Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种多功能布及多功能罩,该多功能布包括至少一聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)层及至少一活性层。活性层包括载体及形成于载体上的奈米复合材料,可用于抗菌、抗病毒及分解有机物。多功能罩包括至少一PTFE层、至少一活性层及亲肤层。多功能布及多功能罩可还包括拨水层。本实用新型实施例提供的多功能布及多功能罩可用于抗菌、抗病毒及阻挡PM2.5污染物。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及防护罩技术领域,特别涉及一种多功能布及多功能罩。
背景技术
纺织品的种类繁多,包括植物纤维、动物纤维、合成纤维等,具有各种不同的特性,可以适应不同季节的穿着需求,但是其无法同时具有抗病毒及防 PM2.5污染物渗入的特性。不织布的成本低廉,可作为建筑、医疗器材、居家用品等的材料,具有广泛的用途。不织布具有透气、柔软、易栽缝、耐折叠、绝缘、防雨、防漏、坚韧、抗菌、卫生、吸水性强等特性,但是也无法同时具有抗病毒及防PM2.5污染物渗入的特性。
罩包括口罩、鼻罩、面罩等,基本功能为阻隔污染物进入人体。口罩、鼻罩及面罩覆盖在脸部的面积大小不同,但其基本结构大致相同,故在此仅以口罩来说明。目前市面上的口罩大致上可分为:活性碳口罩、医疗口罩、棉布口罩、纸口罩、PM2.5口罩、N95口罩及抗病毒抗菌口罩,但不管是哪一种口罩,均无法同时具有优良的抗病毒及抗菌、防污水渗入、防PM2.5污染物渗入且透气良好、配戴舒适的功能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的,在于提供一种同时具有抗菌、抗病毒及防止PM2.5污染物渗入的多功能布及多功能罩的结构。本实用新型采用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE,polytetrafluoroethylene)膜、以及包括奈米复合材料的活性层的积层结构,通过 PTFE膜的材料特性而具有更高的透气性以及过滤PM2.5污染物的能力,同时通过包括奈米复合材料的活性层的材料特性而达到抗病毒、抗菌、分解有机污染物的能力。
在一实施例中,本实用新型提出一种多功能布,包括至少一PTFE层及至少一活性层。PTFE层由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)所构成。活性层位于PTFE层的第一侧。活性层包括载体及形成于载体上的奈米复合材料,奈米复合材料用于抗菌、抗病毒及分解有机物。
PTFE层及活性层其中一者或两者的表面为锯齿状或具有皱折。或者,PTFE 层及活性层的表面为平面。在某些实施例中,PTFE层与活性层的外部还包括额外的一或多数PTFE层及/或一或多数活性层。
活性层的载体为织布。或者,活性层的载体为不织布。活性层中的奈米复合材料还包括,奈米银及奈米二氧化钛。
本实用新型的多功能布还包括泼水层,泼水层由泼水布所构成。在一实施例中,泼水层位于PTFE层的第二侧,PTFE层的第二侧为第一侧的相反侧,使得PTFE层位于泼水层与活性层之间。在另一实施例中,泼水层位于PTFE层的第一侧,使得活性层位于泼水层与PTFE层之间。
在另一实施例中,本实用新型提出一种多功能罩,包括上述的多功能布及亲肤层,亲肤层用于吸附油脂或汗水。在一实施例中,亲肤层位于PTFE层的第一侧,使得活性层位于亲肤层与PTFE层之间。在另一实施例中,亲肤层位于 PTFE层的第二侧,使得PTFE层位于亲肤层与活性层之间。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型实施例提供的多功能布及多功能罩采用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE,polytetrafluoroethylene)膜、以及包括奈米复合材料的活性层的积层结构,通过 PTFE膜的材料特性而具有更高的透气性以及过滤PM2.5污染物的能力,同时通过包括奈米复合材料的活性层的材料特性而达到抗病毒、抗菌、分解有机污染物的能力,本实用新型实施例提供的多功能布及多功能罩具有可抗菌、抗病毒、阻挡PM2.5污染物且透气的作用。
以下将参考图式以进一步说明这些及其它实施例。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的目的、优点和特色由以下数个实施例的详细说明及伴随的图式当可更加明白。应当了解,图中所示的各种实施例是示意性的,且不一定按照比例绘制。
图1表示本实用新型的多功能布10,其具有高透气性,并且具有抗病毒、抗菌、分解有机物以及防止PM2.5污染物渗入的特性。多功能布10包括PTFE 层12及活性层14,活性层14位于PTFE层12的一侧。在图1所示的实施例中,活性层14位于PTFE层12的第一侧120。
