Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The invention aims to provide a reserved withdrawal device and a reserved withdrawal method, which are convenient for improving the withdrawal efficiency. The withdrawal is not limited to the home currency or the foreign currency, and other articles which can be withdrawn by reservation, such as precious metal, commemorative coin, bill, and the like, may be used.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for reserved withdrawal, including: the cash box comprises a cash box storage device, an authentication device, a cash withdrawal control device and a cash withdrawal execution device; wherein,
the paper money box storage device can be in the shapes of a cuboid frame structure, a cubic frame structure, a column frame structure and the like, at least one paper money box placing position is arranged on the paper money box storage device, and a paper money box 1 is placed at the paper money box placing position.
More than two banknote box placing positions are arranged in the banknote box 1, and the banknote box 2 is placed in the banknote box placing positions; a lock mechanism 18 is arranged between the banknote box 2 and the banknote box 1; an unlocking device (unlocking mechanism) is arranged at the position where each cash box is placed, and a first unlocking port is arranged on the cash box 1; when the cash box 1 is placed at a cash box placing position, the unlocking device stretches into the first unlocking port to trigger the locking mechanism 18 to act, and the cash box 2 is unlocked from the corresponding cash box 1; when the cash box 1 is moved away from the cash box placing position, the unlocking device is disengaged from the first unlocking port, the locking mechanism 18 recovers the locking action, and the cash box 2 is locked on the corresponding cash box 1. The lock mechanism 18 in one banknote cassette 1 can lock (lock) a plurality of banknote cassettes 2 in the banknote cassette 1 synchronously and also can unlock synchronously. A limiting track 12 is also arranged in the cavity of the cash box storage device and used for fixing the position of the cash box 11.
The money box 2 is used for storing cash, precious metals, bills and other articles reserved by a user, the money box 2 is provided with a first electronic tag 13, the first electronic tag 13 is used for storing customer information and reservation information, and is also used for storing information of the money box 2 as a unique identifier of the money box 2, and the unique identifier can be identified through an electronic tag identification device and can also be used for information transmission through an electromagnetic signal and an identification system.
And the authentication device can be connected with the background authentication server and is used for authenticating the legal identity of the user. The authentication means may comprise a screen 8, a keypad 7, a card reader 9, etc. The user can perform service operation and select the booked service for authentication through the screen 8, the user identity card or the bank card is read through the card reader, and the password is input through the password keyboard 7 for password authentication.
And the withdrawal control device is used for controlling the withdrawal execution device to take out the cash box 2 corresponding to the user from the corresponding cash box 1 after the authentication of the authentication device is successful. Alternatively, in order to facilitate the user to pick up the money, the withdrawal executing apparatus may further move the money box 1 to another location (e.g., a take-out port) after taking out the money box 2 corresponding to the user from the corresponding money box 1.
In one example, a withdrawal control apparatus may include: the central processing unit is used for reading the instruction, decoding the instruction and executing the core component of the instruction. The central processor mainly comprises two parts, namely a controller and an arithmetic unit, and also comprises a cache memory and a bus for realizing data and control of the connection between the cache memory and the arithmetic unit. The central processing unit mainly has the functions of processing instructions, executing operation, controlling time and processing data; the memory is directly connected with a Central Processing Unit (CPU) and is used for storing instructions or data of a current running program or business data handled by a client and directly exchanging information with the Central Processing Unit (CPU).
In this embodiment, an article reserved by a user can be placed in the banknote box 2 in advance, then the banknote box 1 with the banknote box 2 is placed in the banknote box placing position of the banknote box storage device, and the banknote box 2 and the banknote box 1 are unlocked automatically, so that after user authentication is passed, the withdrawal execution device can take out the banknote box 2 corresponding to the user from the corresponding banknote box 1, the user can take the reserved article conveniently, time consumed when the user goes to a field (such as a counter of a financial institution) to queue and wait for article extraction is saved, and article extraction efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the apparatus for reserved withdrawal may further include a housing, the housing is provided with a withdrawal opening, the banknote cassette storage device, the withdrawal control device and the withdrawal execution device are located in the housing, and the authentication device is provided on the housing.
