The mahjong machine as shown in fig. 1 to 4 comprises a shuffling large plate 2, a mahjong scraping device and a central lifting device which are positioned in the center of a bottom plate 1 of a machine frame, four groups of mahjong picking and carrying systems are arranged around the shuffling large plate 2, and each mahjong picking and carrying system comprises a mahjong delivering device 5 used for picking and delivering mahjong from the shuffling large plate one by one, a flat pushing and mahjong loading device 7 used for delivering a plurality of piles of arranged mahjong to the table surface of the mahjong machine at one time and a mahjong pushing device 6 used for pushing the mahjong delivered by the mahjong delivering device 5 into the flat pushing and mahjong delivering device 7.
The mahjong tile feeding device 5 generally comprises a mahjong tile feeding shell, a mahjong tile feeding channel for transferring mahjong tiles is arranged in the mahjong tile feeding shell, a mahjong tile sucking wheel is arranged at a mahjong tile inlet of the mahjong tile feeding channel, a conveying belt driven by a mahjong tile feeding motor is arranged in the mahjong tile feeding channel, and the mahjong tile pushing device 6 is arranged outside a mahjong tile outlet of the mahjong tile feeding channel; the two adjacent card sending devices 5 are in transition connection through the connecting walls, the four card sending devices 5 in the four card picking and carrying systems are respectively connected end to end through the four connecting walls to form a card sending enclosure frame, the card sending enclosure frame is arranged around the shuffling large disc 2, the card inlet of each card sending device 5 is positioned on the inner side wall of the card sending enclosure frame, and the card outlet of each card sending device 5 is positioned on the outer side of the card sending enclosure frame.
In this embodiment, the card feeding channel may be a conventional linear channel or an arc-shaped card feeding channel. In order to ensure the conveying reliability of mahjong, the height of the card outlet of the card conveying channel is preferably not lower than that of the card inlet of the card conveying channel. The card pushing device 6 comprises a card bearing block 61 for bearing the mahjong sent out by the card sending device 5 and a card pushing head 62 for pushing the mahjong on the card bearing block 61 to the flat card pushing device 7, and the card bearing block 61 and the card pushing head 62 are driven by a card pushing motor 68. The specific structure of the card pushing device can adopt the prior art, and the patent documents with the publication numbers of CN201906453U, CN201949619U, CN103861280A, CN112023390A and CN204699375U can be referred to. However, in the prior art, the tile pushing head of the tile pushing device adopts a linear moving tile pushing device, and in the structure of the horizontal pushing type windmill-shaped mahjong machine, the tile outlet direction of the tile feeding device and the tile inlet direction of the horizontal pushing tile feeding device are not perpendicular but form an acute angle, so that mahjong tiles coming out of the tile feeding device can be pushed into the tile storage groove (on the tile bearing plate) of the horizontal pushing tile feeding device after rotating a certain angle, and thus the tile pushing head in the tile pushing device linearly moves along the tile inlet direction (length direction of the tile bearing plate) of the horizontal pushing tile feeding device to push tiles, which easily causes unsmooth tile pushing or tile blocking.
Therefore, the present embodiment preferably employs a swing type card pushing head for the card pushing device. The tile pushing device shown in fig. 5 and 6 comprises a tile pushing shell, a tile pushing motor 68 is mounted on the tile pushing shell, a tile pushing transmission mechanism is arranged in the tile pushing shell, a tile bearing block 61 and a tile pushing head 62 are arranged outside the tile pushing shell, the tile pushing motor 68 drives the tile bearing block 61 to lift up and down through the tile pushing transmission mechanism to stack tiles, the tile pushing motor 68 drives the tile pushing head 62 to swing back and forth and horizontally around a specific axis through the tile pushing transmission mechanism to push the stacked tiles out of the tile bearing block 61, and the specific axis is vertically arranged on the outer side of the tile bearing block 61 and arranged along the tile discharging direction of the tile feeding device 5. Therefore, the swing type tile pushing head is more suitable for the layout of the tile feeding device and the tile horizontally pushing device of the horizontally pushing and tile feeding windmill-shaped mahjong machine, and tiles are smoothly and stably pushed without being blocked.
Further preferably, the card pushing head 62 has at least two card pushing positions: when the pushing head 62 starts to push the mahjong tiles on the tile bearing block 61, the first pushing part contacts the mahjong tiles firstly; when the pushing head 62 pushes the mahjong tiles on the tile support plate 72, the second pushing part contacts the mahjong tiles, or the first pushing part and the second pushing part contact the mahjong tiles simultaneously. Here, the tile pushing portion may be a tile pushing portion in surface contact or line contact with the upper and lower tiles, and in this embodiment, preferably, the first tile pushing portion is a tile pushing portion in line contact with the upper and lower tiles, for example, the tile pushing surface of the tile pushing head 62 includes two planes, a first plane and a second plane, and the two planes are at different distances from the specific axis: when the card pushing head 62 starts to push the mahjong tiles on the card bearing block 61, the connection part of the two planes or the first plane is firstly contacted with the mahjong tiles; the second plane contacts the tiles as the pusher head 62 pushes the tiles against the support plate 72. Therefore, the mahjong can be turned firstly so as to be more smoothly pushed into the mahjong storage groove (formed by the mahjong bearing plate and the inner and outer side blocking walls) of the horizontal pushing mahjong loading device, the phenomenon that the mahjong pushing head directly contacts and collides with the mahjong to generate large noise can be avoided, the mahjong can collide with the blocking wall at the inlet of the mahjong storage groove to generate noise or cause card jamming, and meanwhile, the swing range of the mahjong pushing head can be reduced to avoid the interference between the mahjong pushing head and the mahjong on the mahjong bearing block.
