本实用新型涉及一种人类必需品,尤其是一种轮,为了克服现有技术中充气轮胎在结构上遇超过轮胎厚度之尖锐物(如:钉子)即刺破,从而漏气的不足,本实用新型提供一种防止被3.5CM及以下尖锐物刺破的轮胎。本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:轮胎厚3.8CM,从而避免常规尖锐物(3.5CM及以下)刺破轮胎,胎体厚0.9CM,从而行驶遇震时(如:路坑、减速带),胎体仍与常规轮胎差不多厚度而内凹,纹路随胎体内凹从而不影响轮胎弹性。本实用新型的有效效果是:凡遇3.5CM及以下尖锐物,可通过轮胎结构避免充气轮胎被刺破。

背景技术:
现有的充气轮胎在结构上遇超过轮胎厚度之尖锐物(如:钉子)即刺破,从而漏气。
实用新型内容:
为了克服现有技术中充气轮胎在结构上遇超过轮胎厚度之尖锐物(如:钉子)即刺破,从而漏气的不足,本实用新型提供一种防止被3.5CM及以下尖锐物刺破的轮胎。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种防止被3.5CM及以下尖锐物刺破的轮胎,包括胎面、缓冲层、胎体、胎侧、钢丝包布、下三角胶、钢丝圈,轮胎厚3.8CM,从而避免常规尖锐物(3.5CM 及以下)刺破轮胎,纹路高3.35CM,呈工字形,由“工”字的竖纹支撑两撇纹,且工字形纹路呈50度角度上窄下宽梯形,类似于半金塔状,每个“工”字纹路互不相连,工字纹路交错(工字纹路共两列,左边每两个工字纹路中间距离的右边有一个工字纹路,从而交替抓住地面),胎体厚0.9CM,从而行驶遇震时(如:路坑、减速带),胎体仍与常规轮胎差不多厚度而内凹,纹路随胎体内凹从而不影响轮胎弹性。缓冲层位于胎面及胎体中间,胎侧位于轮胎两侧,钢丝包布及下三角胶包裹钢丝圈。
本实用新型的有效效果是:凡遇常规尖锐物(3.5CM及以下)可通过轮胎结构避免充气轮胎被刺破。

具体实施方式:
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示:
1.炼胶:按固定比例将橡胶、炭黑、油料、化学添加剂混合在一起,制成橡胶片,
2.押出:把橡胶片放入押出机,通过挤压成型,形成组装轮胎所需的形状,
3.成网和切割:按固定比例将橡胶、炭黑、油料、化学添加剂混合在一起,制成橡胶片,
4.钢丝圈成型:用凸缘押出机在钢丝带束层外面形成橡胶涂层,然后针对不同轮胎的规格,按不同的扎数和直径反复缠绕
5.成型:把上述流程生产的部件送往成型区,然后把胎面、胎侧等放在成型鼓上,组装成生胎,
6.硫化:对生胎处理后,送至硫化机,硫化一定时间,本阶段形成轮胎的纹路,
7.修剪/成品检验:为保证轮胎的质量符合标准,经硫化的轮胎最后送至修整剪区,并进行成品检测。

1.一种防止被3.5CM及以下尖锐物刺破的轮胎,包括胎面(1)、缓冲层(2)、胎体(3)、胎侧(4)、下三角胶(5)、钢丝圈(6),其特征在于:轮胎厚3.8CM,纹路高3.35CM,胎面(1)位于轮胎最外层,往内依次为:缓冲层(2)、胎体(3),轮胎左右两侧为胎侧(4),钢丝圈(6)位于胎侧(4)最里层,四周为下三角胶(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止被3.5CM及以下尖锐物刺破的轮胎,其特征在于:胎面(1)纹路呈工字形,工字纹路呈50度角度上窄下宽梯形,每个“工”字纹路互不相连,工字纹路交错,工字纹路共两列,左边每两个工字纹路中间距离的右边有一个工字纹路。