PTFE层12是以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)为原料,利用PTFE的成孔特性,经特别工法压延、挤出、双向拉伸而制成微孔性膜层。PTFE层具有原纤维状微孔结构,孔隙率约为80%以上,每平方公分具有约十亿个以上的微孔,孔径范围约为0.02微米至3微米。微孔性PTFE膜层具有网状(例如,蜘蛛网状)的微孔结构,孔隙形成于微纤维之间,微纤维的排列方向与拉伸方向基本上是平行的。微纤维束的连接处即为结点,其是由许多微纤维纠缠相连而形成。PTFE膜属于非对称性膜,膜的正反面微孔尺寸有差异。PTFE膜的截面的微孔尺寸大于表面的微孔尺寸,且纵横向的微孔尺寸也有差异,例如,纵向微孔尺寸可大于横向微孔尺寸。PTFE膜是一种三维(3D)网状结构,其中的孔隙在三维上为网状连通,使得孔道弯曲且互相交错,因而形成绵密的通道。
在一实施例中,在PTFE层12的表面,每平方公分具有十多亿个微孔,每一微孔的直径(0.1μm-0.5μm)比水分子直径(20μm-100μm)小几百倍,但比水蒸气分子直径(0.0003μm-0.0004μm)大上千倍,使得水蒸气能通过PTFE 层,而水滴不能通过。因此,本实用新型使用PTFE层作为多功能布内部结构的一部分,可阻隔PM2.5污染物,但又可达到绝佳的透气效果。
活性层14包括载体及形成于载体上的奈米复合材料。活性层14中的载体可为不织布。或者,活性层14中的载体可为较耐洗涤的织布。此外,活性层14 中的奈米复合材料可用于抗菌、抗病毒及分解有机污染物。在一实施例中,可采用奈米银复合奈米二氧化钛溶胶,以喷涂法、浸渍涂布法或其它合适的方法,使包括奈米银及奈米二氧化钛的奈米复合材料附着于布上,因而制备出本实用新型的活性层14。例如,奈米银的颗粒大小可为约0.1nm至约60nm,奈米二氧化钛的颗粒大小可为约0.1nm至约60nm。奈米复合材料在载体上的厚度可为,例如,小于1mm。活性层14中的奈米复合材料可与细菌及病毒反应,以降低细菌及病毒的活性、甚至将其杀死。奈米复合材料亦可与有机物(例如,有机污染物)反应而将其分解。
在一实施例中,PTFE层12及活性层14两者的表面可为平面,如图1所示。在其它实施例中,PTFE层12及活性层14其中一者或两者的表面可为锯齿状或具有皱折,以增加PTFE层及/或活性层的表面积,使其对于细菌、病毒、空污等的阻隔、抵抗、分解效果更佳。例如,PTFE层12及活性层14其中一者可为锯齿状或具有皱折,如图2a及图2b所示。或者,PTFE层12及活性层14两者的表面皆为锯齿状或具有皱折,如图2c所示。
根据需要,本实用新型的多功能布可包括多数PTFE层、多数活性层、或其组合。例如,在某些实施例中,可在图1的PTFE层12与活性层14外加入额外的一或多数PTFE层及/或一或多数活性层,所述等层可以任何排列方式加以组合。
本实用新型的多功能布可还包括泼水层。如图3所示,多功能布30包括拨水层16、PTFE层12及活性层14,泼水层16由泼水布所构成。在图3所示的实施例中,活性层14位于PTFE层12的第一侧120,泼水层16位于PTFE层12的第二侧122(第二侧122为第一侧120的相反侧),使得PTFE层12位于泼水层16与活性层14之间。在其它实施例中,泼水层可位于PTFE层的第一侧,使得活性层位于泼水层与PTFE层之间。如上所述,PTFE层12及活性层14其中一者或两者的表面可为锯齿状或具有皱折。在其它实施例中,多功能布30可包括多数PTFE层、多数活性层、或其组合;所述等层可以任何排列方式加以组合。
在另一实施例中,利用上述的多功能布再加上亲肤层,形成一种多功能罩,可作为口罩、鼻罩、面罩等,但不限于此。在使用多功能罩时,亲肤层会与使用者的皮肤接触,可用于吸附油脂或汗水,并且达到配戴舒适的效果。如图4 所示,多功能罩40包括PTFE层12、活性层14及亲肤层18。在图4所示的实施例中,亲肤层18位于PTFE层12的第一侧120,使得活性层14位于亲肤层 18与PTFE层12之间。在另一实施例中,亲肤层可位于PTFE层的第二侧,使得PTFE层位于亲肤层与活性层之间。如上所述,PTFE层12及活性层14其中一者或两者的表面可为锯齿状或具有皱折。在其它实施例中,多功能罩40可包括多数PTFE层、多数活性层、或其组合;所述等层可以任何排列方式加以组合。
本实用新型的多功能罩可还包括泼水层。如图5所示,多功能罩50包括拨水层16、PTFE层12、活性层14及亲肤层18。在图5所示的实施例中,PTFE 层12位于拨水层16与活性层14之间,且活性层14位于PTFE层12与亲肤层 18之间。在其它实施例中,可将图5中的PTFE层与活性层的位置互换,使得活性层位于拨水层与PTFE层之间,且PTFE层位于活性层与亲肤层之间。PTFE 层12及活性层14其中之一或两者的表面可为锯齿状或具有皱折。在其它实施例中,多功能罩50可包括多数PTFE层、多数活性层、或其组合;所述等层可以任何排列方式加以组合。