In a further preferable scheme, the tile pushing transmission mechanism comprises a tile pushing curved wheel 69, a lifting slider 611, a swing rod 613 and a tile pushing swing arm 620, the tile pushing motor 68 drives the tile pushing curved wheel 69 to rotate, one end of the swing rod 613 is movably connected with the lifting slider 611, a tile bearing block 61 outside the tile pushing shell is fixedly connected with the lifting slider 611 in the tile pushing shell through a tile bearing block extension arm 610, the other end of the swing rod 613 is hinged with the tile pushing shell, and the swing rod 613 is driven by the tile pushing curved wheel 69 to swing up and down so as to drive the lifting slider 611 and the tile bearing block 61 to lift up and down; the card pushing head 62 outside the card pushing shell is fixed at one end of the card pushing swing arm 620, the other end of the card pushing swing arm 620 is hinged with the card pushing shell, and the card pushing swing arm 620 is driven by the card pushing curve wheel 69 to swing horizontally so as to drive the card pushing head 62 to swing horizontally and reciprocally around a specific axis. Like this, for prior art has saved translation sliding block set spare, spare part is still less, practices thrift the cost, and convenient equipment moves more reliably.
Preferably, the card pushing swing arm 620 is located above the card pushing housing and movably connected with the card pushing curve wheel 69 inside the card pushing housing through a hole on the card pushing housing by a movable connecting piece. Therefore, the card pushing shell is smaller in size, more reasonable in structure, more convenient to install and lower in cost. In this embodiment, the movable connecting member is a guide wheel mounted on the card pushing swing arm 620, and a curved groove movably engaged with the guide wheel is disposed on the circumference of the card pushing curved wheel 69. In other embodiments, the movable connection member may also be a sliding block slidably disposed on the card pushing housing, an upper end of the sliding block is movably engaged with the card pushing swing arm 620, and a lower end of the sliding block is movably engaged with the card pushing curve wheel 69.
Preferably, the card pushing shell comprises a first card pushing shell 64 and a second card pushing shell 65, the first card pushing shell 64 and the second card pushing shell 65 are relatively matched and fixedly connected, a card pushing curve wheel 69 is installed between the first card pushing shell 64 and the second card pushing shell 65, a card pushing motor 68 is installed on the first card pushing shell 64, a support 67 is fixed on the second card pushing shell 65, a card outlet of the card sending device 5 and the second card pushing shell 65 are respectively located on the inner side and the outer side of the card bearing block 61, the support 67 and the first card pushing shell 64 are respectively located on the front side and the rear side of the card bearing block 61, the card pushing head 62 swings back and forth around a specific axis to push a card, and a transition table 641 in transition connection with the card bearing plate 72 in the flat card pushing device 7 is arranged at the top of the first card pushing shell 64. Therefore, the card pushing device is more reasonable in structure and more convenient to assemble.
In this embodiment, a roller is installed in the middle of the swing link 613, a curved groove which is movably matched with the roller is arranged on the end surface of the tile pushing curved wheel 69, a lifting slider guide 612 is arranged inside the tile pushing housing, and the lifting slider 611 ascends and descends along the lifting slider guide 612; the lifting slider 611 and the lifting slider guide 612 are disposed inside the card pushing housing, and in other embodiments, the lifting slider 611 may also be disposed outside the card pushing housing and connected to the card pushing cam 69 via the swing rod 613.
In this embodiment, a counting detection device for detecting the number of times of pushing cards is installed on the card pushing shell; and a card-delivering detection device 66 for detecting whether the mahjong is delivered to the card-receiving block 61 or not is arranged near the card-receiving block 61. In this embodiment, the card-feeding detector 66 is preferably provided on the holder 67. The counting detection device and the card-feeding detection device are preferably photo eyes.
The card pushing process of the card pushing device 6 of the embodiment is as follows:
in the initial position shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, the card pushing head 62 is located at a side close to the card supporting plate 72 to avoid interference of the card pushing head 62 with the lifting of the card supporting plate 71; as shown in fig. 10, the tile holding block 61 receives a first mahjong tile at the first position, then descends to the second position to receive a second mahjong tile, and the tile pushing head 62 moves to the side far away from the tile holding plate 72, as shown in fig. 11, 12, 13 and 14; then, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the card holding block 61 is raised to the height of the card holding plate 72; referring to fig. 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, the pushing head 62 pushes a pile of mahjong tiles 100 to the tile bearing plate 72 through the transition table 641, and the tile bearing block 61 is lowered to be reset to be ready for next mahjong tile; finally, as shown in figures 22 and 23, the pusher head 62 is reset to await the next block of tiles.
In other embodiments, the card receiving block 61 may also be non-elevating, that is, the card pushing device 6 has no stacking function but only has a card pushing function, and the card pushing motor 68 drives the card pushing head 62 to translate and push cards or horizontally swing and push cards back and forth around a specific axis only through the card pushing curve wheel 69.
