In this embodiment, the end portions of the two ends of the reinforcing device 10 can respectively support the wall columns 21 on the corresponding sides, so as to effectively share the stress of the wall columns 21, increase the rigidity of the wall columns 21, and strengthen the weak stress parts on the prefabricated wall 20; and the reinforcing device 10 is connected with the wall studs 21 at two sides to form a whole, so that the wall studs 21 at one side are prevented from easily falling or deforming towards the inner side or the outer side. The above functions of the reinforcing device 10 improve the stability of the overall shape of the prefabricated wall 20, avoid the damage of the prefabricated wall 20, ensure the engineering quality and avoid the problems of cost waste and construction period delay.

Claims (12)

1. A reinforcement device, comprising:
the connecting part is arranged between the wall columns of the prefabricated wall body, and the length of the connecting part is adjustable;
the positioning support component is arranged at the end part of the connecting component in the length direction and used for positioning the end part on the surface of the wall column so as to support the wall column;
and the fixing component is arranged on the positioning and supporting component and is used for fixing the positioning and supporting component on the wall column.
2. The reinforcement device of claim 1, wherein the connecting member comprises:
a first connecting member;
the second connecting piece is connected with the first connecting piece, the extending direction of the second connecting piece is consistent with that of the first connecting piece, and the length of the part of the first connecting piece connected with the second connecting piece can be adjusted so as to change the length of the connecting piece;
and the locking piece is used for locking and connecting the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece so as to keep the connected second connecting piece and the first connecting piece at a fixed length.
3. The reinforcement device of claim 2, wherein the first and second connectors are each a channel plate, the first and second connectors are nested together, and the notches of the first and second connectors are oriented in the same direction.
4. The reinforcement device according to claim 2, wherein a first connection hole is formed in a surface of the first connection member, a second connection hole is formed in a surface of the second connection member, the first connection hole and the second connection hole are used for allowing the locking member to sequentially pass through to lock and connect the first connection member and the second connection member, and at least one of the first connection hole and the second connection hole is a strip-shaped hole extending in a length direction of the connection member.
5. The reinforcement device of claim 2, wherein the locking members are symmetrically disposed between two studs of the prefabricated wall.
6. The reinforcement device of claim 2, wherein the locking element comprises:
the locking bolt sequentially penetrates through the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece;
and the locking nut is in threaded fit with the locking bolt so as to lock and connect the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece.
7. The reinforcement device of claim 6, wherein the locking member further comprises a locking washer mounted over the locking bolt.
8. The reinforcement device of claim 1, wherein the positioning support member includes a positioning support plate having a surface attached to an end of the connecting member.
9. The reinforcement device according to claim 1, wherein the fixing member includes a fixing bolt and a cushion pad, and the fixing bolt passes through the cushion pad and the positioning support member in this order and is screwed into the wall stud to fix the positioning support member to the wall stud.
10. The reinforcement device of claim 9, wherein the fixing member further comprises a pre-embedded sleeve, and the pre-embedded sleeve is pre-installed in the wall column and is used for screwing the fixing bolt in to fix the positioning and supporting member.
11. The reinforcing device as claimed in claim 10, wherein a reinforcing rod is provided at an end of the embedded sleeve extending into the wall column, the reinforcing rod is perpendicular to the embedded sleeve, and a protrusion is provided on the surface of the embedded sleeve around the circumference.
12. A prefabricated structure comprising a prefabricated wall and a reinforcing means as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11, said reinforcing means being provided between wall studs of said prefabricated wall.
