Fig. 1 shows a structural diagram of a central air-conditioning outlet air purification system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the system includes: a fan coil 110 and a scrubber 120. The fan coil 110 is used as a wind supply pipeline of the central air conditioner, is suitable for being installed in a suspended ceiling layer 200 of an indoor roof, and is used for supplying air subjected to temperature adjustment by the central air conditioner host machine to the indoor space so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the room temperature. Here, it is to be noted that the fan coil 110 has a return air inlet 111 for intake air and a supply air outlet (not shown in the figure) for outlet air.
The purifier 120 includes a housing 121 and a purifying assembly 123. Referring to fig. 2, the housing 121 is a hollow structure and has two openings opposite to each other. That is to say, in this application, the opening has all been seted up to two relative terminal surfaces that set up of casing 121 to make hollow structure's casing 121 whole be one front and back do not have the bottom surface ghost. The housing 121 can be inserted into the air outlet of the fan coil 110 and is fixedly connected to the side wall of the air outlet. It should be noted that one end of the casing 121 adjacent to the air supply opening is an air inlet port, and the other end opposite to the air inlet port is an air outlet port.
A cleaning assembly 123 is mounted within the housing 121 for cleaning the air passing through the fan coil 110.
Therefore, the air outlet purification system of the central air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present application, by installing the purifier 120 at the air supply opening of the fan coil 110, purifies the air supplied from the air supply opening through the purifier 120, and compared with the method that only the filter screen 1230a is arranged at the air return opening 111 of the central air conditioner in the related art, the purpose of performing secondary purification on the air passing through the central air conditioner is achieved, which enables the air blown into the room to achieve the further purification function, thereby effectively improving the purification capacity of the central air conditioner.

Wherein, the shape of the fixing frame 1231a matches with the shape of the cavity of the housing 121, and the fixing frame 1231a is installed on the sidewall of the housing 121; the number of the connecting rods is multiple, and the connecting rods are sequentially arranged and fixed in the fixing frame 1231 a; each connecting rod is provided with a discharge electrode 1231b, the discharge electrode 1231b is in a pole needle structure, and the discharge electrode 1231b points to the filtering module 1230.
It should be noted that the output line of the power supply circuit may be electrically connected to the discharge electrode 1231b along the sidewall of the fixed frame 1231a and the rod wall of the connecting rod, and the point discharge is performed through the discharge electrode 1231 b. That is, as shown in fig. 5, the side wall of the fixed frame 1231a may be provided with an electrical connection contact 1231c, and the output line of the power module 122 may be electrically connected to the electrical connection contact 1231 c.
Here, it should be noted that there may be a plurality of discharge electrodes 1231b attached to the connection rod, or one discharge electrode. In the present application, only one discharge electrode 1231b needs to be mounted on the connection rod. Also, the mounting positions of the discharge electrodes 1231b on the connection bars may be the same. Such as: the discharge electrodes 1231b are all installed at the middle positions of the corresponding connection rods.
The part where the discharge electrode 1231b is installed may also be provided as a connection window (as shown in fig. 5). A discharge electrode 1231b is installed at a window frame of the connection window. Alternatively, the discharge electrode 1231b may be mounted in other manners, which are not described herein.

Wherein the dust collection frame 1232a has a shape matching the shape of the cavity of the housing 121. The dust collection frame 1232a is engaged with the sidewall of the housing 121. The dust collection net 1232b is installed in the dust collection frame 1232a and detachably connected to the dust collection frame 1232 a. Wherein, the dust collecting net 1232b is a honeycomb hollow passage structure, and the dielectric carrier is provided on the dust collecting net 1232 b. The output line of the power supply circuit is electrically connected to the dust collecting net 1232b along the side wall of the dust collecting frame 1232 a.
As shown in fig. 6, the electrical connection between the dust collection module 1232 and the power supply module 122 can be achieved by providing electrical connection contacts on the sidewall of the dust collection frame 1232 a.
The dust collecting net 1232b is arranged into a honeycomb hollow channel structure, so that a voltage applied to the dust collecting net 1232b can generate a strong electric field by using a dielectric medium on the dust collecting net 1232b as a carrier, and generate a huge attraction force on particles moving in the air, thereby achieving the purpose of adsorbing nearly 100% of moving particles in the air. Meanwhile, the microorganism such as bacteria attached to the particles can be synchronously collected and killed in a strong electric field, so that the aim of purification and sterilization is fulfilled.
The dust collection frame 1232a can be locked to the housing 121 by providing a stopper 1210 and a support 1211 on a sidewall of the housing 121. That is, referring to fig. 3, a limiting member 1210 and a supporting member 1211 are disposed on a side wall of the housing 121. The position-limiting member 1210 is disposed adjacent to the air outlet port compared to the support 1211. In an implementation manner, the main body of the limiting member 1210 is a bent plate-shaped structure, and one plate surface of the limiting member 1210 is attached and fixedly connected to the inner wall of the housing 121. The other plate surface of the limiting member 1210 is attached to the side wall of the integrated frame. That is, the bending angle of the limiting member 1210 may be a right-angle bending.

A gap is formed between the limiting member 1210 and the support member 1211, and the sidewall of the dust collection frame 1232a is disposed in the gap, so that the dust collection frame 1232a is fixed in the housing 121 by the blocking and supporting of the limiting member 1210 and the support member 1211. Meanwhile, by setting the gap between the limiting member 1210 and the support 1211, the installation angle of the dust collecting frame 1232a in the housing 121 can be kept unchanged, so as to ensure that the integrated frame can be kept in the same state (e.g., vertical state) in the housing 121 at any time, thereby achieving the maximum area of adsorption and achieving the sufficient adsorption of ionized particles.
Further, the number of the position-limiting members 1210 may be plural. The plurality of stoppers 1210 are sequentially arranged in an up-down structure. Wherein, the interval between two adjacent limiting members 1210 is equal. By providing the plurality of stoppers 1210, the fixing and limiting effects on the dust collection frame 1232a can be effectively increased, so that the dust collection frame 1232a can be more stably fixed.
For example, the number of the stoppers 1210 may be two, and the upper and lower stoppers 1210 respectively fix and support the upper and lower portions of the dust collection frame 1232a, thereby more effectively ensuring that the installation angle of the dust collection frame 1232a in the housing 121 can be kept unchanged. Meanwhile, it is preferable that the length of the support 1211 is greater than the spaced distance between the stoppers 1210.
In addition, in this application, a sealing layer is coated between the casing 121 and the side wall of the air blowing opening, so as to avoid the situation that the gap exists between the casing 121 and the air blowing opening, which causes the unpurified air to be blown into the room through the gap.
Simultaneously, can also set up the flame retardant coating at the lateral wall of supply-air outlet to avoid causing the phenomenon of conflagration when leading to the electric leakage because reasons such as circuit ageing, this has just so further improved the security of the central air conditioning air-out clean system of this application. Wherein, it should be pointed out that, the material of flame retardant coating is fire prevention fire retardant material.
It should be noted that, although the central air conditioning outlet air purification system of the present application is described by taking fig. 1 to fig. 6 as an example, those skilled in the art can understand that the present application should not be limited thereto. In fact, the user can flexibly set the structures of all parts according to personal preference and/or practical application scenes as long as the air blown out from the air supply outlet of the central air conditioner can be purified.
