The outer side of the card bearing block 61 is provided with a card blocking block 63, and the card outlet 51 and the card blocking block 63 of the card sending device 5 are respectively positioned at the inner side and the outer side of the card bearing block 61. A counting detection device for detecting the number of times of pushing cards is arranged on the card pushing shell 60; and a card-delivering detection device for detecting whether the mahjong is delivered to the card-holding block 61 or not is arranged near the card-holding block 61. In a preferred embodiment, the card-feed detecting device is provided in the card stopper 63. The count detection means and the card feed detection means are preferably photo eyes.
In other embodiments, the card receiving block 61 may also be non-elevating, that is, the card pushing device 6 has no stacking function but only has a card pushing function, and the card pushing motor 64 drives the translation sliding block 622 and the card pushing head 62 to translate and push cards only through the card pushing curve wheel 65.
In other embodiments, the lifting slider 612 may also be disposed outside the card pushing housing 60 and connected to the card pushing cam 65 through the swinging rod 613.
The horizontal pushing and mahjong-putting device 7 comprises a mahjong-bearing plate 72 for bearing and arranging a plurality of mahjong tiles, a mahjong-supporting plate 71 for sending the plurality of mahjong tiles to a desktop at one time and a mahjong-pushing plate 73 for pushing the plurality of mahjong tiles on the mahjong-bearing plate 72 onto the mahjong-supporting plate 71, wherein the mahjong-bearing plate 72 is arranged on a mahjong-putting shell 70, the mahjong-supporting plate 71 is positioned on the inner side of the mahjong-bearing plate 72, the mahjong-pushing plate 73 is positioned on the outer side of the mahjong-bearing plate 72 and pushes the mahjong from outside to inside, one end of the mahjong-bearing plate 72 extending along the length direction is a mahjong-feeding port, a mahjong-bearing block 61 of the mahjong-pushing device 6 is arranged outside the mahjong-feeding port, a mahjong-putting transmission mechanism is arranged in the mahjong-putting shell 70, and a horizontal pushing and mahjong-putting motor 76 drives the mahjong-pushing plate 73 to horizontally push the mahjong tiles and the mahjong-supporting. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, four tile feeding ports 81 are provided on the panel 8 of the mahjong machine, four tile supporting plates 71 in the four-group tile picking and conveying system are respectively matched with the four tile feeding ports 81, and when the tile supporting plates 71 are lifted, the tile supporting plates 71 are filled to the tile feeding ports 81 and are flush with the panel 8. The card supporting plate 71 is positioned above the card sending enclosure, and the card supporting plate 72 is positioned outside the card sending enclosure. In the same-group card picking and conveying system, an included angle a between the card discharging direction of the card discharging port 51 of the card feeding device 5 and the card pushing direction of the card pushing head 62 of the card pushing device 6 is 80 to 88 degrees (preferably 84 degrees), an included angle B between the card pushing direction of the card pushing head 62 of the card pushing device 6 and the card pushing direction of the card pushing plate 73 of the card pushing and feeding device 7 is 90 degrees, an included angle C between the card pushing direction of the card pushing plate 73 of the card pushing and feeding device 7 and the side edge of the panel 8 on the adjacent side thereof is 65 to 80 degrees (preferably 77 degrees), and an included angle D between the card discharging direction of the card discharging port 51 of the card feeding device 5 and the side edge of the panel 8 on the adjacent side thereof is 6 to 20 degrees (preferably 7.5 degrees). Thus, the card supporting plate 71 of the horizontal pushing and card loading device 7 in one card picking and conveying system is positioned above the card sending device 5 in the adjacent card picking and conveying system, and the structural layout is more reasonable and compact.
