A device for polishing turnout steel rails by using a curved surface polisher is characterized by comprising the curved surface polisher, wherein the curved surface polisher comprises four groups of polishing units; the four groups of polishing units have different polishing positions on the steel rail, and can meet the requirements of polishing of different rail types and tread enveloping; the grinding unit is in contact with the steel rail through the circumferential surface of the grinding wheel for grinding, and can polish the turnout steel rail after grinding; the longitudinal cutting angle between the polishing head of the polishing unit and the steel rail, the transverse deflection angle between the polishing head of the polishing unit and the steel rail and the relative transverse moving position between the polishing head of the polishing unit and the center of the steel rail can be adjusted.

The device for grinding the turnout steel rail by using the curved surface grinding machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the four groups of grinding units are a first grinding unit, a second grinding unit, a third grinding unit and a fourth grinding unit respectively; the first polishing unit, the second polishing unit, the third polishing unit and the fourth polishing unit are sequentially connected with a network system through an electric circuit.

The apparatus for grinding a switch rail using a curved surface grinding machine according to claim 2, wherein the first grinding unit grinds the rail at positions of 5 ° to 30 ° and-5 ° to-30 °, the second grinding unit grinds the rail at positions of 3 ° to 60 °, the third grinding unit grinds the rail at positions of 5 ° to-60 °, and the fourth grinding unit grinds the rail at positions of 10 ° to 60 ° and-10 ° to-60 °.
4. The device for grinding turnout rail by using a grinder for curved surface according to claim 3, wherein the grinding head of the grinding unit can be installed with grinding stones with different thicknesses.
5. The device for grinding turnout rail by using a curved grinding machine according to claim 3, wherein the grinding head of the third grinding unit is also capable of being provided with a paper impeller.

The device for grinding railroad switch rails by means of a grinder for curved surfaces as claimed in claim 3, wherein said third grinding unit is capable of polishing the straight strands, curved strands, switch points and frog of the railroad switch by means of paper rollers in two passes, the first pass polishing the working edges and top surface of the rail and the second pass polishing the non-working edges and top surface of the rail.
7. The device for grinding a turnout rail by using a curved surface grinding machine according to claim 1, wherein the grinding parameters of the grinding unit can be adjusted by a display panel of a self-equipped controller or a main controller.
8. The apparatus for grinding a turnout rail using a curved surface grinder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the grinding speed, grinding power and rail grinding position of the curved surface grinder can be adjusted manually during grinding operation.
9. The apparatus for grinding a turnout rail using a grinder for a curved surface according to claim 1, wherein the grinding head of the grinding unit can be rotated or tilted to adjust the longitudinal tangential angle, the transverse deflection angle and the relative displacement between the grinding head and the rail.
10. The device for grinding the turnout rail by using the curved surface grinding machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diameter of the wheel pair of the curved surface grinding machine is 500mm or 350 mm.
