The second air outlet 231 may be disposed on the clamping surface 212, so that the air discharged from the second air outlet 231 flows to the target. And a sensor may be further disposed in the clamping plate 21 so as to sense whether the two clamping plates 21 are in the closed position, the sensor is, for example, but not limited to, an optical sensor or a contact sensor, and the sensor is electrically connected to the control assembly 15, and in practical applications, the control assembly 15 can only control the operation of the air suction assembly 12 when the sensor detects that the two clamping plates 21 are in the closed position, and the air suction assembly 12 cannot operate when any one of the clamping plates 21 is in the open position, so that the airflow flowing out from the first air outlet 111 can be completely discharged into the two air flow channels 23 instead of being directly discharged to a target object.

The clamping portion 2 is further provided with a third air inlet 117 corresponding to the first air inlet 112, so that when the clamping portion is in a closed state, the first air inlet 112 is communicated with the atmosphere through the third air inlet 117.

Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the first screen 13 is planar or curved. When the first filter screen 13 is planar, the clamping plate 21 rotates relative to the first rotating shaft 31 during the rolling process of the rolling member 22, the pressing force between the rolling member 22 and the first filter screen 13 is gradually increased during the movement process of the rolling member 22 from the closed state to the open state, and the deformation degree of the elastic shaft sleeve 222 is larger; when first screen 13 is not planar, the design may be such that the pressing force between roller 22 and first screen 13 is kept constant during rolling of roller 22 against first screen 13, and specifically, first screen 13 includes first sub-screen 131 and second sub-screen 132 connected to each other. Accordingly, the two clamping plates 21 are a first clamping plate 21 and a second clamping plate 21, respectively. When the rolling members 22 roll along the first filter mesh 13, the rolling members 22 of the first clamping plate 21 roll along the first sub-filter mesh 131, the rolling members 22 of the second clamping plate 21 roll along the second sub-filter mesh 132, and the two rolling shafts 221 are parallel to the two first rotating shafts 31, the rolling shafts 221 on the first clamping plate 21 make circular motion (circular motion refers to a part of circular motion) relative to the first rotating shafts 31 connecting the first clamping plate 21 and the main body 1, the rolling shafts 221 on the second clamping plate 21 make circular motion relative to the first rotating shafts 31 connecting the second clamping plate 21 and the main body 1, the extending direction of the first sub-filter mesh 131 is consistent with the moving direction of the rolling shafts 221 on the first clamping plate 21, and the extending direction of the second sub-filter mesh 132 is consistent with the moving direction of the rolling shafts 221 on the second clamping plate 21, so that the pressing force between the rolling members 22 and the first filter mesh 13 can be kept unchanged.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in addition, when in the closed state, the two clamping plates 21 are attached to each other at a position close to the first air outlet 111 to form a sealing area, and the sealing area is opposite to the flow guide plate 17. Specifically, the two clamping plates 21 are provided with sealing portions 24 at positions close to the first air outlet 111, each sealing portion 24 is provided with a joint surface, and when the two clamping plates 21 are located at the closed position, the two joint surfaces of the two sealing portions 24 are mutually jointed to form a sealing area; or, two splint 21 all are equipped with sealing portion 24 in the position that is close to first air outlet 111, all are fixed with sealed the pad 26 on each sealing portion 24, and when two splint 21 all were located closed position, two sealed pads 26 laminated each other and formed the sealing area, so can make two splint 21 can not produce the clearance when the closure state between the two, prevent that the air current from leaking.
The rolling member 22 is located between first filter screen 13 and sealing portion 24, and when two splint 21 all were located closed position, two rolling members 22 of two splint 21 butt each other, so can make rolling member 22 except that possess the function of the relative main part 1 motion of guide clamping part 2 in order to improve stability when moving, still possess the effect of drainage, be about to blow to the air current guide of first air outlet 111 to flowing towards the both sides of rolling member 22.
Referring to fig. 11 to 14, a schematic structural view of a hair setting device 100 according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown. Preferably, first filter screen 13 and drainage plate 17 are integrated into one piece's overall structure, do not have the installation gap between first filter screen 13 and the drainage plate 17, so except can increasing structural strength and reducing the volume, can also strengthen the guide effect to the air current.
The flow guide plate 17 divides the first filter screen 13 into a first sub-filter screen 131 and a second sub-filter screen 132, when the first sub-filter screen is in a closed state, the air outlet of the first sub-filter screen 131 is communicated with the second air inlet 232 of one of the clamping plates 21, and the air outlet of the second sub-filter screen 132 is communicated with the second air inlet 232 of the other one of the clamping plates 21.
