The core principle of intelligent cooking is as follows: the camera is used for collecting the pictures of the food conditions in the oven cavity, and the image processing technology is used for judging whether the food is cooked well to realize intelligent cooking, so that the collected pictures which are real and meet the requirements become the key of the whole intelligent cooking development as the source of the intelligent cooking.
In current oven product, most have only installed a stove lamp, and the light that sends can not satisfy the light demand in the big volume cavity, and what the mounted position of stove lamp was mainly considered in order to satisfy the temperature rise requirement of stove lamp device moreover to do not consider and to make light shine in the cavity evenly.
The existing oven with the design has the advantages that a sufficient light source cannot be obtained in the cavity, and the uniformity of light is not taken as a primary consideration index, so that the uniform light does not exist on food, and the requirement of collecting food pictures cannot be met. The oil smoke gas body of long-term culinary art can get into through the mounted position and adhere to the light surface, influences the light and shines the effect.
Whether food is cooked or not is judged by using the collected images of the cooking food materials, which has high requirements on the collected images. The conventional oven generally uses halogen lamps, and the halogen yellow lamp light does not meet the collection requirement. This particular example uses a white LED lamp. However, only white light irradiates the cavity, the requirement of image acquisition still cannot be met, and the light acquired by the camera needs to be ensured to be uniform, so that the light in the cavity is uniformly distributed on food.
In order to solve the problem of light collected by an intelligent oven camera, the embodiment provides an embedded oven lamp soft light design. Two white LED lamps are arranged at proper positions in the cavity, so that sufficient and uniform light irradiation in the cavity is ensured; and the purpose of evenly distributing and softening light is achieved by using frosted glass at the transmission position of the light, and the intelligent cooking function is realized by meeting the requirement of a camera for collecting images.
Specifically, the built-in oven according to the present embodiment includes the cooking body 10, the door assembly 60, the control panel 70, the exhaust device, and the outer cover.
