7. The apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein a weight member is provided in the handle for balancing the weight of the two handles and the body frame at the rear side of the apparatus.

The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the region of the main body frame corresponding to the shoulder portion is closed forward and downward toward the middle, the handle is closed obliquely inward from both sides of the main body frame, and the handle and the main body frame are substantially enclosed into a major arc shape.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein at least a portion of the two sides of the body support are free from the torso of the person.
