The lower clamp plate 100 includes a second bottom case 130 and a second cover 131. The second cover 131 and the second bottom case 130 cover to form the first cavity 101. The first mounting position and the first air inlet 102 are arranged on the second surface cover 131.

In this embodiment, the air deflector 223 can effectively prevent the air flow from entering the position of the control circuit board 3, thereby preventing dust from accumulating on the control circuit board 3 and protecting the control circuit board 3.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 7, an arc transition surface 109 is disposed at one end of the lower clamping plate 100 close to the first air inlet 102, an installation position is disposed on the arc transition surface 109, and the upper clamping plate 200 is pivotally connected to the installation position; the upper splint 200 is provided with an arc surface 208 that cooperates with the arc transition surface 109. In this embodiment, when the clamping plate assembly 1 and the upper clamping plate assembly 2 are clamped and opened, the arc surface 208 is attached to and rotates on the arc transition surface 109; so that the structure of the hair straightener is more compact and beautiful.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 7, an installation sliding groove (labeled in the drawing) is disposed at one end of the lower splint 100 close to the arc transition surface 109, one end of the installation sliding groove penetrates through the arc transition surface 109, and a limit push block 500 is slidably disposed in the installation sliding groove. A limiting groove is formed in the arc surface of the upper clamping plate 200, and a limiting protrusion 209 extending downwards is formed at the outer end of the limiting groove; the upper clamping plate 200 and the lower clamping plate 100 are clamped to push the limiting push block 500 to extend into the mounting chute, and the limiting push block 500 limits the upper clamping plate 200 to be opened. In this embodiment, when collecting the packing with the hair straightener, can push spacing ejector pad 500 into spacing punch holder 200 of spacing inslot, avoid punch holder 200 to open, the packing of being convenient for.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, an elastic portion 100b extends from one end of the mounting chute, a limiting protrusion 100c extends upwards from a free end of the elastic portion 100b, and a limiting slot is formed at the bottom of the limiting push block 500. When the limiting push block 500 extends into the limiting groove, the limiting protrusion 100c is clamped in the limiting clamping groove. Thereby achieving the limiting function of the limiting push block 500.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the lower plate 100 has a plurality of first grooves 100a, and the first air outlets 104 are distributed in each of the first grooves 100 a. The upper clamping plate 200 is provided with a plurality of second grooves 200a, and the second air outlets 103 are distributed in the second grooves 200 a. In the embodiment, when hair is curled, the hair is wound on the outer surfaces of the lower clamp plate 100 and the upper clamp plate 200, the hair can be prevented from blocking the first air outlet 104 and the second air outlet 103, and then the air flow can be blown out from the first groove 100a and the second groove 200a, so that the hair can be cooled rapidly.

Claims (22)

1. An air-cooled hair straightener structure comprises a lower clamping plate assembly, an upper clamping plate assembly and a control circuit board; the hot plate cooling device is characterized in that the lower clamping plate assembly comprises a lower clamping plate, a lower heating plate assembly and a fan; a first cavity is formed in the lower clamping plate, a first air opening and a first mounting position are respectively arranged at two ends of the top of the lower clamping plate, the lower heating plate assembly is arranged in the first mounting position, and the fan is arranged at one end, close to the first air opening, of the first cavity; an air inlet hole is formed in the end part, close to the fan, of the lower clamping plate, and a plurality of first air outlet holes are distributed in the outer side, close to one end of the lower heating plate assembly; the upper clamping plate assembly comprises an upper clamping plate and an upper heating plate assembly, and the upper clamping plate is pivoted with the lower clamping plate; a second cavity is arranged in the upper clamping plate, a second mounting position is arranged at the bottom of the free end of the upper clamping plate, a second air port is arranged at the bottom of the other end of the upper clamping plate and communicated with the first air port, the upper heating assembly is arranged in the second mounting position, and a plurality of second air outlet holes are formed in the outer side of the upper clamping plate; an air deflector is arranged at the opening part of the first air port, the other end of the air deflector is overlapped at the end part of the second air port, and the inclination angle of the air deflector changes along with the change of the angle of clamping the lower clamping plate assembly and the upper clamping plate assembly, so that the air deflector is always overlapped at the end part of the second air port; the control circuit board is arranged in the first cavity or the second cavity and is electrically connected with the lower heating plate assembly and the upper heating plate assembly.
2. The air-cooled hair straightener structure of claim 1, characterized in that; the air deflector is inclined towards the airflow direction of the fan.
3. The air-cooled hair straightener structure of claim 1, characterized in that: connecting columns extend from two sides of the lower end of the air deflector, and the connecting columns are rotatably connected with two side walls of the first air port.

The air-cooled hair straightener structure of claim 3, characterized in that: the connecting column is sleeved with a torsion spring, one end of the torsion spring is limited at the end part of the first air port, the other end of the torsion spring is limited on the air deflector, and the free end of the air deflector is always lapped at the end part of the second air port.
5. The air-cooled hair straightener structure of claim 4, characterized in that: and two sides of the lower end of the air deflector are provided with clearance grooves for clearance of the torsion spring.

The air-cooled hair straightener structure of any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that: two sides of the first air port extend upwards to form first side plates, two sides of the opening of the second air port extend downwards to form second side plates, and the two first side plates are located between the two second side plates; the two second side plates, the two first side plates and the air guide plate enable the first cavity to be communicated with the second cavity and form a closed space.
