be a computer or the like.
In the e-commerce industry, there are often multiple orders to sort, and the goods for each order are often different. In order to quickly and efficiently package and deliver the ordered goods, a plurality of goods spaces 2, also called seeding walls, are often arranged on a shelf 1 for simultaneous sorting. The electronic tag 3 is used for displaying corresponding information of the goods and prompting a sorting state. The sensing device 4 is used for sensing or scanning whether goods are put into the goods space 2, and when the sensing device 4 senses that the goods pass through, a switching value is sent to the electronic tag 3 to replace a physical beating key to generate the switching value. When the goods of letter sorting got into goods position 2, accomplished promptly and clap key confirmation work, great improvement letter sorting efficiency. Meanwhile, the sensing detection of the grating can also ensure that goods to be picked actually pass, so that the wrong shooting is avoided.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, when the sensing device 4 is a grating sensor, the sensing device 4 may further scan the goods, and if the goods are placed in the wrong goods location 2, the electronic tag 3 may send a prompt message to play a role in error prevention.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present application, the picking system based on electronic tags 3 further includes a rail 7, the rail 7 is fixed below the cargo space 2, and the rail 7 is slidably connected with the electronic tags 3. The track 7 is arranged, so that the electronic tag 3 can be mounted more conveniently and flexibly and can be moved.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present application, a bus bar is disposed on the rail 7, a conductive elastic sheet set is disposed on the electronic tag 3, the electronic tag 3 is connected to the bus bar through the conductive elastic sheet set, and the bus bar is connected to the controller 5. The arrangement of the bus bar and the conductive elastic sheet set enables the electronic tag 3 and the track 7 to be connected physically and electrically at the same time, and wiring is more convenient. Furthermore, the conductive elastic sheet set is in sliding abutting connection with the bus bar, so that the electronic tag 3 can obtain electric energy and communication data information. The sliding abutment may facilitate the connection of the electronic tag 3 to the track 7. Wherein the rail 7 is connected with the controller 5 through a CAN line.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic tag 3 is provided with the display screen 31, and the display screen 31 is arranged on the front panel of the electronic tag 3 and used for displaying the corresponding information of the goods.
In the embodiment of the present application, the electronic tag 3 is provided with a signal lamp 32, and the signal lamp 32 is disposed on a front panel of the electronic tag 3 and used for prompting a cargo state.
In some embodiments of the present application, the picking system based on the electronic tag 3 further includes a lighthouse 8, the lighthouse 8 is disposed on the shelf 1, and the lighthouse 8 is connected to the controller 5 for prompting the shelf 1 needing to sort goods.
The following describes a control method of the picking system based on the electronic tag 3:
firstly, a user issues a sorting task list through a terminal 6, and after receiving the sorting task list, a controller 5 controls a tower lamp on a corresponding goods shelf 1 to be turned on, and an indicator lamp on a corresponding goods space 2 to be turned on, so as to prompt an operator to have a sorting task. At this moment, the picking staff takes out the corresponding goods from the warehouse and scans the one-dimensional codes on the goods, the electronic tag 3 signal lamp 32 on the corresponding goods position 2 flickers, and the quantity needing to be put in is displayed on the display screen 31. Put into corresponding goods position 2 with the goods, if put in correct goods position 2, the grating that corresponds goods position 2 can detect the goods and pass through, then the pilot lamp of the electronic tags 3 that correspond extinguishes. If the wrong goods location 2 is released, the signal lamp 32 of the electronic tag 3 of the wrong goods location 2 is normally on, the releasing error is displayed on the display screen 31, the misplaced goods need to be taken out at the moment and released to the correct position, and the sensing device 4 of the correct goods location 2, for example, the grating sensor senses that the goods pass through, and the electronic tag 3 of the correct goods location 2 and the electronic tag 3 of the wrong goods location 2 are turned off at the same time. And after all goods in the picking task list are put in, the tower lamp changes the color or goes out.
