In other embodiments of the present application, the first housing 16 and the first clamping body 15 may also be integrally connected, and then both the first housing 16 and the first clamping body 15 are insulating members, such as plastic. The second housing 26 and the second clamping body 25 can also be integrally connected, and then the second housing 26 and the second clamping body 25 are both insulating members, such as plastic.
In some embodiments of the present application, the surfaces of the first and second housings 16, 26 are provided with a plurality of heat sinks. As shown in fig. 6, it is a schematic structural diagram of the first housing 16 or the second housing 26 having a plurality of heat dissipation ports on its surface. Optionally, the heat dissipation ports are arranged in an array. Optionally, the surface of the heat dissipation opening is recessed in the outer surface of the first housing 16 or the second housing 26, and is disposed in a plurality of recessed steps regularly arranged on the surface of the first housing 16 or the second housing 26. The heat dissipation ports on the first shell 16 or the second shell 26 allow the body to dissipate heat, so that the temperature is reduced as soon as possible, and meanwhile, the hair wound on the body is cooled rapidly, the damage of high temperature to the hair is reduced, and the hair is cooled and shaped better.
In some embodiments of the present application, the first clamping body 15 and the second clamping body 25 are further provided with heat insulation decoration parts, such as a first heat insulation decoration part 17 and a second heat insulation decoration part 27, respectively, as shown in fig. 4 and 5. The first heat-insulating trim 17 is disposed on the first grip body 15 and partially extends to the first housing 16, and the second heat-insulating trim 27 is disposed on the second grip body 25 and partially extends to the second housing 26. The first heat-insulation decorating part 17 and the second heat-insulation decorating part 27 are made of silica gel, are designed for preventing scalding hands, and avoid discomfort caused by high temperature of the machine body in use.
In some embodiments of the present application, the top ends of the first and second clamping bodies 15 and 25 are respectively provided with a plurality of first and second heat dissipating ports 151 and 251. The first heat dissipation openings 151 and the second heat dissipation openings 251 are respectively communicated with the cavities in the first clamping component 1 and the second clamping component 2, so that hot air in the equipment can be effectively discharged out of the machine body.
In some embodiments of the present application, the ends of the first and second housings 16, 26 are provided with insulative trim pieces, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, labeled as first and second insulative trim pieces 18, 28, respectively. The material of insulating decoration is silica gel, for preventing scalding the design of pressing the hand, is used for first centre gripping subassembly 1 with the part is prevented scalding in tip design of second centre gripping subassembly 2, is in when convenience of customers uses the tip of equipment is operated, avoids the discomfort that brings because of the fuselage high temperature when using.
Further, the first clamping assembly 1 further comprises a first cover plate 19 connected to the first clamping body 15. After the first cover plate is buckled with the first clamping main body, a part of the air guide channel inside the first clamping assembly is formed inside the first cover plate. In some embodiments of the present application, the opening of the first tuyere 12 is also provided at one end of the first cover plate 19.
The second clamping assembly 2 further comprises a second cover plate 29 attached to the second clamping body 25. The second cover plate 29 is fastened to the second clamping main body 25, and forms a part of the air guide passage inside the second clamping assembly 2. In some embodiments of the present application, the openings of the second air inlet 22 and the first air inlet 23 are also disposed on the second cover plate 29, and optionally, the openings of the second air inlet 22 and the first air inlet 23 are respectively disposed on two sides of the second cover plate 29.
In some embodiments of the present application, the hair styling apparatus further comprises a cold air device 15 disposed at the first end of the second clamping assembly 2, wherein the cold air device 15 is also disposed in a cavity formed after the second cover plate 29 is fastened to the second clamping body 25.
Referring to fig. 4, the cold air device 15 includes a fan blade, a motor bracket, and the like, and the motor drives the fan blade to suck air from an air inlet and guide the air out through the second air port 22, the fifth air port 241, and a plurality of heat dissipation ports disposed at the top end of the second heating main body 25. Or, the motor drives the fan blades to suck wind from the wind inlet, one part of the wind is guided into the first wind port 12 through the second wind port 22 and finally guided out from the fourth wind port and a plurality of heat dissipation ports arranged at the top end of the first clamping main body 15, and the other part of the wind is guided out through the fifth wind port and a plurality of heat dissipation ports arranged at the top end of the second clamping main body 25.
In some embodiments of the present application, the hair styling apparatus further comprises a control portion 5, wherein the control portion 5 is connected to the second clamping assembly 2; for example, the control portion 5 is integrally connected to the second clamp assembly. In some embodiments, the control portion 5 may also be detachably connected to the second clamping assembly. The material of the control portion 5 may be an insulating material, such as a plastic member.
Furthermore, in some embodiments of the present application, the control portion 5 includes a control portion main body 54 (shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is labeled as a half of the control portion main body, and the other half is connected to the second clamping main body)) and a rotating sleeve 51 sleeved on the outer surface of the control portion main body 54, the rotating sleeve 51 rotates at different angles, corresponding to different gears of the hair styling apparatus, the different gears may correspond to different heating temperatures of the first heating plate and the second heating plate and/or different wind speeds of the cold air device, and the gears may be set according to actual needs, for example, 3 to 5 gears.
Further, the equipment also comprises a tail ring 52 connected to one end, far away from the second clamping component 2, of the control part 5, wherein the tail ring 52 is detachably arranged at the tail end of the control part and matched with the shape and the size of the end face of the rotating sleeve 51 to seal the end face of the rotating sleeve. Wherein, the middle part of the tail ring 52 is provided with an opening for the power line 6 to pass through, so that the power line 6 is connected to the circuit board in the control part. In other embodiments of the present application, the tail ring 52 may also be designed integrally with the rotating sleeve 51. Optionally, the tail ring is of a hollow structure and used for guiding cold air. That is, the tail end of the control part 5 is another air inlet of the device.