The horizontal pushing and card feeding device 7 comprises a card bearing plate 72 for bearing and arranging a plurality of mahjong tiles, a card supporting plate 71 for conveying the mahjong tiles on a table surface at one time and a card pushing plate 73 for pushing the mahjong tiles on the card bearing plate 72 onto the card supporting plate 71, wherein the card bearing plate 72 is arranged on an upper card base 70, the card supporting plate 71 is positioned on the inner side of the card bearing plate 72, the card pushing plate 73 is positioned on the outer side of the card bearing plate 72 and pushes the mahjong tiles from outside to inside, one end of the card bearing plate 72 extending along the length direction is a card inlet, a card bearing block 61 of the card pushing device 6 is arranged outside the card inlet, a card feeding transmission mechanism is arranged in the card feeding base 70, and a horizontal pushing and card feeding motor 76 drives the card pushing plate 73 to horizontally push the mahjong tiles and the card supporting plate 71 to lift and lower the mahjong tiles through the card feeding transmission mechanism.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, four mahjong tile feeding ports 41 and a central mahjong tile placing port 42 are arranged on the tabletop plate 4 of the mahjong machine, four tile supporting plates 71 in the four-group tile picking and conveying system are respectively matched with the four mahjong tile feeding ports 41, and when the tile supporting plates 71 are lifted, the tile supporting plates 71 are filled into the mahjong tile feeding ports 41 and are flush with the tabletop plate 4. The card supporting plate 71 is positioned above the card sending enclosure, and the card supporting plate 72 is positioned outside the card sending enclosure. In the same group of card picking and carrying systems, the card bearing block 61 of the card pushing device 6 is positioned at the joint of the card sending device 5 and the card pushing and feeding device 7, the card pushing head 62 of the card pushing device 6 is positioned above the card bearing block 61 and horizontally swings back and forth around a specific axis to push cards, the specific axis is arranged along the card outlet direction of the card sending device 5 and is positioned at the outer side of the card bearing block 61, the included angle a between the card outlet direction of the card sending device 5 and the card feeding direction of the card pushing and feeding device 7 is 65-85 degrees (further preferably 70-79 degrees), the included angle C between the card pushing direction of the card pushing plate 73 of the card pushing and the side edge of the table top plate 4 at the adjacent side is 65-80 degrees (preferably 77 degrees), and the included angle D between the card outlet direction of the card sending device 5 and the side edge of the table top plate 4 at the adjacent side is 0-5 degrees (preferably 0 degree). Thus, the holding plate 71 of the horizontal pushing and feeding device 7 in one card picking and conveying system is positioned above the card feeding device 5 in the adjacent card picking and conveying system, and compared with the horizontal pushing and feeding windmill-shaped mahjong machine disclosed in patent documents with publication numbers of CN209645828U, CN109381855A, CN112023390A and the like, the included angle between the card feeding device 5 and the horizontal pushing and feeding device 7 is larger, the layout is more compact and reasonable, the shuffling large plate and the card feeding surrounding frame can be larger for the mahjong machine with the same size and specification, and the mahjong machine with larger size can be played.
In this embodiment, the card feeding transmission mechanism includes a lifting driving mechanism of the card supporting plate 71 and a horizontal pushing driving mechanism of the card pushing plate 73.
The mechanism for driving the raising and lowering of the card holder 71 may be configured as disclosed in patent documents CN209645828U, CN213527413U, CN109381855A, and CN 112023390A. Generally, the lifting driving mechanism of the card supporting plate 71 comprises a card feeding cam 713 and card feeding cranks 714, the bottom of the card supporting plate 71 is connected with the card feeding base 70 in a vertical sliding mode through two guide rods, the two sides of the bottom of the card supporting plate 71 are respectively provided with the card feeding cam 713, and the horizontal pushing card feeding motor 76 drives the card supporting plate 71 to lift up and down by driving the two card feeding cranks 714 to rotate and respectively in motion fit with the two card feeding cams 713.
In the prior art, the bottom position of the card feeding cam 713 is lower, the mounting position of the card feeding crank 714 is lower, and the card feeding crank 714 rotates circularly, so that the flat-pushing card feeding device occupies too much card shuffling space, the card shuffling efficiency is reduced, and the card shuffling noise is large.
