Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种全自动杀菌过滤装置。
背景技术
目前,KDF滤料为高纯度铜锌合金颗粒,被广泛应用于净化水设备中,进行水的预处理,是一种简单、低耗的水处理介质。对于微滤、超滤、反渗透膜、离子交换树脂、颗粒状活性炭,KDF滤料均能够保护昂贵易损的水处理组件不受氯、微生物、结垢的影响。此外,KDF55滤料能去除高达98%的重金属,如Pb、Cd、Ce、Ag、Ar、Al、Se、Cu、Hg,另外,借助沉淀在KDF滤料上发生的氧化还原反应还可以降低水中碳酸盐、硝酸盐和硫酸盐。在实验条件下,经过KDF滤料处理的净化水完全能够满足反渗预处理对余氯含量的要求,甚至在滤速为96m/min的条件下,余氯的去除率仍在99%以上,对霉菌和酵母的去除率更高;除此以外KDF滤料还具有延时杀菌的效果。同时,在中国专利200820153646.3中介绍了一种滤料小球装置,可以盛装各种滤料,分散布置于容器内,防止滤料长时间使用后的粘连、板结,提高反应活度。
当前还没有一种一体化的预处理装置,能够同时解决过滤和杀菌的作用,同时又能延长后续水处理设备的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术中的水处理设备杀菌和过滤不能够同时进行的缺陷,提供一种全自动杀菌过滤装置。
一种全自动杀菌过滤装置,所述全自动杀菌过滤装置包括杀菌罐、过滤罐、自动多路控制阀和紫外消毒杀菌组件,所述杀菌罐的下端连接并连通于所述过滤罐的上端,所述杀菌罐的上端连接于所述自动多路控制阀,所述自动多路控制阀的进水口与外部的进水管连通,所述自动多路控制阀的出水口连通于所述紫外消毒杀菌组件的进水口,所述紫外消毒杀菌组件的出水口与外部的出水管连通。
在本方案中,沿水流方向依次连接有自动多路控制阀、过滤罐、杀菌罐和紫外消毒杀菌组件,过滤罐用于过滤净化水,自动多路控制阀用于控制过滤罐和杀菌罐内水的流向,杀菌罐和紫外消毒杀菌组件用于对净化水杀菌消毒处理。在其他可替代的方案中,杀菌罐和过滤罐的位置可互换。
该全自动杀菌过滤装置依次连接有过滤罐和杀菌罐,能够同时对水进行过滤、杀菌一体化处理,并且在出水口还设置有紫外消毒杀菌组件可再次对净化水杀菌处理,提高了净化水的洁净度和安全性。整个装置模块化设置,结构简单,安装维护方便。
较佳地,所述全自动杀菌过滤装置还包括中心管和过滤物质,所述中心管位于所述杀菌罐和所述过滤罐内,所述过滤物质设置于所述过滤罐内的底部,所述中心管从所述杀菌罐的上端延伸至所述过滤罐的底部,所述中心管的上端连接并连通于所述自动多路控制阀,所述中心管的下端埋设于所述过滤物质内。
在本方案中,将过滤物质设置在过滤罐的底部,中心管的下端埋设于过滤物质内,使净化水流经过滤物质,达到滤除杂质净化水的目的。当自动多路控制阀将中心管上端连通于外部的进水管时,使净化水从过滤物质的底部向顶部方向流动,在过滤水的冲刷下,过滤物质在过滤罐内自然浮动翻滚,防止过滤物质长时间使用后的粘连、板结,提高反应活度;当自动多路控制阀将中心管下端连通于外部的进水管时,用于对过滤物质进行反冲洗,达到清洁过滤物质的目的。
较佳地,所述中心管的下端具有导流部,所述导流部埋设于所述过滤物质内,所述导流部上设置有格栅。
在本方案中,中心管通过导流部上的格栅与过滤罐连通,格栅阻挡过滤物质进入中心管,避免因过滤物质进入中心管导致净化水的流量变小。
较佳地,所述过滤物质为石英砂颗粒,所述石英砂颗粒的粒径由上至下逐渐增大。
