When the cover 120 is covered on the pot body 110, it covers the inner pot 131, and a cooking space is formed between the inner pot 131 and the cover. The lid 120 also typically has a gasket, which may be made of, for example, a rubber material, disposed between the lid 120 and the inner pot 131 for sealing the cooking space when the lid 120 is in a closed position.
The pot body 110 may include a housing 111, a middle plate 112, and a base 113. The middle plate 112 is disposed inside the housing 111. The upper end of the outer case 111 may be coupled to the middle plate 112, and the lower end of the outer case 111 may be coupled to the upper end of the base 113. For example, the housing 111 may snap fit with the base 113 or be connected together by other suitable means. A control board such as a circuit board may be provided in the pot body 110.
It should be noted that directional terms used herein to describe various components, devices, etc. of the cooking appliance 100, such as "upper", "lower", "above", "below", "upward", "downward", etc., are relative to the cooking appliance 100 in a horizontally placed state. If not specifically limited, "inner" of the directional terms "inward", "outward", "inside", "outside" means closer to the center of the cooking appliance 100, and "outer" means farther from the center of the cooking appliance 100.
The cooking appliance 100 further includes a lid opening button 140. The open cover button 140 is pivotably provided at the front end of the pot body 110, particularly, at the front end of the middle plate 112. The lid release button 140 can be snapped to the front end of the lid body 120 or disengaged from the front end of the lid body 120 by pivoting. Specifically, the pot body 110 may be provided with a button mounting part 114. The front side of the cover 120 is provided with a latch 121. The door release button 140 is pivotably disposed within the button mounting portion 114 about a pivot axis and pivots between a locked position (fig. 3) that snaps onto the latch 121 and an unlocked position (fig. 2) that disengages from the latch 121. By "front end" is meant the end that is closer to the consumer.
The cooking appliance 100 may further include an elastic member 151 for restoring the pivoted open-cover button 140 to the locked position. The elastic member 151 is disposed between the button mounting part 114 and the door opening button 140. Specifically, the upper end of the elastic member 151 can be connected to the door release button 140, and the lower end can be connected to the button mounting part 114 of the middle plate 112. The cap release button 140 can be reset from the unlock position to the lock position by the elastic member 151. The elastic member 151 may be, for example, a spring.
In this embodiment, at least one of the button mounting part 114 and the door release button 140 may be provided with a stopper wall 152. The stopper wall 152 may extend in a vertical direction. The stopper wall 152 can limit the maximum pivoting angle of the cap release button 140 so that the cap release button 140 maintains a predetermined gap G (fig. 2) from the button mounting part 114 in the horizontal direction during pivoting.
In this embodiment, the maximum pivoting angle of the open cover button 140 is limited by the limiting wall 152, the pivoting angle of the open cover button 140 can be controlled within a certain range, so as to prevent the open cover button 140 from pivoting to a small gap G existing with the button mounting portion 114 during pivoting, and the gap G between the open cover button 140 and the button mounting portion 114 can meet the pivoting requirement during long-term use of the cooking appliance 100, thereby ensuring that the locking and unlocking actions of the open cover button 140 are smoothly performed, and preventing the open cover button 140 from rubbing the middle plate 112 to block pivoting or being blocked by the middle plate 112 and being unable to pivot due to the excessively large pivoting angle of the open cover button 140.
One of the button mounting part 114 and the door release button 140 may be provided with a stopper wall 152. The stopper wall 152 is abuttable with the other one of the button mounting portion 114 and the cap release button 140 in the vertical direction during the pivoting of the cap release button 140. In the illustrated embodiment, the stopper wall 152 is provided on the button mounting portion 114. As shown in fig. 2, the lid release button 140 can be pivoted outward into abutment with the stopper wall 152, at which time the lid release button 140 is separated from the catch 121, i.e., the lid release button 140 is in the unlocked position. As shown in fig. 3, when the cap release button 140 is pivoted inward and snapped to the latch 121, i.e., returned to the locked position, the cap release button 140 is spaced apart from the stopper wall 152 without contact.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, both ends of the door opening button 140 may be provided with pivot shafts 141. Both ends of the button mounting part 114 may be provided with mounting holes 115 corresponding to the pivot shafts 141. The pivot shaft 141 can be inserted into the mounting hole 115 and rotated in the mounting hole 115. The pivot shaft 141 defines a pivot axis of the door release button 140. The stopper wall 152 is provided in the middle of the button mounting portion 114 in a direction substantially parallel to the pivot axis. For the illustrated embodiment, the cap release button 140 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, the pivot shafts 141 are respectively provided at both ends of the cap release button 140 in the length direction, and the stopper walls 152 are provided at the middle of the cap release button 140 in the length direction.