The locking mechanism 18 may be an electronic lock, a mechanical lock, or an electromagnetic lock. In one embodiment, lock mechanism 18 is a mechanical lock, which may include: the lock rod, the lock groove and the elastic piece; the lock rod is arranged in the money box 1 and can move or rotate in the money box 1, and a first part of the lock rod is close to the first unlocking port; more than two lock tongues are arranged on the lock rod at intervals along the length direction of the lock rod; the lock slot is arranged on each banknote box 2; the elastic piece, such as a spring, a spring sheet and the like, is arranged in the cash box 1 and is connected with the lock rod; a lock rod limiting part is arranged in the money box 1, when the money box 1 is not placed at a money box placing position, the lock rod is located at a first position, the elastic part presses the lock rod against the lock rod limiting part, and each lock tongue on the lock rod is located in a lock groove of the corresponding money box 2 to lock the money box 2 and the money box 1 mutually; when the money box 1 is placed at a money box placing position, the unlocking device extends into the first unlocking port to extrude the first part of the lock rod, the lock rod moves or rotates to the second position from the first position, and each lock tongue on the lock rod is separated from the corresponding lock groove of the money box 2, so that the money box 2 and the money box 1 are unlocked. In one example, the first portion of the locking bar is a first end of the locking bar to facilitate operation of the locking bar. In one example, the unlockers are cylindrical protrusions.
In one embodiment, the banknote cassette 1 is provided with a second unlocking opening for manual unlocking when the banknote cassette 2 is loaded, and the second part of the lock lever is close to the second unlocking opening. After the background receives the information that the user successfully makes an appointment, the staff can stretch into the second unlocking port by using the key to extrude or twist the second part of the lock rod, so that the lock rod moves or rotates from the first position to the second position, the lock tongues on the lock rod are separated from the lock grooves of the corresponding banknote cassette 2, and the banknote cassette 2 and the banknote cassette 1 are unlocked. After the staff takes the banknote box 2 out of the banknote box 1, the items reserved by the user are put into the banknote box 2, and then the banknote box 2 is put into the banknote box 1 again. After the banknote box 2 is placed into the banknote box 1 again, the locking mechanism 18 locks the banknote box 2 and the banknote box 1 again so as to prevent the banknote box 2 from falling out or being illegally opened in the process of conveying the banknote box 1 to the destination of the banknote box storage device, and therefore safety is improved. After the banknote box 2 is placed in the banknote box 1 again, the key can be used for driving the lock mechanism 18 to lock the banknote box 2 and the banknote box 1 again. In one example, the second portion of the locking bar is a second end of the locking bar to facilitate operation of the locking bar.
In one embodiment, the withdrawal control device comprises a positioning module 11 and a control module 15; the positioning module 11 is configured to search and position a target banknote cassette corresponding to a user according to information of the user, and determine position information (e.g., spatial position coordinates) of the target banknote cassette. The banknote box 2 can be provided with a first electronic tag 13, wherein the first electronic tag 13 is used for storing customer information and reservation information, and is also used for storing information of the banknote box 2 as a unique identifier of the banknote box 2, and the unique identifier can be identified through a positioning module. The information in the electronic tag can be written or modified through electromagnetic signals after the articles reserved by the user are placed in the corresponding box body.
And the control module 15 is electrically connected with the positioning module and used for controlling the withdrawal execution device to take out the target money box from the corresponding money box 1 according to the position information of the target money box.
In one embodiment, the first electronic tag 13 on the cassette 2, which may also be referred to as cassette electronic tag, may be a two-dimensional code.
In an embodiment, the positioning module 11 may specifically include a first positioning sub-module and a second positioning sub-module; the first positioning sub-module is used for scanning and identifying a banknote box electronic tag on the banknote box 2, determining a target banknote box containing user identification information of a user in the banknote box electronic tag, and determining banknote box identification information (such as belonging to several banknote boxes) of a banknote box to which the target banknote box belongs and regional position information (such as a plurality of placing positions in the several banknote boxes) of the target banknote box in the banknote box to which the target banknote box belongs; the electronic tag of the cash box comprises user identification information for reserving withdrawal, cash box identification information of a cash box 1 to which the cash box 2 belongs, and regional position information of the cash box in the cash box to which the cash box belongs.
The second positioning submodule is used for scanning and identifying a cash box electronic tag (second electronic tag) on a cash box, determining a target cash box corresponding to cash box identification information of a cash box 1 to which the target cash box belongs, and determining position information of the target cash box 1 on a cash box storage device; the electronic tag of the cash box comprises identification information of the cash box. In one embodiment, the electronic tag of the cash box is a two-dimensional code.
