1. A processing apparatus, comprising:
the processing pocket assembly comprises a processing pocket and a bottom sealing piece, wherein the top of the processing pocket is provided with a first opening, and the bottom of the processing pocket is provided with a second opening; the bottom sealing piece can slide relative to the processing pocket to close or open the second opening, and the bottom sealing piece sliding to close the second opening and the side wall of the processing pocket jointly enclose an accommodating cavity;
the processing pocket conveying mechanism is used for conveying or withdrawing the processing pocket assembly along a set direction;
and the opening and closing device is used for enabling the bottom sealing piece and the processing pocket to relatively slide at a first position to open the second opening in the conveying process of the processing pocket assembly, and enabling the bottom sealing piece and the processing pocket to relatively slide at a second position to close the second opening in the retracting process of the processing pocket assembly.

The processing device according to claim 1, wherein the opening and closing device can hold the bottom sealing member at the first position so that the bottom sealing member stops conveying with the processing pocket to open the second opening; the opening and closing device can abut against the bottom sealing piece at the second position, so that the bottom sealing piece stops withdrawing along with the processing pocket to close the second opening.

The processing device according to claim 2, wherein the opening and closing device is disposed on the processing pocket conveying mechanism and includes a first abutting portion and a second abutting portion, the first abutting portion is located at the first position, the second abutting portion is located at the second position, and both the first abutting portion and the second abutting portion are used for abutting against the bottom sealing member.

The processing device according to claim 3, wherein the processing pocket conveying mechanism comprises a processing pocket lifting mechanism and a processing pocket traversing mechanism, the processing pocket assembly is connected to the processing pocket lifting mechanism, the processing pocket lifting mechanism is connected to the processing pocket traversing mechanism, the opening and closing device is arranged on the processing pocket traversing mechanism, the first position is located on a path where the processing pocket traversing mechanism drives the processing pocket assembly to convey, and the second position is located on a path where the processing pocket traversing mechanism drives the processing pocket assembly to retract.

The processing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the processing pocket support includes a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion, the first connecting portion being connected to the processing pocket conveying mechanism, the processing pocket being connected to the second connecting portion, and the second connecting portion being slidably connected to the guide portion.

The processing device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the second connecting portion comprises a connecting plate connected to the bottom of the processing pocket, and a third opening is formed on the connecting plate corresponding to the second opening for allowing the food material in the accommodating cavity to pass through; the two sides of the bottom plate are provided with the guide parts, a pair of sliding grooves are formed between the guide parts and the bottom plate, and the edges of the two sides of the connecting plate are slidably arranged in the sliding grooves.