As the mechanism for driving the raising and lowering of the card support plate 71, a flat card raising device as disclosed in patent document No. CN209645828U can be used. However, the structure of this embodiment is preferably adopted, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, 14 and 15, the lifting driving mechanism of the card supporting plate 71 includes a card loading supporting frame 711 and a card loading crank 716, the bottom of the card supporting plate 71 is connected with the card loading housing 70 through two card loading guiding shafts 712 and two card loading guiding shaft seats 713 in a vertical sliding manner, two card loading supporting frames 711 are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom of the card supporting plate 71, a card loading cam curve 7110 is arranged at the bottom of the card loading supporting frame 711, and the horizontal pushing card loading motor 76 is respectively matched with the card loading cam curves 7110 on the two card loading supporting frames 711 through the two card loading cranks 716 so as to drive the card supporting plate 71 to lift up and down. The card-holding support 711 of the card support plate 71 near the card-feeding opening of the horizontally-pushing card-feeding device 7 is provided at the corner position of the adjacent two card-feeding devices 5, the card-holding support 711 is closer to the shuffling large plate 2 than the other card-holding support 711 of the same card support plate 71, and preferably the card-holding support 711 is located on the side of the card-feeding opening of one card-feeding device 5 (closer to the inner side of the shuffling large plate 2), and preferably the card-holding support 711 is provided on the outer side of the connecting wall 53 between the two card-feeding devices 5. Therefore, the space of the corner connecting part of the two card sending devices 5 is fully utilized to arrange the card feeding support frame 711 and the card feeding crank 716 thereof, so that the card supporting plate 71 of the four-direction horizontal pushing card feeding device 7 is driven by the respective horizontal pushing card feeding motor 76 to lift, the action is more reliable, and the machine stability is better. In a preferred embodiment, the card support 711 and its card crank 716 are tilted with respect to the card support plate 71 to take full advantage of space. In a preferred embodiment, the two card-feeding guide shafts 712 on the card-supporting plate 71 are symmetrically arranged, wherein the card-feeding guide shaft 712 near the card-feeding opening of the horizontal pushing card-feeding device 7 and the matching card-feeding guide shaft seat 713 thereof are both located at the corner positions of two adjacent card-sending devices 5, so that not only can the interference effect between the card-supporting plate 71 and the card-sending device 5 below the card-supporting plate be avoided, the descending height of the card-supporting plate 71 be sufficiently reduced, but also the lifting of the card-supporting plate 71 is more stable and reliable.
The mechanism for driving the card pusher 73 to be pushed horizontally may be configured as disclosed in patent documents CN207627889U, CN206577363U, and CN 209679477U. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 15 to 17, the horizontal pushing driving mechanism of the card pushing plate 73 includes a card pushing frame 731, a first horizontal pushing lever 732, a card pushing cam 733, a second horizontal pushing lever 734, a horizontal pushing shaft 735, and a connecting shaft 736, the card pushing plate 73 is fixed on the card pushing frame 731, the upper end of the first horizontal pushing lever 732 is hinged to the front portion of the card pushing frame 731, the lower end of the first horizontal pushing lever 732 is mounted on the connecting shaft 736, the upper end of the second horizontal pushing lever 734 is hinged to the rear portion of the card pushing frame 731, the lower end of the second horizontal pushing lever 734 is mounted on the horizontal pushing shaft 735, the horizontal pushing shaft 735 is in transmission connection with the horizontal pushing card motor 76, the horizontal pushing shafts 735 and 736 are both mounted on the card feeding housing 70, the connecting shaft 736 is located inside the horizontal pushing shaft 735, the horizontal pushing shaft is fixed with the card pushing cam 733, the card pushing cam pushes the first horizontal pushing lever 732, the second horizontal pushing lever 734 gives reset potential energy through a spring 737, and thus, a four-bar linkage is formed among the card pushing frame 731, the first horizontal pushing lever 732, the second horizontal pushing lever 734 and the card feeding housing 70, and the horizontal pushing shaft 735 pushes the first horizontal pushing lever 732 through the card pushing cam 733, so that the card pushing frame 731 and the card pushing plate 73 push the cards inwards. Therefore, the structure is simple, and the action is reliable and stable. Preferably, the first horizontal jog dial 732 and the second horizontal jog dial 734 are respectively arranged in a left-right pair, the two first horizontal jog dials 732 are fixed and synchronously moved by a connecting member, the tile pushing cam 733 can directly push the connecting member, and the two second horizontal jog dials 734 can also be fixed and synchronously moved by a jog dial connecting member 7341. Preferably, the spring 737 is a torsion spring sleeved on the horizontal pushing shaft 735, one end of the spring 737 is connected to the second horizontal pushing and pulling rod 734, and the other end of the spring 737 is connected to the card feeding housing 70. Further, the card feeding housing 70 is preferably provided with a detection wiring board 738 for detecting a rotational position of the pushing shaft 735.