In this embodiment, the number of the first positioning sub-modules may be one, and the same first positioning sub-module may be used to scan and identify the cassette electronic tags on each cassette 2. The number of the first positioning sub-modules can also be multiple, and for each banknote box 2, one first positioning sub-module corresponds, and the multiple first positioning sub-modules can scan and identify the banknote box electronic tags on the banknote box 2 in parallel, so that the scanning and identification efficiency can be improved.
In another embodiment, the positioning module 11, which may also be referred to as a second identification system, is disposed on the banknote cassette storage device and corresponds to a position where the banknote cassette is placed, for example, may be disposed below the banknote cassette 1, and is configured to scan and identify a second electronic tag 16 (which may also be referred to as a cassette electronic tag) on the banknote cassette 1, determine a target banknote cassette 1, which includes user identification information of a user, in the second electronic tag, and determine regional position information of the target banknote cassette in the target banknote cassette 1, which corresponds to the user identification information. The first electronic tag can be used for storing information of all cassettes 2 loaded in the cassette 1, partition information in the cassette 1 and information of the cassette 1 as the unique identifier of the cassette 1.
The number of the positioning modules can be one, and the positioning modules of the same banknote marking box 2 can be used for scanning and identifying the second electronic tags on the banknote boxes 1. The number of the positioning modules can also be multiple, each banknote box 1 corresponds to one positioning module, and the multiple positioning modules can scan and identify the second electronic tags on the banknote box 1 in parallel, so that the scanning and identifying efficiency can be improved.
In another embodiment, the positioning module 11 may be disposed below the banknote cassette 1 for determining whether the banknote cassette 1 is correctly loaded.
Referring to fig. 5, in a further embodiment the withdrawal performing apparatus comprises a manipulator 3, and the positioning module (also referred to as an identification system 17), which may be arranged at the front end of the manipulator 3, is adapted to identify information in an electronic label (e.g. a cassette electronic label) on the cassette 2.
Referring to FIG. 4, in one embodiment, a withdrawal execution apparatus includes: the lifting mechanism 5, the cross rod 4 and the transverse moving mechanism; the lifting mechanism 5 can be a chain lifting mechanism or a screw rod lifting mechanism, is vertically arranged on one side of the money box storage device and corresponds to the money box 1.
The cross rod 4 can be a screw rod, a guide rail or a guide groove, is horizontally arranged on the lifting mechanism 5, and the lifting mechanism 5 can push the cross rod 4 to move upwards or downwards under the control of the withdrawal control device; and the transverse moving mechanism is arranged on the cross rod 4 and can horizontally reciprocate along the cross rod 4 under the control of the withdrawal control device.
The withdrawal execution device of the embodiment can move in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction under the control of the control device, so that any cassette 2 in any cassette 1 can be taken out conveniently.
In one embodiment, each cassette 2 is provided with a manipulator 3 gripping portion. The grabbing part of the manipulator 3 can be a groove, a ring body, a handle, a through hole, a cavity and other structures.
A traversing mechanism comprising: the mechanical arm, the mechanical arm driving device and the mechanical arm 3; the first end of the mechanical arm is arranged on the cross rod 4, and the second end of the mechanical arm is connected with the mechanical arm 3; the mechanical arm driving device is connected with the mechanical arm and is electrically connected with the money drawing control device.
In this embodiment, after the positioning module positions the target banknote cassette, the withdrawal control device controls the lifting mechanism 5 to move according to the position of the target banknote cassette, so that the cross rod 4 rises or falls, after the cross rod 4 moves to a proper position, the traversing mechanism moves horizontally to a predetermined position along the cross rod 4 under the control of the withdrawal control device, and the withdrawal control device drives the mechanical arm and the mechanical arm 3 to move through the mechanical arm driving device, so that the mechanical arm 3 grabs the corresponding banknote cassette 2.
In an embodiment the manipulator 3 may also determine the cassette 2 position by finding coordinates or finding an electronic label on the cassette 2.
In one embodiment, the manipulator 3 may pick up the cassette 2 by gripping, pushing and pulling.