在本方案中,石英砂颗粒能够过滤水中的污染物,通过设置不同粒径的石英砂,并按由上至下逐渐增大,可避免中心管的出水口被石英砂堵住,达到大流量的过滤效果。
较佳地,包裹住所述导流部的石英砂颗粒的粒径大于所述格栅的间隙。
较佳地,所述全自动杀菌过滤装置还包括第一滤料小球,所述杀菌罐内设置有若干所述第一滤料小球,所述第一滤料小球内装有KDF滤料。
在本方案中,KDF滤料能够去除水中的重金属与酸根离子,提高水的活化程度,便于人体吸收;同时KDF滤料还能够保护水处理组件不受氯、微生物、结垢的影响,提高制水设备的使用寿命。
较佳地,所述全自动杀菌过滤装置还包括第二滤料小球,所述过滤罐内设置有若干所述第二滤料小球,所述第二滤料小球内装有石英砂颗粒。
在本方案中,石英砂颗粒能够过滤水中的污染物,在过滤罐内的底部和第二滤料小球内的石英砂颗粒,形成多层石英砂过滤层,达到进一步滤除杂质的目的,提高水的洁净度。
较佳地,所述第一滤料小球和所述第二滤料小球的外壳材质皆为发泡材质。
在本方案中,发泡材质的外壳可减小第一滤料小球和第二滤料小球的比重,使滤料小球在制水时翻滚,避免过滤物质长时间使用后的粘连、板结,提高净水效果。
较佳地,所述自动多路控制阀还包括有流量计,所述流量计串联于所述自动多路控制阀的进水口或出水口,所述自动多路控制阀根据所述流量计的信号来控制所述紫外消毒杀菌组件的启动或关闭。
在本方案中,流量计在有水流通过时,给自动多路控制阀提供信号,控制紫外消毒杀菌组件启动;流量计在无水流通过时,关闭紫外消毒杀菌组件,避免紫外消毒杀菌组件长时间开启,提高紫外消毒杀菌组件的利用效率,延长使用寿命。
较佳地,所述自动多路控制阀还包括有排污管;当所述自动多路控制阀根据所述流量计的信号改变所述杀菌罐和所述过滤罐内水的流向时,所述排污管通过所述自动多路控制阀连通于所述杀菌罐的出水口。
在本方案中,流量计具有时间或流量两种状态进行选择设置,自动多路控制阀根据流量计提供的信号控制水的流向,可定期对过滤罐和杀菌罐进行反冲洗,将累积在罐体内的污物通过反冲洗的方式从排污管排出,提高过滤罐的自净能力,延长全自动杀菌过滤装置的使用寿命,提高经济效益。
在符合本领域常识的基础上,上述各优选条件,可任意组合,即得本实用新型各较佳实例。
本实用新型的积极进步效果在于:该全自动杀菌过滤装置依次连接有杀菌罐和过滤罐,能够同时对水进行过滤、杀菌一体化处理,并且在出水口还设置有紫外消毒杀菌组件可再次对净化水杀菌处理,提高了净化水的洁净度和安全性。整个装置模块化设置,结构简单,安装维护方便。

下面通过实施例的方式并结合附图来更清楚完整地说明本实用新型,但并不因此将本实用新型限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
如图1-图5所示,本实施例公开了一种全自动杀菌过滤装置,该过滤装置包括杀菌罐1、过滤罐2、自动多路控制阀3和紫外消毒杀菌组件4,杀菌罐1的下端连接并连通于过滤罐2的上端,杀菌罐1的上端连接并连通于自动多路控制阀3,自动多路控制阀3的进水口与外部的进水管60连通,自动多路控制阀3的出水口连通于紫外消毒杀菌组件4的进水口,紫外消毒杀菌组件4的出水口与外部的出水管70连通。
在本实施例中,沿水流方向依次连接有自动多路控制阀3、过滤罐2、杀菌罐1和紫外消毒杀菌组件4,过滤罐2用于过滤净化水,自动多路控制阀3用于控制过滤罐2和杀菌罐1内水的流向,杀菌罐1和紫外消毒杀菌组件4用于对净化水杀菌过滤处理。该全自动杀菌过滤装置依次连接有杀菌罐 1和过滤罐2,能够同时对水进行过滤、杀菌一体化处理,并且在出水口还设置有紫外消毒杀菌组件4可再次对净化水杀菌处理,提高了净化水的洁净度和安全性。整个装置模块化设置,结构简单,安装维护方便。
