4. An electrically controlled high-speed precision seed meter for a seeding machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the touch screen of the man-machine interaction display (3) of the seed meter is a touch screen display device; the PLC, the touch screen all-in-one machine, the text all-in-one machine, the single chip microcomputer and the computing, analyzing and controlling equipment are arranged in the computer.

An electrically controlled high-speed precision seed meter for a seeding machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the motor drive (6) is mounted on the seed meter box (17) or on the casing; the motor adopts a direct current motor, an open-loop stepping motor, a closed-loop stepping motor and a speed-regulating direct current motor with a PWM signal.
6. An electrically controlled high speed precision seed meter for a seeding machine according to claim 1 wherein the speed reducer is a universal gear reducer.
7. An electrically controlled high-speed precision seed-metering device for a seeding machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the signal collector (5) is an opto-electric rotary encoder.
8. An electrically controlled high speed precision seed meter for a seeding machine according to claim 1 wherein the sensor is a universal sensor.