Referring to figures 8 and 10, to facilitate movement of the cassette 2 to another position (e.g. a banknote take-off) after the manipulator 3 has removed the cassette 2 from the cassette 1, the traversing mechanism further comprises a tray 19, the tray 19 being located below the manipulator 3. After the user takes the article from the banknote box 2, the tray 19 can be used for conveniently moving the banknote box 2 to the corresponding position on the banknote box 1, and by means of the support and positioning of the tray 19 on the banknote box 2, the manipulator 3 can also conveniently place the banknote box 2 into the corresponding position of the corresponding banknote box 1. The tray 19 can also always maintain the relative vertical relationship between the cassette 2 and the cassette 1, preventing the vertical correspondence of the cassette 2 being pulled out from shifting, so as to smoothly replace the cassette 2.
In one embodiment, the tray 19 includes a bottom plate, a first side dam 1901 and a second side dam; the first side barrier 1901 and the second side barrier are arranged in parallel on the base plate, the distance between the first side barrier and the second side barrier is greater than or equal to the width of a single cassette 2, and an opening formed by the first side barrier, the second side barrier and the base plate faces the cassette 1. Wherein, the first side baffle and the second side baffle can play guiding and limiting roles for the money box 2. The end of the tray 19 may also be provided with an end stop 1902 to prevent the cassette 2 from falling off the tray 19.
Referring to fig. 9 and 11, in an embodiment, the manipulator 3 may also be a rotary manipulator 20, the rotary manipulator 20 includes a hooking mechanism 2003, the hooking mechanism 2003 is a hook, as shown in fig. 8 to 9, when the hooking mechanism 2003 does not grab the cassette 2, the hooking mechanism 2003 is in an unlocked state, the front end of the cassette 2 is provided with a cavity for hooking the hooking mechanism 2003, as shown in fig. 10 to 11, when the electric push rod pushes the front end to the grabbing port 201 below the cassette 2, the rotary motor drives the front end to rotate 90 degrees, so that the front end of the rotary manipulator 203 is erected, the grabbing port of the cassette 2 is hooked to retract, the cassette 2 is pulled out to the tray 19, when the customer takes out the article in the cassette 2, the tray 19 moves back to the cassette fetching port, and the rotary manipulator 20 pushes the cassette 2 to the right position and rotates to the non-grabbing state and then retracts.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in order to achieve precise control of the lifting height of the crossbar 4,
in one embodiment, the lifting mechanism 5 is embodied as a lead screw lifting mechanism, which may include: the first lead screw, the first lead screw driving device, the second lead screw and the second lead screw driving device; the first lead screw and the second lead screw are vertically arranged on one side of the money box storage device at intervals in parallel; the first lead screw driving device is connected with the first lead screw, the second lead screw driving device is connected with the second lead screw, and the first lead screw driving device and the second lead screw driving device are electrically connected with the money withdrawing control device.
In order to realize the accurate control of the displacement of the traversing mechanism in the horizontal direction, in this embodiment, the cross rod 4 may include a third lead screw, a first end of the third lead screw is provided with a first lead screw nut, a second end of the third lead screw is provided with a second lead screw nut, the first lead screw nut is sleeved on the first lead screw, and the second lead screw nut is sleeved on the second lead screw.
A traversing mechanism comprising: the mechanical arm, the mechanical arm driving device and the mechanical arm 3; a third screw nut is arranged at the first end of the mechanical arm and sleeved on a third screw; the second end of the mechanical arm is connected with the mechanical arm 3; the mechanical arm driving device is connected with the mechanical arm and electrically connected with the money drawing control device so as to drive the mechanical arm to act according to the money drawing control instruction.
According to the control of the withdrawal control device, the first lead screw driving device drives the first lead screw to rotate, and the second lead screw driving device synchronously drives the second lead screw to rotate so as to push the cross rod 4 to stably and accurately move upwards or downwards; the mechanical arm driving device drives the mechanical arm to move stably and accurately in the horizontal direction.
In this embodiment, each cassette 2 is provided with a manipulator 3 gripping part. The grabbing part of the manipulator 3 can be a groove, a ring body, a handle, a through hole and other structures.
In one embodiment, the robotic arm is a retractable robotic arm. In one example, the robot arm includes a power ram, a third lead screw nut is provided at an end of a housing of the power ram, and the robot arm 3 is connected to a ram end of the power ram. After the mechanical arm moves in place in the horizontal direction, the electric push rod can do extension action, so that the mechanical arm 3 is driven to reach the grabbing position to grab the banknote box 2. In one example, the cassette 2 may be secured to the robot 3 electromagnetically or mechanically by extending the powered push rod forward after the robot 3 has moved into position.