The holding plate 72 may be configured as disclosed in patent documents CN109381855, and the like, and the holding plate 72 is fixed to the upper portion of the upper housing 70, but in this way, the height difference between the height of the outlet of the card feeding device 5 and the height of the holding plate 71 lowered to the lowest position is large (larger than the thickness of two mahjong tiles), which results in an excessively large lifting span of the holding block 61 in the card pushing device 6 (larger than the thickness of two mahjong tiles), which results in low stacking efficiency, unstable operation, and easy confusion of mahjong tiles. Therefore, the card bearing plate 72 is preferably adopted to lift up and down so as to reduce the lifting span of the card bearing block 61 in the card pushing device 6 and improve the stacking and pushing efficiency and stability. As shown in fig. 16 to 18, in this embodiment, the lifting driving mechanism of the card supporting plate 72 includes a card lifting crank 721 and a card lifting support 723, the bottom of the card supporting plate 72 is connected to the card housing 70 through a card lifting guide shaft 724 and a card lifting guide shaft seat 725 in a vertical sliding manner, two card lifting support 723 are disposed on two sides of the bottom of the card supporting plate 72, a card lifting cam curve is disposed at the bottom of the card lifting support 723, and the card lifting support 723 is pushed by the horizontal pushing card-up motor 76 through the card lifting crank 721 to drive the card supporting plate 72 to lift. In this embodiment, the card support plate 72 has at least two stop positions: when the first stop position is low, the mahjong support plate 72 supports two mahjong pieces which are stacked into a pier and are pushed by the mahjong pushing device 6; when the second stop position is high, the mahjong pushing plate 73 pushes the piles of mahjong arranged on the mahjong supporting plate 72 to the mahjong supporting plate 71. Thus, the mahjong support plate 72 descends to a low position to support the mahjong pieces pushed by the mahjong pushing device 6, and when the mahjong pieces are pushed horizontally, the mahjong support plate 72 ascends to a high position to push the mahjong pieces to the mahjong support plate 71. Greatly reduces the lifting span (about the thickness of a mahjong tile) of the tile bearing block 61 in the tile pushing device 6, and improves the stacking and pushing efficiency and stability. Preferably, the inner side of the mahjong support plate 72 is provided with an inner side blocking wall 74, the outer side of the mahjong support plate 72 is provided with an outer side blocking wall 75, the inner side blocking wall 74 and the outer side blocking wall 75 are integrally formed or fixedly connected with the mahjong upper shell 70, and when the mahjong support plate 72 rises upwards, the height of the mahjong support plate is higher than that of the inner side blocking wall 74, so that mahjong tiles on the mahjong support plate 72 can be prevented from falling out in a mess. Preferably, the other end (the end opposite to the card inlet) of the card receiving plate 72 extending in the longitudinal direction is provided with a flap 720, and the flap 720 is fixed to the card loading housing 70. The shutter 720 simultaneously shields one end of the card support plate 71.
In other embodiments, the flat-pushing card-loading device 7 with the liftable support plate 72 can also be combined with a card-pushing device 6 that pushes a single mahjong card, so that the support plate 72 has at least three stop positions: when the mahjong tiles are in the first stop position, the tile bearing plate 72 bears the single mahjong tiles pushed by the tile pushing device 6 and arranges the single mahjong tiles to form a first layer of mahjong tiles; when the mahjong tiles are in the second stop position, the tile bearing plate 72 bears the single mahjong tiles pushed by the tile pushing device 6 and arranges the single mahjong tiles to form a second layer of mahjong tiles; in the third position, the pushing plate 73 pushes the piles of mahjong arranged on the supporting plate 72 to the supporting plate 71.
