The rear end horizontal folding edge 205 is formed by a metal plate from the upper edge of the rear end vertical folding edge 204 to the rear part and is parallel to the inner top plate main body, and the size of the rear end horizontal folding edge 205 in the front-rear direction is smaller than or equal to that of the top plate rear folding edge 109 of the top plate 1 in the front-rear direction, so that the rear end horizontal folding edge 205 can be completely inserted into the inner top plate insertion slot.
The back plate 3 comprises an integrated rectangular back plate main body 301, an upper back plate folding edge 304, a lower back plate flat folding edge 305, a lower back plate straight folding edge 308, a left back plate folding edge 306 and a right back plate folding edge 307, wherein the integrated rectangular back plate main body is formed by a fourth thin sheet metal plate; and a rear floor fixing strip 302, a "J" shaped bottom stiffener 303 welded to the back plate body 301.
The rear bottom plate fixing strip 302 is welded to the front side surface of the lower portion of the back plate main body 301, and a gap is left between the rear bottom plate fixing strip 302 and the back plate main body 301 for inserting the rear bottom plate folding edge 602 of the bottom plate 6.
Bottom reinforcements 303 are provided at the lower portion and the rear side of the backboard body 301, and are welded to the backboard body 301 at the rear side of the backboard body 301 to reinforce the structural strength of the backboard 3; the bottom reinforcement 303 comprises a reinforcement rear vertical plate 3031, a reinforcement bottom plate 3032 and a reinforcement front vertical plate 3033; wherein: the reinforcement rear vertical plate 3031 is a J-shaped rear end vertical plate part, the reinforcement bottom plate 3032 is a J-shaped bottom part, the reinforcement front vertical plate 3033 is a J-shaped front end vertical plate part, and the difference between the height of the reinforcement front vertical plate 3033 and the height of the back plate lower straight folded edge 308 is equal to the thickness of the fourth thin iron plate and is less than the height of the reinforcement rear vertical plate 3031.
The back plate lower flat folding edge 305 is arranged on the rear side of the lower edge of the back plate main body 301, is formed by machining a fourth thin iron plate backwards and horizontally along the rear edge of the back plate main body 301, and is perpendicular to the back plate main body 301.
The back plate lower straight folding edge 308 is formed by downwards sheet-metal machining a fourth thin iron plate along the rear edge of the back plate lower flat folding edge 305 and is parallel to the back plate main body 301; the left and right ends of the lower straight folding edge 308 of the back plate are provided with notches, so that the first vertical folding edge and the second vertical folding edge of the left side plate 4 and the right side plate 5 can be inserted into the notches.
The back plate left folding edge 306 is an L-shaped folding edge connected with the back plate main body 301, when the back plate left folding edge 306 is installed, the left side of the back plate left folding edge 306 is inserted into a U-shaped groove formed by the left side plate main body 400, the first vertical folding edge 4041 and the second vertical folding edge 4042 of the left side plate 4, and the right side of the back plate left folding edge 306 is inserted into a corresponding part of the right side plate 5, so that the back plate 3, the left side plate 4 and the right side plate 5 are fixed together; the back plate right flap 307 is symmetrically disposed with the back plate left flap 306.
The upper back flap 304 is a horizontal flap, and is formed by sheet-metal working a fourth thin iron plate backward along the back panel main body 301, so as to fix the back panel 3 by inserting the upper back flap 304 into the inner top panel insertion slit of the top panel 1. The rear plate main body 301 is also provided at left and right sides thereof with deck support mounting grooves 310.
The bottom plate 6 comprises a bottom plate main body 600, a bottom plate front folding edge 601, a bottom plate rear folding edge 602, a bottom plate left folding edge 603 and a bottom plate right folding edge 604 which are integrated and formed by a fourth thin sheet metal, and a bottom plate reinforcing rib 607 welded on the bottom plate main body 600.
The front bottom plate flange 601 is a flange formed by vertically pressing a fourth thin iron plate downward along the front edge of the bottom plate main body 600, and is fixed to the front frame 9 by welding or screws. The bottom plate rear flange 602 is a flange formed by vertically pressing a fourth thin iron plate downward along the rear edge of the bottom plate main body 600.