如图6所示,在一实施例中,多功能罩60包括拨水层16、PTFE层12、第一活性层14及第二活性层14’、及亲肤层18。多功能罩60具有第一活性层14 及第二活性层14’,包覆在PTFE层12的两侧,可更加提升其抗病毒、抗菌及分解有机物的效果。
以上说明了多功能布及多功能罩的示例性结构组成,其可利用各种合适的技术进行制作。在一例子中,可采用高周波热融合技术来使各层结合。例如,可在高周波设备中设置多数个点状热源,点状热源可排列成矩阵型式、或任何其它合适的型式。将各层依需要而堆栈成多层体的后,置于高周波设备下方,将高周波设备通电而使点状热源升温,点状热源便可将各层在多数个对应位置处予以融合相接,而制作成本实用新型的多功能布或多功能罩。如图7所示,多功能布70可利用十字形的点状热源来使各层接合,因此具有呈十字形的接合点702。但点状热源亦可具有其它形状,例如线形、圆形、方形等。在其它例子中,可采用机器或人工缝合、胶贴合、或其它合适的技术来使各层接合。
本实用新型中的活性层包括奈米复合材料。在一例子中,奈米复合材料包括奈米银及奈米二氧化钛。奈米银本身具有高抗病毒抗菌效果;而二氧化钛是一种光触媒,在日光灯、太阳光或紫外光灯的照射下,二氧化钛具有高活性可以氧化分解有机污染物。因此,在奈米银抗病毒抗菌过程后,即使有残余生物膜附着在奈米银表面,但二氧化钛可以将残余生物膜分解去除,使奈米银可以再次发挥抗病毒抗菌的效果。此外,奈米二氧化钛具有超强的亲水性,不会因为被口水沾湿而失效,反而可以将水分解为氢氧自由基(OH·),所述氢氧自由基(OH·)具有超强的氧化能力,可以氧化分解有机物,使病毒病菌失去活性。
本实用新型中的活性层包括奈米复合材料,其效果优于未奈米化的复合材料。例如,奈米银的抗病毒抗菌效果远大于未奈米化的银粒子,而奈米二氧化钛的活性亦远大于未奈米化的二氧化钛。
当将具有小孔径的PTFE膜与具有奈米复合材料的活性层结合使用时,抗菌、抗病毒及防止PM2.5污染物渗入的效果出奇的好,且同时依然维持良好的透气性。推测可能是由于PTFE膜的微孔不只能阻隔液态水分子及PM2.5污染物,同时也减缓了细菌、病毒、微生物等穿透的速度,让活性层中的奈米复合材料有充裕的时间可以与细菌、病毒、微生物进行反应,以降低或消除其活性。因此,本实用新型的多功能布及多功能罩具有非常优异的功效。但应当注意,其运作不限于上述机制。
尽管上述实施例已为了清楚理解的目的而详细地加以描述,但在所附申请专利范围的范畴中,可进行某些变更及修改。因此,本案的实施例应被视为是用于说明的目的,而非用于限制本实用新型的范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种多功能布,其特征在于,包括:
一PTFE层,由聚四氟乙烯PTFE所构成,所述PTFE层具有一第一侧及一第二侧,所述第二侧为所述第一侧的相反侧;及
一活性层,位于所述PTFE层的所述第一侧,
其中所述活性层包括一载体、及形成于所述载体上的一奈米复合材料,所述奈米复合材料用于抗菌、抗病毒及分解有机物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能布,其特征在于,所述PTFE层及/或所述活性层的表面为锯齿状或具有皱折。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能布,其特征在于,所述PTFE层及所述活性层的表面为平面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能布,其特征在于,所述活性层的所述载体为织布或不织布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多功能布,其特征在于,所述PTFE层与所述活性层的外部还包括一或多个PTFE层及/或一或多个活性层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多功能布,其特征在于,还包括:
一泼水层,位于所述PTFE层的所述第二侧,使得所述PTFE层位于所述泼水层与所述活性层之间,所述泼水层由泼水布所构成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多功能布,其特征在于,还包括:
一泼水层,位于所述PTFE层的所述第一侧,使得所述活性层位于所述泼水层与所述PTFE层之间,所述泼水层由泼水布所构成。
8.一种多功能罩,包括如权利要求1至6其中任一项所述的多功能布,其特征在于,还包括:
一亲肤层,所述亲肤层位于所述PTFE层的所述第一侧,使得所述活性层位于所述亲肤层与所述PTFE层之间。
9.一种多功能罩,包括如权利要求1至5及7其中任一项所述的多功能布,其特征在于,还包括:
一亲肤层,所述亲肤层位于所述PTFE层的所述第二侧,使得所述PTFE层位于所述亲肤层与所述活性层之间。