Therefore, the transmission structure between the horizontal pushing mahjong-playing motor 76 and the mahjong-playing crank 714 preferably adopts the following embodiments:
1. the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 34, 35 and 36, further comprises two mahjong tile driving gears 716, two mahjong tile racks 715 and two cam driving members 717 which are arranged on the inner side of the mahjong tile seat 70, the two mahjong tile driving gears 716 are meshed for driving, one of the mahjong tile feeding transmission gears 716 is in transmission connection with the horizontal pushing mahjong tile feeding motor 76, two cam transmission members 717 are respectively hinged with the mahjong tile feeding seat 70 so as to swing in a vertical plane, one swing end of the cam transmission member 717 is movably connected with one end of a mahjong tile feeding rack 715, the other swing end of the cam transmission member 717 is connected with a tension spring 718, the tension spring 718 gives the swinging ends of the two cam transmission members 717 a tendency of approaching each other, the mahjong tile feeding rack 715 is linearly and slidably connected with the mahjong tile feeding seat 70 through the mahjong tile feeding rack guide member 7151, the mahjong tile feeding crank 714 is arranged at the upper part of the mahjong tile feeding seat 70 and is close to the mahjong tile bearing plate 72, and the mahjong tile feeding crank 714 is in meshing transmission with the mahjong tile feeding rack 715 through a gear; the horizontal pushing mahjong tile feeding motor 76 drives the two mahjong tile feeding transmission gears 716 to rotate, the two mahjong tile feeding transmission gears 716 respectively drive the two cam transmission members 717 to swing through the rollers, so that the two cam transmission members 717 are close to or far away from each other, the two cam transmission members 717 respectively drive the two mahjong tile feeding racks 715 to linearly slide, the two mahjong tile feeding racks 715 respectively drive the two mahjong tile feeding cranks 714 to rotate, and the swinging ends of the two mahjong tile feeding cranks 714 are respectively matched with the cam grooves of the two mahjong tile feeding cams 713 to drive the mahjong tile supporting plate 71 to lift; the cam driver 717 is a sheet, and an open cam groove 7171 for engaging with the card driving gear 716 is formed on one side of the cam driver 717. Therefore, the volume of the mahjong tile feeding cam 713 is small, the mounting position and the moving position of the mahjong tile feeding crank 714 are high, and intermittent movement is adopted, compared with the prior art, the mahjong tile shuffling mechanism occupies less shuffling space, can also enlarge the diameter of the mahjong tile shuffling tray and increase the shuffling space, so that the shuffling efficiency can be improved, the probability of mutual collision of mahjong tiles on the mahjong tile shuffling tray can be reduced, and the effect of reducing the shuffling noise is achieved.
Further preferably, the open cam grooves 7171 of the two cam transmission members 717 are disposed opposite to each other; the two mahjong tile-feeding cranks 714, the two mahjong tile-feeding transmission gears 716, the two mahjong tile-feeding racks 715 and the two cam transmission members 717 are arranged in a left-right symmetrical mode.
Further preferably, the card-loading rack guide 7151 is a guide sliding sleeve sleeved outside the card-loading rack 715, and the guide sliding sleeve is fixed on the inner side wall of the card-loading seat 70.
Further preferably, the card-feeding rack 715 is movably connected to the roller of the cam transmission 717 through a kidney-shaped hole.
Further preferably, the mahjong tile loading crank 714 is provided with an arc-shaped gear, and the arc-shaped gear is in meshing transmission with the mahjong tile loading rack 715.

The second embodiment, as shown in fig. 37, 38 and 39, further comprises two mahjong tile driving gears 716, two mahjong tile connecting rods 719 and two cam driving members 717 which are installed inside the mahjong tile seat 70, wherein the two mahjong tile driving gears 716 are in meshing transmission, one of the mahjong tile driving gears 716 is in transmission connection with the horizontal pushing mahjong tile driving motor 76, the two cam driving members 717 are respectively hinged with the mahjong tile seat 70 so as to swing in a vertical plane, one swing end of the cam driving member 717 is hinged with one end of the mahjong tile connecting rod 719, the other end of the mahjong tile connecting rod 719 is hinged with the mahjong tile crank 714, the mahjong tile crank 714 is installed at the upper part of the mahjong tile seat 70 and is close to the mahjong tile bearing plate 72, and the other swing end of the cam driving member 717 is connected with a tension spring 718 which gives the swing ends of the two cam driving members 717 a tendency to approach each other; the horizontal pushing mahjong tile feeding motor 76 drives the two mahjong tile feeding transmission gears 716 to rotate, the two mahjong tile feeding transmission gears 716 respectively drive the two cam transmission members 717 to swing through the rollers, so that the two cam transmission members 717 get close to or get away from each other, the two cam transmission members 717 respectively drive the two mahjong tile feeding cranks 714 to rotate through the two mahjong tile feeding connecting rods 719, and the swinging ends of the two mahjong tile feeding cranks 714 are respectively matched with the cam grooves of the two mahjong tile feeding cams 713 to drive the mahjong tile supporting plate 71 to lift; the cam driver 717 is a sheet, and an open cam groove 7171 for engaging with the card driving gear 716 is formed on one side of the cam driver 717. Therefore, the size of the mahjong tile feeding cam 713 is small, the mounting position and the moving position of the mahjong tile feeding crank 714 are high, intermittent movement is adopted, compared with the prior art, the mahjong tile shuffling device occupies less space, the diameter of the mahjong tile shuffling tray can be increased, the mahjong tile shuffling space is increased, the mahjong tile shuffling efficiency can be improved, the probability of mutual impact of mahjong tiles on the mahjong tile shuffling tray can be reduced, and the effect of reducing the mahjong tile shuffling noise is achieved.
Further preferably, the open cam grooves 7171 of the two cam transmission members 717 are disposed opposite to each other; the two mahjong tile feeding cranks 714, the two mahjong tile feeding transmission gears 716, the two mahjong tile feeding connecting rods 719 and the two cam transmission members 717 are arranged in a left-right symmetrical mode.
Preferably, two mahjong tile feeding guide rods are fixed at the bottom of the mahjong tile supporting plate 71, the mahjong tile supporting plate 71 ascends and descends along the mahjong tile feeding guide rods, and a guide sleeve in sliding fit with the mahjong tile feeding guide rods is fixedly connected with the mahjong tile feeding seat 70 or integrally formed. In other preferred embodiments, the card guiding rod may be fixedly connected to or integrally formed with the card shoe 70, and the guiding sleeve may be fixedly connected to or integrally formed with the card supporting plate 71.
