A cooking preparation device comprising a juicer accessory may thus be obtained with simple construction and use.
According to one embodiment, the upright has a lateral notch perpendicular to the rotation axis, the juicer attachment comprises an external claw configured to engage in the lateral notch when the container is moved towards the locking position by rotation, and forming the control member configured to actuate the safety member to permit the operation of the household cooking preparation appliance.

Detailed Description
The household cooking appliance 1 shown in fig. 1 to 3 comprises a motor housing 2 and a juicer accessory 3. The juicer attachment 3 is removably mounted to the motor housing 2.
As better shown in fig. 1, the motor housing 2 has a base 10, the base 10 having a rotational drive output 11 along the axis of rotation 4. The rotational drive output portion 11 is driven by a motor (not shown) disposed in the motor case 2. The motor housing 2 has a post 12 adjacent to the base 10. The upright 12 houses a safety member 13, the safety member 13 being configured to permit the operation of the household cooking appliance 1 when it is actuated by a control member pertaining to an accessory mounted on the base 10 of the motor casing 2 by rotating about the rotation axis 4.
According to one embodiment, the safety member 13 is a switch inserted in the power supply circuit (not shown) of the motor. According to another embodiment, the safety member 13 actuates a switch inserted in the power supply circuit (not shown) of the motor. As a variant, the switch may be connected to a microprocessor which controls the power supply of the motor.

As shown in fig. 3, the reservoir 20 has a lower cavity configured to receive the upwardly extending boss 15 on the base 10. The lower housing is configured to allow the container 20 to rotate on the base 10 between a free position and a locked position.
The juicer attachment 3 has a control member 5. The safety member 13 of the electrical housing 2 is configured to permit the operation of the household cooking appliance 1 when the control member 5 actuates the safety member 13. The control member 5 is configured to actuate the safety member 13 by rotating about the rotation axis 4 when the juicer attachment 3 is provided on the base 10 of the motor housing 2. More specifically, the control member 5 is arranged on the container 20.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1-3, the container 20 has a peripheral wall 22. The control member 5 comes from the peripheral wall 22. The container 20 extends from the lower part 23 up to the upper edge 24 and the control member 5 is closer to the upper edge 24 than to the lower part 23. More specifically, upper side 24 has a variable height relative to lower portion 23, upper side 24 has a raised area 24a and a lowered area 24b, and control member 5 is closer to raised area 24a than to lowered area 24 b. Upper side 24 is sloped between raised area 24a and lowered area 24 b.
As better shown in fig. 3, the container 20 comprises an external claw 21, the external claw 21 being configured to engage in the side recess 14 when the container 20 is moved towards the locking position by rotating on the base 10 about the rotation axis 4. The external jaw 21 forms a control member 5, the control member 5 being configured to actuate the safety member 13 to permit the operation of the household cooking appliance 1. The external claws 21 engaged in the lateral recesses 14 also allow to keep the container 20 in the locked position on the base 10. The outer claws 21 come from a peripheral wall 22.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1-3, the container 20 has a juice outlet 25. As best shown, the juice outlet 25 is sideways. As best shown in the figures, the juice outlet 25 is arranged in a lower part of the peripheral wall 22. If desired, the container 20 may have a bottom that is sloped toward the juice outlet 25.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, the juice outlet 25 has a blocking device 26, the blocking device 26 being configured to interrupt the flow of juice and to permit the flow of juice depending on its position on the juice outlet 25. More specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, the obstruction means 26 is mounted rotatably around the juice outlet 25 along the axis of the juice outlet 25.
When the juicer attachment 3 is seated on the base 10 of the motor housing 2, the press cone 30 is configured to be driven by the rotary drive output 11 (via the conducting member 16, if desired).
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1-3, the press cone 30 is driven in rotation by a conducting member 16, the conducting member 16 being configured to engage with the rotary drive output 11, as better shown in fig. 3. More specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1-3, the conductive member 16 extends in the container 20 below the press cone 30, as better shown in fig. 3. The conducting member 16 is integrated with the second press cone 31. The pressing cone 30 is driven in rotation by a second pressing cone 31.
The juicer attachment 3 comprises a sieve 40 arranged between the pressing cone 30 and the container 20. As best shown in fig. 2, the screen 40 has an open lower region. More specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1-3, the screen 40 is independent of the press cone 30 and the container 20. The screen 40 is independent of the second press cone 31. The conductive member 16 is independent of the screen 40. A screen 40 is housed inside the container 20.
The juicer attachment 3 is used with the motor housing 2 in the following manner.
The user places the container 20 on the base 10. The user rotates the container 20 on the base 10 about the rotation axis 4 so that the control member 5 activates the safety member 13 and permits the operation of the household cooking appliance 1. Thus, the external jaws 21 engage in the side notches 14 when the container 20 is moved in rotation towards the locking position by rotation on the base 10 about the rotation axis 4. The user installs the conductive member 16 and the press cone 30 in the container 20. If desired, the user may install the screen 40 in the container 20, and then install the conductive member 16 on the rotary drive output 11. The user can use the rotary drive output 11 without the press cone 30 in order to use the second press cone 31, if desired.
The use and implementation of the juicer attachment 3 according to the present invention are particularly simple and can be used with a motor housing 2 of conventional design, in particular with a motor housing 2 structured to house a working chamber comprising a cover locked on the working chamber by rotation.
The juicer attachment 3 as shown in fig. 4 differs from the juicer attachment 3 as shown in fig. 1 to 3 in that a third press cone 32 may be mounted on the press cone 30. A third press cone 32 is driven by the press cone 30. The press cone 30 remains driven by the second press cone 31. The juicer attachment 3 shown in figure 4 differs from the juicer attachment 3 shown in figures 1 to 3 in that the blocking means 26 is pivotally mounted on the juice outlet 25. As shown in fig. 4, the blocking device 26 is shown in a disassembled configuration relative to the juice outlet 25.
As a variant, the container 20 does not have to be held in the locked position on the base 10 by means of the external jaws 21 engaging in the lateral notches 14. If desired, the base 10 and container 20 may include bayonet locking means. In particular, at least one of the projections 15 of the base 10 may be configured to engage with a retaining element arranged below the container 20, such that rotation of the container 20 on the base 10 engages said projection 15 with said retaining element.
As a variant, the switch formed or actuated by the safety member 13 does not necessarily have to be of the electromagnetic type. The switch may in particular be a magnetic switch (interrapteur magnitique).
The present invention is by no means limited to the described embodiments and modifications thereof, but may include various modifications within the scope of the embodiments.
Claims (17)
1. A juicer attachment for a household cooking preparation appliance (1), of the type in which the household cooking preparation appliance (1) comprises a motor-driven housing (2), the motor-driven housing (2) having a base (10) and a stand (12) adjacent to the base (10), the base (10) having a rotary drive output (11) along a rotation axis (4), the stand (12) housing a safety member (13), the safety member (13) being configured to permit the operation of the household cooking preparation appliance (1) when it is actuated by a control member pertaining to an attachment mounted on the base (10) of the motor-driven housing (2) by rotating about the rotation axis (4), the juicer attachment (3) comprising a receptacle (20) and a squeezing cone (30), the squeezing cone (30) being configured such that, when the juicer attachment (3) is seated on the motor-driven housing (2), driven by the rotary drive output (11), if necessary by a conducting member (16), the juicer attachment (3) having a control member (5), the control member (5) being configured to actuate the safety member (13) by rotation about the axis of rotation (4) when the juicer attachment (3) is disposed on the base (10) of the motor housing (2), the control member (5) being arranged on the container (20), the container (20) having a juice discharge opening (25), characterized in that the juice discharge opening (25) is lateral.
2. The juicer attachment of claim 1 wherein the container (20) has a peripheral wall (22) and the control member (5) is derived from the peripheral wall (22).
3. Juicer attachment according to claim 2, wherein the juice discharge opening (25) is arranged in a lower portion of the peripheral wall (22).
4. Juicer attachment according to claim 2, characterized in that the outer jaw (21) comes from the peripheral wall (22) and the outer jaw (21) forms the control member (5).
5. Juicer attachment according to claim 4, wherein the juice discharge opening (25) is arranged in a lower portion of the peripheral wall (22).
6. A juicer attachment according to any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein the container (20) extends upwardly from a lower portion (23) to an upper edge (24) and the control member (5) is closer to the upper edge (24) than the lower portion (23).
7. Juicer attachment according to claim 6, wherein the upper edge (24) has a varying height with respect to the lower portion (23), the upper edge has a raised region (24a) and a lowered region (24b), and the control member (5) is closer to the raised region (24a) than to the lowered region (24 b).
8. Juicer attachment according to claim 7, wherein the upper edge (24) is inclined between the raised region (24a) and the lowered region (24 b).
9. A juicer attachment according to any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein the container (20) has a base that slopes towards the juice discharge (25).
10. A juicer attachment according to any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein the juice discharge (25) has a blocking means (26), the blocking means (26) being configured to interrupt the flow of juice and to permit the flow of juice.
11. Juicer attachment according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the juicer attachment (3) comprises a sieve (40) arranged between the pressing cone (30) and the container (20).
12. Juicer attachment according to claim 11, wherein the sieve (40) is housed inside the container (20).
13. Juicer attachment according to claim 11, wherein the sieve (40) is independent from the pressing cone (30) and the container (20).
14. Juicer attachment according to claim 13, wherein the sieve (40) is housed inside the container (20).
15. Juicer attachment according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the pressing cone (30) is driven in rotation by the conducting member (16), the conducting member (16) being configured to engage with the rotary drive output (11).