The mahjong tile feeding transmission mechanism, as shown in fig. 16 and 17, includes a main transmission shaft 77, a first transmission shaft 714, a first mahjong tile feeding shaft 715, a second mahjong tile feeding shaft 717 and a mahjong tile lifting shaft 722, which are respectively installed in the mahjong tile feeding housing 70 through bearings or shaft seats 78, an output shaft 761 of the horizontal push mahjong tile feeding motor 76 is respectively connected with the main transmission shaft 77 and the first transmission shaft 714 through a transmission bevel gear set 79 in a transmission manner, a mahjong tile feeding crank 716 of the side of the tile supporting plate 71 close to the mahjong tile pushing device 6 is fixed on the first mahjong tile feeding shaft 715, the first mahjong tile feeding shaft 715 is connected with the first transmission shaft 714 through the transmission bevel gear set 79 in a transmission manner, a mahjong tile feeding crank 716 of the side of the tile supporting plate 71 far from the mahjong tile pushing device 6 is fixed on the second mahjong tile feeding shaft 717, the second mahjong tile feeding shaft 717 is connected with the main transmission shaft 77 through the transmission bevel gear set 79 in a transmission manner, a mahjong tile lifting crank 721 of the side of the tile supporting plate 72 close to the mahjong tile pushing device 6 is fixed on the motor output shaft 722, a, the mahjong lifting shaft 722 is in transmission connection with the main transmission shaft 77 through the transmission bevel gear set 79, and the main transmission shaft 77 is in transmission connection with the horizontal pushing shaft 735 through the transmission gear set 739. Thus, a horizontal pushing and card-feeding motor 76 drives the card supporting plate 71, the card supporting plate 72 and the card pushing plate 73 to realize card lifting, card pushing and card feeding.
In order to prevent the mahjong tiles from being disorderly dropped to the big shuffling plate or from being jammed when the mahjong tiles are pushed horizontally, as shown in fig. 2, a tile blocking frame 9 is preferably arranged, the tile blocking frame 9 is provided with an outer tile blocking part 91 matched with the length of each tile supporting plate 71, the outer tile blocking part 91 is positioned on the inner side of the tile supporting plate 71 to block the mahjong tiles on the tile supporting plate 71 from moving inwards, and the tile blocking frame 9 is fixed above the tile sending surrounding frame. Preferably, the square signboard shelf 9 is integrally formed into a windmill shape, so that the structure is simple, the installation is convenient, the square signboard shelf is provided with a central large hole, and the central lifting device 4 is arranged in the central large hole. And preferably, the card blocking frame 9 is provided with an opening at a position between the card inlet of the card bearing plate 72 and the card bearing block 61 so as to avoid influencing the card pushing head 62 of the card pushing device 6 to push the cards.
In order to arrange reasonably and fully utilize the limited space between the card pushing device 6 and the outer side of the connecting wall 53 of the card sending device 5, the main transmission shaft 77 is vertical to the card pushing direction of the card pushing plate 73, the first transmission shaft 714 and the main transmission shaft 77 are obliquely arranged (the inclined included angle is 140-170 degrees, and preferably 150-160 degrees), and the first card feeding shaft 715 and the first transmission shaft 714 are vertically arranged. In this embodiment, the card pushing housing 60 of the card pushing device 6 is located outside the first transmission shaft 714, and the card holding block 61 and the card pushing head 62 are located inside the card feeding crank 716.