3. The third embodiment, as shown in fig. 40, 41 and 42, differs from the first embodiment only in that: the two cam transmission members 717 are provided with closed cam grooves 7172 (arc-shaped holes), so that the tension springs 718 are not needed, and the mahjong tile feeding transmission gears 716 can independently drive the cam transmission members 717 to swing back and forth; the tension spring 718 is omitted, the cost is reduced, and the transmission is more reliable and stable. The other is the same as the first embodiment.
4. The fourth embodiment, as shown in fig. 43, 44 and 45, differs from the second embodiment only in that: the closed cam grooves 7172 (arc-shaped holes) are formed in the two cam transmission members 717, so that the tension springs 718 are not needed, and the cam transmission members 717 can be driven by the mahjong driving transmission gears 716 independently to swing back and forth. The tension spring 718 is omitted, the cost is reduced, and the transmission is more reliable and stable. The rest is the same as the second embodiment.
5. The fifth embodiment, as shown in fig. 46, further includes two mahjong tile feeding transmission gears 716 and two mahjong tile feeding racks 715 mounted inside the mahjong tile feeding base 70, the two mahjong tile feeding transmission gears 716 are in meshing transmission, one of the mahjong tile feeding transmission gears 716 is in transmission connection with the horizontal pushing mahjong tile feeding motor 76, the two mahjong tile feeding racks 715 are respectively in linear sliding connection with the mahjong tile feeding base 70 through a mahjong tile feeding rack guide 7151, the two mahjong tile feeding racks 715 are fixedly connected or integrally formed through a transmission connecting piece 7152 so as to realize synchronous movement of the two, a mahjong tile feeding crank 714 is mounted at the upper part of the mahjong tile feeding base 70 and close to the mahjong tile bearing plate 72, and the mahjong tile feeding crank 714 is in meshing transmission with the mahjong tile feeding racks 715 through gears; the horizontal pushing mahjong tile feeding motor 76 drives the two mahjong tile feeding transmission gears 716 to rotate, the two mahjong tile feeding transmission gears 716 respectively drive the transmission connecting piece 7152 to reciprocate, so that the two mahjong tile feeding racks 715 respectively drive the two mahjong tile feeding cranks 714 to rotate, and the swinging ends of the two mahjong tile feeding cranks 714 are respectively matched with the cam grooves of the two mahjong tile feeding cams 713 so as to drive the mahjong tile supporting plate 71 to lift; the transmission connecting piece 7152 is sheet-shaped, and cam profile curves used for being matched with the two mahjong tile transmission gears 716 are respectively formed on two sides of the transmission connecting piece 7152. Therefore, the size of the mahjong tile feeding cam 713 is small, the mounting position and the moving position of the mahjong tile feeding crank 714 are high, intermittent movement is adopted, compared with the prior art, the mahjong tile shuffling device occupies less space, the diameter of the mahjong tile shuffling tray can be increased, the mahjong tile shuffling space is increased, the mahjong tile shuffling efficiency can be improved, the probability of mutual impact of mahjong tiles on the mahjong tile shuffling tray can be reduced, and the effect of reducing the mahjong tile shuffling noise is achieved. And compared with the previous embodiments, the structure is simpler, and the occupied space is smaller.
It is further preferred that one deck rack 715 is mounted above one deck crank 714 and the other deck rack 715 is mounted below the other deck crank 714. Or preferably, the two mahjong tile feeding cranks 714, the two mahjong tile feeding transmission gears 716 and the two mahjong tile feeding racks 71 are arranged in a left-right symmetrical mode.
Further preferably, the tile feeding rack guide 7151 is a guide rod, the tile feeding rack 715 is sleeved outside the guide rod and slides linearly along the guide rod, and the guide rod is fixed on the inner side wall of the tile feeding base 70.
Further preferably, the mahjong tile loading crank 714 is provided with an arc-shaped gear, and the arc-shaped gear is in meshing transmission with the mahjong tile loading rack 715.
Preferably, two mahjong tile feeding guide rods are fixed at the bottom of the mahjong tile supporting plate 71, the mahjong tile supporting plate 71 ascends and descends along the mahjong tile feeding guide rods, and a guide sleeve in sliding fit with the mahjong tile feeding guide rods is fixedly connected with the mahjong tile feeding seat 70 or integrally formed. In other preferred embodiments, the card guiding rod may be fixedly connected to or integrally formed with the card shoe 70, and the guiding sleeve may be fixedly connected to or integrally formed with the card supporting plate 71.
The horizontal pushing drive mechanism of the card pushing plate 73 may be configured as disclosed in patent documents with publication numbers CN207627889U, CN206577363U, CN209679477U, CN109381855A, and CN 112023390A. In this embodiment, preferably, the horizontal pushing driving mechanism of the card pushing plate 73 includes a horizontal pushing slider 731, a horizontal pushing cam 732 and a horizontal pushing connecting rod 733, the horizontal pushing slider 731 slides back and forth on the card holder 70 along a horizontal pushing slider guide 7311, the card pushing plate 73 is fixed on the horizontal pushing slider 731, the upper end of the horizontal pushing connecting rod 733 is movably connected with the horizontal pushing slider 731, the lower end of the horizontal pushing connecting rod 733 is hinged with the card holder 70, a transmission swing rod 7331 is fixed on a rotating shaft of the horizontal pushing connecting rod 733, a swing end of the transmission swing rod 7331 is movably matched with the horizontal pushing cam 732 through a roller, and the horizontal pushing card motor 76 drives the horizontal pushing slider 731 to slide back and forth through the horizontal pushing cam 732 and the horizontal pushing connecting rod 733 to implement card pushing. In this embodiment, the horizontal pushing link 733 has a double-link structure, a lower end of the double-link is hinged to the card holder 70, and an upper end of the double-link is a swinging end and is movably connected to two sides of the horizontal pushing slider 731 respectively.