The bottom plate left folding edge 603 and the bottom plate right folding edge 604 are respectively folding edges formed by downward vertical metal plates of the fourth thin iron plate along the left edge and the right edge of the bottom plate main body 600, and the bottom plate left folding edge 603 and the bottom plate right folding edge 604 are both provided with two stamping protrusions 605 for matching with a bottom plate fixing groove 4051 on the bottom plate fixing strip 405, fixing the bottom plate 6 and preventing the bottom plate 6 from moving up and down, left and right.
The front frame 9 includes an upper frame 901, a lower frame 902, a left frame 903, a right frame 904, and four corner codes 905.
The upper frame 901 comprises an upper frame main body 9011 of an integrated structure, and the upper frame main body 9011 comprises an upper frame bottom edge 9016, an upper frame front folding edge 9012 of a Z-shaped structure, an upper frame front straight folding edge 9013, an upper frame rear straight folding edge 9014 and an upper frame flat folding edge 9015.
The upper frame front folding edge 9012 comprises an upper frame front end flat folding edge 9017, an upper frame connecting bent part 9018 and an upper frame rear end flat folding edge 9019; the upper frame connecting bent part 9018 divides the upper frame front folded edge 9012 into parts which are parallel to each other and different in height, namely an upper frame front end flat folded edge 9017 and an upper frame rear end flat folded edge 9019; the height difference between the upper frame front end flat folding edge 9017 and the upper frame rear end flat folding edge 9019 is the thickness of the first thin iron plate forming the top plate 1, so that the height of the lower part of the top plate 1 is consistent after the top plate 1 and the front frame 9 are inserted in a matched mode.
The upper frame flat folding edge 9015 is located in the middle of the upper frame, and the front edge and the rear edge of the upper frame flat folding edge 9015 are an upper frame front straight folding edge 9013 and an upper frame rear straight folding edge 9014 respectively.
The straight folded edge 9013 is provided with an anti-collision corner pad mounting hole and a latch hook hanging groove in front of the upper frame. The upper frame rear straight folding edge 9014 is an L-shaped folding edge, and the upper frame rear straight folding edge 9014 is connected with the upper frame flat folding edge 9015; an inner top plate fixing groove 9020 matched with the fixing protrusion of the inner top plate 2 is formed in the upper frame rear straight folding edge 9014.
The four corner connectors 905 are welded to the four corners of the front frame body 9011, respectively, to reinforce the strength of the front frame 9, and fix the upper frame 901, the lower frame 902, the left frame 903, and the right frame 904 together.
The left frame 903 is identical in structure and size to the upper frame 901, and is disposed at a left position 90 degrees different from the upper frame, except for the mating structure for mounting the door panel and the door lock. The left frame 903 is of an integral structure and comprises a left frame bottom edge 9031, a left frame front folding edge 9032 of a Z-shaped structure, a left frame front straight folding edge 9033, a left frame rear straight folding edge 9034 and an upper frame flat folding edge 9035; hinge mounting holes 9036; the left frame front folding edge 9032 is consistent with the upper frame front folding edge 9012 in structure and also comprises a left frame front end flat folding edge 9037, a left frame connecting bent part 9038 and a left frame rear end flat folding edge 9039; the left frame connecting bent part 9038 divides the left frame front folded edge 9032 into parts which are parallel to each other and different in height, namely a left frame front end flat folded edge 9037 and a left frame rear end flat folded edge 9039; the height difference between the left frame front end flat folding edge 9037 and the left frame rear end flat folding edge 9039 is the thickness of the first thin iron plate forming the left side plate 4; after the left side plate front folding edge 403 of the left side plate 4 is inserted, the left and right directions are flush with the left frame rear end flat folding edge 9039; the whole is beautiful, the combination is tight, and the strength is increased.
A hinge mounting hole 9036 for mounting a left door plate is formed in the bottom edge 9031 of the left frame, and the left door plate is connected with the left frame 903 through a hinge.