该全自动杀菌过滤装置还包括有中心管5和过滤物质6,中心管5位于杀菌罐1和过滤罐2内,过滤物质6设置于过滤罐2内的底部,中心管5从杀菌罐1的上端延伸至过滤罐2的底部,中心管5的上端连接并连通于自动多路控制阀3,中心管5的下端埋设于过滤物质6内。
在本实施例中,将过滤物质6设置在过滤罐2的底部,中心管5的下端埋设于过滤物质6内,使净化水流经过滤物质6,达到滤除杂质净化水的目的。当自动多路控制阀3将中心管5上端连通于外部的进水管60时,使净化水从过滤物质6的底部向顶部方向流动,在过滤水的冲刷下,过滤物质6 在过滤罐2内自然浮动翻滚,防止过滤物质6长时间使用后的粘连、板结,提高反应活度;当自动多路控制阀3将中心管5下端连通于外部的进水管60 时,用于对过滤物质6进行反冲洗,达到清洁过滤物质6的目的。
进一步地,中心管5的下端具有导流部51,导流部51埋设于过滤物质 6内,导流部51上设置有格栅。导流部51通过格栅与过滤罐2连通,格栅阻挡过滤物质6进入中心管5,避免因过滤物质6进入中心管5导致净化水的流量变小。
优选地,过滤物质6为石英砂颗粒,石英砂颗粒的粒径由上至下逐渐增大,并且包裹住导流部51的石英砂颗粒的粒径大于格栅的间隙。石英砂颗粒能够过滤水中的污染物,通过设置不同粒径的石英砂,并按由上至下逐渐增大,可避免中心管5的出水口被石英砂堵住,达到大流量的过滤效果。
在本实施例中,全自动杀菌过滤装置还包括第一滤料小球7和第二滤料小球8,杀菌罐1内设置有若干第一滤料小球7,在每个第一滤料小球7内均装有KDF滤料;过滤罐2内设置有若干第二滤料小球8,在每个第二滤料小球8内装有石英砂颗粒。
在本实施例中,KDF滤料能够去除水中的重金属与酸根离子,提高水的活化程度,便于人体吸收;同时KDF滤料还能够保护水处理组件不受氯、微生物、结垢的影响,提高制水设备的使用寿命。石英砂颗粒能够过滤水中的污染物,在过滤罐2内的底部和第二滤料小球8内的石英砂颗粒,形成多层石英砂过滤层,达到多层滤除杂质的目的,提高水的洁净度。
优选地,第一滤料小球7和第二滤料小球8的外壳材质皆为发泡材质。发泡材质的外壳可减小第一滤料小球7和第二滤料小球8的比重,使滤料小球在制水时翻滚,避免过滤物质6长时间使用后的粘连、板结,提高净水效果。第一滤料小球7和第二滤料小球8的小球外壳80皆为双半球外壳结构,其上有小于滤料粒径的多个缝隙,盛装滤料后通过卡扣或者焊接形成。
更进一步地,自动多路控制阀3还包括有流量计32,流量计32串联于自动多路控制阀3的进水口或出水口,自动多路控制阀3根据流量计32的信号来控制紫外消毒杀菌组件4的启动或关闭。此处的流量计32在有水流通过时,给自动多路控制阀3提供信号,控制紫外消毒杀菌组件4启动;流量计32在无水流通过时,关闭紫外消毒杀菌组件4,避免紫外消毒杀菌组件 4长时间开启,提高紫外消毒杀菌组件4的利用效率,延长使用寿命。
在本实施例中,自动多路控制阀3还包括有排污管31;当自动多路控制阀3根据流量计32的信号改变杀菌罐1和过滤罐内2水的流向时,排污管 31通过自动多路控制阀3连通于杀菌罐1的出水口。流量计32具有时间或流量两种状态进行选择设置,为了与紫外消毒杀菌组件4的设置一致,此处的流量计32按流量设置,当流量计32达到设置的流量值时,流量计32给自动多路控制阀3输出信号。自动多路控制阀3根据流量计32提供的信号控制罐体内水的流向,可定期对过滤罐2和杀菌罐1进行反冲洗,将累积在罐体内的污物通过反冲洗的方式从排污管31排出,提高过滤罐2的自净能力,延长全自动杀菌过滤装置的使用寿命,提高经济效益。