In order to prevent mahjong tiles from being pushed out of the tile support plate 71 by the tile pushing plate 73 and falling to a large shuffling tray or being jammed, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a tile blocking frame 3 is preferably arranged on the inner side of the square tile support plate 71, the tile blocking frame 3 is provided with a tile blocking portion 31 close to the edge of the inner side of the tile support plate 71, the tile blocking portion 31 is used for preventing the mahjong tiles on the tile support plate 71 from continuously moving inwards, and the tile blocking frame 3 is fixed above the tile sending surrounding frame. Preferably, the four-side mahjong tile blocking frame 3 is integrally formed into a windmill shape, so that the mahjong tile blocking frame is simple in structure and convenient to install, the four-side mahjong tile blocking frame is provided with a large central hole, and the central lifting device is arranged in the central hole, so that the mahjong tiles can be prevented from falling off by the mahjong tile blocking frame 3, and the tabletop plate 4 can be effectively supported.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that a card blocking block 63 is disposed on the card pushing housing, the front of the card pushing head 62 is a card pushing surface, the back of the card pushing head 62 is a card blocking surface, and the card pushing head 62 has at least two stop positions: when the mahjong tile pushing device is at the first stop position, the mahjong tile pushing head 62 is positioned at the rear side of the mahjong tile bearing block 61 (the mahjong tile pushing head 62 and the mahjong tile bearing plate 72 in the flat mahjong tile pushing device are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the mahjong tile bearing block 61), and the mahjong tile pushing head 62 can push mahjong tiles on the mahjong tile bearing block 61 forwards onto the mahjong tile bearing plate 72 of the flat mahjong tile pushing device; in the second resting position, the pusher head 62 is positioned above or forward of the shoe 61, and the pusher head 62 is aligned with the shoe 63 to prevent the mahjong from moving out of the shoe 71 when the adjacent party pushes the card pushing device horizontally. Thus, when the card supporting plate 71 is in a lifting state, the card pushing head 62 can enter and exit the space below the card supporting plate 71 to push cards; when the card support plate 71 is in a descending state, the card pushing head 62 is positioned at the inner side of the card support plate 71, and the card pushing head 62, the card blocking block 63 and the card blocking part 31 of the card blocking frame 3 are arranged in a row to prevent mahjong cards from falling from the card support plate 71. Simple structure, convenient installation and reliable use.
The deck plate 72 may be configured as disclosed in patent documents CN109381855, and the deck plate 72 may be fixed to the upper portion of the upper deck 70 or may be integrally formed with the upper deck 70. The structure disclosed in patent documents such as CN112023390A and the like can be adopted, and the card supporting plate 72 can be used to lift up and down, so as to reduce the lifting span of the card supporting block 61 in the card pushing device 6 and improve the card stacking and pushing efficiency and stability. Thus, the tile feeding transmission mechanism further comprises a lifting driving mechanism of the tile bearing plate 72, as shown in fig. 47 to 48, the lifting driving mechanism of the tile bearing plate 72 comprises a tile lifting crank and a tile lifting support frame, the bottom of the tile bearing plate 72 is connected with the tile feeding seat 70 in a vertical sliding manner through a tile lifting guide shaft and a tile lifting guide shaft seat, two tile lifting support frames are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the tile bearing plate 72, a tile lifting cam curve is arranged at the bottom of each tile lifting support frame, and the flat pushing tile feeding motor 76 pushes the tile lifting support frames through the tile lifting crank so as to drive the tile bearing plate 72 to lift. In this embodiment, the card support plate 72 has at least two stop positions: when the first stop position is low, the mahjong support plate 72 supports two mahjong pieces which are stacked into a pier and are pushed by the mahjong pushing device 6; when the second stop position is high, the mahjong pushing plate 73 pushes the piles of mahjong arranged on the mahjong supporting plate 72 to the mahjong supporting plate 71. Therefore, the mahjong supporting plate 72 descends to a low position to support the mahjong pieces pushed by the mahjong pushing device 6, when the mahjong pieces are pushed horizontally, the mahjong supporting plate 72 ascends to a high position to push the mahjong pieces to the mahjong supporting plate 71, the lifting span (the thickness of one mahjong piece) of the mahjong supporting block 61 in the mahjong pushing device 6 is greatly reduced, and the mahjong stacking efficiency and stability are improved. Preferably, the inner side of the mahjong support plate 72 is provided with an inner side blocking wall, the outer side of the mahjong support plate 72 is provided with an outer side blocking wall, the inner side blocking wall and the outer side blocking wall are integrally formed or fixedly connected with the mahjong upper seat 70, and when the mahjong support plate 72 rises upwards, the height of the mahjong support plate is higher than that of the inner side blocking wall, so that mahjong tiles on the mahjong support plate 72 can be prevented from falling out in a mess. In this embodiment, the card-feeding transmission mechanism adopts a horizontal pushing card-feeding motor 76 to drive the card-supporting plate 71, the card-supporting plate 72 and the card-pushing plate 73, so as to realize card-lifting, card-pushing and card-feeding.