The bottom edge 9031 of the left frame is also provided with a row hole for mounting a movable laminate; the number and positions of the rows of holes are arranged to correspond to those of the deck support mounting grooves 310.
The right frame 904 and the left frame 903 are identical in structure and are arranged symmetrically with each other except for the matching structure of the door panel and the door lock.
The lower frame 902 is an integrated structure and is formed by processing a sixth thin iron plate through a sheet metal; comprises a horizontal support part 9021 in a shape of a door and a vertical support part 9022 in a shape of a transverse door.
The horizontal support part 9021 comprises a horizontal support horizontal transverse edge 9023, a horizontal support front vertical edge 9024 and a horizontal support rear vertical edge 9025; the front vertical side 9024 and the rear vertical side 9025 of the horizontal support are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the horizontal transverse side 9023 of the horizontal support.
A vertical support 9022; comprises a vertical support front vertical edge 9026, a vertical support upper horizontal edge 9027 and a vertical support lower bottom edge 9028; the vertical support upper horizontal edge 9027 and the vertical support lower bottom edge 9028 are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the vertical support front vertical edge 9026; the upper horizontal side 9027 of the vertical support is connected with the front vertical side 9024 of the horizontal support. The end of the vertical support lower base edge 9028 is provided with a vertical reinforcing flange 9029.
The top plate front flange 108 is provided with a front frame insertion slit between the top plate main bodies 101 for inserting the upper frame front flange 9012 of the upper frame 901 of the front frame 9.
The front vertical edge 9024 of the horizontal support is connected with the upper horizontal edge 9027 of the vertical support; the horizontal transverse edge 9023 of the horizontal support is consistent with the horizontal folding edge 9015 of the upper frame in front and back size.
The left door plate 7 and the right door plate 8 are both in the prior art and are respectively connected with the left frame 903 and the right frame 904 through hinges to be used as file cabinet doors;
two bottom foot plates 11 are further arranged at the bottom of the thin-edge file cabinet, and the bottom foot plates 11 are respectively fixed on the front frame 9 and the back plate 3 through screws. The footing plate 11 is constructed by a seventh thin iron plate metal plate, and comprises a rectangular footing plate upper plate 1101, four supporting vertical plates at four edges below the footing plate upper plate 1101, and four supporting bottom plates arranged at the outer sides of the edges of the four supporting vertical plates; the four supporting vertical plates are respectively a left supporting vertical plate 1121 arranged at the left side edge of the base plate upper plate 1101, a right supporting vertical plate 1103 arranged at the right side edge of the base plate upper plate 1101, a front supporting vertical plate 1104 arranged at the front side edge of the base plate upper plate 1101, and a rear supporting vertical plate 1105 arranged at the rear side edge of the base plate upper plate 1101; the four supporting bottom plates are respectively a left supporting bottom plate 1106 arranged on the outer side of the left supporting vertical plate 1121, a right supporting bottom plate 1107 arranged on the outer side of the right supporting vertical plate 1103, a front supporting bottom plate 1108 arranged on the outer side of the front supporting vertical plate 1104 and a rear supporting bottom plate 1109 arranged on the outer side of the rear supporting vertical plate 1105.
The front end and the rear end of the baseboard upper plate 1101 are respectively provided with a screw connection hole 1120, at least one clamping piece 1121 is respectively arranged on the corresponding left supporting vertical plate 1121 and the right supporting vertical plate 1103, and the clamping pieces 1121 are formed by stamping the corresponding supporting vertical plate.
During assembly, corresponding holes are formed in the front frame 9 and the back plate 3, the front end and the rear end of the bottom foot plate 11 are fixed to the front frame 9 and the back plate 3 through screws respectively, and the clamping piece 1121 of the bottom foot plate 11 is bent to clamp the lower folded edges of the left side plate 4 and the right side plate 5 to fix the bottom foot plate.
When the veneer file cabinet needs to be provided with veneers, supports can be installed through the row holes arranged on the left frame 903 and the right frame 904 and the veneer support installing grooves 310 on the back plate, and then the veneers are supported between the left frame 903 and the right frame 904.
