The cross frame 2 comprises a first rectangular frame 21, a cross bar 22 and a first reinforcing rib 23; one side of the first rectangular frame 21 is connected with the vertical frame 1, the other opposite side is connected with the connecting seat 4, and the connecting seat 4 and the first rectangular frame 21 are fixed with each other through a first reinforcing rib 23; the cross bar 22 is fixed to the inside of the first rectangular frame 21 for increasing the stability of the first rectangular frame to prevent deformation thereof and for increasing the fixing point of the cross frame to the hood panel.
The vertical frame 1 comprises a second rectangular frame 11, a mounting plate 12, two inclined rods 13, two support plates 14 and two support legs 15; the mounting plate 12 is fixed inside the second rectangular frame 11, the middle part of the mounting plate 12 is provided with a heat dissipation port, and the mounting plate not only has the function of connecting with other components, but also can enhance the overall rigidity strength of the second rectangular frame so as to ensure that the second rectangular frame is not easy to deform; two inclined rods 13 are respectively fixed at two right angles above the second rectangular frame 11; the two supporting plates 14 are respectively fixed on two sides of the top of the second rectangular frame 11, and the cross frame 2 is fixed above the supporting plates 14; two support legs 15 are fixed to both sides of the bottom of the second rectangular frame 11, respectively.
Each support plate 15 and the second rectangular frame 11 are fixed to each other by a second reinforcing rib 16, and the second reinforcing rib 16 is supported below the support plate 14.
The second reinforcing bead 16 is provided with a chamfer at the junction of the support plate 14 and the second rectangular frame 11 for avoiding stress concentration of the workpiece.
Each leg 15 comprises a base plate 151 and two third reinforcing ribs 152; the bottom plate 151 is fixed at the bottom of the second rectangular frame 11 and is arranged horizontally; the two third reinforcing ribs 152 are respectively disposed on the front and rear sides of the second rectangular frame 11, and are both disposed perpendicular to the bottom plate 151.
The third reinforcing rib 152 is provided with a chamfer at a joint of the second rectangular frame 11 and the bottom plate 151 for avoiding stress concentration of the workpiece.
The engine upper cover bracket for the loader has the following advantages:
1. one side of the transverse frame is connected with the vertical frame, the opposite side of the transverse frame is inclined downwards, the front portion of the engine hood is low, the rear portion of the engine hood is high, the requirements of heat dissipation efficiency and installation size after the heat radiator is enlarged are met, meanwhile, the installation height of the heat radiator on the whole machine can be effectively reduced, and the requirement of the whole machine vision after the heat radiator is increased is met.
2. The transverse frame is provided with the heat dissipation net, so that the heat dissipation effect of the upper cover of the engine is enhanced.
3. The upper cover support is firm in structure, and is reinforced by the inclined strut structure and the reinforcing rib structure, so that the support is prevented from being deformed and broken.
