As can be seen from the data in table 1, fig. 10 and table 2 above, the present embodiment has an excellent heat dissipation effect, and significantly improves the efficiency of the motor.

Claims (10)

A stator assembly with high-efficient radiating effect, the said stator assembly includes the stator core with several stator teeth, every stator tooth is equipped with the winding group through the insulating skeleton separately; the method is characterized in that first gaps are formed among the windings, and heat conducting fillers are filled and packaged in the first gaps; meanwhile, the insulating framework is provided with a hollow groove, so that a second gap which can be filled with heat-conducting fillers is formed between each winding and the corresponding stator core, and the second gap is filled with the heat-conducting fillers for packaging and forming a heat-conducting channel in the stator assembly.

The stator assembly according to claim 1, wherein the insulation framework corresponding to each stator tooth comprises a first insulation framework unit and a second insulation framework unit respectively located at two sides of the stator tooth, and the first insulation framework unit and the second insulation framework unit are clamped into a whole to realize insulation protection between the stator tooth and the corresponding winding; wherein, the side of first insulating skeleton unit and second insulating skeleton unit is equipped with 1 at least fretwork groove respectively.
3. The stator assembly of claim 2, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the first insulating frame unit are correspondingly engaged with the upper end and the lower end of the second insulating frame unit in a left-right tooth slot manner, respectively.

7. The stator assembly according to claim 1, wherein the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the insulating frame are respectively provided with a winding frame body for winding a winding.

An electric machine comprising a rotor assembly and a stator assembly magnetically coupled together, the stator assembly being located at an outer periphery of the rotor assembly, wherein the stator assembly is located inside a machine housing, the outer periphery of the machine housing being provided with a cooling channel; the stator assembly adopts the stator assembly as claimed in one of claims 1 to 7, and the heat conducting channels of the stator assembly are in heat conducting connection with the cooling channels.
9. The electric machine of claim 8 wherein said stator core is formed by stacking a plurality of stator laminations, each said stator core having a plurality of stator teeth spaced uniformly about an inner periphery thereof.

The motor according to claim 8, wherein a cooling jacket is fixedly and hermetically sleeved on the outer periphery of the motor housing, a cooling groove is formed in the inner surface of the cooling jacket, a cooling channel is formed between the cooling groove and the outer surface of the motor housing, and a liquid inlet for injecting cooling liquid and connected with the cooling liquid supply area and a liquid outlet for discharging recovered cooling liquid and connected with the cooling liquid recovery area are respectively communicated with two ends of the cooling channel.