The button mounting portion 114 may include a mounting portion bottom wall 116 and a mounting portion side wall 117 extending upwardly from the mounting portion bottom wall 116. The mount side wall 117 can extend between both ends through which the pivot axis of the button mount 114 passes, and is farther from the center of the pot body 110 with respect to the lid opening button 140, i.e., is located outside the lid opening button 140 with respect to the center of the pot body 110. It is to be understood that the above-mentioned gap specifically refers to a gap between the open cover button 140 and the mounting portion side wall 117. A stop wall 152 may be provided on the mounting portion bottom wall 116, connected to the mounting portion side wall 117. In other words, the stopper wall 152 can extend upward from the mounting portion bottom wall 116 and extend to the mounting portion side wall 117 in the horizontal direction.
With the embodiment, on one hand, the strength of the limiting structure can be enhanced to be stable and reliable, and the limiting structure can be simplified, so that the middle plate 112 can be conveniently produced and manufactured; on the other hand, the deformation of the mounting part side wall 117 can be reduced, the gap between the mounting part side wall 117 and the cover opening button 140 is reduced or avoided as much as possible, and the risk that the cover opening button 140 is blocked or stuck is weakened.
In the illustrated embodiment, the stopper wall 152 may extend in a direction perpendicular to the pivot axis of the lid release button 140, which may improve the stopper effect of the lid release button 140 and further reduce the deformation of the mounting portion side wall 117. The stopper walls 152 may be provided at both sides of the elastic member 151 at intervals so that the lid opening button 140 can be stopped and supported by the stopper walls 152 when the lid opening button 140 is pressed, thereby ensuring a more stable lid opening process; and the position of the elastic member 151 can be restricted by the restricting wall 152 so that the elastic member 151 can be smoothly deformed, thereby making the opening process more smooth.
The lid release button 140 may include a button sidewall 142. The button sidewall 142 extends between both ends through which the pivot axis of the cap release button 140 passes. The button side wall 142 is farther from the center of the pot body 110 with respect to the pivot axis of the open button 140, in other words, the button side wall 142 is located outside the pivot axis of the open button 140 with respect to the center of the pot body 110 and can correspond to the mount side wall 117. In this embodiment, the button side wall 142 and the stopper wall 152 may abut (fig. 2) so as to achieve the stopper of the cap release button 140 in the vertical direction.
At least one of the button mounting part 114 and the door release button 140 is provided with a shielding wall 153 extending in the vertical direction. The blocking wall 153 is closer to the center of the pot body 110 with respect to the elastic member 151, in other words, the blocking wall 153 is located inside the elastic member 151 with respect to the center of the pot body 110 for blocking the elastic member 151. A projection of the elastic member 151 on the vertical plane may be located within a projection of the blocking wall 153 in the vertical direction, so that the elastic member 151 is not exposed. Therefore, the user can be prevented from seeing the elastic element 151 after opening the cover 120, and the user experience is improved. Of course, the blocking wall 153 can also restrict the position of the elastic member 151, enabling the elastic member 151 to be smoothly deformed, thereby making the opening process more smooth.
One of the button mounting part 114 and the open cover button 140 may be provided with a shielding wall 153, and the shielding wall 153 may be close to or may abut against the other of the button mounting part 114 and the open cover button 140 in the vertical direction. In the illustrated embodiment, the shielding wall 153 is provided on the button mounting portion 114. The shielding wall 153 extends from above from the mounting portion bottom wall 116, and a main portion of the shielding wall 153 extends in a direction parallel to the pivot axis, and additional portions are provided on both sides of the elastic member 151 and extend outward from the main portion, respectively. Alternatively, the additional portion may extend in a direction perpendicular to the pivot axis.
In the present embodiment, the shielding wall 153 and the limiting wall 152 are both provided on the button mounting portion 114, and the shielding wall 153 may be connected to the corresponding limiting wall 152. Specifically, two additional portions of the shielding wall 153 may be connected with the corresponding stopper wall 152. For example, the shielding wall 153 and the stopper wall 152 may form a U-shaped member. Therefore, the strength of the limiting structure and the shielding structure can be simultaneously enhanced, the two structures are firm and reliable, and the production and the manufacture are convenient. The shielding wall 153 protrudes from the stopper wall 152 so that the shielding wall 153 does not affect the pivoting of the cap release button 140, and the locking and unlocking actions of the cap release button 140 are smoothly performed.