The mahjong tile arranging method adopting the mahjong machine and the tile picking and carrying system thereof comprises the following steps:
1) sending cards; the card sending device 5 picks up the mahjong tiles 100 from the shuffling large disc 2 and sends the mahjong tiles to the card pushing device 6;
2) stacking and pushing cards; the card holding block 61 of the card pushing device 6 holds a mahjong card sent out by the card sending device 5 at the first stop position, as shown in fig. 8; the card receiving block 61 descends to the second stop position to receive another mahjong card sent out by the card sending device 5, as shown in fig. 9 and 10; the tile bearing block 61 rises to a third stop position, the pushing head 62 pushes two mahjong tiles which are stacked into a pier to the tile bearing plate 72 of the flat pushing and tile loading device 7, as shown in figures 11 and 12, and then the tile bearing block 61 and the pushing head 62 are reset;
3) repeating the step 2) until the required mahjong tiles are arranged on the tile bearing plate 72 of the tile pushing device 7, as shown in fig. 19;
4) horizontally pushing and putting cards; after receiving the card-serving instruction, the card-supporting plate 71 of the card-serving device 7 is horizontally pushed down from the table surface to the low position, and the card-supporting plate 72 is lifted up to the high position, as shown in fig. 20; the mahjong pushing plate 73 pushes the mahjong tiles on the mahjong supporting plate 72 to the mahjong supporting plate 71, as shown in figure 21; the card supporting plate 71 rises to the table top and the card supporting plate 72 descends to the lower position to wait for the next card advance, as shown in fig. 22.
In a preferred embodiment, in the step 2), the first stop position and the third stop position of the card support block 61 of the card pushing device 6 are the same height position. In other embodiments, the shoe 61 of the card pushing device 6 is lower in the first resting position than in the third resting position.
The mahjong machine adopting the tile pushing device for pushing a single mahjong tile and the mahjong tile sorting method of the tile picking and carrying system thereof comprise the following steps:
1) sending cards; the card sending device 5 picks up the mahjong tiles 100 from the shuffling large disc 2 and sends the mahjong tiles to the card pushing device 6;
2) pushing cards; the mahjong tile bearing block 61 of the tile pushing device 6 bears a mahjong tile sent by the tile sending device 5, the tile pushing head 62 pushes the mahjong tile to the tile bearing plate 72 of the flat pushing and tile loading device 7, and then the tile pushing head 62 resets;
3) repeating the step 2), the mahjong tile bearing plate 72 bears the single mahjong tiles pushed by the mahjong tile pushing device 6 at the first stop position and arranges the mahjong tiles to form a first layer of mahjong tiles; until the required first layer of mahjong tiles are arranged on the tile bearing plate 72;
4) the mahjong tile bearing plate 72 of the horizontal pushing and mahjong tile loading device 7 descends to a second stop position, the step 2 is repeated, and the mahjong tile bearing plate 72 bears the single mahjong tiles pushed by the mahjong tile pushing device 6 and arranges the mahjong tiles to form a second layer of mahjong tiles; until the required first layer of mahjong tiles are arranged on the tile bearing plate 72;
5) horizontally pushing and putting cards; after receiving a card-serving instruction, the card supporting plate 71 of the card-serving device 7 is horizontally pushed to descend from the table top, and the card supporting plate 72 is ascended to a third stop position; the mahjong pushing plate 73 pushes the multi-pier mahjong tiles on the mahjong supporting plate 72 to the mahjong supporting plate 71; the card supporting plate 71 rises to the table top, and the card supporting plate 72 descends to wait for next card feeding.

1. A horizontal pushing and tile feeding device of a mahjong machine comprises a tile bearing plate (72) used for bearing and arranging a plurality of mahjong tiles, a tile supporting plate (71) used for conveying the mahjong tiles to a desktop at one time, and a tile pushing plate (73) used for pushing the mahjong tiles on the tile bearing plate (72) to the tile supporting plate (71), wherein the tile supporting plate (71) is located on the inner side of the tile bearing plate (72), the tile pushing plate (73) is located on the outer side of the tile bearing plate (72) and pushes tiles from outside to inside, one end of the tile bearing plate (72) extending along the length direction is a tile inlet, a tile bearing block (61) of a tile pushing device (6) is arranged outside the tile inlet, and a horizontal pushing and tile feeding motor (76) drives the tile pushing plate (73) to horizontally push tiles and the tile supporting plate (71) to lift and feed tiles; it is characterized in that the included angle C between the card pushing direction of the card pushing plate (73) and the side edge of the adjacent panel (8) is 65-80 degrees.
