the lower frame 1, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, is fixedly installed on the base 2, the lower layer of the lower frame 1 is provided with a first cavity 15 for containing concentrated water, the upper layer is provided with a second cavity 16 for storing, the upper end of the lower frame 1 is provided with a connecting portion 5 extending towards the direction of the middle supporting plate 4, the side portion of the middle supporting plate 4 is connected with the connecting portion 5 in a matched and clamped manner, the middle supporting plate 4 is connected with the connecting portion 4 in a matched manner through a first clamping structure, and is further fixedly connected through a screw, the first clamping structure comprises a first slot 6 arranged on the connecting portion 5, the side portion of the middle supporting plate 4 is connected with the first slot 6 in a matched and spliced manner, a first clamping hook 7 arranged on the connecting portion 5, and a first clamping groove arranged on the connecting portion 5 and connected with the first clamping hook 7 in a matched manner. The middle supporting plate is matched and connected with the connecting part through the clamping structure, and the middle supporting plate and the connecting part are firmly fixed through the screws, so that the mounting difficulty of the middle supporting plate is effectively reduced, the mounting efficiency of the middle supporting plate is improved, and the mounting firmness of the middle supporting plate is ensured;

The limiting groove 6 comprises two annular grooves, the two annular grooves are respectively arranged on the outer contour directions of the left side and the right side of the base 2, stress concentration can be effectively prevented, and the limiting capacity of the limiting groove is improved. And, the said lower frame 1 and said base 2 are equipped with the third connecting hole 14 set up oppositely, the said lower frame 1 and said base 2 are fixed and connected through the screw which passes the said third connecting hole 14. The screws can further firmly and reliably fix the lower frame and the base together; the left side and the right side of the base 2 are respectively provided with a second slot 21, the bottom of the decorative side plate 3 is provided with a turned edge bent towards the base 2, the turned edge is inserted into the second slot 21 to realize the pre-fixing of the decorative side plate and the base, the decorative side plate 3 and the base 2 are provided with fourth connecting holes 22 which are oppositely arranged, and the decorative side plate 3 and the base 2 are fixedly connected through fixing screws passing through the fourth connecting holes 22;
the middle supporting plate 4 is provided with accessories of household water treatment equipment such as a water pump and an electronic ice liner, as shown in fig. 4, the middle supporting plate 4 is arranged above the lower frame 1 and is matched and connected with the lower frame 1, the lower frame 1 and the base 2 form a supporting main body for supporting the middle supporting plate 4 and the accessories thereon, the decorative side plate 3 is arranged on the side part of the supporting main body, the lower frame is fixedly arranged on the base, the middle supporting plate is arranged on the lower frame, the lower frame and the base form the supporting main body of the household water treatment equipment, the decorative side plate is used as an appearance decorative accessory and is arranged on the supporting main body, the middle supporting plate and the household water treatment equipment accessories on the middle supporting plate are fixedly supported through the lower frame, the middle supporting plate is fixedly arranged on the side plate, and the household water treatment equipment accessories on the middle supporting plate are fixedly supported through the side plate, and the side plate easily deform under the action of gravity of the accessories on the middle supporting plate due to the thin thickness and poor structural strength of the side plate, and therefore the problem that the structural strength of the whole household water treatment equipment is low is caused. Moreover, because the side plate is adopted as the supporting main body in the prior art, in order to fix other parts and ensure the installation accuracy of the side plate, the side plate needs to be firstly installed on the side plate after the base, the lower frame and the middle supporting plate are installed on the side plate, the length of the side plate is longer and is easy to deform, the installation difficulty is high, the side plate needs to be installed in a matched manner by multiple persons, the side plate is prevented from being displaced by the side plate in order to reduce the installation difficulty of the side plate, the left side plate and the right side plate need to be installed and fixed on the base in a horizontal installation mode by placing the side plate down, and the middle supporting plate is fixed on the side plate. After the installation work of the side plates is finished, as the equipment such as the water pump, the electronic ice container and the like needs to be pressed on the middle supporting plate, the lower frame needs to be pressed on the base, in order to ensure the installation accuracy and the use reliability of the water pump, the electronic ice container and the lower frame, the vertical water purifying and drinking equipment needs to be vertically placed, the water pump, the electronic ice container and the like are installed on the middle supporting plate in a vertical installation mode, the lower frame is installed between the middle supporting plate and the base, the equipment such as the water pump, the electronic ice container and the like can be reliably supported by the middle supporting plate, and the lower frame is reliably supported by the base. However, the installation mode of the household water treatment equipment which is firstly horizontally installed and then vertically installed is very complicated in the installation process of the household water treatment equipment, so that the installation work is difficult to be completed by a single person, and the assembly efficiency of the household water treatment equipment is seriously affected. The support main body of household water treatment equipment is formed by the middle supporting plate, the lower frame and the base, the middle supporting plate is fixed through the lower frame, the side plates are only used as decoration accessories, the middle supporting plate is not supported by the support pieces any more, and the cross section area of the lower frame is larger, the volume is larger and the deformation is not easy to occur, so that the middle supporting