First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a mounting bracket 100, and the mounting bracket 100 provided in the present embodiment can reduce the stress of the whole mounting bracket 100 when the hood 21 is closed or opened, thereby improving the service life of the mounting bracket 100.
The mounting bracket 100 is mainly used for mounting a hood 21, and the hood 21 is an appearance covering part of the tractor 20 and is mainly used for protecting parts such as a battery, a power assembly and the like from being corroded by wind and rain. The mounting bracket 100 mounts the hood 21, and when maintenance personnel need to repair, the hood 21 is opened to facilitate the maintenance of the maintenance personnel. The stress direction of the hood 21 is often complex when the hood 21 is closed or opened, and the problem that the mounting bracket 100 is damaged due to uneven stress easily occurs when the mounting bracket 100 is closed or opened. The present embodiment provides the mounting bracket 100, which can improve the above problem, and reduce the stress of the whole mounting bracket 100 when the hood 21 is closed or opened, thereby improving the service life of the mounting bracket 100.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the mounting bracket 100 includes: the supporting member 110 and the mounting assembly 120, the mounting assembly 120 includes a fixing member 130, a connecting member 140 and a reinforcing member 150; the fixing member 130 is used for installing the hood 21, and the fixing member 130 is connected with the supporting member 110 and the connecting member 140 respectively; the connecting member 140 is mounted on the supporting member 110; the reinforcing member 150 connects the supporting member 110 and the fixing member 130.
In this embodiment, the mounting assembly 120 includes a fixing member 130, a connecting member 140 and a reinforcing member 150, the fixing member 130 is connected to the supporting member 110 and the connecting member 140, and the fixing member 130 is further connected to the supporting member 110 through the reinforcing member 150. Since the fixing member 130 is connected to the supporting member 110 through the reinforcing member 150 and the connecting member 140, the maximum stress applied to the fixing member 130 can be reduced during the opening or closing process of the hood 21 mounted on the fixing member 130, thereby reducing the risk of damage to the fixing member 130 and improving the service life of the entire mounting bracket 100.
In this embodiment, in the process of opening or closing the hood 21, the stress applied to the joint between the fixing member 130 and the supporting member 110 is the greatest, the fixing member 130 is connected to the supporting member 110 through the reinforcing member 150, and the stress applied to the joint between the fixing member 130 and the supporting member 110 is reduced, so that the risk of damage between the fixing member 130 and the supporting member 110 is reduced, and the service life of the entire mounting bracket 100 is prolonged.
In the embodiment, since the hood 21 is relatively large, two mounting assemblies 120 are provided, and the two mounting assemblies 120 are respectively mounted at two ends of the supporting member 110, and the stress applied to the connection between the supporting member 110 and the fixing member 130 is different during the opening and closing of the hood 21. In the process of opening the hood 21, the hood 21 gradually opens from the horizontal state to the vertical state, the hood 21 gradually changes from the horizontal state to the vertical state, and the stress applied to the connection between the support member 110 and the fixing member 130 is gradually reduced. Under the condition that the hood 21 is gradually closed from the vertical state to the horizontal state, that is, in the process that the hood 21 is gradually closed from the vertical state to the horizontal state, the stress applied to the connection part of the supporting member 110 and the fixing member 130 is gradually increased. In the process of closing and opening the hood 21, the stress applied to the joint between the support member 110 and the fixing member 130 is the largest under the condition that the hood 21 is in the horizontal state, and the stress applied to the joint between the support member 110 and the fixing member 130 is the smallest under the condition that the hood 21 is in the vertical state.
It is easily understood that the hood 21 is in the closed state when the hood 21 is in the horizontal state, and the hood 21 is in the open state when the hood 21 is in the vertical state. That is, the process of opening the hood 21 from the horizontal state to the vertical state, and the process of gradually changing the hood 21 from the vertical state to the horizontal state is the process of closing. Since the directions and magnitudes of the stresses applied to the joints between the fixing members 130 and the supporting members 110 are different in the opened state and the closed state of the hood 21, the stresses applied to the joints between the supporting members 110 and the fixing members 130 in different states cannot be restricted by using the same standard.
While satisfying the constraint of the hood 21 in the open state and in the closed state is almost nonexistent. Since the stress on the connection between the supporting member 110 and the fixing member 130 is the largest in the two states, the weight occupied by the closed state should be relatively larger and the weight occupied by the open state should be relatively smaller in the constraint process, and generally, the weight ratio is 9: 1. The weight ratio is a constraint weight that the hood 21 occupies in the closed state and the open state, respectively. The constraint requirement of the larger weight ratio is stricter, the constraint condition of the smaller weight ratio can be properly relaxed, and the maximum stress is less than 150MPa when the hood 21 is closed and less than 80MPa when the hood 21 is opened.
In this embodiment, the fixing member 130 is arranged to achieve the above-mentioned effects, so that the maximum stress of the hood 21 when the hood is closed is less than 150MPa, and the maximum stress of the hood 21 when the hood is opened is less than 80MPa, thereby reducing the possibility of damage to the fixing member 130 and the supporting member 110, and improving the service life of the whole mounting bracket 100.
In this embodiment, the supporting member 110 includes a connecting frame 112, a first supporting rod 114 and a second supporting rod 116, the first supporting rod 114 and the second supporting rod 116 are disposed at the same end of the connecting frame 112 at an interval and are fixedly connected to the connecting frame 112, the connecting member 140 is respectively connected to the first supporting rod 114 and the second supporting rod 116, the fixing member 130 is connected to the connecting member 140 and the first supporting rod 114, and the fixing member 130 is connected to the second supporting rod 116 through the reinforcing member 150.
