More preferably, the first flange 221 and the second flange 2411 are provided with two lugs 25 at intervals in the front and back direction, and the limit flange 4521 is correspondingly provided with two insertion holes 45211 through which the two lugs 25 can pass. The dishwasher liner assembly that this embodiment provided, including setting up two outer panels in the relative both sides of inner bag main part, two outer panels not only play the effect of decorating the inner bag, can also play the effect that can support the inner bag. And the inner container body is easier to assemble with the outer side plate through an assembly structure which is arranged on the flanging structure of the inner container body and is assembled with the support of the outer side plate, and the inner container body plays a certain supporting and fixing role on the outer side plate through the assembly structure, so that the stability of the outer side plate matched with the inner container body is higher.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 4, and 7 to 9, the present embodiment provides a dishwasher liner connector 1, which is installed on an opening of a liner main body 2 in the first embodiment, specifically, the dishwasher liner connector 1 includes a first connecting portion connected to the liner main body 2 and a second connecting portion disposed on the first connecting portion, and the second connecting portion is provided with an assembling structure for fixing and assembling. The design of the inner container connecting piece 1 simplifies the assembly structure of the inner container of the dish-washing machine.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the first connecting portion includes a first connecting wall 11, the second connecting portion includes a second connecting wall 12 connected with the first connecting wall 11 at an included angle, and the first connecting wall 11 and the second connecting wall 12 may be integrally formed and have an arc surface structure as a whole, such as a C-shaped structure. The opening border of inner bag main part is fixed on to arc surface one side border accessible welded mode, if adopt the mode of spot welding, can fix the inner bag connecting piece at 2 opening borders of inner bag main part, and arc surface opposite side border extends to the one side of keeping away from the inner bag for support assembly flange 3. Referring to fig. 1, 2, 4, 7 to 9, the present embodiment provides a dishwasher liner having a first dishwasher liner body 2 and a third dishwasher liner connector 1, and mainly describes how to assemble and connect the liner body 2 and a flange 3 at the top of the liner body through the liner connector 1.
This dish washer inner bag includes: have open-ended inner bag main part 2, the first connecting portion of dishwasher inner bag connecting piece 1 are connected on the opening border of inner bag main part 2, the second connecting portion extends the setting to the one side of keeping away from the inner bag.
Through fixedly setting up inner bag connecting piece 1 on 2 openings of inner bag main part, made things convenient for follow-up installation to flange 3, and need not carry out stamping process to inner bag main part opening border, reduced the processing degree of difficulty. In another possible scheme, the peripheral wall of the inner container includes an arc-shaped wall surface extending from bottom to top, the first connection portion includes a first connection wall 11, the first connection wall 11 is an arc-shaped connection wall having a curvature identical to that of the arc-shaped wall surface, and the arc-shaped connection wall is connected to the arc-shaped wall surface at a selectable height position. The first connecting wall 11 of the liner connecting piece 1 is matched with the structural shape of the peripheral wall of the liner main body 2, and only the mounting height position can be selected to be fixed on the wall surface of the opening end of the liner.
Further, a flat wall surface extending vertically/obliquely from bottom to top is arranged on the upper edge of the peripheral wall of the liner, the wall surface of the planar connecting wall of the liner connecting piece 1 is attached to the flat wall surface, and part of the wall surface extends out of the opening of the liner main body 2, so that the height of the liner is increased, or the planar connecting wall is integrally attached to the flat wall surface, and the upper edge of the planar connecting wall is lower than the opening of the liner. The inner container connecting piece 1 extends along the opening edge of the inner container main body 2, the first connecting wall 11 of the inner container connecting piece 1 is connected to the outer wall surface of the opening end of the inner container main body 2, the second connecting wall 12 of the inner container connecting piece 1 extends along the direction vertical to the outer wall surface of the opening end, and a plurality of assembling structures used for fixed assembling are arranged on the second connecting wall 12 at intervals in the extending direction along the opening edge of the inner container main body 2. Second connecting wall 12 sets up a plurality of assembly structure along inner bag opening border extending direction interval, and each assembly structure all is used for assembly flange 3, improves flange 3 installation stability.
The inner container main body 2 comprises four main wall surfaces 21, the main wall surfaces 21 can be straight walls and can be walls which are stamped and pressed on the straight walls, the two main wall surfaces 21 are connected and vertically arranged, the dishwasher inner container assembly comprises at least two inner container connecting pieces 1, and the two inner container connecting pieces 1 are respectively arranged on the two main wall surfaces 21 opposite to the inner container main body 2. In a preferred scheme, the inner container comprises four main wall surfaces 21, the two main wall surfaces 21 are connected with each other and vertically arranged, the inner container connecting piece 1 is arranged on the inner container of the dishwasher corresponding to each main wall surface 21, and each inner container connecting piece 1 extends along the upper edge of the corresponding main wall surface 21.
The inner bag can integrated into one piece, also can form through the concatenation of a plurality of concatenation parts, and in an optimal scheme, the inner bag is formed by first concatenation part, second concatenation part and third concatenation part concatenation, first concatenation part includes the bottom plate and sets up two first curb plates 23 in the relative both sides of bottom plate, second concatenation part and third concatenation part are including setting up two second curb plates 24 in first concatenation part both sides respectively, and two second curb plates 24 all have the mainboard body 241 and buckle the plate body 242 of buckling the extension to two first curb plates 23 respectively by mainboard body 241 both sides, buckle the plate body 242 and be connected with the first curb plate 23 of corresponding side, the mainboard body 241 of two first curb plates 23 and two second curb plates 24 forms four main wall 21 of inner bag, and four main wall 21 are located and laminate respectively on the inner bag opening border and are connected with an inner bag connecting piece 1.
Further, the dishwasher liner further comprises a flange 3, and the flange 3 is fixed on the second connecting wall 12 through the assembling structure. The first protruding part is located on one side of the inner side surface of the peripheral wall of the inner container, the second protruding part 32 is located outside the inner container and supported on the second connecting wall 12, the connecting protruding part comprises a screw post 321 integrally formed on the second protruding part 32, and a screw passes through a connecting hole 121 on the second connecting wall 12 and is connected to a threaded hole of the screw post 321. In this embodiment, the screw column 321 is integrally formed on the second protrusion 32, i.e. for connection and assembly, and the structural strength of the second protrusion 32 is also improved.
Further, a sealing structure is arranged between the flange 3 and the inner wall surface of the opening end of the inner container, and/or a sealing structure is arranged between the inner container connecting piece 1 and the flange 3.
