For example, in the example of fig. 2, 4 and 5, the inner end of the first connecting section 232 is connected to the massage sheet 21, and the first connecting section 232 has a wavy elastic expansion portion 231 extending in the axial direction. The first connecting section 232 defines a cavity therein through which the coil assembly 222 is connected to the massage sheet 21. The outer periphery of the first connecting section 232 is surrounded by a second connecting section 233, and the inner end of the second connecting section 233 is connected with the elastic support 1. The outer ends of the first and second connection sections 232 and 233 are connected to a third connection section 234, and the permanent magnet 221 is located outside the third connection section 234. Therefore, the first connecting section 232, the second connecting section 233 and the third connecting section 234 are provided, so that the connecting piece 23 is simple in structure and convenient to machine. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the coil assembly 222 includes a coil 2221 that extends helically in the axial direction. The permanent magnet 221 is formed into an annular structure, an iron core 2211 is arranged in the permanent magnet 221, the iron core 2211 extends into the coil 2221, the coil 2221 extends into the permanent magnet 221, and the coil 2221 is spaced from the iron core 2211 and the permanent magnet 221. For example, in the examples of fig. 2, 4, and 5, the core 2211 includes a first segment and a second segment connected to each other, with the core 2211 being generally in the shape of an inverted "T". Wherein the first segment is located outside the permanent magnet 221 and the second segment extends through the permanent magnet 221 into the coil 2221. The outer end of the coil 2221 protrudes into the ring-shaped permanent magnet 221. Therefore, by extending the iron core 2211 into the coil 2221, the iron core 2211 can gather magnetic lines of force, so that the effect of the coil 2221 on cutting the magnetic lines of force can be increased to increase the beating force, and a user feels more comfortable. Therefore, by making L be not less than 0.2mm and not more than 1.5mm, the distance between the outer surface of the iron core 2211 and the inner wall surface of the beating part 2222 is proper, so that the beating device 22 has higher working efficiency, the interference between the iron core 2211 and the beating part 2222 can be avoided, and the structural stability and reliability of the whole massage head assembly 2 are ensured.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2 in combination with fig. 3-5, the massage head assembly 2 further comprises a bracket 24. Specifically, the support 24 is disposed in the elastic support 1, the support 24 defines an accommodating cavity 241 therein, the coil assembly 222 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 241, the inner end of the support 24 is open, the inner end of the support 24 is connected to the elastic support 1, the permanent magnet 221 is fixedly connected to the outer end of the support 24, and the massage sheet 21 is connected to the inner end of the coil assembly 222 and can move along with the movement of the coil assembly 222 in the inward and outward directions. For example, in the example of fig. 2 and 5, the outer end of the bracket 24 is formed with an opening 242, and the permanent magnet 221 is fixedly attached at the opening 242. Therefore, by arranging the bracket 24, the bracket 24 has a simple structure and is convenient to process, and can play a role in supporting and fixing the permanent magnet 221.
In some optional embodiments of the present invention, the elastic support 1 may include a silicone support and a plastic support, the silicone support is connected to the inner side of the plastic support, and the permanent magnet 221 and the coil assembly 222 are connected to the plastic support (not shown). Therefore, through the arrangement, the bracket 24 does not need to be arranged, the number of parts of the whole neck massager 100 can be reduced, and the assembly difficulty is reduced.
Alternatively, with reference to fig. 2, the stroke of the other of the permanent magnet 221 and the coil assembly 222 is S, where S satisfies: s is more than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 5 mm. For example, the stroke S may be 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, or the like. Specifically, when S is less than 1mm, the stroke of the other one of the permanent magnet 221 and the coil assembly 222 is too small, so that when the other one of the permanent magnet 221 and the coil assembly 222 drives the massage sheet 21 to move, the moving distance of the massage sheet 21 is small, the tapping feeling is weak, and the user experience is poor; when S is greater than 5mm, the stroke of the other one of the permanent magnet 221 and the coil assembly 222 is too large, a larger accommodating space is required in the elastic support 1 to accommodate the rapping device 22, which is not favorable for realizing miniaturization of the product, and the volumes of the coil assembly 222 and the permanent magnet 221 are required to be increased simultaneously, so that energy consumption is large. Wherein the other of the permanent magnet 221 and the coil block 222 may be fixedly connected with the massage sheet 21. Therefore, S is larger than or equal to 1mm and smaller than or equal to 5mm, so that the whole neck massager 100 is more compact in structure, energy consumption can be reduced, and the massage effect is ensured.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2, the total mass of the above-mentioned other one of the permanent magnet 221 and the coil block 222 and the massage sheet 21 is W, where W satisfies: w is less than or equal to 5 g. For example, W can be 1g, 3g, 4g, and the like. Specifically, when W > 5g, the total mass of the massage sheet 21 and the above-mentioned other one of the permanent magnet 221 and the coil block 222 is excessively large, and when the permanent magnet 221 and the above-mentioned other one of the coil block 222 are connected to the massage sheet 21, the inertia of the massage sheet 21 and the above-mentioned other one of the permanent magnet 221 and the coil block 222 is large, and it is difficult to be subjected to force vibration at a certain frequency, and the force of tapping is reduced, and even the tapping force may stop due to the non-harmonic frequency. In some optional embodiments of the present invention, the beating frequency of the massage sheet 21 is f, wherein f satisfies: f is less than or equal to 25 Hz. For example, f can be 10Hz, 12Hz, 15Hz, etc. When f is more than 25Hz, the beating frequency of the massage sheet 21 is too high, the human body can generate the vibration and numb feeling to lose the beating touch feeling, and the experience is poor.