The hinge mounting holes 9046 are arranged and matched according to the mounting requirements of the hinge.
The related corner connectors 905, the hinge, the right door plate 8, the left door plate 7, the corner pad and the movable laminate are all products which are publicly sold in the prior art and can be commercially purchased from the market. The fitting structure of the installation door plate and the door lock is the prior art.
When in installation, the steps are as follows:
1. assembling the front frame 9: fixing an upper frame 901, a lower frame 902, a left frame 903 and a right frame 904 which form a front frame 9 together by using an angle code 905; then clamping the front frame 9 into the front frame mounting grooves at the front ends of the left side plate 4 and the right side plate 5;
2. clamping the back plate 3 into the mounting grooves at the rear ends of the left side plate 4 and the right side plate 5;
3. the bottom plate 6 is placed in the assembled frame and moves downwards, so that the bottom plate is clamped into the corresponding bottom plate mounting parts of the left side plate 4, the right side plate 5 and the back plate 3; wherein:
a bottom plate left folding edge 603 and a bottom plate right folding edge 604 of the bottom plate 6 are respectively inserted into a gap between the bottom plate fixing strip 405 and the left side plate main body 400 or the right side plate main body, so that the bottom plate is fixed;
the stamping protrusions 605 are inserted into the bottom plate fixing grooves 4051 on the bottom plate fixing strips 405 to be matched with each other, so that the bottom plate 6 is fixed, and the bottom plate 6 is prevented from moving up, down, left and right;
the bottom plate rear folded edge 602 is inserted into the gap between the bottom plate rear fixing strip 302 and the back plate main body 301;
4. placing the top plate 1 on the top end of the file cabinet, so that the side plate fixing convex pieces 406 arranged at the upper ends of the left side plate 4 and the right side plate 5 are inserted into the side plate fixing holes 106 at the left side and the right side of the top plate 1; the top plate 1 is moved backwards to enable the front end and the rear end of the top plate 1 to be flush with the left side plate 4 and the right side plate 5, and meanwhile, the front edge folding 9012 of the upper frame 901 of the front frame 9 is clamped into the front frame insertion groove between the front edge folding 108 of the top plate at the front end of the top plate 1 and the top plate main body 101;
5. bending a side plate limiting sheet 407 arranged on the side plate to clamp the side plate limiting sheet into a side plate limiting groove 107 arranged on the top plate 1, so that the top plate 1 is limited and cannot move;
6. the inner top plate 2 is placed into the file cabinet, the back folded edge and the back plate upper folded edge 304 are inserted into the back end clamping groove of the top plate 1 together, then the inner top plate 2 is pushed upwards, and the fixing bulge 208 arranged at the front end of the front end vertical folded edge 202 is clamped into the inner top plate fixing groove 9020 arranged on the front frame 9;
7. the front frame 9 and the bottom plate are connected together by screws, so that the strength of the cabinet body is enhanced;
8. the front end and the rear end of the bottom foot plate 11 are respectively fixed on the front frame 9 and the back plate 3 by screws, and the clamping piece of the bottom foot plate 11 is bent to clamp the lower folded edges of the left side plate 4 and the right side plate 5;
9. installing the laminate 12 at a proper height in the file cabinet by using a laminate buckle and a laminate fixing block as required;
10. the left door plate 7 and the right door plate 8 are mounted in hinge mounting holes of a left frame 903 and a right frame 904 of the front frame 9 by using screws; thereby completing the basic structural assembly of the file cabinet.

the top plate (1) is positioned at the top of the file cabinet and comprises a rectangular top plate main body (101), a top plate left folding edge (102), a top plate right folding edge (103), a top plate reinforcing plate (104), a top plate decorative folding edge (105), a top plate front folding edge (108) and a top plate rear folding edge (109); the top plate left folding edge (102), the top plate right folding edge (103), the top plate front folding edge (108) and the top plate rear folding edge (109) are integrated with the top plate main body (101) into a whole and are formed by machining a first thin iron plate;
