Abstract
一种双层式医疗用液袋,为内外双层式壁体的医疗用液袋,在其外层壁体与内层壁体间灌注有清洁空气,且在外层壁体与内层壁体间设置有一刺破装置,当要使用该医疗用液袋内的药液时,令该刺破装置前进去刺破一待刺破片体,使清洁空气得以慢慢进入该内层壁体内,以推动药液向下流出,因此在操作及使用的过程中,与外界空气完全隔离,从而可避免外界不明空气进入的危险性,以确保使用双层式医疗用液袋的安全性。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种医疗用液袋,尤指一种可确保使用安全性的双层式医疗用液袋。
【背景技术】
在医疗环境中,最常见的画面是注射点滴的场景,经常可见病患躺于病床上或坐于轮椅上,一旁架设有一点滴架,该点滴架上端吊挂着一点滴液袋,该点滴液袋下方连接一条输液管,经由该输液管将该点滴液袋内的药液一点一点注射入病患体内,以进行治疗行为。在注射点滴的场景中,该点滴液袋就是本发明名称「医疗用液袋」的一种,其他又如在捐血的作业中,是将捐血者的血液抽入一血袋中存放,所以“血袋”也属于「医疗用液袋」的一种,因此可知,凡在与医疗相关的场景或作业中,用于存放与医疗相关的液体(例如:药液、血液、生理食盐水,电解补充水等),并可被释放出使用的袋体即为本发明名称「医疗用液袋」所含括。
习知医疗用液袋的使用,以点滴液袋为例,如图1所示,一点滴液袋1吊挂于一点滴架2上,该点滴液袋1是具单层式坚韧挠性的外皮,供装填入医疗用药液(例如点滴药液、生理食盐水等),该点滴液袋1底部结合有一挠性块体11,例如是橡皮块体,有一连接头12插经该挠性块体11,该连接头12的管口进入该点滴液袋1内,后端连接一点滴管13,使用时为求该点滴液袋1内外压力平衡,会利用一细微内径的通气针14插经该点滴液袋1的壁体,让针头进入该点滴液袋1所装填的药液上面的空间内,该点滴管13后端则连接一输液管15向下通至一注射针(未示于图),再由该注射针将医疗用药液注入病患手臂。
本发明人是对于医疗工作及作业环境极为关注者,针对习知点滴液袋1使用时,必须插置一通气针14来通入气体,使该点滴液袋1内外压力平衡,以利所装填的药液得以慢慢滴出的使用方式深有体会,但认为这部分应该加以改良。本发明人认为医疗用液袋是在医疗作业环境中使用,经常是病房或急诊室,特别是急诊室,是一种极为忙碌、繁杂、拥挤,并且布满细菌病毒的环境,因此该通气针14自包装一打开后,实际上就立即处于布满细菌病毒的空气中,而在医疗作业环境中,任由布满细菌病毒的空气进入点滴液袋1内,实会伴随不可预测的危险。现代医疗虽已极为进步,但仍经常听闻有病患在医院中突然急救无效而死亡的事情发在,此类病患几乎整天都在打点滴,但在严密医疗保护下,仍会发生急救无效的情形,让人不得不怀疑插置该通气针14时,所可能引发不明感染的危险性。
上述问题,显然有待改进。
【实用新型内容】
针对习知点滴液袋1使用时,必须插置该通气针14来通入气体,所以可能引发不明感染的危险性,本发明人提出一种构造为内外双层式壁体的医疗用液袋,在其外层壁体与内层壁体间灌注有清洁空气,且在外层壁体与内层壁体间设置有一刺破装置,当要使用该医疗用液袋内的药液时,令该刺破装置前进去刺破一待刺破片体,使清洁空气得以慢慢进入该内层壁体内,推动药液向下流出。如此可完全避免外界不明空气进入的危险性,以确保使用安全性。
本发明的目的即在提供一种可完全避免外界不明空气进入的危险性,以确保使用安全性的双层式医疗用液袋。
为达成上述目的,本发明提供一种双层式医疗用液袋,由一内层壁体、一外层壁体及一刺破装置所组成,其中,该内层壁体内部空间供装填药液;该外层壁体隔一间距围覆于该内层壁体的外部,该外层壁体与该内层壁体的间距所形成的内部空间供充填入清洁空气;该刺破装置设置于该外层壁体与该内层壁体间;操作时,自该外层壁体的外表上按压该刺破装置,使该刺破装置往前刺破该内层壁体,使得清洁空气得以通入该内层壁体的内部空间,以对药液造成推压作用。
上述的双层式医疗用液袋中,该刺破装置是由一插柱及一插穴所组成,该插柱成型于该外层壁体的内表面上,该插柱的柱体朝该内层壁体的方向延伸,该插柱的柱体上开设有若干通气孔,皆往内通至一中间气道,该中间气道的前端为一缩小外径的出气口;该插穴成型于该内层壁体上对应于该插柱的出气口可延伸到达之处,该插穴以向远离该外层壁体的方向成型为凹入状,该插穴的内壁为厚度薄的待刺破片体,该插柱的出气口端抵置入该插穴内。
上述的双层式医疗用液袋中,该插柱的柱体上距该出气口一小距离之处成型有突点。
上述的双层式医疗用液袋中,该内层壁体底部具有一挠性块体,供一连接头的管口端插设入,该连接头的后端连接一点滴管,该点滴管后端连接一输液管向下通至一注射针。
本发明的优点及有益效果在于:本发明双层式医疗用液袋在操作及使用的过程中,与外界空气完全隔离,从而避免外界不明空气进入的危险性,以确保使用双层式医疗用液袋的安全性。

【具体实施方式】