The drainage plate 17 is a flat plate, a V-shape or a V-like shape, but not limited thereto. Preferably, the flow guide plate 17 is V-like shaped. When the flow guide plate 17 is not flat, the flow guide plate 17 includes a first plate body 171 and a second plate body 172, the first plate body 171 includes a first end and a second end opposite to each other, the second plate body 172 includes a third end and a fourth end opposite to each other, the first end is connected to the first sub-filter 131, the second end is connected to the fourth end, the third end is connected to the second sub-filter 132, the second end extends toward the position where the air suction assembly 12 is located opposite to the first end, and the fourth end extends toward the position where the air suction assembly 12 is located opposite to the third end. When the air flow is blown to the flow guide plate 17, a portion of the air flow flows along the first plate 171 to the first sub-screen 131 and enters the air flow passage 23 of one of the clamping plates 21, and another portion of the air flow flows along the second plate 172 to the second sub-screen 132 and enters the air flow passage 23 of the other clamping plate 21, thereby enhancing the air flow guiding effect.
In addition, the drainage plate 17 faces the sealing area, so that the air flow can flow to the sealing area only by bypassing the drainage plate 17, and most of the air flow enters the air flow channel 23 under the action of the drainage plate 17, so that only a very small amount of air flow can flow to the sealing area, and air leakage in the sealing area is basically avoided.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the roller 22 and the drainage plate 17 may be disposed at the same time, when the drainage plate 17 is integrally formed with the first filter screen 13 and formed into a plane shape, the roller 22 may roll along the drainage plate 17 and the first filter screen 13, and when the drainage plate 17 is integrally formed with the first filter screen 13 but the drainage plate 17 is V-shaped or similar to V-shaped, the roller 22 may roll along the first filter screen 13.
Referring to fig. 1, 5 and 7, when the hair setting device 100 is not in use, the hair setting device 100 needs to be stored, and therefore, the hair setting device 100 may further include a locking member 4 for keeping the two clamping plates 21 in the closed position.
In practical application, the locking member 4 may adopt a magnetic attraction locking manner, a collar locking manner or a buckle locking manner, but not limited thereto.
When the magnetic attraction locking mode is adopted, the locking member 4 comprises a first magnetic member (not shown in the figure) and a second magnetic member (not shown in the figure), the first magnetic member is positioned on the first clamping plate 21, the second magnetic member is positioned on the second clamping plate 21, and in the closed state, the magnetic attraction force between the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member is greater than the tension of the elastic member 32 so as to keep the two clamping plates 21 at the closed position; or, the locking member 4 includes a first magnetic member and two second magnetic members, the first magnetic member is located on the main body 1, the two second magnetic members are respectively located on the two clamping plates 21, and in the closed state, the magnetic attraction force between the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member is greater than the tension of the elastic member 32 so as to keep the two clamping plates 21 in the closed position.
When using a collar locking arrangement, the locking member 4 comprises a collar that fits over the clamping portion 2, the collar fitting over the two jaws 21 when in the closed position, so that the two jaws 21 are held in the closed position.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, when the locking manner is adopted, the locking member 4 includes a locking member 41 and a locking slot 42, one of the locking member 41 and the locking slot 42 is disposed on the main body portion 1, the other of the locking member 41 and the locking slot 42 is disposed on the clamping portion 2, the locking slot 42 includes a first sliding slot 421 extending along a first direction (pointed by an arrow a) and a second sliding slot 422 communicating along a second direction (pointed by an arrow b), the first sliding slot 421 communicates with the second sliding slot 422, and the first direction is not parallel to the second direction; when the clamping plate 21 moves relative to the main body 1, the fastener 41 is located in the first sliding groove 421 and slides relative to the first sliding groove 421; when both clamping plates 21 are in the closed position, the catch 41 is pushed to make the catch 41 enter the second runner 422 to realize that the two clamping plates 21 are kept in the closed position.