For convenience of description, the connecting frame 112 is substantially rectangular, the length direction of the connecting frame 112 is taken as an end, the width direction of the connecting frame 112 is taken as a side for description, and the first supporting rod 114 and the second supporting member 110 are arranged at the same end of the connecting frame 112 at intervals. That is, the first support bar 114 and the second support bar 116 are respectively disposed at both sides of the same broadside of the connecting frame 112, one end of the fixing member 130 is connected to the first support bar 114, the other end is connected to the connecting member 140, and the fixing member 130 is connected to the second support bar 116 through the reinforcing member 150. Since the fixing member 130 is directly connected to the first supporting bar 114 during the opening or closing of the cover, stress between the fixing member 130 and the first supporting bar 114 is maximized during the opening or closing of the hood 21. The fixing member 130 is connected with the second support rod 116 through the reinforcing member 150, so that stress received by the fixing member 130 can be transmitted to the second support rod 116 through the reinforcing member 150, stress between the fixing member 130 and the first support rod 114 is reduced, the maximum stress is smaller than 150MPa when the hood 21 is closed, the maximum stress is smaller than 80MPa when the hood 21 is opened, the possibility of damage to the fixing member 130 and the support member 110 is reduced, and the service life of the whole mounting bracket 100 is prolonged.
In this embodiment, the reinforcing member 150 includes a reinforcing rod 152, one end of the reinforcing rod 152 is connected to the second supporting rod 116, and the other end of the reinforcing rod 152 is connected to one end of the fixing member 130 away from the first supporting rod 114.
The fixing member 130 includes a fixing rod 132 and a connecting rod 134, the hood 21 is mounted on the fixing rod 132, one end of the fixing rod 132 is connected to the supporting member 110, the other end of the fixing rod 132 is connected to the connecting member 140 through the connecting rod 134, and one end of the reinforcing rod 152 far away from the second supporting rod 116 is connected to one end of the fixing rod 132 far away from the first supporting rod 114.
In the process of opening or closing the hood 21, the positions mainly stressed are the joint of the fixing rod 132 and the first support rod 114 and the joint of the reinforcing rod 152 and the second support rod 116, and in the process, the joint of the fixing rod 132 and the first support rod 114 and the joint of the reinforcing rod 152 and the second support rod 116 can be stressed in a balanced manner, so that the problem that the mounting bracket 100 is damaged due to overlarge stress at the joint of the fixing rod 132 and the first support rod 114 can be avoided as much as possible.
In this embodiment, the reinforcing bar 152 is disposed obliquely with respect to the fixing member 130. Because one end of the reinforcing rod 152 is connected with the second support rod 116, and the other end is connected with one end of the fixing rod 132 far away from the first support rod 114, the reinforcing rod 152, the fixing rod 132 and the connecting frame 112 are approximately triangular, in the process of opening or closing the hood 21, the structure can balance the stress of the whole mounting frame 100, and because only one reinforcing rod 152 is added, the risk of damage to the mounting frame 100 can be reduced while less mass is increased.
In this embodiment, the height of the joint of the reinforcing member 150 and the second supporting bar 116 is equal to the height of the joint of the fixing member 130 and the first supporting bar 114.
The height of the joint between the reinforcing member 150 and the second support rod 116 is the same as the height of the joint between the fixing member 130 and the first support rod 114, so that the stress on both sides of the support member 110 can be balanced in the process of opening or closing the hood 21, the problem that the support member 110 cannot be damaged in height is avoided, and the service life of the whole mounting bracket 100 is prolonged.
In this embodiment, the included angle between the fixing rod 132 and the connecting rod 134 is greater than or equal to 45 degrees, and the connecting rod 134 is disposed obliquely relative to the fixing rod 132.
The connecting rod 134 mainly plays a role in supporting the fixing rod 132, and the connecting rod 134 can be obliquely arranged relative to the fixing rod 132, so that the fixing rod 132 can be supported, and meanwhile, certain buffering effect can be achieved on deformation of the fixing rod 132 in the process of opening or closing the hood 21, and the risk of breakage of the fixing rod 132 is reduced.
In the present embodiment, the connecting member 140 includes a first connecting segment 142, a second connecting segment 144, a third connecting segment 146 and a fourth connecting segment 148 connected end to end in sequence. The first connecting section 142 connects the first supporting rod 114 and the second supporting rod 116, one end of the second connecting section 144 is connected to the second supporting rod 116, and one end of the fourth connecting section 148 is connected to the first supporting rod 114, wherein the connecting member 140 is substantially rectangular, and the connecting rod 134 is connected to one end of the fourth connecting section 148 away from the third connecting section 146.
It is noted that in other embodiments, the connector 140 may not include the first connector segment 142, i.e., the connector finger includes the second connector segment 144, the third connector segment 146, and the fourth connector segment 148.
The present embodiment provides a mounting bracket 100, wherein the connecting member 140 of one mounting assembly 120 includes a first connecting section 142, and the connecting member of another mounting assembly 120 may not include the first connecting section 142.
In summary, in the mounting bracket 100 provided in the present embodiment, the mounting assembly 120 includes the fixing element 130, the connecting element 140 and the reinforcing element 150, the fixing element 130 is connected to the supporting element 110 and the connecting element 140 at the same time, and the fixing element 130 is further connected to the supporting element 110 through the reinforcing element 150.