In other embodiments, the flat push-up device 7 with the liftable support plate 72 can also be combined with a push device 6 for pushing a single mahjong tile, so that the support plate 72 has at least three stop positions: when the mahjong tiles are in the first stop position, the tile bearing plate 72 bears the single mahjong tiles pushed by the tile pushing device 6 and arranges the single mahjong tiles to form a first layer of mahjong tiles; when the mahjong tiles are in the second stop position, the tile bearing plate 72 bears the single mahjong tiles pushed by the tile pushing device 6 and arranges the single mahjong tiles to form a second layer of mahjong tiles; in the third position, the pushing plate 73 pushes the piles of mahjong arranged on the supporting plate 72 to the supporting plate 71.
In other embodiments, the horizontal pushing and card-putting device 7 having the lifting and lowering card-supporting plate 72 may also be used for putting cards in stages, for example, three layers of mahjong cards are stored on the card-supporting plate 72, when putting cards, the card-supporting plate 71 descends to the bottom, the card-pushing plate 73 pushes the top layer of mahjong cards onto the card-supporting plate 71, the card-supporting plate 71 ascends to lift the mahjong cards to the table top, after the player takes the mahjong cards away, the card-supporting plate 71 descends again, the card-pushing plate 73 pushes the remaining two layers of mahjong cards onto the card-supporting plate 71, and the card-supporting plate 71 ascends to push the mahjong cards to the table top.
In the prior art, in the horizontal push type windmill-shaped mahjong machine disclosed in patent documents CN209645828U, CN109381855A, CN112023390A and the like, the square tile wall inclined in the windmill shape is located further outside than the square tile wall of the slope type windmill-shaped mahjong machine, and generally, a player needs to push the mahjong tile wall into a little to be suitable for playing cards by the player, which still causes inconvenience to the player. It is therefore preferable that the wall of tiles be pushed inward, as much as the wall of tiles in a ramp-up windmill-shaped mahjong machine, so that the player does not need to push the tiles any more.
In one embodiment, the tile supporting plate 71 and the driving mechanism thereof adopt the prior art structure, the tile supporting plate 71 extends and widens inwards, the width of the tile supporting plate 71 is larger than that of the mahjong tile wall, namely, a supporting area for placing the mahjong tile wall and a transition area which is positioned outside the supporting area and is not used for placing the mahjong tile wall are formed on the tile supporting plate 71, and the transition area is only connected with the tile supporting plate 72 when the tile pushing plate 73 pushes tiles and is used for pushing the mahjong tile wall to pass through. However, such a structure has several problems: firstly, the mahjong machine is influenced by arranging the wide mahjong-feeding ports and the mahjong-supporting plates on the table top plate, secondly, the four wide mahjong-feeding ports can cause the hollow area of the table top plate to be large, the strength is low, the mahjong-playing machine is easy to deform, then, in order to avoid that the lifting assembly (comprising the guide rod, the mahjong-feeding crank, the mahjong-feeding cam and the like) at the bottom of the mahjong-supporting plate 71 excessively occupies a shuffling space, the supporting position of the lifting assembly on the mahjong-supporting plate 71 is generally outside the mahjong wall, so that the mahjong-supporting plate is unbalanced in supporting and not stable enough, the mahjong-supporting plate is easy to loosen, and the service life of the mahjong machine is influenced. Of course, the latter two problems can be solved by improving materials, adding reinforcements or reinforcing structures, and therefore, the embodiment can be used in occasions with low requirements on the appearance of the mahjong machine.
In another embodiment, the width of the card supporting plate 71 is unchanged, the position of the card supporting plate 71 is moved inwards, when the card supporting plate 71 is lowered to the bottom, a transition plate 74 is arranged between the card supporting plate 71 and the card supporting plate 72, so that the card supporting plate 72 and the card supporting plate 71 are connected and a mahjong wall can be pushed to pass through when the card pushing plate 73 pushes cards. Wherein, the transition plate 74 is arranged on the card supporting plate 71, the card supporting plate 72 or the card feeding seat 70. The transition plate 74 may be fixed to or integrally formed with the card support plate 72 or the card shoe 70.
Preferably, in this embodiment, as shown in figures 24, 25, 34, 37, 40, 43, 47 and 48, the transition plate 74 is hinged to the inside of the card support plate 72 or the card shoe 70 so that the transition plate 74 can be erected or laid flat. Thus, when the card is stored by pushing the card-loading device 7 horizontally, as shown in fig. 25, the transition plate 74 is in a standing state so as to serve as an inner side blocking wall of the card-supporting plate 72 to prevent the mahjong from falling off the card-supporting plate 72; when the tile pushing device 7 pushes tiles horizontally, as shown in fig. 26 and 27, the tile supporting plate 71 descends, the transition plate 74 is laid horizontally, and the tile pushing plate 73 pushes the mahjong tile wall inwards; as shown in fig. 28 and 29, the transition plate 74 is laid flat to form a transition area through which the mahjong wall can be pushed; as shown in fig. 30 and 31, the mahjong tile pushing plate 73 pushes the mahjong tile wall to the tile supporting plate 71 to be reset, and the transition plate 74 is erected to be reset; as shown in fig. 32 and 33, the support plate 71 raises the wall of the tiles up the mahjong table. Simple structure, simple to operate, the function is reliable.