Taking the example that the latch 41 is disposed on the main body 1 and the slot 42 is disposed on the holding portion 2, the latch 41 includes a base plate 411, a main push rod 412, a first sliding rod 413 and a second sliding rod 414, the main push rod 412, the first sliding rod 413 and the second sliding rod 414 are respectively disposed fixedly with the base plate 411, the base plate 411 is disposed inside the main housing 11 and is movable relative to the main housing 11, the main housing 11 is provided with a first through hole 114, a second through hole 115 and a third through hole 116 extending along a third direction (the third direction is disposed parallel to the second direction), wherein the main push rod 412 passes through the first through hole 114 and is slidable along the first through hole 114, the first sliding rod 413 passes through the second through hole 115 and is slidable along the second through hole 115, the second sliding rod 414 passes through the third through hole 116 and is slidable along the third through hole 116, edge portions of the two clamping plates 21 are recessed to avoid the main push rod 412, the slot 42 is provided with two (i.e. two first sliding grooves 421 and two second sliding grooves, each clamping plate 21 is provided with one clamping groove 42 (that is, each clamping plate 21 is provided with a first sliding groove 421 and a second sliding groove 422 which are mutually communicated), the first sliding rod 413 passes through the second through hole 115 and then extends into one of the clamping grooves 42, and the second sliding rod 414 passes through the third through hole 116 and then extends into the other clamping groove 42. When the clamp plate 21 moves relative to the main body 1, the first sliding rod 413 and the second sliding rod 414 are both located in the first sliding slot 421, and the first sliding rod 413 and the second sliding rod 414 both move relative to the first sliding slot 421, the first sliding rod 413 and the second sliding rod 115 are stationary, and the second sliding rod 414 and the third sliding rod 116 are stationary. When the two clamping plates 21 are in the closed position, the third direction is parallel to the second direction, when the main push rod 412 is pushed, the main push rod 412 slides along the first through hole 114, and drives the first sliding rod 413 to slide along the second through hole 115 and enter the second sliding groove 422 from the first sliding groove 421, and the second sliding rod 414 slides along the third through hole 116 and enter the second sliding groove 422 from the first sliding groove 421, so that the two clamping plates 21 are kept in the closed position. 1. A hair styling device, comprising:
the main body part comprises a main body shell and an air suction assembly, the main body shell is provided with a first cavity, a first air inlet and a first air outlet which are communicated with each other, and the air suction assembly is positioned in the first cavity;
the clamping part is used for clamping a target object and comprises two clamping plates, the two clamping plates are oppositely arranged on two sides of the main body part, and an air flow channel is arranged in at least one clamping plate;
wherein at least one of the jaws has an open position and a closed position relative to the body portion, the clamp releasing the object when one of the jaws is in the open position; when the air suction assembly works, external air flows in from the first air inlet, sequentially flows through the first cavity, the first air outlet and the air flow channel, and then is discharged to the target object.
2. The hair styling device according to claim 1, wherein the first outlet has a first screen, and the clamp having an open position and a closed position relative to the body has a roller adjacent the first screen, the roller rolling on the first screen when the clamp moves relative to the body.
3. The hair setting device of claim 2, wherein the rolling member comprises a roller and an elastic sleeve, the elastic sleeve being fitted over the roller, the elastic sleeve being deformed in response to a pressing force between the rolling member and the first filter when the rolling member rolls along the first filter.
4. The hair styling device according to claim 3, wherein the first screen is planar.
5. The hair setting device of claim 2, wherein the rolling member maintains a constant pressing force between the rolling member and the first filter during rolling of the rolling member against the first filter.
6. The hair styling device according to claim 3, wherein said clamping plates are identical in construction, and wherein said rolling members of said clamping plates abut each other when said clamping plates are in said closed position.
7. The hair styling device according to claim 6, wherein the first screen comprises a first sub-screen and a second sub-screen connected to each other, and wherein the roller of one of the clamping plates rolls along the first sub-screen and the roller of the other of the clamping plates rolls along the second sub-screen when the rollers roll along the first screen.
8. The hair setting device of claim 7, wherein each of the clamping plates is rotatably coupled to the main body by a first rotating shaft, the first rotating shaft and the first rotating shaft are parallel to each other, the rotating shaft of each of the clamping plates is in a circular arc motion with respect to the first rotating shaft coupling the clamping plate and the main body, the first sub-filters extend in a direction corresponding to a moving direction of the rotating shaft of the clamping plate rolling therealong, and the second sub-filters extend in a direction corresponding to a moving direction of the rotating shaft of the clamping plate rolling therealong.
9. The hair styling device according to claim 2, wherein the two clamping plates are provided with a sealing portion at a position close to the first air outlet, each sealing portion is provided with an abutting surface, and when the two clamping plates are in the closed position, the two abutting surfaces of the two sealing portions abut against each other; or, two splint in being close to the position of first air outlet all is equipped with sealing, each all be fixed with sealed the pad in the sealing, work as two splint all are located during the closed position, two sealed pad is laminated each other.
10. The hair styling device according to claim 9, wherein the rolling member is located between the first screen and the sealing portion.