plate can be effectively supported and the side plates are fixed. Moreover, curb plate in this application does not regard as support piece also need not to install preferentially, in the domestic water treatment facilities installation, adopt vertical mounting means to install the underframe that will regard as the supporting body on the base, again fix well layer board on the underframe, later will decorate curb plate and fix on underframe, well layer board and base and constitute domestic water treatment facilities, wherein, underframe, well layer board and base three contact with decorating the curb plate jointly, decorate the junction surface of curb plate and supporting body and be greater than fixing the curb plate on the base in the current mounting means, the staff can independently accomplish the installation work of above-mentioned decoration curb plate, also do not need horizontal dress earlier then upright dress simultaneously, the installation step of domestic water treatment facilities has been simplified effectively, and installation effectiveness has been improved. The adoption of the lower frame and the middle supporting plate as the supporting main body can effectively improve the structural strength of the household water treatment equipment, and improve the structural stability and the installation efficiency. The middle supporting plate 4 is of a hollow structure, the hollow middle supporting plate is lighter in weight, deformation is easier to occur, and impact force caused by falling of the water treatment equipment can be effectively absorbed. The bottom of the middle supporting plate 4 is provided with a protruding structure 11 which is abutted against the upper end face of the lower frame 1. The protruding structure 11 includes a first bar-shaped rib 18 bent into an L-shaped structure toward the lower frame 1, and a second bar-shaped rib 19 whose cross section is gradually narrowed toward the lower frame 1. The protruding structure of well layer board bottom and the top butt of underframe link to each other, and the weight of well layer board and water pump and electron ice courage and other spare part that set up above that is even pressure on the underframe effectively supports to layer board and part on it through the underframe, and the volume of underframe is great, has the advantage that bearing capacity is strong and be difficult to warp, can firmly reliably support well layer board and part on it. Moreover, the first strip-shaped convex rib of the L-shaped structure can effectively improve the contact surface between the convex rib and the upper end surface of the lower frame, and the lower frame is ensured to effectively support the centering supporting plate. The connecting surface of the second strip-shaped convex rib and the middle supporting plate is larger than the connecting surface of the second strip-shaped convex rib corresponding to the lower frame, so that the second strip-shaped convex rib is firmly and reliably fixed on the middle supporting plate.
In this embodiment, the middle support plate 4 and the lower frame 1 are provided with first connecting holes 8 that are oppositely arranged, the edge position of the decorative side plate 3 is provided with a folded edge 10 that is folded towards the direction of the lower frame 1, the folded edge 10 is provided with second connecting holes 9 that are oppositely arranged with the first connecting holes 8, and the decorative side plate 3, the lower frame 1 and the middle support plate 4 are fixedly connected by screws that pass through the first connecting holes 8 and the second connecting holes 9. The side plates, the lower frame and the middle supporting plate can be simply and effectively decorated through the screws, so that the installation steps of the household water treatment equipment are effectively simplified, and the installation efficiency is improved. The edge position of the decorative side plate is provided with a folded edge which is bent towards the direction of the lower frame, the second connecting hole is formed in the folded edge, and the decorative side plate with the folded edge can be effectively attached to the outer contour of the lower frame, so that the lower frame and the decorative side plate are connected more firmly.
Of course, the present application does not specifically limit the household water treatment apparatus, and in other embodiments, the household water treatment apparatus may be a water dispenser.
Of course, the internal structure of the lower frame 1 is not particularly limited, and in other embodiments, a water pump, a water storage cavity, a water purifying device, or the like may be disposed in the lower frame 1.
Of course, the connection mode of the lower frame 1 and the middle supporting plate 4 is not particularly limited in the present application, and in other embodiments, the lower frame 1 and the middle supporting plate 4 are an integral structure manufactured by integral molding, and the integral lower frame 1 and the middle supporting plate 4 have the advantage of good firmness.
Of course, the present application does not specifically limit whether the base is provided at the bottom of the lower frame 1, and in other embodiments, the base is formed at the bottom of the lower frame 1.
Of course, the connection modes of the lower frame 1, the middle supporting plate 4 and the base 2 are not particularly limited, and in other embodiments, the lower frame 1, the middle supporting plate 4 and the base 2 are integrally formed to form a supporting body of the water treatment apparatus.
The installation steps of the household water treatment device in this embodiment are as follows:
the lower frame 1 is pre-fixed with the base 2 through a third clamping structure;
after pre-fixing, the lower frame 1 and the base 2 are fixedly connected through a second connecting piece;
the middle supporting plate 4 is pre-fixed with the lower frame 1 through a first clamping structure;
after pre-fixing, the lower frame 1 and the middle supporting plate 4 are fixedly connected through a first connecting piece;
fitting the household water treatment apparatus above the middle pallet 4, so that the lower frame 1 and the base 2 form a supporting body for supporting the middle pallet 4 and the fitting thereon;
the decorative side plates 3 are assembled with the base 2, the lower frame 1 and the middle pallet 4 at the same time so that the decorative side plates 3 are positioned at both sides of the support body.
It is apparent that the above examples are given by way of illustration only and are not limiting of the embodiments. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. While still being apparent from variations or modifications that may be made by those skilled in the art are within the scope of the invention.