Referring to fig. 12, in an embodiment, the robot arm includes a horizontally arranged elongated bracket 1201, the elongated bracket 1201 is arranged perpendicular to the third lead screw, a fourth lead screw 1202 is arranged on the upper portion of the bracket 1201 along the length direction of the bracket, a fourth lead screw nut 1203 is arranged on the fourth lead screw, and a manipulator 1204 is connected with the fourth lead screw nut; the third lead screw nut is fixed on the long bracket;
the mechanical arm driving device is connected with the fourth lead screw and can drive the fourth lead screw to rotate, the fourth lead screw rotates to push the fourth lead screw nut to move together with the mechanical arm, and the money box is grabbed mechanically or hooked by hands.
Optionally, the long bracket 1201 is provided with the tray (not shown in the figure), and the tray is located below the manipulator and is used for bearing the money box pulled out by the manipulator.
In one embodiment, the background receives cash reservation information of a user, packages articles (such as cash) required by the customer into an envelope, generates and prints a two-dimensional code of the customer information, and pastes the two-dimensional code on the envelope.
The reserved withdrawal device can also comprise a scanning device 10 which is arranged at the extraction port 6 and used for scanning the two-dimensional code of the envelope in the banknote box 2 and reading information and sending the information to the background control system so as to confirm whether the article in the banknote box 2 belongs to the authenticated user, and the transaction safety is improved.
The manipulator 3 transports the banknote box 2 to the lower part of the taking-out port 6, the scanning device 10 below the taking-out port 6 scans the two-dimensional code of the envelope in the banknote box 2, whether the article in the banknote box 2 belongs to the authenticated user is confirmed, after the confirmation is successful, the information is fed back to the money withdrawing control device, the money withdrawing control device opens an interface door (not shown) at the taking-out port 6, the user takes out the article in the box, after the article is taken out, the interface door is closed, and the manipulator 3 puts the banknote box 2 back to the original position.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a withdrawal appointment method, which comprises the following steps:

In an embodiment, the taking out the cassette corresponding to the user from the corresponding cassette includes: searching and positioning a target money box corresponding to the user according to the user information of the user passing the authentication, and determining the position information of the target money box; and taking out the target money box from the corresponding money box according to the position information of the target money box.

Optionally, a lock mechanism is arranged between the banknote cassette 803 and the banknote box 802, an unlocking device is arranged at the position where the banknote box 802 is placed, and a first unlocking port is arranged on the banknote box 802; when the banknote box 802 is placed at the banknote box placing position, the unlocking device extends into the first unlocking port to trigger the locking mechanism to act, so that the banknote box 803 is unlocked from the corresponding banknote box 802; when the banknote box 802 is moved away from the banknote box placing position, the unlocking device is disengaged from the first unlocking port, and the locking mechanism recovers the locking action to lock the banknote cassette 803 on the corresponding banknote box 802.

a lock rod limiting part is arranged in the money box, when the money box is not placed at the money box placing position, the lock rod is located at a first position, the elastic part presses the lock rod against the lock rod limiting part, and each lock bolt on the lock rod is located in a lock groove of the corresponding money box; when the money box is placed at the money box placing position, the unlocking device extends into the first unlocking port to extrude the first part of the lock rod, the lock rod moves or rotates to the second position from the first position, and each lock tongue on the lock rod is separated from the lock groove of the corresponding money box.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the first portion of the lock bar is a first end of the lock bar.
4. The apparatus of claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the lock is a stud.
5. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the cassette has a second unlocking port, and the second portion of the lock lever is adjacent the second unlocking port.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the second portion of the lock bar is a second end of the lock bar.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the withdrawal control device comprises:

and the control module is used for controlling the withdrawal execution device to take out the target money box from the corresponding money box according to the position information of the target money box.

the second positioning submodule is used for scanning and identifying a cash box electronic tag on a cash box, determining a target cash box corresponding to cash box identification information of the cash box to which the target cash box belongs, and determining position information of the target cash box on the cash box storage device; the electronic tag of the cash box comprises identification information of the cash box.

The apparatus for reserved withdrawal according to claim 7, wherein the positioning module is disposed on the cash box storage device and corresponding to a cash box placement location, and configured to scan and identify a cash box electronic tag on the cash box, determine a target cash box containing user identification information of the user in the cash box electronic tag, and determine regional position information of a target cash box in the target cash box corresponding to the user identification information; or,