本发明实施例是一医疗用液袋3,是一种双层式的医疗用液袋。如图2、3所示,该医疗用液袋3由一内层壁体31、一外层壁体32及一刺破装置33所组成,其中,该内层壁体31内部空间即供装填药液311,该内层壁体31底部具有一挠性块体312;该外层壁体32隔一间距围覆于该内层壁体31的外部,该外层壁体32与该内层壁体31的间距所形成的内部空间则供充填入清洁空气321,其气压必须视需要而定;该刺破装置33更是由一插柱331及一插穴336所组成,该插柱331是成型于该外层壁体32的内表面上,该插柱331的柱体朝该内层壁体31的方向延伸,该插柱331的柱体上开设有若干通气孔332,皆往内通至一中间气道333,该中间气道333的前端为一缩小外径的出气口334,该插柱331的柱体上距该出气口334一小距离之处成型有一圈的突点335;该插穴336成型于该内层壁体31上对应于该插柱331的出气口334所可延伸到达之处,该插穴336以向远离该外层壁体32的方向成型为凹入状,其内壁设为厚度相对较薄的待刺破片体337,制造完成时,该插穴336的内部空间以可供该插柱331的出气口334端的部分抵置入为宜。
该医疗用液袋3的内层壁体31、外层壁体32及刺破装置33皆是由坚韧且具挠性的材料制成,该材质适宜挠曲变形。该医疗用液袋3在出厂前,该内层壁体31的内部空间即已由制造工厂装填入预期容量的药液311,并做成密水及密气式的密封,同时,该外层壁体32与该内层壁体31间的内部空间亦已充填入预期压力的清洁空气321,其气压必须视需要而定,此时该清洁空气321会自该通气孔332进入该中间气道333内,并到达该出气口334处,但尚无法进入该内层壁体31内。
然后在医疗场所未使用前,该医疗用液袋3整体会被架设起来(主要是防范被撞到,倒不一定要架设于高处),如图4所示,该医疗用液袋3整体同样可被吊挂于一点滴架2上,该医疗用液袋3底部的挠性块体312可供一连接头313的管口端插设入,该连接头313的后端连接一点滴管314,该点滴管314后端连接一输液管315向下通至一注射针(未示于图),再由该注射针将药液311注入病患手臂。
然后,如图5、6所示,操作者只要自该外层壁体32的外表上按压该刺破装置33的插柱331使往前推动,则瞬间该插柱331的出气口334前端会往前刺破该插穴336的待刺破片体337,使得清洁空气321得以通入该内层壁体31的内部空间,并对药液311造成推压作用,使得药液311得以往下流出,至于药液311向下流动的速度,可由一调整器(习知即有)调节为稳定的慢速,所以不会有流速过快的顾虑;当该插柱331的出气口334前端刺破该插穴336的待刺破片体337时,将该插柱331更往前推压时,可令该插柱331上的突点335挤入该待刺破片体337的破口内,因此放手后,由该突点335的阻挡,可令该出气口334端停留于该内层壁体31的内部,以确保清洁空气321通入该内层壁体31内部的顺畅性。
由以上说明可知,本发明提供一种构造为内外双层式壁体的医疗用液袋,在其外层壁体与内层壁体间灌注有清洁空气,且在外层壁体与内层壁体间设置有一刺破装置,当要使用该医疗用液袋内的药液时,令该刺破装置前进去刺破一待刺破片体,使清洁空气得以慢慢进入该内层壁体内,以推动药液向下流出,因此在操作及使用的过程中,与外界空气完全隔离,从而可避免外界不明空气进入的危险性,以确保使用双层式医疗用液袋的安全性。
Claims (4)
1.一种双层式医疗用液袋,由一内层壁体、一外层壁体及一刺破装置所组成,其特征在于:该内层壁体内部空间供装填药液;该外层壁体隔一间距围覆于该内层壁体的外部,该外层壁体与该内层壁体的间距所形成的内部空间供充填入清洁空气;该刺破装置设置于该外层壁体与该内层壁体间;操作时,自该外层壁体的外表上按压该刺破装置,使该刺破装置往前刺破该内层壁体,使得清洁空气得以通入该内层壁体的内部空间,以对药液造成推压作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层式医疗用液袋,其特征在于:该刺破装置是由一插柱及一插穴所组成,该插柱成型于该外层壁体的内表面上,该插柱的柱体朝该内层壁体的方向延伸,该插柱的柱体上开设有若干通气孔,皆往内通至一中间气道,该中间气道的前端为一缩小外径的出气口;该插穴成型于该内层壁体上对应于该插柱的出气口可延伸到达之处,该插穴以向远离该外层壁体的方向成型为凹入状,该插穴的内壁为厚度薄的待刺破片体,该插柱的出气口端抵置入该插穴内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双层式医疗用液袋,其特征在于:该插柱的柱体上距该出气口一小距离之处成型有突点。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双层式医疗用液袋,其特征在于:该内层壁体底部具有一挠性块体,供一连接头的管口端插设入,该连接头的后端连接一点滴管,该点滴管后端连接一输液管向下通至一注射针。