Claims (24)

1. A household water treatment device is characterized by comprising
A base (2);
the lower frame (1), the said lower frame (1) is fixedly mounted on said base (2);
the middle supporting plate (4) is used for assembling accessories of the household water treatment equipment, the middle supporting plate (4) is arranged above the lower frame (1) and is connected with the lower frame (1) in a matched mode, and the lower frame (1) and the base (2) form a supporting main body for supporting the middle supporting plate (4) and the accessories thereon;
a decorative side plate (3) mounted on the side of the support main;
the upper end of the lower frame (1) is provided with a connecting part (5) extending towards the middle supporting plate (4), and the side part of the middle supporting plate (4) is connected with the connecting part (5) in a matching way through a first clamping structure;
the middle supporting plate (4) is abutted to the top of the lower frame (1), a protruding structure (11) abutted to the upper end face of the lower frame (1) is arranged at the bottom of the middle supporting plate (4), and the protruding structure (11) comprises a second strip-shaped protruding rib (19) with the cross section gradually narrowing towards the direction of the lower frame (1).
2. Household water treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the first clamping structure comprises a first slot (6) arranged on the connecting part (5), and the side part of the middle supporting plate (4) is connected with the first slot (6) in a matched and spliced manner.
3. Household water treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the first clamping structure comprises a first catch (7) provided on one of the connection part (5) and the middle blade (4), and a first clamping groove provided on the other of the connection part (5) and the middle blade (4).

A domestic water treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the middle support plate (4) and the lower frame (1) are provided with oppositely arranged first connection holes (8), and the middle support plate (4) and the lower frame (1) are fixedly connected by first connection members passing through the first connection holes (8).

Household water treatment equipment according to claim 4, wherein the decorative side plate (3) is provided with a second connecting hole (9) opposite to the first connecting hole (8), and the decorative side plate (3), the lower frame (1) and the middle supporting plate (4) are fixedly connected through a first connecting piece penetrating through the first connecting hole (8) and the second connecting hole (9).

Household water treatment device according to claim 5, characterized in that the edge position of the decorative side plate (3) is provided with a folded edge (10) folded towards the direction of the lower frame (1), the second connecting hole (9) is arranged on the folded edge (10), and the second connecting hole (9) is arranged opposite to the first connecting hole (8) arranged on the front and rear sides of the lower frame (1) and the middle supporting plate (4).
7. A domestic water treatment device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the protruding structure (11) comprises a first bar-shaped bead (18) bent into an L-shaped structure towards the lower frame (1).