A household cooking appliance comprising a motor-driven housing (2) and a juicer attachment (3) removably mounted on the motor-driven housing (2), the motor-driven housing (2) having a base (10) and a post (12) adjacent to the base (10), the base (10) having a rotary drive output (11) along a rotational axis (4), the juicer attachment (3) comprising a container (20) and a press cone (30), the container (20) being configured to move on the base (10) by rotation along the rotational axis (4) between a free position in which the container (20) is placeable on the base (10) and removable from the base (10), and a locked position in which the container (20) is retained on the base (10), the pressing cone (30) is configured to be driven by the rotary drive output (11), if necessary by a conducting member (16), when the juicer accessory (3) is seated on the base (10) of the motor-driven housing (2), the juicer accessory (3) having a control member (5), the upright (12) housing a safety member (13) being configured to permit the operation of the household cooking appliance (1) when the control member (5) actuates the safety member (13), characterized in that it comprises a juicer accessory (3) according to any one of claims 1 to 15.
17. The household cooking appliance according to claim 16, wherein the upright (12) has a lateral notch (14) perpendicular to the rotation axis (4), and the container (20) comprises an external claw (21), the external claw (21) being configured to engage in the lateral notch (14) when the container (20) is moved by rotation towards the locking position, and the external claw (21) forming the control member (5), the control member (5) being configured to actuate the safety member (13) to permit the operation of the household cooking appliance (1).