It is further preferred that the transition plate 74 impart a tendency for the transition plate 74 to rise upwardly through the elastic member. Therefore, the transition plate is in a standing state under the state of no external force, and the mahjong tile pushing plate is pressed and laid flat, so that the interference between the transition plate 74 and the mahjong tile supporting plate 71 can be avoided, and an additional supporting piece is not required to be arranged for supporting the transition plate. The elastic member may be a tension spring, a torsion spring, or an elastic push rod, but is preferably a torsion spring sleeved on the hinge shaft of the transition plate 74.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the transition plate 74 is provided with a spring to give the transition plate 74 a tendency to lay flat. The transition plate is in a flat state without external force, so that the load of the motor for pushing the mahjong tiles is reduced, the collision noise of the mahjong tiles is reduced, and the transition plate is supported by an additional supporting structure or a supporting piece. The elastic member may be a tension spring, a torsion spring, or an elastic push rod, but is preferably a torsion spring sleeved on the hinge shaft of the transition plate 74.
Further preferably, a first transition support member 711 is arranged on the outer side of the card supporting plate 71, and the first transition support member 711 is horizontally arranged and lower than the top surface of the card supporting plate 71 so as to form a step with the card supporting plate 71; when the card supporting plate 71 descends to the level of the bottom transition plate 74, the first transition support 711 supports the transition plate 74; when the support plate 71 is lifted to the top, the first transition support 711 can form a support with the table top 4. Thus, the first transition support 711 can not only support the transition plate 74, but also form a support with the bottom of the table top plate 4, thereby improving the stability of the card support plate, avoiding the influence of looseness on the service life, and having simple and reliable structure and low cost. The first transition supporting member 711 may be a whole plate, or may be formed by a plurality of small supporting plates, or may be an independent component fixedly connected to the card supporting plate 71, or may be integrally formed with the card supporting plate 71. In the present embodiment, the first transition supporting member 711 is preferably a unitary plate integrally formed with the card supporting plate 71, so that the support is more secure and reliable. More preferably, the lifting guide member (guide rod or guide sleeve) of the tile supporting plate 71 is arranged on the first transition support member 711, and the tile feeding cam 713 of the tile supporting plate 71 is arranged at the bottom of the tile supporting plate 71, so that the tile supporting plate 71 and a mahjong tile wall thereon can be supported more uniformly and stably, further the tile supporting plate 71 is prevented from loosening, and the service life is prolonged.
Further preferably, a second transition support part 712 is arranged at the outer side of the first transition support part 711, and the second transition support part 712 is vertically arranged and fixedly connected with the first transition support part 711 or integrally formed; the second transition support 712 forms an inboard stop for the transition plate 74 when the transition plate 74 is raised up with the card support plate 71. Therefore, not only can the transition plate 74 be reliably limited and blocked, but also the transition plate 74 can be prevented from being turned inwards to interfere the lifting of the card supporting plate 71. The first transition support 711 may be a full plate, but is preferably constructed of at least two small support plates.
In other embodiments, the transition plate 74 may be movably disposed at the bottom of the card support plate 71.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 47 and 48, in the flat push card-up device 7 in which the support plate 72 can be lifted, the transition plate 74 can also be movably arranged on the top of the inner side blocking wall of the support plate 72, and the inner side blocking wall is integrally formed with or fixedly connected with the card-up seat 70.
The mahjong tile arranging method adopting the mahjong machine and the tile picking and carrying system thereof comprises the following steps:
1) sending cards; the card sending device 5 picks up the mahjong tiles 100 from the shuffling large disc 2 and sends the mahjong tiles to the card pushing device 6;
2) stacking and pushing cards; the mahjong tile bearing block 61 of the tile pushing device 6 bears a mahjong tile sent out by the tile sending device 5 at the first stop position; the mahjong receiving block 61 descends to a second stop position to receive another mahjong sent by the mahjong sending device 5; the tile bearing block 61 rises to a third position, the two mahjong tiles which are overlapped into a pier are pushed to the tile bearing plate 72 of the flat pushing and tile loading device 7 by the tile pushing head 62, and then the tile bearing block 61 and the tile pushing head 62 are reset;
3) repeating the step 2) until the required multiple mahjong tiles (mahjong tile walls) are arranged on the mahjong tile bearing plate 72 of the mahjong tile feeding device 7;
4) horizontally pushing and putting cards; after receiving a card-feeding instruction, the card-supporting plate 71 of the card-feeding device 7 is horizontally pushed down from the table top to a low position, and the card-pushing plate 73 pushes the multi-pier mahjong (mahjong wall) on the card-supporting plate 72 to the card-supporting plate 71 through the transition plate 74; the card supporting plate 71 rises to the table top, and the card supporting plate 72 falls to the low position to wait for the next card feeding.
In a preferred embodiment, in the step 2), the first stop position and the third stop position of the card support block 61 of the card pushing device 6 are the same height position. In other embodiments, the shoe 61 of the card pushing device 6 is lower in the first resting position than in the third resting position.