In some embodiments of the present application, the hair styling apparatus further comprises a decoration ring 55, wherein the decoration ring 55 is disposed at an end of the control end 5 close to the second clamping assembly, and is nested with the rotary sleeve. The decorative ring may be used as an indicator light that lights up when the device is heated, as an indication of temperature or power on or off.
Referring to fig. 8, which is a schematic view of an air inlet channel of the hair styling apparatus, when the first clamping assembly of the hair styling apparatus does not include the first air inlet 12, the first clamping assembly does not include an air inlet. The air inlet of the second clamping assembly comprises a first air inlet 23 and the tail end of the control part, namely the hollow structure of the tail ring. As indicated by the a arrow in fig. 8.
When the first clamping component of the hair styling device comprises the first air opening 12, the air inlet of the first clamping component is the first air opening 12, and cold air entering from the first air inlet 23 and the tail end of the control part enters the first air opening 12 from the second air opening 22 under the action of a cold air device. The arrow A in FIG. 8 indicates the air inlet of the second clamping assembly, and the arrow B indicates the air inlet of the first clamping assembly.
Referring to fig. 9, a schematic view of an air outlet channel of the hair styling apparatus is shown. When the first clamping assembly of the hair styling apparatus does not include the first air opening 12, the first clamping assembly has no air outlet.
When the first grip member of the hair styling apparatus includes the first air opening 12, cool air enters the first grip member from the first air opening 12, and is blown out from the fourth air opening 141 and the first heat dissipation opening 151. After entering from the first air inlet 23 and the tail end of the control portion, the cool air of the second clamping assembly is blown out from the fifth air inlet 241 and the second heat dissipation opening 251.

Claims (19)

1. A hair styling apparatus, comprising:
a first clamping assembly and a second clamping assembly, the first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly being disposed opposite one another, a first end of the first clamping assembly being configured to be removably coupled to a first end of the second clamping assembly, and the first clamping assembly being angularly expandable relative to the second clamping assembly,
and the second air opening is positioned on the opposite surface between the first end and the second end of the first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly.
2. The hair styling apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first clamping assembly has a first air opening disposed therein, the first air opening being located on an opposite surface between the first and second ends of the first and second clamping assemblies, the first and second air openings being configured to form a third air channel between the first and second clamping assemblies when coupled, the third air channel directing cool air from within the second clamping assembly into the first clamping assembly.
3. The hair styling apparatus of claim 2, wherein the first air opening is a protrusion with a channel, the second air opening is a recess with a channel, or the second air opening is a protrusion with a channel, the first air opening is a recess with a channel, wherein the protrusion and the recess are adapted to be connected, and when the first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly are closed, the third air channel is formed by communication between the channel of the protrusion and the channel of the recess.
4. The hair styling apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the first air port and the second air port are connected to form the third air passage by a hollow flexible connector having elasticity.
5. The hair styling apparatus according to claim 3 or 4,
the first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly respectively comprise a first heating plate and a second heating plate which are respectively arranged on the opposite surfaces of the second ends of the first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly;
the fourth air port is arranged on one side or two sides of the first heating plate and used for guiding out the cold air guided from the first air port;
and the fifth air openings are arranged on one side or two sides of the second heating plate and used for guiding out cold air guided from the air inlet of the second clamping assembly.
6. The hair styling apparatus according to claim 5, wherein said air intake comprises a first air intake located at a first end of said second clamping assembly and proximate to a junction of said first and second clamping assemblies.
7. The hair styling apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising
The control part is connected with the second clamping assembly;
and the cold air device is arranged in the second clamping assembly and is positioned between the first air inlet and the second air inlet.
8. The hair styling apparatus according to claim 7, wherein said control portion is integrally connected to said second clamping assembly.
9. The hair styling apparatus according to claim 8, wherein said control portion comprises:
a main body of the control part is provided with a plurality of grooves,
the rotating sleeve is sleeved on the outer surface of the control part main body and can rotate relative to the control part main body; and
and the tail ring is connected to one end, far away from the first clamping assembly or the second clamping assembly, of the control part.
10. The hair styling apparatus according to claim 9, wherein said tail ring is hollow for introducing cool air.
11. The hair styling apparatus according to claim 9, wherein said control portion further comprises a decorative ring disposed at an end of said control portion adjacent said second clamping assembly, in nested engagement with said swivel sleeve.
12. The hair styling apparatus according to claim 2,
the first clamping assembly comprises a first clamping main body and a first shell, the first shell covers part of the surface of the first clamping main body and is arranged opposite to the first heating plate, and/or
The second clamping assembly comprises a second clamping main body and a second shell, and the second shell covers part of the surface of the second clamping main body and is arranged opposite to the second heating plate.
13. The hair styling apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the surfaces of said first and second housings are provided with a plurality of heat sinks.
14. The hair styling apparatus according to claim 13, wherein said heat vents are arranged in an array.
15. The hair styling apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the first and second housings are metallic pieces, and the first and second clamping bodies are insulating pieces.
16. The hair styling apparatus according to claim 12, wherein said first housing and said first clamping body are integrally connected, and said second housing and said second clamping body are integrally connected.
17. The hair styling apparatus according to claim 12, further comprising heat-insulating decorative pieces provided on the first and second holding bodies and partially extending to the first and second housing surfaces.
18. The hair styling apparatus according to claim 12, further comprising insulating decorative pieces provided at ends of said first and second housings.
19. The hair styling apparatus of claim 12, wherein the top ends of the first and second heating bodies are provided with a plurality of heat radiating ports.