2. The device for horizontally pushing and feeding mahjong pieces of a mahjong machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the angle C between the pushing direction of the pushing plate (73) and the side edge of the adjacent panel (8) is 77 °.

The horizontal pushing and tile feeding device of the mahjong machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting driving mechanism of the tile supporting plate (71) comprises a tile feeding supporting frame (711) and tile feeding cranks (716), the bottom of the tile supporting plate (71) is connected with the tile feeding shell (70) in a vertical sliding mode through two tile feeding guide shafts (712) and tile feeding guide shaft seats (713), two tile feeding supporting frames (711) are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom of the tile supporting plate (71), a tile feeding cam curve (7110) is arranged at the bottom of the tile feeding supporting frame (711), and the horizontal pushing and tile feeding motor (76) is respectively in motion fit with the tile feeding cam curves (7110) on the two tile feeding supporting frames (711) through the two tile feeding cranks (716) so as to drive the tile supporting plate (71) to lift up and down.

The horizontal pushing and card feeding device of the mahjong machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the card feeding support frame (711) on the card supporting plate (71) close to the card inlet of the horizontal pushing and card feeding device (7) is arranged at the corner position of two adjacent card sending devices (5), and the card feeding support frame (711) is closer to the card shuffling large plate (2) relative to the other card feeding support frame (711) on the same card supporting plate (71); the card-feeding support frame (711) is positioned at one side of a card outlet of a card-sending device (5); the mahjong tile feeding support frame (711) is arranged on the outer side of a connecting wall (53) between the two mahjong tile feeding devices (5), and the mahjong tile feeding support frame (711) is arranged on the inner side of a mahjong tile pushing shell (60) of the mahjong tile pushing device (6); the mahjong tile loading support frame (711) and the mahjong tile loading crank (716) are obliquely arranged relative to the mahjong tile supporting plate (71).

The horizontal pushing and card-feeding device of a mahjong machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two card-feeding guide shafts (712) on the card supporting plate (71) are symmetrically arranged, wherein the card-feeding guide shaft (712) near the card inlet of the horizontal pushing and card-feeding device (7) and the matched card-feeding guide shaft seat (713) are positioned at the corner positions of the two adjacent card-feeding devices (5).

The horizontal pushing and tile feeding device of the mahjong machine according to claim 1, wherein the horizontal pushing driving mechanism of the tile pushing plate (73) comprises a tile pushing frame (731), a first horizontal pushing deflector rod (732), a tile pushing cam (733), a second horizontal pushing deflector rod (734), a horizontal pushing shaft (735) and a connecting shaft (736), the tile pushing plate (73) is fixed on the tile pushing frame (731), the upper end of the first horizontal pushing deflector rod (732) is hinged with the front part of the tile pushing frame (731), the lower end of the first horizontal pushing deflector rod (732) is installed on the connecting shaft (736), the upper end of the second horizontal pushing deflector rod (734) is hinged with the rear part of the tile pushing frame (731), the lower end of the second horizontal pushing deflector rod (734) is installed on the horizontal pushing shaft (735), the horizontal pushing shaft (732) is in transmission connection with the horizontal pushing tile feeding motor (76), the horizontal pushing shaft (735) and the deflector rod (736) are both installed on the tile feeding housing (70), the connecting shaft (736) is located at the inner side of the horizontal pushing shaft (735), a card pushing cam (733) is fixed on the horizontal pushing shaft (735), the card pushing cam (733) pushes the first horizontal pushing deflector rod (732), the second horizontal pushing deflector rod (734) gives reset potential energy through a spring (737), thus a four-bar linkage mechanism is formed among the card pushing frame (731), the first horizontal pushing deflector rod (732), the second horizontal pushing deflector rod (734) and the card loading shell (70), and the horizontal pushing shaft (735) pushes the first horizontal pushing deflector rod (732) through the card pushing cam (733) so that the card pushing frame (731) and the card pushing plate (73) push cards inwards.