本实施例的全自动杀菌过滤装置具有过滤、反冲洗两个过程,通过自动多路控制阀3内部切换水路来实现。在过滤状态时,罐体内水的流向如图2 中的箭头所示,进水通过自动多路控制阀3的内部通路经中心管5,在过滤罐2内经过滤罐2底部的石英砂颗粒和第二滤料小球8,完成过滤作用;在杀菌罐1内,在水的冲击下,第二滤料小球8会浮动翻滚,充分发挥KDF 滤料的活性,达到去除余氯、重金属和抑菌的作用;水流经紫外消毒杀菌组件4时,水通过紫外光进行消毒杀菌,最后经出水管70排出优质的净化水。在反冲洗状态,自动多路控制阀3改变中心管5内水的流向,并把中心管5 连通于排污管31,罐体内水的流向如图3中的箭头所示。通过反冲洗将罐体内过滤的杂质和反应产物经排污管31排出罐外,提高过滤罐2的自净能力,延长装置的使用寿命。

1.一种全自动杀菌过滤装置,其特征在于,所述全自动杀菌过滤装置包括杀菌罐、过滤罐、自动多路控制阀和紫外消毒杀菌组件,所述杀菌罐的下端连接并连通于所述过滤罐的上端,所述杀菌罐的上端连接于所述自动多路控制阀,所述自动多路控制阀的进水口与外部的进水管连通,所述自动多路控制阀的出水口连通于所述紫外消毒杀菌组件的进水口,所述紫外消毒杀菌组件的出水口与外部的出水管连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的全自动杀菌过滤装置,其特征在于,所述全自动杀菌过滤装置还包括中心管和过滤物质,所述中心管位于所述杀菌罐和所述过滤罐内,所述过滤物质设置于所述过滤罐内的底部,所述中心管从所述杀菌罐的上端延伸至所述过滤罐的底部,所述中心管的上端连接并连通于所述自动多路控制阀,所述中心管的下端埋设于所述过滤物质内。
3.如权利要求2所述的全自动杀菌过滤装置,其特征在于,所述中心管的下端具有导流部,所述导流部埋设于所述过滤物质内,所述导流部上设置有格栅。
4.如权利要求3所述的全自动杀菌过滤装置,其特征在于,所述过滤物质为石英砂颗粒,所述石英砂颗粒的粒径由上至下逐渐增大。
5.如权利要求4所述的全自动杀菌过滤装置,其特征在于,包裹住所述导流部的石英砂颗粒的粒径大于所述格栅的间隙。
6.如权利要求1所述的全自动杀菌过滤装置,其特征在于,所述全自动杀菌过滤装置还包括第一滤料小球,所述杀菌罐内设置有若干所述第一滤料小球,所述第一滤料小球内装有KDF滤料。
7.如权利要求6所述的全自动杀菌过滤装置,其特征在于,所述全自动杀菌过滤装置还包括第二滤料小球,所述过滤罐内设置有若干所述第二滤料小球,所述第二滤料小球内装有石英砂颗粒。
8.如权利要求7中所述的全自动杀菌过滤装置,其特征在于,所述第一滤料小球和所述第二滤料小球的外壳材质皆为发泡材质。
9.如权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的全自动杀菌过滤装置,其特征在于,所述自动多路控制阀还包括有流量计,所述流量计串联于所述自动多路控制阀的进水口或出水口,所述自动多路控制阀根据所述流量计的信号来控制所述紫外消毒杀菌组件的启动或关闭。
10.如权利要求9所述的全自动杀菌过滤装置,其特征在于,所述自动多路控制阀还包括有排污管;当所述自动多路控制阀根据所述流量计的信号改变所述杀菌罐和所述过滤罐内水的流向时,所述排污管通过所述自动多路控制阀连通于所述杀菌罐的出水口。