9. A domestic water treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the decorative side panel (3) is cooperatively associated with the base (2) by means of a second snap-fit arrangement.

Household water treatment device according to claim 9, wherein the second clamping structure comprises a protrusion (20) arranged on one of the decorative side plate (3) and the base (2), and a second slot (21) arranged on the other of the decorative side plate (3) and the base (2) and connected with the protrusion (20) in a mating and plugging manner.
11. Household water treatment device according to claim 10, wherein the projection (20) is a flange at the bottom of the decorative side plate (3) and bent towards the base (2), and the second slot (21) is arranged on the outer contour of the base (2).
12. Household water treatment device according to claim 10 or 11, wherein the decorative side plate (3) and the base (2) are provided with fourth connecting holes (22) arranged oppositely, and the decorative side plate (3) and the base (2) are fixedly connected by a third connecting piece penetrating through the fourth connecting holes (22).
13. A domestic water treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the lower frame (1) is cooperatively associated with the base (2) by means of a third snap-fit arrangement.
14. Household water treatment apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the third clamping structure comprises a second catch (12) provided on one of the lower frame (1) and the base (2), and a second catch groove (13) provided on the other of the lower frame (1) and the base (2).
15. Household water treatment apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the connection surface of the lower frame (1) and the base (2) is provided with a limiting structure for limiting the relative horizontal movement of the two.
16. Household water treatment device according to claim 15, wherein the limit structure comprises a limit boss provided on one of the lower frame (1) and the base (2), and a limit groove (17) provided on the other of the lower frame (1) and the base (2) and adapted to the limit boss.
17. Household water treatment device according to claim 9, wherein the lower frame (1) and the base (2) are provided with third connecting holes (14) arranged opposite to each other, and the lower frame (1) and the base (2) are fixedly connected by means of second connecting pieces passing through the third connecting holes (14).
18. A domestic water treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the domestic water treatment apparatus is a water purifier, the lower frame (1) having a first cavity (15) for containing concentrated water and a second cavity (16) for storing.
19. Household water treatment device according to claim 18, characterized in that the middle support plate (4) is provided with a water pump and/or an electronic ice container.
20. A method of installing domestic water treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 19, comprising the steps of:
s1, mounting the lower frame (1) on the base (2);
s2, the middle supporting plate (4) is arranged above the lower frame (1), so that the lower frame (1) and the base (2) form the supporting main body;
s3, assembling the decorative side plates (3) on two sides of the supporting main body.
21. A method of mounting household water treatment apparatus according to claim 20, wherein the step of mounting the lower frame (1) on the base (2) comprises:
the lower frame (1) is pre-fixed with the base (2) through a third clamping structure;
after pre-fixing, the lower frame (1) and the base (2) are fixedly connected through a second connecting piece.
22. A method of installing household water treatment apparatus according to claim 20, wherein the step of installing the middle pallet (4) above the lower frame (1) such that the lower frame (1) and the base (2) constitute the supporting body comprises:
the middle supporting plate (4) is pre-fixed with the lower frame (1) through a first clamping structure;
after pre-fixing, the lower frame (1) and the middle supporting plate (4) are fixedly connected through a first connecting piece.
23. A method of installing household water treatment apparatus according to claim 20, wherein the step of fitting the decorative side plates (3) on both sides of the support body comprises:
the decorative side plate (3) is pre-fixed with the base (2) through a second clamping structure;
after pre-fixing, the decorative side plate (3) and the base (2) are fixedly connected through a third connecting piece.
24. A method of installing household water treatment apparatus according to claim 20, wherein the step of fitting decorative side plates (3) on both sides of the support body comprises:
-positioning the decorative side plates (3) on both sides of the supporting body by assembling the decorative side plates (3) with the base (2); or,
-positioning the decorative side plates (3) on both sides of the support body by assembling the decorative side plates (3) with the lower frame (1); or alternatively
The decorative side plates (3) are arranged on two sides of the supporting main body through the simultaneous assembly of the decorative side plates (3), the base (2) and the lower frame (1).
